  1. Local farmers and hunters have reported sightings of a bear often breaking into the animal pens and chicken coops! As the prosperity of Enswerp continues to grow, so does the presence of perilous wildlife in the nearby ruins and forests. Reports have escalated regarding a sizable bear that now roams the outskirts of our humble hamlet, instigating fear and posing a serious threat to our community's safety. This massive bear, whose presence looms large on the outskirts of our tranquil hamlet, poses a grave danger to both our livelihoods and our safety. With its sheer size and strength, it has instilled fear among the residents, making it perilous to venture into the surrounding areas. The bear's increasing boldness and aggression have led to concerns that it may soon pose a direct threat to the village itself. We will embark on this mission after the first snowfall, a time when the beast is likely to seek shelter in a local cave. It is imperative to arm ourselves with longer weapons to maintain a safe distance from the bear's reach, and if possible, bring along dogs to aid in tracking. Our journey will commence from the ruins of Stran, and we will systematically search the valley until the bear is located and neutralized. The Hunt will be the second week of winter! Captain Jan will reach out to those interested to give out tasks and discuss plans for success. Friday, March 22nd, at 4est! [Open to first 10 to limit crp pain] GRRRRR GRRRRR BEAR GRRRRR Come join the Enswerp Discord for weekly events and daily fun! 3. THE FIRST HUNT HOSTED BY THE LORD OF ALBA, HRH CHARLES ALSTION UNITY AND PEACE UPON THE LOWLANDS, UNITED AT LAST, I address you for the first time in my life, in an official document as the Crown Prince of Aaun, Lord of Alba. I was born shortly after our victory at Breakwater, where the forces of the Grand Covenant bravely defeated the forces of my excommunicated uncle, Gaspard van Aert and his orcish allies. Truly I pray every day for his repentance and that the Lord has mercy on his soul. As this bloody war takes its toll our lives have to go on. Therefore, to make this turbulent time more pleasant and merry, I am organising a duck hunt. It shall take place on the Floodplain. Despite their swampy nature, they are full of life and exquisitely beautiful. For as long as I can remember I have admired them from a balcony while observing through my spyglass. Volumes could be written about their beauty, but that is not the subject of this announcement. The target of the hunt will be local birds: ducks, wild geese, turkeys. It will be a good archery test for those who will participate. Furthermore I encourage those to bring appropriate clothing that will not hinder their movements as well as a bow or crossbow of their choice. Every citizen is invited, but I am also sending personal invitations to friends from Aaun as well as from beyond the borders of our rebuilt Kingdom. PERSONAL INVITATIONS: HIS SERENE HIGHNESS, Leon Anton Barclay, Grand Prince of Minitz HIS HIGHNESS, Johannes Lothar von Alstreim, Prince of Merryweather and the Rhine HIS LORDSHIP, Siegmund von Reuss, Margrave of Velen HIS LORDSHIP, Waclaw Jazlowiecki, Count of Warsovia HIS LORDSHIP, Emilio Varoche, Baron of Napoliza HIS LORDSHIP, Fernand de Lewes, Baron of Virdain HIS LORDSHIP, Robert Haverlock, Baron of Gotfridcher HIS LORDSHIP, Krzysztof Jazlowiecki, Baron of Krakovia HIS LORDSHIP, Leufroy Otto von Reuss HIS LORDSHIP, Leonard Franz d’Abbassia HER LADYSHIP, Alicja Julia Jazlowiecki HER LADYSHIP, Jadwiga Maria Jazlowiecki HER LADYSHIP, Konstancja Illena von Reuss HER LADYSHIP, Siegmunda Agnes von Reuss HER LADYSHIP, Guinevere Milena von Reuss HER LADYSHIP, Cosima Victoria Temesch HER LADYSHIP, Claudia Lorena Temesch TANDEM TRIUMPHANS, His Royal Highness, CHARLES REMAN ALSTION, the Lord of Alba

  5. "Shadows of the Hunt: The Legend of Murag, the Whitewash's Bane" In the ancient land of Krugmar, where the orcs of various clans roamed and thrived, there lived a young green orc named Murag. Born into Clan Lur, a proud and skilled group of hunters, Murag's destiny seemed intertwined with the ways of the hunt. His fierce determination set him apart from others. From a young age, he dreamed of becoming the greatest orc in history, a true legend among his people. Though many laughed at Murag's ambition, his friends stood by him, offering support and encouragement. Murag cared little for the cultural norms and wisdom of his clan, but he never disrespected them. He was driven by a desire to achieve greatness and be remembered for his feats. One fateful day, tragedy struck. Murag's father ventured out on a hunt for a dangerous whitewash—an orc who had turned his back on the traditions and values of their people, committing unspeakable crimes. During the hunt, Murag's father lost his life, leaving his son consumed by rage and grief. Murag's path shifted from joining Clan Lur and taking the traditional test to pursue revenge against the whitewash. Leaving his family and Krugmar behind, Murag embarked on a relentless quest to find the rogue orc responsible for his father's death. He spent years wandering through treacherous lands, honing his skills and growing stronger. Eventually, fate led him to the whitewash he sought—a fearsome creature with scars and trophies of defeated orcs. The winds howled, and the storm raged, mirroring the fury that swelled