can people deny conquest warclaims

If somebody is kicked from a town oocly for reasons, can he use that to warclaim and will we have to accept the warclaim

If the OOC event didn't happen and the war claim would still be created, then it would be legitimate. If the warclaim could only happen because of an OOC event, then that warclaim is entirely metagamed. Metagame, as in, allowing external information and events shape decisions characters make.
Pretty sure though, if there is at least some believable reason, then it would be legal. This kinda metagame is really tough to prove, so tough that it is best not to try and argue over it.

Well after reading GiantPie's answer, I rethink my opinion and say it might be /completely/ legitiamate. Though, I could argue about rather or not OOC actions should automatically be called IC actions, and rather or not having perms to a plot gives automatic ownership of people's stuff that's obviously there'.
But what-evs.

Yeah zaezae I feel you, I just mean like, if you kick someone out of town oocly, revoke their build perms and get their locks removed and whatnot, look at what the Rp situation is. Rply, the person would show up at their house/town and find that their keys now do not work on the locks, and the people who took the house away are the owners of the town. So, like, it's an 'ooc' thing but you can't do it oocly without doing it in Rp as well, it's not possible.
