When you shift right click the auctioneer, what you are actually doing is executing a command. You could simply type this command in chat and it would put the item up for auction without danger of this happening. Sadly, I have no idea what the command is.

Naah. For example, all of my art isn't uploaded through LotC so therefore doesn't fall under that rule. If however I produced an artwork for, lets say, the media team, they have shared rights to use that.

Except some humans don't age their characters.

As long as humans kill of their characters at a certain point, the visual aging doesn't matter that much. On the wiki page, it says some humans can physically age a lot slower than others.
