An establishment of patriots keen to support and grow the current foundations of Celia’norian society in order to protect and appreciate those who follow their own endeavours to keep the city thriving. As a buzzing hivemind, these Courtiers show great proficiency to expand on the ever-flourishing cultures of the land as well as preserving the history from which it was made. The Court of Stars, otherwise known as the Circle of Stars, ultimately acts as the leading force of Celia’nor’s cultural growth. These selected individuals oversee the management of stewarding, festivities and promotion of community ensued upon the present Royarch’s lands. The individuals are typically highly trusted, have proven their potential and drive to achieve, and are often, if not always, chosen by the Royarch or Silver Seneschal. Each individual has been selected for their respective posts due to their suitability to the role and personal expertise. They support the Royarch in the maintenance, development and expansion of the nation, specifically in regard to culture, the arts, events and nobility as well as offer advice and opinion to the Royarch when called upon. THE SILVER SENESCHAL [Renna Py’lrie - Leyrin] This particular courtier is responsible for overseeing and holding court petitions in the Royarch’s name, maintenance of court and upholding of the palace as well as the lands surrounding it. The Silver Seneschal acts as a representative for the Royarch in the event of their absence. They are Head of the Courts as well as the Courtiers assigned within it; this includes general palace happenings, working closely with other Courtiers and the staff hired to maintain important and mundane responsibilities. It is their personal responsibility to hire members of the public to roles within the palace to keep inspiration bustling and to instigate the progression of society. THE STARLIGHT AMBASSADOR [Nefeli Py'lrie - Hopey] The Starlight Ambassador is beheld as the head of hosting foreign dignitaries, they act as a representative for Celia’norian culture as well as hosting foreign diplomats into the court. They are responsible for the correspondences created to connect and welcome nations and their own cultures through guidance of the Royarch and Silver Seneschal. This certain individual must take pride in Celia’norian society and its progression in order to maintain a reputable front to respected visitors. While, primarily they are in charge of hosting meetings and nurturing relations between foreign grandees, they are also tightly collaborative with the Seneschal. When pressing matters come forth and the Seneschal is unavailable, the Starlight Ambassador steps up to represent them as a right-hand, speaking in the Seneschal's place in order to dispel stagnation. THE LADY/LORD OF FESTIVITIES [Irelia Py’lrie - xoxoMinniexoxo] The Lady/Lord of Festivities holds a pivotal role in orchestrating all court and national events, fostering citizen engagement, and promoting tourism throughout the city. They coordinate growth and the continuation of culture within the lands of Celia’nor. This particular individual ensures a consistent schedule is maintained and incorporates the Officers of Festivities' ideas in order to encourage diversity amongst new projects and plans. THE LADY/LORD OF THE ARTS [Aiyeis - Garlic_Muncher] The Lady/Lord of the Arts serves as the facilitator of artistic and creative endeavours within Celia’nor. Internally engaging with courtiers who excel in artistic pursuits. At the forefront of her responsibilities is the establishment of standards that set the tone for the latest trends, including fashion, paintings, jewellery, craftsmanship, and more. OFFICE OF THE SILVER SENESCHAL THE COURT CRYPTIC The Court Cryptic is a chosen individual trusted highly by the Royarch and the Silver Seneschal. They work as an active member of court in the forefront, helping with scribing of documents, the event committee and aiding the Silver Seneschal in hiring competent citizens into the Palace. Meanwhile in the background they are tasked with gathering information on the current social happenings involving nobility and standard citizens alike, documenting misdemeanour, potential plots or secrets which have been uncovered thus reporting such straight to the Silver Seneschal and further to the Royarch themselves. The Current Court Cryptic is [Chosen] THE COURT MAGE The Court Mage promotes the correct use of the void while also warning of the negative impacts that magic can bring upon the land. This experienced mage is responsible for policing and reporting potentially malicious use of the voidal arts to the Royarch and The Silver Seneschal while also presenting the importance of magic within Celia’norian society. This is often done so by holding magic-orientated events and showcasing the awe of magic spectacle. This individual is responsible for reporting potentially malicious use of Alchemy against the people of Celia’nor as well as representing the impact of alchemy and its importance in day-to-day life. They will also aid the Courtiers in personal uses of alchemy, help to supply the Clinic with the correct herbs to treat wounded and ill and supply the Royarch with alchemical substances to aid in military advances. Should these working individuals find other like minded members of society of similar expertise, they can refer them directly to the Seneschal to encourage a thriving workforce.
