Hekkaes Goldhand would be talking to his beloved brothers and cousin, Balin Goldhand, Okhud Goldhand and Jakhatir Goldhand in their ancient Anvilaxe tongue "Ii sparg coae p astia daca i prind la peco sud smr."

Hekkaes Goldhand would sigh at the receival of the news, not yet forgiving Charles the Bald for literally stabbing Dreek Ireheart II to death right in front of his eyes, but remembering the many great memories the two shared. The many adventures, fights, skirmishes, wars, raids, special operations, and the list going on as to what made Hekkaes grow fonder of Charles the Bald. The elderly dwarf would look over at his fireplace, recognizing through the ignited flames, the same fire that he always saw within Charles the Bald. Hekkaes then murmured to himself "See ye suun ladde'..." as he began to plan his strategy to bring back the legend itself from Khaz'A'Dentrumm.

Clan Elder Hekkaes Goldhand, Lord of Kal'Ikrun, Protector of Kaz'Ad'Hekkaes, Justice Hammer of Yemekar, would be sitting in his room by the fireplace while reading the missive, a smirk forming upon the dwarf's old face as he'd chuckle "Da snakes 'ave finalle' s'owed t'eir true colors!" he'd laugh to himself "Seems loike Oi was roig't, 'ar 'ar 'ar."

Clan Elder Hekkaes Goldhand would lay his signature upon the the missive, muttering beneath his breath "Let justice commence."

Clan Father Hekkaes Goldhand would be performing a forgotten traditional Goldhand dance upon hearing about the missive, his moustache curling at the possibility of another war to be waged upon the uruks, a "Heheheha!" leaving the dwarf's mouth could be heard through the halls of Urguan as he was waving his warhammer around.

Hekkaes Goldhand would receive the invitation and with a smirk layed on his face he'd say to himself "About foken toime aye? Time tu bring out da big guns." the dwarf muttered as he'd prepare the wedding gifts.

Housing Reform

The following taxes have been carefully crafted by myself and reviewed by Grand-King Bakir Ireheart and Iron Baron Dhaen Grandaxe. These taxes will be collected at the close of every stone-week and are officially approved by the council.

The tax boxes and tax slips will be located in the Grand Bank. Any who do not pay their taxes will have one week to gather the required amount before eviction. 

On average, taxes will be listed at the prices found below. Exceptions to price are made based on size of specific houses.

Taxes of the Capital of Kal’Daraakan

Hefrumm citizens will have a partial resource supplement for housing that will be released later. All forest dwarves have the option to pay with full minas however.

Fat Belly Act

Recently, the citizens of Kal’Darakaan have suffered under incompetent Stewards. Their hard-earned taxes have gone uncollected and new homes have collected dust instead of being offered to new dwedmar. Under the rule of Bakir Ireheart, we have been given the opportunity to once again rightfully serve our populace as needed. To fill the hungry bellies of the brothers and sisters of Kal’Darakaan, the Fat Belly Act that once triumphed under previous stewards such as Dhaen Grandaxe, Uldraek Goldhand, and Bhämmil Frostbeard, will once again be resurrected.

The citizens of Hefrumm will be exempted from the Fat Belly Act as they have access to the farms that lay in their lands. 

Application

All citizens, regardless of class, who own a house within Kal’Daraakan are entitled to food provided by the act.

All citizens will be guaranteed the same portion of food depending upon the year’s harvest.

Distribution

Food will be distributed exclusively through housing mailboxes.

All citizens have the right to not be included in receiving food or having a mailbox should they wish. 

The Grand Steward and The Iron Baron are responsible for the production and division of food to house mailboxes.

Urguani Economic Reform

After a long and tiresome war, now well won through the strength of the Nation of Urguan, the kingdom’s economy is in dire need of a fresh start. Due to poor record-keeping and consistency surrounding its creation, the Karzul has become an outdated and under-utilized currency.

As Grand Steward and Grand Banker, it falls under my duty to ensure that both the coffers of the Nation of Urguan do not run dry and the citizens of our kingdom find economic prosperity. Under the just eye of Bakir Ireheart, the support of Dhaen Grandaxe, Garrond’s thicc dumptruck, and my own years of experience to back our venture - I am proud to announce the first Urguani Economic Reform of The Second Age!

The Economic Reform shall take effect immediately, with the Grand Bank ceasing its exchange of Mina to Karzul.

Rest assured citizens of Urguan!

 The Karzul will still be viable to exchange for the new currency! Appointments can be made with the Grand Banker to exchange your Karzul for our new coin - The Minek.

The Minek shall become the new centralized coin of the Grand Kingdom, with which all transactions within the Grand Kingdom are to be made: from payment of taxes for homes, stalls or shops, to the wages of legionnaires and miners, and any other official payment received by an individual or organization from the Grand Kingdom.

The exchange rate of the Minek will be available inside the Grand Bank of Urguan.

Hekkaes Goldhand, the Clan Father of the Goldhand clan looked at the missive, slowly shaking his head at the news that the sails of the Ferrymen have finally been lifted. The dwarf, once in charge of the dwarven national treasury, remembers the deals and the many times he has worked with the great ferrymen, a tear shedding upon the cheek of the once mercenary dwarf "O' gods, et felt like et was just yesterdae' dat t'ey were battlen' Oren fo' da foirst time at da gates ov dwedom. Farewell Ferrymen, mae' da Brathmordakin watc' ova' ye 'nd yer folk, fo' all ye 'ave done wuz tu just deliver justice." the dwarf sighed before looking at one of his older documents in which the Ferrymen were granted land upon the steps of dwarfdom.

Michael Fahrenheit sheathes his blade, taking off his bandana while looking at the Ferrymen hold "Well lads, all good things must come to an end." he says before going to change into commoner clothing as he'd make his way to a city.

"Just give up already, we've humiliated you enough at Petra." says a wise ferryman.

Hekkaes Goldhand, CEO and biggest shareholder of Goldhand Justice Team Co. would read upon the missive and pass it to his employees "Ef dis dues nae luuk loike a simple case tu y'all, ye 're eit'er blind ur special."

Hekkaes Goldhand would be somewhere in an unknown cave, performing one of the legendary dwarven militaristic dances, cha-cha slide.

Hekkaes Goldhand wonders why the headline is the chant at the ending of trials to the Frostbeard clan "Dat es a bit weird innit?"
