Imo i think that this magic would have the same issue as izkuthii had. The issue being that it wouldn't provide actual substantial narrative, and rather be over-the-top, annoying goofy prankster rp with some combative elements.

I think these are swaggy but it seems like an arduous and very specific task getting those ST signed items. Plus i would suggest removing/fixing the harpies message because i think staff would be iffy on things that surpass one's mechanical limitations.

honestly i'd say t4 (strongest) ability should prolly be 4 turn cd so you can't do au****ic spamming, if it was my lore i'd even put maybe just a general cooldown to all abilities as your instrument recharges or whatever phrase u wanna use. Then the rest lower than that depending on the ability.

Idk i feel like the combat properties of bardmancy should be toned down abit. Like the radius of the abilities scaled down, the strings just kind of flat out bland and even maybe op i feel. Also maybe have the cooldowns longer after more powerful abilities. Otherwise it's pretty solid

That desiredbreakfast fella rounded it up pretty well, read it up if you want:^) I also believe, that they should firstly develop their characters rather than seek funny fire ball magic. Literally not even that difficult. Self-teaching altars and housemagery books are all around, if you dig just a lil bit, perhaps ask ppl IRP in a civil manner- there's a big chance you'll stumble onto something eventually. It's not atlas times where the only chance of you attaining a magic is by getting an actual teacher. indubitably!
