  1. The Valorous Griffin guild An organization that came out of its founder's deep sense of justice and independence. Leonardo Mallory Faervel Griffin founded the guild. All so members could do good in the world in the ways only they could. instead of helping create, protect, or build an organization for someone else? He had come To be the founder of his own. A decision not made lightly in the slightest and one that did not change his ideals. To help those in need, protect those who need protection, Pursue knowledge, feed his creativity and to take care of his fellow guild members. all things he will encourage each member to strive for. The Griffin guild's oaths are ones Leonardo brought over from another guild. Ones he helped write himself and ones he adds to as necessary. His goals are lofty but attainable. The Griffin guild is to have 4 branches. One for each cardinal direction. They will also have a naval ship And in the future most possibly a fleet. The Valourous Griffins will take to the water protecting Aevos seas. Each member will be trained in naval and or non naval combat but that is not the only option to help. The guild has different crafts available, and divisions all its own. Such as woodwork and crafts, trade in weapons, alcohol and jewelry, a smithy shop, as well as the pursuit of magical, alchemical, or medical knowledge. finally don’t forget the care for the cities where guild branches base themselves. There is truly no task too small for every action and skill counts. People of all backgrounds are welcome to join. Everyone does their part to support the guild. Members will have access to knowledge, opportunities, and training they could not receive alone. They will be provided shelter in the guild halls, materials for their crafts, herbs if needed, and a forge for the smiths. The guilds combat-focused divisions will have chances to go on many missions. Be it fighting monsters, thieves, or crooks. To raiders, Dark Cults, And large-scale disruptors of peace. There will be Chances for competitions and activities will be plentiful as the Griffin guild has its own celebrations.   2. THE DAWNSTRIDE VOYAGERS "We ain't no damn pirates!" THE CREW: The Dawnstride Voyagers were established in 1539, the Deep Cold, as a means to unite the budding sailors of Vailor under a single banner, and is currently one of the most powerful and influential crews in Vailor. The crew revolves around expeditions, and adventures - it being the heart and soul of the organization. The crew will often partake in said expeditions for rare, and/or magical artifacts and treasures; as well as going on explorations for lands afar -or hunting for dangerous bounties, and great beasts. Loot, and treasure can be easily acquired during these voyages. Crewmates may opt in and out of hunts, and expeditions as they please. As well as hosting voyages, and expeditions, the Dawnstride Voyager aims to provide an escape from the strict, draconian procedures of military guilds: allowing members of the crew to belong to other factions, and guilds; as well as having the freedom to pursue their other careers, and lifestyles. All crewmates are considered equal, though some are more equal than others, of course. It is the currently one of the most influential and powerful crews in all of Vailor, owning three large warships, and having a number of smaller vessels constructed. As well as that, it also owns various port towns, and cities: once having owned the ports of Seahelm itself. HISTORY: The crew of the Dawnstride Voyagers originally started as a naval division for the Courland military, however after numerous disagreements, it was disbanded. However, this spurred on the idea of a crew - and a few years later, the Dawnstride Voyagers was set up in the city of Felsen. It proved to be hugely popular, and soon expanded to other cities. After that, a ship was promptly acquired: "The Tailor". However, this was sunk after a conflict with ghost pirates, and for a while the crew were without a proper ship. Though, another bigger, and better ship was built, thus restoring a proper central headquarters for the crew. The Dawnstride Voyagers have experienced many expeditions that some people cannot imagine. During our time we have fought Captain Skal Limlock and his ghost pirates twice. The Dawnstride Voyagers have also killed a giant spider, Kraken, and a basilisk. The group plans to claim bounties, and deliver cargo throughout Vailor. RULES: ((WIP)) APPLICATION FORM:
  3. ~*~*~*~*~*~*~ Background ~*~*~*~*~*~*~ The Endeavour in Anthos (Some Refits May Apply) [[PLEASE READ ALL THE SPOILERS]] *~*~*~*~*~*~* Note from Captain Pandora: The Endeavour is devoted to performing it’s original mission: exploring and adventuring through strange new islands and locations, and keeping the peace of the seas against the Pirate Scum. We’re currently in need of crew members of many different skill sets, however, to operate the ship and assist in our travels… Though it isn’t fully repaired yet ((Aka: MCly rebuilt)), we are well on our way to becoming seaworthy again. At this point, though, I deem that it would be prudent to begin to recruit new members. You DO NOT need to be a full-time crewmember of this fine ship; I understand that the periods between battling pirates, reviewing expidition findings, and performing other Endeavour tasks can be quite dull; rather, you may also be a part-time member. While sailing or on Endeavour business , you are required to wear your uniform. However, while off-duty, you are not held to such restrictions. In the future, we may also get a land outpost to base our more bulky scientific and engineering experiments, as well as provide a place to stretch our legs. Though men and women of all races will be treated equally aboard the Endeavour, we will have a heiarchy that goes as follows: HIERARCHY We also have a list of three simple rules that we follow: --Evil activities will lead to expulsion. --Superiors will be respected and obeyed, so long as their orders are reasonable. --The laws of whatever nation we're docked in are to be respected whilst in that same nation.   4. The Pirates of the Abyssian Sea are a newly formed band of common men and outlaws, each sharing the same goals and aspirations. Each seek fortune, fame, wealth, glory and power, and will go to dangerous and illicit means to earn what they seek. Bandits and raiders on land, and pirates and marauders at sea, they plunder and pillage as they see fit. They carve a path that they believe the Creator intended for them, one of free will and sated wishes. Their presence in the lands of Athera are fairly new, and they claim no deep history or far-back roots or footings. Their beginnings start with a single man of common birth, by the name of Iman Tanner. Born a Tanner’s son as his surname would suggest, Iman would join a crew of pirates at an age of nine-and-ten, going on to become a sellsword after his crew split. Feeling himself more suited to a life at sea, he seeks out men and woman alike who share the same common goal and ideals as his own to join his crew. The Pecking Order Though respecting one another as free and equal men and woman, The Pirates follow a loose hierachy structure, referred to as the “Pecking Order” Captain (Xtreme_Prodigy) The Captain is the bossman of the crew, the leader of the pack. He is responsible for both the management and welfare of his ship and crew, as well as distribution of food and loot earned. In the event that a Captain would pass away or decide to forsake his crewmen, the crew would elect another to take the mantle. First Mate (Vacant) The First Mates are the Captains right hand, his eyes and his ears. He’s usually been around for quite a while, or otherwise the Captain would hold great faith in him or her. The Captain holds the right to choose someone to fill the in the spot, and remove them if he feels they aren’t stepping up to the responsibilities of the position. Quartermasters These are the ‘elders’ of the group, if you will, having been around for quite some time. Whilst not technically holding any sort of power above anyone else, they are generally looked up too for knowing what they’re doing and as people to follow and learn from. Crewmen The cannon fodder, the Crewmen are the middle-ground men. They’ve proven their worth to their higher-ups, and have been allowed to fully become apart of the group. They’re in it for the fame, glory and wealth, the same as many others. Whelps The fresh bait of the crew, the Whelps are those who have yet to prove their worth and affirm their loyalties. They’re usually sent on the most harshest and enduring tasks, as space to distinguish themselves as worthy of moving up the ladder. Joining the Crew Has this caught your eye? Spike your interest?
