  1. That was one of my only problems reading this, what makes Iblees relevant anymore?
  2. "I'm glad a number could be agreed upon, may the tavern serve you and other compatriots well." Riondil says. [Trade Complete]
  3. "The bidding will close in one elven day, as there hasn't actually been a bid of 10,000 or more the tavern will remain in the hands of the Crown unless a real bid is made." Ruvaen notes.
  4. The Tavern is still up for sale in Johannesburg! Check the link below:

      No one has 10,000 Minas!

If I did I would buy it.

  7. Ruvaen acknowledges the bid with a nod of his head "The going best offer is 4,200."
  8. Ruvaen nods to those assembled "One may also note that a prime piece of property in this city is 2500 minas, and that is just a home. Most if not all of those are currently sold. Anything less then 2500 minas is an insult."
  9. Selling the Johannesburg Tavern!

To be honest, I'd love to throw in a legitimate offer, mainly just because I think that would be really funny but I do also have serious reasons for doing so, but I don't have the means to do so right now.

  10. Fliers spread far and wide from the Orenian Capital, be it by bird or by messenger a pamphlet seems to find its way to every corner of the land. Situated in the heart of Johannesburg, one of the busiest capital cities, lies a jewel waiting to be taken up. The Crown has decided to sell the tavern situated in the city, it has languished for far too long without a proper owner. The bidding will start at 10,000 as a minimum, each bid must be at least 200 Mina larger than the previous. ~Ruvaen - Head Steward and Court Mage~
  11. Welp I'm satisfied, most of this is known why not define it somewhat considering it's the cornerstone of most magic lore.
  12. Hugo did you look into Moots previous lore/guide on 'mana-anchors' and how this may affect it? I'd be curious to hear your thoughts on this.
  13. Tbh this lore just doesn't make any sense. I can't get behind this, sorry man.
  14. Rasmot really made banshees don't you see?! Jk, in all seriousness great lore and I think it's a necessary addition to frost witches. Just a few questions regarding the lore that you could perhaps clarify for me. In this red line you go on to state that their power increases by x2. The next red line you go on to state that the banshees power and the mothers are on equal footing in terms of power. Could you perhaps exemplify on this more? If it's for future lore I would understand, but if not you should probably create some red lines or go into more detail for it considering it 'ignores most of the limitations of a regular calling stone.' Otherwise I really love the lore, great job Meg.

  17. Kha need to go.

  18. I don't think the issue lies with us not talking to you about it(you being everyone involved with familiars), the issue is I don't believe anyone knows about it rply. So maybe figure out a way to spread this rply and get activity going for this lore.
  19. Just a few general questions, not so much about the lore more. How many active teachers are there for this currently, or users? I've yet to see one of these creatures in game even though it was released in Feb of this year. Granted I was gone during the summer but I've been around enough after the acceptance of this lore and a month or two now.

  21. It doesn't surge...I'm having a hard time understanding what you're asking. Mages fuel all their spells with passive/active mana. That's where the power comes from to do this. They are manipulating a common medium of power.
  22. I see where you're coming from but I don't want it to be a series of writing down sigils or it go down the science route. The power from it doesn't come from nothing it in fact comes from the other mages in the circle. If however you feel you could write lore in conjunction with this using sigils and the like feel free to, I'd love to see it. If you also read into the lore you'll see I put references to focus crystals and arcaurum.
  23. Unlike blood magic, this isn't as much raw power as you'd think because the addition of mana is proportional not stacked. Blood mages wield around alot more power. As for drawbacks what are the drawbacks of a normal spell going awry? Now amplify that. I stated that the Circle doesn't allow you to transcend red lines for other magical lore. So just like if you're summoning a fire ball and something goes wrong people will be injured. As for there being more additions to failure it won't allow people to experiment as much as they'd like. It's just a utility, so just like other magic there will be failures and the outcomes of those failures.