within him. With a primal roar, he charged into battle, his muscles moving with the fluidity of a river in flood. The battle between Murag and the whitewash was fierce and intense. The whitewash was strong, using his claws to fight with the ferocity of a beast he had once killed. Murag, fueled by his determination and anger, matched his opponent's strength and fought with the skill his father had instilled in him. In the end, Murag emerged victorious, but not without sustaining a grievous wound. The whitewash's claws left a permanent scar on the left side of Murag's face, a lasting reminder of his quest for vengeance. The taste of revenge, however, did not bring Murag the solace he sought. Instead, he found himself haunted by the memories of his father and the pain he had caused to others on his journey. He realized that revenge had not healed his heart, but only fueled more pain. With newfound wisdom and experience, Murag returned to Krugmar, a changed orc. Standing at an imposing 7 feet tall, with new scars adorning his body, and a depth in his eyes that spoke of hard-earned maturity, he took the test and was accepted into Clan Lur. The young orc who once craved fame and recognition was now an honorable and respected member of his clan. He no longer sought titles or accolades; instead, he vowed to protect and fight for his brothers. Over the years, Murag's bravery and wisdom helped his clan grow and prosper. He earned the loyalty and respect of his peers, and many considered him a role model. As the seasons passed, Murag aged gracefully, his life devoted to the code of an honorable hunter. In his heart, Murag knew that death was inevitable, but he refused to let age slow him down. He embraced every hunt as if it were his last, living each day to the fullest. In his final days, Murag ventured on one last hunt, alone but content. Surrounded by the wild beauty of Krugmar. Murag faced a formidable opponent, a creature of immense power. With the ferocity of a warrior in his prime, he battled bravely, not giving in to the passage of time. In the end, Murag fell, surrounded by the echoes of victory and honor, he breathed his last breath, knowing that he had lived a life worth remembering. His legacy lived on, not just in stories of his hunt for the whitewash but in the hearts of his people, who cherished the memory of a once ambitious young orc transformed into a true hero and protector of his kin.
  6. The time has come for Yemekar’s workforce to learn more of the resources the many regions of Aevos may be able to provide to the Kingdom. While out in the wilds harvesting alchemical reagents, I was struck by the sight of long glittering scales decorating the backs of agile beasts I caught darting amongst the tall grasses of the plains. In order for our masters to research the properties of these long glittering scales, along with any other resources these beasts may offer, the Workforce will organize a hunting party to track a responsible amount of them down. Should their scales or hides be of use, the goods will be divided amongst those taking part in the hunt. Come prepared for a fight, better safe rather than sorry when hunting down new beasts. 7. | THE 100-YEARS HUNT | “Ku’Bur-Votar” The hall filled with citizens of the Horde, ranging from the tallest uruk to the swiftest elf. The Rex spoke his speak and then the Targoth, captivating the ears of those present. They spoke of important matters yet Droku’Lur’s thoughts lay elsewhere. He thought of his ancestors, of the great hunters of aeons passed. The night before he dreamt of Lur slaying the three-headed wolf, and the week before he spoke with a lesser immortal under Votar. He knew what to do. With a mighty whistle he summoned his lurwolf Sarakh, whose howl pierced the hall and the attention of the onlookers. Droku leapt from the pavilion onto her saddle, reeling her upwards and swinging his fist in the air. “I have something to say!” The wolf growled at all present, baring her teeth viciously. Droku continued: “I am Droku of Clan Lur, son of Dromug the ‘Fatwolf’. I am Huntsgoth of the Horde! I have ridden with many with you, hunted with others. Though many here know not my name so I speak it! I did not become Huntsgoth because I wanted to. It was said to me by Augrec ‘The Pale Shaman’. Brothers and sisters, he had a vision, and you were in it!” Droku swirled the wolf around, pacing about the hall as he inspected all in it. “Many moons ago, before Orgon’s plague and before the hardships my ancestor Kurak rode with the mighty Lur himself, son of Krug. Lur led them on a hundred years hunt! This hunt is known to our clan as a great tradition.” He spit offside. “It has been too long! Though we speak of this, we grow fat and idle. No more! I, Droku of Clan Lur, will lead us on another 100 years hunt! This is the vision Augrec foresaw, us bounding through swamp, sand and snow. In praisal of Lur, Votar and Freygoth! Ride with me! Hunt with me and your names will be recorded in the tablets of history, to dance immortal in haruspex! Glozug Votar!” And so, as the hall erupted into chants and roars of approval, the Ka’Bur-Votar had started. The first year of the hundred year hunt had commenced. OOC note: Set it as a challenge for myself to hold a hunting event weekly for the next 100 weeks, we’ll see how far I get. If you want to participate, hmu on Ryn#2543 or in the Horde discord!

