If my character were to rob a shop or building with 3 or more attackers would this count as a raid and need to be declared prior, or banditry with no need for prior declaration?

What's the need of such big settlements? So much unused space, not saying they should be made tiny, but more manageable appropriating to the amount of people expected to actually live there.

I know this is a touchy subject but what was actually wrong with bringing villain applications back?

Basically, the villain applications that were being brought back included things like physically harming others non lethally - I shouldn't have to be a 'villain' to do something good. And besides, a villain is subjective to the person judging it. We shouldn't be 'good or bad' we should be whatever we want.

With the old villain apps you didn't need to be a complete serial killer evil cultist, there was a moral thing you had to put your character under when applying, cant remember what they were but it could've been a good guy that had a bit of a grey compas when it came to certain things, or a serial killer that would never harm children and loved his family, it wasn't a matter of whether or not you're a good guy, and yeah fair enough with the needing a VA to harm others, but other than that I thought VAs regulated villain rp and even made it flourish.

Fast travles should be limited by making them purchasable by nation leaders at very, very high costs (and high upkeep). There should be no fast travels especially for long distances, because those should be the journeys to play; fast travel on small distance (like to nearest town) are more bearable.
Getting rid of fast travels would make people actually play with their surroundings, knowing their neighbours, developing small communities in general.

As someone who has experienced no fast-travels on a multitude of maps, keep fast-travels, put them anywhere a person wants them, and make them free. Just like they are now. Road RP hasn't been a thing since Aegis, and even then it wasn't very good. Walking anywhere becomes intensely tedious, even to relatively close places.
We ought not to make the same mistakes twice.

Who could I talk to about being able to have a medium sized campsite with caravans and fires that gets moved about, making a group of gypsies.

Why has the orphanage been turned into a guild base for some holy order? I mean if you're gonna give it to someone else at least do something original, and you know, talk to the owner about it. xD
