This really is a legitimate concern. If LOTC staff are historically bad at one thing it’s preventing these people from causing harm. 

IDK why you getting snark on this, you right. Just because we aren't bffs doesn't make your observation invalid. There's legit someone who gateway'd me into acting like a freak for years, playing right now, and I don't know what to do because I'm pretty sure my Skype logs are dead and gone. Even if they aren't, would they be too old to provide a ban? I didn't report sooner, so am I too late? 

I also agree that other nations have problems just as prevalently as elven ones, and that perhaps it is merely easier to find in smaller communities where there is less peer pressure. Not sure. There have been more non-elf outings and subsequent bans than elven ones in the last couple years, though I do not say this to declare "lol non-elf nations worse than helves because i main a helf" just what I've seen. I've observed it across pretty much every sub-community here.

Its unfortunate that you have no record because it means action is unlikely.

Try and recover them, it’s important to even if it doesn’t result in a ban because it’s a preventative measure for others.
