Genuine question, when most of the builds that are being planned now with charters go inactive, like they always do, will the task of demolition go to those who purchase the tile afterwards or can the staff roll back the region?

@MalgoniousWasn’t meant to be passive aggressive, but a real question. Every day there’s an influx of land charters from noble houses of humans that want their own land, groups of people that want to create towns and nations, etc. Its unrealistic to think that every charter is going to be populated throughout its lifetime.

My dude who ever told you that is wrong. They don’t have greater or lesser souls than the descendants. If their souls were lesser then they wouldn’t be able to participate in most magics, which they can.

So when’s dark druidism gonna be a thing? Anyways why are we not allowing this to be used by Kha and Hou-Zi (As much as I hate the Hou-Zi) both should still be able to use these. Halflings aren’t technically a descendant race if we’re using that as our basis then only orcs, humans, dwarves, and elves. Halflings wouldn’t be involved in that mess. Is there any real lore reason or was it just thrown in because?

Alright seriously its time to bring back LC. I’d rather have land charters have nice, good looking builds over the majority of people having their builds look pretty bad because they used a lot of easy to use materials. The only reason I’ve seen for keeping LC away is because apparently there was a duplicating glitch or whatever?

Just gonna throw this out there. I think we all would rather have a dope map and a shitty world ending event than vice versa. I find it kind of ironic and sort of stupid that some of the people who caught wind that Xarkly didn’t plan a big massive event got salty. . . but then they got what they want and complained. You all know who you are.

I can’t find it in myself to care. The things that he had said and done to people aren’t little things that we should shrug off. He isn’t dead or dying so yeah I’m still going to focus on how much of a morally reprehensible person he is. I find it kind of disturbing that you and the rest of Luv’s friend group like to ignore the things they did, I mean I’m sure you’ve all convinced yourselves that you’re in the right for harassing people. They’re just leaving the server, please stop acting like they’re gone forever.

You’re not mistreated. None of the orcs are. I’m sorry to say but when most of your group consists of players that consistantly go out and break rules thats not mistreatment. Orcs have been given countless B.S. and every single time an admin tries to help with anything people like you stick their fingers in their ears and scream “La La! I’m as oppressed as black people in the 1950s La La!” I’m sorry to say but orc culture isn’t anything profound or deep so please stop sucking yourselves off. The only lore you can dedicate to yourselves is Shamanism and its a poor excuse for a magic and lore piece. You’re so full of it I honestly can’t tell if you’re being sarcastic. The ET is by far the worst staff team on lotc, yes you’re all worse than the wiki team. You have a spineless and miserable excuse for a Director. I’m ok with Treatycole and I have nothing against him as a person, but he’s doing nothing to help the team get out of the piss poor state its currently in. Half of the team is inactive and the director and the director before him didn’t remove them. Half of the team is lazy and there for the pex, but sure lets sit here and demonize the admin team. I’m down for giving admins **** when it’s deserved but its not at this point. All of this is on you. You say that your temper tantrum was meant to start a conversation. Your voice was already loud and obnoxious, and its pathetic to see that your idea of how to generate conversation is to cry. Now no one takes orc players like you seriously. Because you’re honestly not generating a conversation. You’re embarrassing yourselves by crying about problems that aren’t actually there. I’m a huge proponent of treating others with respect, however I can still understand when people don’t outright trust or respect others who consistently battered and berated them. Don’t shame and be an asshat to new players about their rp goals or roleplay, then afterwards scream lotc is dead because new players don’t want to stay. Some of us need to take responsibility for the server’s state, and need to work together to fix it.

@MangoArt I’m not saying this to start a fight with you, but just because you’re a descendant race does not mean that you deserve a nation for said race. You need the activity to have it, and around 6-7 orcs isn’t a very active nation.

@Its_Just_Leap Telanir responds to pretty much everyone and tries to help the best he can. He has multiple players messaging him everyday, his administration duties to handle, and his own life plus college to manage as well. Stop being a ******* prick to him saying he needs to be more transparent when he’s already taking steps to do that and already is transparent about a lot of things. If people would have stopped whining about an orc plot and halfling plots and just ask the Admins nicely, or Telanir nicely, you would have gotten told that he plans on giving them land one way or another next map. Telanir doesn’t sit back, he actually pays attention to ongoing events on LOTC. Maybe show him a little bit of respect and have faith in what he’s doing. You might not see an instant change for the better on LOTC but everything takes time, work, and a little bit of trust.

Dear FMs, can you all seriously stop trying to make the forums an echo chamber? I swear to god every single time I reply to a status update and say something negative its hidden but magically the positive comments are still there. Sorry but criticism does not equal toxicity! If anyone here wants to sit in an echo chamber so they can hear their own opinions regurgitated back to them in a different voice then sit in private discords with your cliques or go to tumblr.
