  1. Out-Of-Character Information What’s your Minecraft account name?: Build_R_ What timezone are you in?: UTC +0 How old are you?: 16 Are you aware the content and interactions on this server may not be appropriate for children under the age of 13? (You must be at least 13 to apply): I am. Have you read and agreed to the rules?: I have read them and I agree. What’s the rule you agree with the most?: The rule that states that nobody can make you kill off your character. Are there any rule(s) that confuse you or don’t make sense? (if so we can help clear it up!): I understand the rules perfectly fine. How did you find out about Lord of the Craft?: I found it while searching for roleplay servers on Planetminecraft Link(s) to past Whitelist Applications (If applicable): N/A Have you logged into the server yet? (You cannot be whitelisted without logging in at least once): Yes, the /ws channel is very helpful. Definitions What is Roleplaying?: Roleplaying involves assuming the role of another character and acting out their persona as accurately as possible. What is Metagaming?: Metagaming is the use of information obtained outside of a character's world to give the character tactics/strategies that they would not know about otherwise. E.G, if I were to find out that someone was being attacked in the next town over through discord, I couldn't beeline straight to them since that would be metagaming. What is Power-emoting (Powergaming)?: Powergaming is the act of maximising progress towards a goal while ignoring the value of roleplay. For example, describing both your actions and your opponent's reactions without giving them a chance to roleplay. E.G, *my character swiftly dodges your attack and stabs you, killing you instantly*, here I have emoted both my action and my opponents reaction, giving them no chance to roleplay. A better attempt would be *my character lunges and attempts to stab you*. As I am giving the other character an opportunity to react. In-Character Information Character’s name: Dharg'ska Character’s sex: Male Character’s race: Orc (Uruk) Character’s age: 19 Biography: Dharg'ska is a red skinned orc, he was born in San'Raakh under the red sand in the month Snow's Maiden in the year 1625, the second-born of two brothers. Dharg'ska, or as his friends liked to call him, Glob always seemed to struggle with his emotions more than the other uruks. Who could forget the day when Dharg'ska practically upturned his house in a violent rage when looking for his favourite bat wing? Or the time when he spent days sulking in a corner after losing his best dagger in a klomp? Yes, Dharg'ska was a dynamic uruk without a doubt. However, Dharg'ska hoped to control this one day, often times when he was in a fit after something bad happened to him he would think back to the words of his mother. She would always say, "Dharg'ska yoo littul glob! Ztawp yer whyningh un' doo sum wherk!" No wait, that wasn't it, she told him the story of the day of his birth. When the mystical Ilzhona spoke of Dharg'ska's destiny to tame his wild side and become an honourable warrior. Dharg'ska of course usually ignored the stories and simply paid attention to the description of the Ilzhona. He found the shamans fascinating, their robes, their magic and their connection to the spirits. The defining moment of Dharg'ska's life probably occured on that fateful day in the month of First Seed when Dharg'ska and his older brother were chasing a rat down a deserted road for a light lunch. Unfortunately, it was not as calm of a day as they had hoped, a terrible storm was approaching, the ferocity of which Krug himself would be impressed by. Dharg'ska wanted to go home, he thought it was dangerous and would rather be upset about the rat at home. His brother on the other hand, continued the pursuit. He followed the rodent into a field of tall grass. The rat was tricky and difficult to catch, but it was almost within the brother's reach. One final leap and he had caught it, dharg'ska's brother was overjoyed but this was shortlived by his terror when the ear splitting crackle was heard. Lightly dazed, the boys opened their eyes and saw a bright red light. The field was engulfed in flames. Dharg'ska was fortunately positioned outside of the burning circle but his brother was not so lucky. The fire was approaching him quickly. He looked around wildly for an exit but found none, he was about to meet his fate. Dharg'ska screamed and yelled for help but none came, it was hopeless. The blazing flames began to scorch the older brother's skin, searing it. He let out a yelp of pain along with a set of final words. "AGH! Dha.. Dharg'ska! Lat, reemembur mi, mi zee yoo zoon! Reemembur du zpeerits..!" The heartfelt words were the last sound he made as the air escaped his dying body. Now, Dharg'ska works to control his mood and the mood of those around him, before it costs them their lives. After all those years Dharg'ska has still heard nothing from his brother's spirit, could it be that he has forgotten him? That he had too weak of a spirit? No, someday they will meet again, until then Dharg'ska would train his body and his mind, working for the war machine that is Krugmar and towards his brother. Personality Traits: Dharg'ska enjoys it when things are going his way, otherwise he is easily upset. His dynamic mood can be off-putting for people that don't know him too well. Dharg'ska is kindhearted to his friends however and values them dearly, he is always willing to help as long as he's in the right mood for it. He is hardworking and loyal to Krugmar, never thinking to disobey his honour. Although he is quick to anger he is often quicker to calm down provided he has something to eat. Things that upset him include: losing things valuable to him, people insulting the spirits and large fires. Dharg'ska is slow to embrace change and often tries to hold on to the past as it is a happier place for him. Ambitions: He aspires to meet his brother's spirit, either through contacting him one day as a shaman, or dying in battle as a warrior and meeting him in Stargush'Stroh Strengths/Talents: Despite a reckless attitude, Dharg'ska has a very keen mind and can typically sense danger when seemingly there is none. Weaknesses/Inabilities: He often takes things to heart or too literally, Dharg'ska is not very well-adjusted emotionally and is prone to fits of outrage and sadness. Appearance: He is a red-skinned orc with two sharp tusks protruding out of each side of his large maw. Usually found with a stern or inquisitive look on his face. Dharg'ska has a long, deep scar clearly visible on his face and both arms, not from battle, simply from falling over one too many times. He wears simple leather clothes and two bands across both sides of his chest. Skin: (In attachments)
