Expand on both your metagaming and powergaming definitions a little bit.

Your strengths and weaknesses are not balanced. Being really sneaky and good with a bow but your only weaknesses are being bad at using tools and getting angry easily is an extremely overused set of skills. Along with the quiet assassin hooded and masked type. Although you are free to play your character how you wish I would heavily recommend fixing those to have a more in depth and fun experience. Because as soon as you enter a city with a mask you will most likely be arrested. Again you are free to play however you wish, just know that by touching up your character a bit and getting away from the hoods and easily angered personality you will have a much easier time getting involved in roleplay as well as having a fun time.
