CT stop trying to enforce skin standards on applicants its dumb

@monkeypoacher @kingnothing Most skins we actually deny are straight up Steve skins, skins that are way too modern (Namely @Unwillingly's examples), or skins that straight up don't match the race of the character they're trying to play. Then there are also the few skins that use noise shading for their skin-tone itself, or for clothing - which just looks like a jumbled mess of pixels nine out of ten times.
And then there's the people who apply to play like. A dog. Stuff like that obviously gets denied for skin and bio. If you think the general Minecraft skin looks good, I recommend you log on to your average minigame server and look at how awful those skins can be.
Again - We don't deny people for having poor shading in their skins or having generic skins - But things like excessive noise shading (As mentioned above) and skins that don't match up with the timeperiod or overall aesthetic LotC is in (Think people applying with hoodies on their skin) are put on pending - Or denied, if they made a greater number of mistakes in their application.