  10. At Haense's gates, the hunt of the century was about to begin. As the 7 hunters head straight through the forest, find the hunt by following its tracks was no problem to attain. Leading the way said Mister Juliyus: "Everyone keep an eye out, this deer is a mean bastard". And so the 7 adventurous went in search of the legendary hart. The party followed a bunch of hunting dogs trying to found the quadruped. The traces of that great stag's destruction for wherever it did goes were drooped. As the hunters moved deeper into the forest, the marks of a large beast's passage became increasingly noticeable. The marks seen on a dead direwolf done by a large horned beast was visible. The sounds of a massive beast could be heard thundering across the forrest. So goes the brave group following this fuss that sounds bloody abhorrent. As the party rides up the hill they come across Gambi, the chonky ******* deer. And because the sudden appearance of a centenary animal, the hunters are just staring the giant stag for a few seconds, freezed, but not by fear. Gambi the morbidly obese stag paws the ground before letting out a moo and lowering his horns charging for the nearest riders to it with his massive rack of antlers. Then they manage to come their senses to react against the enemy tries of slaughters. Gambi swings his head slamming into Mister Cole with the full force of a morbidly obese deer. Fortunately, due Mister Cole's armor and strength he could beare. Mister Godric pulls the horse up closer, thrusting his sword in an attempt to stab the creature. Such an attack greatly managed to sinks the sword into deer's femur. The great Gambi charges forward slamming into Juliyus's mount which screamed as it threw him from his horse. After that, his spear remains in his hand but he ends up dislocating his shoulder because the impact force. Mister Cassio, in order to cover Mister Juliyus, throws his ax into one of the beast's legs. It was a nice throw, as it did reduce the beast stamina and strength. Hiroto-san moved after the attacking chance given by Mister Cassio with the katana held high near his head. And now with this sharpened katana, another painful lunge was added. Mister Clearon charges aiming the beast's ankle in order to try tipping the giant cervid. And his attacks was successful as two deep cut was inserted. After that the deer lets out a great moo as its ankles are nicked. Yeah, the hunters' attacks were strict. Then a great screech is heard as a streak of black feathers seemingly clawing the eyes of the monstrosity. Well, it turns revealing itself to be one of the hunting falcons coming to help the party. And we has Madam Catlaya, who could do nothing because she had somehow lost her saber. The deer starts going straight to tobble her, but by luck it's when, cause its injuries, the monster body comes to surrender. Its achilies tendon snaps, so deer collapses to its right letting out the screams of its death. And that's the summary of how 7 hunters surrounded a mythical creature that appears only once in a century managing to cut the beast to its last breath. In this hunt there was no one who had more merit or less merit. Whole group was united to take down the legendary deer and so shared a communal credit.

  15. Edit 4 - My brain keeps on going on and on about this idea, so I'm thinking up more things for it! Like perhaps auctions afterwards, for those that missed out! Certain people go out, and gather as many Animals as they can, and then sell them to those that weren't online during it, or to people that weren't lucky enough ( Since they have limits on how many Animals you take out of the area. Auctions wouldn't be able to happen right after it / a few hours after it since people wouldn't be able to breed to a large amount unless they already had Animals at their homes to breed them with. Also there could be shops and such, during and after. Supplies for hunting, fighting, taming, and capturing the Animals, as well as food ( Normal food, and things the Animals eat ) . Little event items ( Toys, really ) for the children / anyone that likes to collect things could also be going on. All children could get an event item or two by bringing something to donate to a region / nation / faction / city in need Edit 3 - Hehe, didn't see this before. Filled out now ~~ Event Planners, MC Names: xXxOneLovexXx Event Type: Plentiful Animals Event Date: Sometime in the Spring of the world Factions/Nations effected by the event: Everyone Event Location: Different locations. Forests for Pets, Deserts for Hostile Mobs, and Plains / Empty areas for Hunters Summary: Down below already Concept Images/Screenshots Nothing Other Information: I don't really know... Do you need the Event Team's assistance?: Yes. I can't spawn in anything! If I could, I wouldn't want this. If so, do you require actors and/or builders?: I need some people to play as the ones that perhaps discovered this odd thing that occurs? Wilderness people that spend time in the Wilds that noticed the large group of Animals Edit 2 - It could be yearly ( For the world ) as well. During the spring, there's a chance that the Animals breed like crazy, thus creating the Plentiful Animal Event, or could just be yearly normally, since in the Spring / Summer ( Don't know if LotC has all four seasons or not ) Animals normally increase in population due to the vegetation growth and rain Edit - I thought about some more things for this. For the Hunters, you could easily just go about collecting the loot, actual hunting inside of bringing the Animals back to kill later. For everything - If you have a Minimap that has mob settings, you