  1. "A masquerade? At a time like this? I thought it was foolish enough we were about to throw a festival in light of the approaching doomsday, but a celebration that -requires- for us to hide our faces? Might as well send the invitations to the corpses outright!"

  2. "The new king is as meaningless as the last- the undead tide is unbreakable. We need to unite under one nation- all the living- and force them back with our combined powers."

"Oren is dead, as is the rest of us if we do not forget our stubborn tradition and actually begin trying to survive."

  3. (( Undead are poofin anyway. I like this time-to-act idea. New Overlord, purifying and perfecting the ranks, getting ready... Then BOOM! Epic, massive undead attack. Possibly failing, but destroying Aegis in the process.

Map change? Go out with the biggest bang possible. Blow my clothes off, and surprise whoever's in tha room with me. ))

  4. Her cold, slitted eyes examine the note painfully. Her teeth grit together at the myriad of emotion washing through her. Starts with one, more and more start to follow. The Truth of Iblees is being forgotten by the very peoples who swore to convey it.

    This will not do.

She turns abruptly, and whisks away in her usual, authoritarian manner, her robes billowing behind her at her frustrated haste.

  5. Hey, I re posted seeing as this one was getting way junked up. Heres the link;

It got denied, though. =o Gotta' change it up a bit- in particular, your bio. From what I can tell, you're fairly good otherwise- just edit a few key details. Don't mention too many towns or races, unless you've thoroughly studied the lore.

Kram is owned by Oren at the moment- due to a peace treaty between the humans and the orcs. The orcs, also, are not a slaving people- they are shamanistic and honorable. Whilst this does not apply to all of them, slavery's not particularly considered a mainstream thing in the terms of.... Eh... 'Existing' in modern Aegis.

Just.... Soup it up, hm? People underestimate how hard it is to join this server- reaaally kick it up a notch. Masterpiece, mm? I'd like for you and your brother to both be able to RP on the server. =D <3 I'm a sucker for sibling friendship.

  6. -gasp- OH JEEZE BUSINESS IS GOIN DOWN! I dunno how I'll be able to sleep tonight after I read this topic!

    WAIT NO! NOT READY!

    -goes and makes popcorn-

-drives out to the store and gets snacks-

    -drives back-

    -puts on pajamas-

    -turns of lights-

    -clicks the topic-

    ....

You sir. Owe me one epic newsflash.

    -waits quietly-

  7. "I have secured a number of heathen works amounting to thirteen, my Lord. Not stolen from their places, as I understand that many of these documents provide more intellectual points that neither condemn nor romanticize our beliefs, as well as understand the rights of the heathens to look upon these writings and gain a more intuitive frame of thinking that would better the public understanding of the Truth of Iblees. Might I request a specified receptacle in the library, simply a storage box or something of the like, in which we may freely place our collections of mortal written word- for your gathering and sorting throughout the sections?"

(( Gotcha 13 books. Is there like, a box I can stick 'em in for ya'? XD ))

  8. The Vile One creeps into the alleyway, and takes note of an ill-placed news document pinned to the wall. She glances over the posted readings shortly, and lets out a vile hiss. Whatever turns the eyes of the common races to her beloved masters, is indeed only a declaration most foul. One can only pray that the common races will find a new reason to spill the blood of their fellows, in preference to the blood of the damned.

She drops down, and skitters away from the post on the wall on all fours- vanishing down a manhole. Past an Oren civilian, who watches her with more than slight confusion.

"... Did anyone else just see that crazy lady?"

    "No, Steve."

    "... I me-"

    "Go lie down."

  9. Still hate to butt heads, but it will bother me infinitely. Could we at least simply 'say' that we're celebrating the life, love, and peace given to his people at his death- as opposed to celebrating his death as a whole?

I will never sit tight with cheering about a corpse. Even Hitler- he died, and the world's better off without him, but I still see it as sorrowful in entirety that he even turned to the practices.

You and me have different minds, Wizard. =/ I just don't feel morally alright with this.

Edit: Nvm. This was nearing a week ago- it's safe to say we can all just forget about it and move on. ^^
