  1. The Renatian Dragon House Talraen's Coat-of-Arms ~ In Life, Purpose~ An alter-boy turned militant; the Talraen was conscripted at fifteen to the Renatian Legion during the War of Two Emperors after traversing the continent as a scion of GOD. He fought with blinding faith, ultimately dragged into a schism of Church and State. It was then he was indoctrinated to the Titan. Even forsaken, his faith remained steadfast, as persistent as the air of tobacco smoke that constantly followed him. ~ In Death, Salvation ~ The room was a blur, his head pounding. The air felt as if it were compressing him in his platemail, amidst the unbearable screams of combat and agony encompassing his compatriots. A moment of rest afforded as he saved Ruvaak from the expanse within the centre of the room, only to be interrupted as the Saffron Herald attempted to crush the duo. In the single moment that followed, the chamber rumbled, threatening to come down atop all the combatants within. His mind did not race through his life’s events; instead spitting out his last tobacco cigar, the man was flung through the air, soon thereafter instantly vaporized amongst his compatriots and foes alike. The Renatian Dragon had been erased from this plane of existence, soul wrought from his form in the blink of an eye. To the lands of Almaris, the once Holy Ser left behind two red coats, an expansive collection of cigars, and a set of Savoyard platemail worn in the Siege of Helena. The items were left within Midnetora’s room ‘pon the The Drake’s Enlightenment. Holy Ser Pierre Luc Edmund Talraen de Rennes, the Renatian Dragon. 1714 - 1834
  2. High Prince Evar'tir Oranor observes the distant catastrophic events on the Eastern seaboard from his balcony in Amaethea. The 'ker swirls liquor in his glass, leaning back in his seat. "Crazy bastard actually did it. The loon." He uttered, recalling his final conversation with the man, just hours prior.

This is defined as the complete and absolute ceasing of conflict and arms between both signatories. Article II: The signatories recognize each other’s land claims as of the 35th year of the Second Age. Article III: The signatories recognize each other's right to religion in their own lands. Article IV: Should a member of either signatory breach the laws of the land, diplomacy will be conducted before due process is rendered upon the individual. Article V: This pact is considered in effect so long as the signatories do not express sanctioned ill intent against each other. In the event High Prince Evar’tir Oranor passes from power, the pact must be reaffirmed. Uell ito Maruthiran, HIS ROYAL HIGHNESS, Evar'tir Oranor, High Prince of Elvenesse, Prince of Caras Eldar, Praetor of Elves, Adjudicator of Malchediael Ziimarum agh Honor, Dominus of the Iron'Uzg, Jiangu'Lak
  4. Evar'tir Oranor regards his bygone Dominion era relics after reading through the Tundrak's piece. "Thought provoking. I hope I am around to see a unified rise of Elven power." The 'ker lamented to himself, storing the writing in a desk drawer. "Too often, I aspire to be part of such." The High Prince paced to his balcony, going through the motions of setting his cigar alight, gazing across the Amaethean port.
  5. High Prince Evar'tir Oranor regards an unanswered correspondence with the Sohaer, then the missive of ransom. The 'ker then expelled a bullish huff of minute amusement.
  6. Edicts of Succession The 14th of The Grand Harvest, 37 SA ~ Overview ~ With High Prince Evar’tir Oranor’s rise to power, the Crown of Elvenesse exited a tumultuous year of succession, which saw the flaws of Edicts designed to destabilize centralized Almenodrim rule. Now, under past advisement of the late Sohaer Orrar, a more direct system of appointment is being established. ~ Principle ~ The Crown of Elvenesse brings into action the position of a Prince-Heir, legally defined as the recognized successor to the Crown and Rule of Elvenesse as appointed directly by the seated Royarch. In the event of immediate catastrophe or untimely demise without an apparent Prince-Heir, the sovereign Consort is charged with appointing one as charged with the auxiliary power as Crown Regent, under advisory by the Council. The Prince-Heir ordinances and powers are outlined as follows: - The Prince-Heir, in the event of untimely demise of the seated Royarch, may legally ascend to the throne only after proper funeral rights and execution of last will and testament. - The Prince-Heir may stylize themselves as a legally recognized Prince of Elvenesse, under the style of lordship. - The Prince-Heir may, with the blessing of the High Prince, conduct diplomatic proceedings. - The Prince-Heir may, with the blessing of the High Prince, host court and call Omenhatu - The Prince-Heir title may be transferred or revoked by the High Prince at any time if deemed necessary. If done in a last will or testament, it must be without coercion, and officiated with signature. If found to be in violation of proper ordinances or the Indor Tiran, the Council may move to impeach the Prince-Heir in a Council vote. If unanimously decided upon, the Prince-Heir's titles and authority is stripped unless reinstated within reason by the High Prince and approval from the Council. 7. Evar'tir leans back in his seat after a rather taxing day. He scans the missive delivered by courier. "A means to an end." He murmured, sending a letter off to his brother.
  8. High Prince Evar'tir Oranor expells curls of San'kalan tobacco smoke skywards as he pondered the day's events. "I had expected more, in truth." He laments to himself. "But I am not a man of half measures."
  9. High Prince Evar'tir Oranor regarded the blaze with vicious indifference. "High Prince." Spoke Amaesil. "Estelaurir." "I hope it was worth it." "As do I." "Tyranny begets tyranny." The man uttered beneath his breath. Justice prevailed yet again.
  10. Evar'tir Oranor, High Prince of Elvenesse regards the challenge with a mildly piqued brow. He vaguely recalls a Virarim practice where Hu-din was absorbed by the ground. What a bizarre day that was.
  11. Evar'tir Oranor looks over the Falchion - his late nephew's weapon before his own. A scowl eased over his visage as he regarded the missive. "I should have hanged that pest Artimec when I had the chance." He laments to himself irritably. "Things would be different."
  12. Evar'tir recalls a suddenly cut short meeting with an Orenian diplomat, and it makes a little more sense.
  13. "Speak for yourself." Says Evar'tir, famed black elf.

