-Rules-

1. Yeh must not disrespect th' ‘ead Farmer. If yeh do, he might make a cacti grow up yer arse!

2. Yeh must collect yer quota each week. If yeh don't, th' ‘ead Farmer will fill yer 'ome with hidden TNT. (this means you take the amount you farm, add the cost and thats your total. you dont have to sell)

3. Yeh must plant back what yeh sow. If yeh don't, th' ‘ead Farmer will make yu fined 5 minas each plant not put back.

4. Only put what ye fam in each assigned chest not just randomly found or bought.

5. Put item in marked chest not in cluttered chests. (Keep it neat)

6. If ye need time off just ask we won't boot ye off the farm land.

7. Ye ‘arvest only in de day time, de ***’t is dangerous. (only farm during MC days, its RP)

-Punishments-

1. if ye are under quota ye shall be ommited the first time, after that ye have to pay your missing quota, third time ye must pay your missing quota doubled and are removed.

2. If food is missing ye will be fined what ye used. (you can ask for food)

There are several reasons why I believe you are unjustly doing this. Firstly, (to my knowledge) you have no villain app, which would disallow you from seizing my land. Secondly, contested territories (including my island) are for nations to compete to gain. To my understanding, you do not represent a nation, and you do not even have an accepted town charter. Thirdly, you don't have a legitimate rp reason for attacking, nor have you spoke with me in-character. So, if you still plan on attacking, I hope you're ready for a ban report.

actually you do NOT need a villain app to seize land, thats what war claims are for.

second any town, any VILLAGE can make a conquest land claim war claim, again learn your rules you just made your self look very foolish.

third, town charters on the FORUMS have not been "implimented" yet because there are more important things to do. they will be soon, Boria (my town) was the very first town founded, its charter was not technically accepted ON FORUM (writing accepted) till seventh accepted it, if a town is founded wth perms a GM had to do it there for its a real founded town / city

One of the platinum guard masters bought a house from you for 320wheat and 23 iron i was told, you NEVER gave them a house, and kept most / all of there items. (Villain app needed for this)

What has driven your town to become a city? or Why is this settlement choosing to become a city?

I have come to an alliance agreement with a very close nearby town, and in order to fulfill our roles in this alliance, we must be at city in order to house the appropriate families and such. It will also house a bigger Military facility as Boria will act as the major Military hub for this alliance. We will house some of the best military fighters if possible, even some of the best trainers. This will also give us the space to house the potato army, a work in progress.

How active has your town been in the world? What history and events have occurred in your town? or What do you see this city growing to become?

Pretty active in its own right, we dont socialize with every nation as thats not who we are, we may have “citizens” in said town, collecting information on anything they hear but direct contact is kept to a minimum with anyone outside of the circle of influence.

How will your town evolve to adapt to this growth?

The town will house a bigger military facility to accommodate more companies in the army. it will also house the potato army. The new size will also house our library, that hopefully will rival that of other grand libraries of the past and future. it will focus on housing with a medium market district, but Military will be its primary focus.

Other Details:

Boria is liked by alot of people, its attracted alot of friends even though they dont live directly there.
