Just thought I'd point out that LoTC doesn't go off of the standard date system that we use irl using numbers, but instead uses a complex calendar system which can read up on here: https://wikia.lordofthecraft.net/index.php?title=Time_and_Calendars. Just a friendly bit of info I thought I might share.

Moreg'Ugluk spends an entire year hiding away in his Blarg recovering from the madness brought from seeing his brothers murdering each other. Surely, the sight of Decay incarnate had been enough to send any man into madness.

Yeah, like Japzzi said, Most of the childish kids that don't know anything of roleplay never make it past the whitelisting process. I'm not quite sure about prostitutes though, and I think that would fall Into a gray area. Yes, I have encountered brutal torturings and people with mental issues (which definitely has to be done correctly). Yes, our wars are fought via PvP, which has quite a lot of lag during. This shouldn't be a problem however, as my pc is quite frankly **** and I have an alright experience during battles for the most part. Of course, if you find warclaims aren't for you, you can always choose not to take part.

The Stoneskin Company
Emperor Syres looks down upon his budding capital. A newly carved out stronghold to be labeled 'Maar'hilax'. A name oddly chosen by the Stone Priest. The old coot decided not to tell them what it meant. Not that it mattered.
His people were finally getting settled into their new homes in the mountainside. The people were finally happy after months of searching for the perfect place to settle. Of course, there were still problems such as their dwindling food supply. However, the Emperor would diligently work to form farms in the surrounding areas. ((5 Posts?))
With that out of the way, the Emperor would look towards sustaining their old tradition of wearing stone as armor on the battlefield. Of course, they hadn't encountered any enemies of them. Yet he wanted to be prepared for when they inevitably came across one. ((10 Posts))
Lastly, the Emperor would work with the newly appointed, General Renek to send a scouting party of 80 troops on a route along the surrounding cliff face to search for any enemies or points of interest ((Unknown Amount of Posts)) as well as pass out their newly forged Iron Weapons to all Graanite soldiers. Name: Graanites
Race Details: The Graanites are a race of reptilian humanoids that originated from the Bizaram Crags. They are known to be quite taller than a standard man, reaching up to 8 feet in height. The Graanites' distinguishing feature is that of their skin. Their scaly hide is often mistaken to be entirely made from rocks and pebbles and their skin color ranges from light grey to bluish grey. They grow no hair and their noses are almost non-existant with only two miniscule holes on their face for breathing. The Graanites' are hulking giants who are known to be extremely aggressive when it comes to warfare. Graanite society is focused around honor and craftsmanship. Most Graanites' are either soldiers or laborers and craftsmen. The profession of being a mason is a symbol of utmost importance to the Graanites and only few select persons are called to do such a job. Most masons would end up leading their people as an Emperor. The Emperor is the supreme leader of the Graanite civilization and has an authority only matched by the Stone Priest. The Stone Priest is recognized as the only person who can directly commune with the Stone and must be directly chosen from the best masons in the city by the previous Stone Priest and then must complete several trials to prove that he has the ability to commune with the Stone.

People's Resistance of Detroit
The round table in which the leaders sat at was in chaos, papers cluttered about wildly as Detroit's best tacticians pointed and argued before scratching their heads. The mutants that had recently joined had already arrived, along with their leader, Tedmund. Tedmund had ordered his troops to join in with the conflict and had also been given military control over the new troops gathered from the exploration of Ohio. Several tacticians finally agreed on something, They decide to set up a spearhead formation out of the remaining forces with wings set at the side to make sure nothing gets past. This will be pushed forward in an attempt to push the enemy out of Detroit. Tedmund is to split his men into two equal squads, these two squads will be the wings. The rest of the forces will be put into the main spearhead. The ghouls from the old hospital will again be put back out closely behind the formation, fully stocked with any medical supplies gathered from Ohio. Any guns and/or ammunition that the Mutants find on corpses are theirs to be kept as Detroit has no spare weapons to hand them. ((Mod Please))
Red- Primary Spearhead
Black- Wings of Mutants and New Militants
Arrows- Direction in which group is heading
The scouts report back from their expedition, detailing the seemingly friendly group of wastelanders, the airplane, and the power plant. A diplomat is promptly sent into Ohio with instructions of explaining their current state with the Imperium and to ask if they would help or even join in with the effort. ((Mod Please)) Detroit also sends a group of mechanics to the small plane, it might just give them the edge needed in fending off their enemy. ((10 Posts))