cannot use it to see where the best places to get the most Animals that are away from other players are / the biggest group of them ( I have a Minimap with settings like that, where I can switch which mobs, including players, that I want to show. It would be a little unfair if I and others could use this to our advantage for those that don't have it ) Okay, so I know already that finding Animals out in the wild are pretty rare, and I was already told that if I get five people to do an event with me, then there will be one, but I don't like the rules the mod said... So, here is my idea. - Animal Event - Where Animals will be plentiful, and you might be able to snag a few. What the mod said is that there would be fighting, but here's my version on it, that can apply to both the ones that want them for food and materials, and then the other that just wants a few pets, like Wolves or Cats The Hunting - This is for the people that want them for food and materials like leather, wool, string ( Maybe add the hostile mobs as well? A certain area of the map for each 'group' ( Hunter, Monster, Pet ) ) , meat, things like that. People will have to fight to get the Animals 'homefree' ( Maybe a certain border where the Animals are yours and you're free to take them home easily and no one else can kill you beyond that point ( Unless it's the normal thing ) . Horses could also be in this group, since a lot of people use them for war, and they're more hard to get than the others due to where they spawn. You must bring your own supplies to take them home. Limit of five Animals per person. The Pet Center - Animals like Wolves and Cats, as well as a few friendly mobs run about, for little kids or people that want a friend by their side. No fighting unless it's between two people that are going for the same one. You must bring your own supplies to tame them and take them home. Certain people, like young children or elderly people can't fight, so it's a good way for them to get a friend. Limit of two Animals per person. The Monster Arena ( Optional ) - ( Happens at night so nothing will burn to death ) A place full of Monsters for the hunters that love for a good bloodbath! All kinds of naturally spawning mobs in the Overworld roam about, waiting to be killed for their loot, or just for the hell of it. You must bring your own supplies and gear for killing the mobs. So that's my idea, and I think it would be great ( Mostly at the time when a lot of people are online so no one truly misses out ) . Please tell me how it could be better, I just thought that this was good for everyone, those that want pets, those that want farm Animals ( Hunters ) and meat, those that love killing evil Creatures...
  16. THE HUNTSGUARD https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yj_wyw6Xrq4 ~ House Stafyr ~ House Stafyr currently led by Lord Farley Stafyr II, son of Lord Edmund Stafyr is a long living and lasting noble house, one that has stood for many generations and shall continue to stand for many more. The house has been through its large share of tragedies and has suffered and gained greatly in their time. The now great house was once a small family of harmless lumberjacks, friends to Oren after providing their skilled services in the lumberjack trade. After a few years within the lands the house grew and grew, expanding as the thought dead members began to reunite within the small hold of Huntshill on the island of Elysium. House Stafyr was once nothing but a few mere lumberjacks, now great lords who follow a moral code of Law, Honor and loyalty, such a code is expected to be followed by its servants as well. This mainly applying to the Huntsguard. ~The Huntsguard~ The Huntsguard is the local guard and military force of House Stafyr, tasked to protect the emperor’s peace within the lands of Stafyr. Formed by Lord Farley II. Stafyr and Ser Daniel Baelish the Huntsguard takes the aspects of regular infantry combat and mixes it together with an elite force of rangers, as given by the name Huntsguard. Named after the old settlement of Stafyr, Huntshill upon the island of Elysium and it’s successor New Huntshill in the lands of the Fringe. Stafyrs being avid hunters and falconeers the old forgotten symbol of House Stafyr, the falcon was chosen to represent the symbol of the Huntsguard, placed upon the golden cross of the house itself. ~ Moral Code ~ The Huntsguard must follow a simple code followed by all nobles of the Stafyr name, the code being: Law, Honour, loyalty. Three simplistic traits that must be taken on, adapted and drilled into the mind of the guardsmen so that they may server the name Stafyr properly. They are taught to respect all and protect the weak, uphold the law and have the utmost loyalty to the house they server. ~Lodging~ The members of the Huntsguard are given lodges within the keep in New Huntshill, all ranks are brought to live and work there regardless of position within the guard, ensuring a bond of companionship between those in the guard as they live under the same roof. ~Ranks~ Within the Huntsguard there are several different ranks and each individual rank has their own role to fill, ensuring that the guard is fully functionable in all their tasks and duties. The guard is also divided into three different sections, there is the guard section, the ranger section and the non combatant section. All sharing equally important roles within the guard. ~The Kommandant~ The Kommandant of the Huntsguard is the sole leader and highest ranking officer of the Huntsguard, a man of important stature within New Huntshill and the main military advisor to the Lord of House Stafyr.
