After a vote within the team it has been decided that the conditions for a conquest (namely, rp justification/casus belli) have not been met and as a result, in the event of an offensive victory over Aeroch Nor in this warclaim, the most that can be made as a follow up is a pillage claim. A small message would find its way to the paladins, written in a small, fine script. "I hope that this letter finds you well, paladins. I write in hopes of a chance to become an inductee of your order. My name is Ac'Aelu Tinuvial. I am roughly one hundred and eighty years of age as a member of the wood elven race. In Anthos, I led expeditions into the North alongside various members of the Golden Lance, and in Athera I rose to be a leader of my people. With not a blade drawn in resistance, those that still resided in the near-abandoned city of Salvus had all but ushered in their fall. The plains to the east had been taken in a bloodless battle, and the host of joined rebels and Hightowers laid claim to the staging ground of the final step of this war. Scouts sent to the city all found the same thing - open gates and empty streets. For the outer city, at least, it seemed as though the battle was already won. Only the walled inner city remain inaccessible. For that, weapons would be required. Sacks were loaded with papers bearing the same message, and with stone for weight in order to be tossed across. Borne on these messages were simple terms - Surrender and live in peace, or fight only to die in the cold. "I come here not to destroy you." The messages each began. "It is with mercy that these terms are penned. A mercy that any man would find agreeable. I offer you a better life in one hand, or a bitter death in the other. The warclaim has concluded in a Rebel victory. A region has been created for the rebel camp, as per the warclaim terms.

Due to the disagreement, as well as the other battle, we'd like to push the date back another week. The proximity in time to the Oren warclaim may very well create unfavorable conditions in terms of lag, and as such, we'll be hosting the battle 2pm EST Next Saturday.

Due to things coming up, the time has been pushed back 1 day to 2PM EST on Sunday. (Pending confirmation with Salvus, if this is not favorable it will be kept to Saturday)