People's Resistance of Detroit
With things at a standstill in Detroit and leaders still awaiting a reply from the diplomats, those at The Fort look a bit more closer to home. While Tribals and Raiders make up the bulk of Detroit, a small group of Mutants have lived within the ironically named, 'Harmony Village'.
The Harmony Village Mutants have always been an integral resource within Detroit, Raiders and Slavers supply the Mutants with slaves and in-turn, the Mutants protect locals of Detroit. Detroit's Mutants have always been much smaller and scrawnier than their D.C. counterparts. It's thought to be caused by their general lack of whatever turns someone into a mutant, or perhaps they were just intended to be this way. Either way, despite their apparent lack of size and muscle, these mutants have vastly superior intellect. This makes dealing with them in a civilized manner much easier.
And so, orders would be given to send their last remaining diplomat, (Much to the surprise of the diplomat) into Harmony Village. The Diplomat would be ordered to inform the Mutants of the battle taking place in the Detroit, and that if they are to join in the battle they would be allowed to take any survivors of the enemy as slaves for themselves. ((Mod Please))
With war taking place right on their doorstep and no sign of any of it getting anywhere, leaders set up a small collective of 200 men and 50 Maulers to explore and scavenge the eastern counties for useful equipment and more troops to help with the war effort. ((Mod Please))

The people of Detroit riot within the crumbling streets. Armed to the teeth with whatever they could scavenge from the great cities ruins. Peace was far behind them, these peoples were born of the blood and raised of the blood. Almost as feral as the mutants and ghouls just recently joining into the pact. Those planning within 'The Fort' order messengers to deliver news to all the inhabitants of Detroit as well as sending messages to neighboring factions that may possibly join if given incentive.
With the pact's people being so diverse, many options are given to Fort Leaders. With Detroit being a pre-war automobile hub, many tribals and raiders tried their hands at repairing and modifying Detroit's cars and trucks.
500 Maulers: These cruisers serve as a backbone in scavenging and exploring, with decent attack power as well. Maulers are generally put in the front of the militias.
3 Mobile Attack Platforms: The pride and joy of the pact, The Mobile Attack Platform is the main form of assault against any enemies. The Mobile Attack Platform can hold up to 70 armed men.
Citizens: 85,000 Citizens
Tribal Militia: 4,500 Men. Armed with Spears, Lightweight Leather Armor, Dynamite, 100 Maulers.
Raider Militia: 4,500 Men. Armed with Hunting Rifles, Pistols, And Makeshift Metal Armor, 200 Maulers.
Ghoul Medical Groups: 700 Men. Armed with Handguns, Medical Uniforms, And Medical Supplies.
Forters: 1,300 Men. Armed with Combat Shotguns, Pre-war Police Uniforms, And barbed-wire batons.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The leaders of The Fort are hard at work assembling their military force. However, They don't have much time before their enemy marches upon their lands. War leaders send their raider militia head-first into the battlefront. They also send their tribals towards the battle from the west, attempting to ambush the enemy. Medical groups are sent closely behind the raiders in an attempt of saving as many lives on the battlefield as possible.
Race (Human, Mutant, Ghoul, or other): Mainly Human
Description of Faction/Nation-State:
As new settlements begin popping out of seemingly nowhere, many of such settlements look to the rich pre-war city of Detroit with it being the automobile capital of the country. After the bombs dropped and the vault-dwellers emerged, very few settlements were put up in the Detroit area. Most of Detroit's residents were tribals and raiders, scavenging the area for resources. Many of Detroit's residents became irritated from the constant barrage of wanderers and convoys sent into Detroit to gather tech and resources. However, Most of such people were driven off by raiders.
As years go by, a new power begins to form in the North, with their eyes dead set on Detroit. As these new peoples expand southwards, the locals of Detroit grow fearful. The new army being assembled, truly a monstrous foe. However, as these people try their hardest to police the locals, people grow angry, they attempt at rebelling. Without a leader, their efforts are in vain. But a new man steps up, He encourages the locals to stand strong against their oppressors, he succeeds at unifying the people under one flag, and many backgrounds. These people shall be known as "The United Peoples of Moto City". Their base of operations would be called, "The Fort". Their main goal, to push back their oppressors to where they came.
XIX laid himself down on the splintered, decaying wooden planks of his sniper perch. His hands firmly grasping his rifle. He recently just arrived in Gotham amid the chaos and had converted an old abandoned Firehouse into his very own personal stockade. As he looked down the scope he saw several gunfights and muggings. Gotham truly did get flushed down into the sewers. His eyes eventually were blinded by a bright flash of red light, and as he looked in the direction of the light, he could see a car speeding towards the direction of it as well. As he peered through the window of a large building, what he saw was nothing special, several black-masked goons pointing their guns to a rather tightly-dressed vigilante. You eventually just come to expect things like this in Gotham. Never the less, it was nice seeing that amid all the chaos there were still those who fought back against the anarchy.
He had no intentions of intervening, he didn't want to get into any more trouble as it is. However, if things were to turn for the worse, best be known that somebodies heads were about to be filled to the brim with lead. So, he watched from a safe distance, his finger lightly placed upon the trigger, just in case. He almost recognized the thugs, something about a gang he was told about. He didn't pay much attention as they didn't seem too important. He probably should've payed more attention to his briefings.
