Yeah, I think teegah is aware of that now Charoodler. I think the Devs wanted to see if it caused lag or not? The previous warclaim lagged thanks to everyone being in one spot, but this was bad all over, so I think NCP is gonna be removed for battles - lag causes **** like the image above to occur, so NCP is pretty much useless anyway for warclaims.
