If you where unaware, there where issues with the forums and skin images for a bit. Which gave us a backlog. Futhermore we can not just 'get to accepting CT people already' since there is a balanced recruiting period. In this period we will interview every person that shows interest in the team and we will get to know them a bit better. This together with some other things makes us able to pick the new people well. This is not something that can be rushed by randomly picking people to be accepted. 

no offense but specifically when there's quite a few past CT applying (someone's ct app has like 80 rep too?? wow) and your team is in a rud, it's just a bit silly to claim all that, especially when it's common knowledge staff isn't genuinely that deep and is mostly fueled by nepotism/friendships

please don't think i'm ragging on you, i know you didn't enforce or implement any of those processes and telanir is pretty MIA it seems (isn't he the admin lead for it?)
