I'd do skin tinted pixels on the corners of the bottom of the hand!

Imagine the bottom of the arm where the hand would be as a fist with the inside of the fist facing the body. Make a diagonal color up from the bottom left corner if you are looking at the front of the skin to the other side of the arm. Do it on the back of the arm as well and fill out the part of the arm facing away and you basically have a fingerless glove.