    THE PALE-TREE

Evar'tir regards the information of the creature upon his lands with ire. Until an idea hits him like lightning out of the blue. ((eviction notice 19-07-2021 contact bhased for more details
  15. High Prince Evar'tir Oranor regards the report with waning interest. "I am surprised thieves even know how to read." He remarks to his councillors in a scoffable level of amusement.
  16. Ser Conan Vallberg af Morr, Draughtsman of Renatus, welcomes the Dragon Knight into the Seven Skies, clad in his Imperial regalia. Another good man laid to rest. A tragedy in it's own rite, yet life goes on. - Evar'tir Oranor, High Prince of Elvenesse, and a Renatian hardliner from a bygone era inspects the Blood Raven's gift to him from an unassuming day within the Talus Grove. A Renatian Kraken locket, the true name of the Great Deciever engraved in runic lettering upon the steel frame. "Fate claims yet another. What a turbulent life we lead."
  17. The Hinterlands. A deceptively tranquil collection of evergreens and bramble, a trail cutting deep into the valley of the eastern peninsula of the Arm of Malin. G'eg, (pronounced Gerald), sat within the gatehouse as the far distant march of boots emit from the bustling Amathea. Not an uncommon occurrence, though he was bitter he was sent, yet again, to gate duty. They'll rue the day they forced him to sit complacently, scanning the outward bound road for trouble. Alas. Footfall. Fast-paced, rapidly approaching. The guardsman quickly aimed to make ready his weapon. A false alarm. It was four unruly merchants, whom he begrudgingly allowed entrance to the rest of the Elvenessi lands. The rest of the watch was nothing special either. A halfling, a diplomatic envoy, and a gaggle of 'Thill. He's had better watches. But he has certainly had worse. The man returned to his cards. They, at least, brought comfort in a world so cruel and desolate. All was quiet on the western front.
  18. The Amathean Concord Agreed on this 2nd of Harren’s Folly, 1824 | 2nd of The Amber Cold, 30 SA By the Holy Orenian Empire and the Crown of Elvenesse. ARTICLE III - TRADE The Signatories may adhere to the following trade policies: Signatories may receive a market stall free of rent in their respective capitals Signatories may trade specialty goods free of tariff ARTICLE IV - PASSAGE The Signatories will allow free passage for civilians and refugees through their respective territories, under the law of both nations. Reproach

Reproach 4th of The First Seed, 30 SA ~ Overview ~ The Warnation of Krugmar, yet again, has issued demands all the while spitting on the diplomatic process. And yet again, Elvenesse will stand firm. ~ Principle ~ The Crown of Elvenesse and her people see no reason to bend to attempts of tyranny, subjugation, and perceived slights. Another Rex enthroned, another chance squandered. It is a vicious cycle to witness. And yet, here you stand, newly emblazoned with untold possibilities laid out before you. And you choose threats and savagery. The symbol of valour, the weapon of your progenitor scorns your very existence, wrought from nothing but deceit. The hours pour through. The past increases. The future recedes as I sit under candlelight and scribe this missive to you, denying yet another stack of outlandish demands. And yet, I still offer the chance to speak within Amathea, protected under the unspoken conventions of diplomacy, as equals. Will you usher in a new era? Remain ignorant? Regardless, we will survive. As we always have. Uell ito Maruthiran, HIS ROYAL HIGHNESS, Evar'tir Oranor, High Prince of Elvenesse, Prince of Caras Eldar, Praetor of Elves Adjudicator of Malchediael
