  1. A New Raven Soars With the steady inactivity of Ravenmire as of late under the ruling of Tiwari Kervallen-Elmwood, her daughter, Meira Kervallen-Elmwood, has assumed the position of Duchess to rule the lands of Ravenmire. Along with Meira are her Chancellor, Mayor, and Grand General to aid in the development of the city. The prior attempts of Ravenmire have been non-religiously affiliated, but under the new ruling, that will be no more. Ravenmire will now be yet another Canonist land and everything will be explained here soon. History The citizens of Ravenmire have a deep-rooted history alongside other cultures and nations, originating from the five founders of the nation. To properly explain Ravenmire's history, one would need to ensure they do not forget that before the nation was established many of their founding members and families were part of other nations or vassal states of such nations, such as Lurin, Vikela, Haense, and more. In the early beginnings, Ravenmire was but a faint idea without a name, location, or even any real intention within the heads of a few people. But as time passed and the five founding individuals made progress in life where they were, the idea grew louder and louder in their heads as their ideas and endeavors grew out of scale for the places they otherwise called their homes. The whole concept of building and making a nation of Ravenmire by Meira Kervallen-Elmwood’s mother fell into a steady state of inactivity. The lands were desolate with only ruins and a few camps around in the areas to be seen. Meira’s mother made a valiant attempt at creating what she envisioned, though when Meira saw the remains left behind, Meira felt a sudden need to fix what was done. With Meira being the daughter of Tiwari Kervallen-Elmwood, she would be the next of kin to take over, with a vision to fix all that was done. However, promises that were made by Tiwari will still be kept, such as lands to those promised of such. Population Ravenmire was originally formed by workmen and scholars of many guilds and families, who have focused their lives on research and exploration. Due to such a unique government being established, a notable influx of elves and a few humans began to populate the nation from the get-go. Records have indicated that this was due to the founders of the nation, which come from a long line of elvish blood along with human blood, allowing many elven and human lineages to form and be added to the nation through simple expansions. While such may be the case the nation isn’t solely made up of humans and elves, but rather of many different races, including some dwarves, orcs, and other similar races or beings. Due to this, the nation became a focal point of cultural and scientific exchange, resulting in the Ravenmire we know today. Guardforce & Military Ravenmire has been placed under permanent surveillance by the local guard force, known as ‘The Watch’, which has been acting as the local guard force and are often acting as first responders in case of any emergencies. While ‘The Watch’ consists of watchmen, which are normal guards, they are also known to have more specialized personnel, which often act as inspectors and detectives in case of break-ins, murders, and much more. Besides watchmen and inspectors, one may also find members of the Justicar within the city, who are known to handle legal cases and are often seen within the court, acting as lawyers or judges alike. While ‘The Watch’ handles most internal affairs the nation of Ravenmire also has a more specialized military, which is known as the ‘Ravengarde’. Members of the garde are often heavily trained individuals, who had undergone excessive training during their time as simple squires before they were allowed on any actual battlefields. Specialized in the usage of polearms and longswords for short-ranged battles most of the Ravengarde are capable of fighting and defending the national borders with ease, while still maintaining a high level of professionalism. Religion Religion is a rather important topic within Ravenmire. While the worshiping of any god, aspect, and so on is allowed one may not force others into religious practices if they do not wish to do so. However, with the idea of religion comes one at the center of it all. That center would be to follow the ideals and path of Godfrey, to follow the teachings of the scroll of the Gospel, and allow those that wish to seek retribution in the eyes of God and find a higher power. Such will be the will of the church. While following the church's teachings it would urge those who do not seem interested in the church to attempt to visit and learn from the gospel of course trying to worship GOD and respect the other cultures of the region shall be done to both understand and learn mutually. Alchemy Within the nation of Ravenmire, alchemy is a main focus on development upon the cliffs of the nation. For the residents of the city, the use of alchemy is second nature, the buildings, paintings, and even its streets are suffused with alchemical construction. With the level of alchemical business booming within the city, contributing to most of the nation's economy. These businesses include but are not limited to alchemical stores, apothecaries, potion makers, automatons, and far more. Besides such many skilled alchemists reside within the city, often offering their services to those willing to pay a small fortune. Thanks to this, Ravenmire has always thrived on the promotion and common use of alchemy and has always been a place where anyone can safely practice their craft without persecution so long as they are not harming themselves intentionally or others. Economy Like most nations, the economy of Ravenmire relies on numerous trade agreements with other nations and settlements alike, which reside within the neighboring lands. While Ravenmire is a rather secluded nation it is often known to trade special goods, ranging from locally found materials such as deposits of Daemonsteel and the Shadegrain which the nation also uses to build their homes with, or to unique herbs and materials, which can only be found in the northern lands of Aevos. Besides such the nation heavily focuses on its other endeavors, which focus mainly on the fields of alchemy, ranging from the creation of advanced items to simple potions, which might get sold all over the continent. Additionally, the nation also houses a great number of varying shops, businesses, and stalls from all sorts of people and professions, being a great location to go to for your shopping needs. The city having a large harbor towards the coast that leads into the city itself does make accessibility a whole lot easier for those who can travel by ship or boat. This is further emphasized by the local corporation that has resided within the nation, taking focus on market observation and supporting any business or shop that has joined forces with them with anything ranging from marketing support, shipment protection, and internal business cooperation for those that it is relevant for. Architecture Being built in a climate that isn’t so kind to structures and architectural designs, Ravenmire is a surprisingly well-kept coastal city with many beautiful structures made from various types of stones and timber to withstand the northern coast’s weather and teather. Most of the older buildings were established from imported stones from the founders’ homelands, while also utilizing Shadegrain to minimize the tear in the early stages of the nation. The city is often referred to as the heart and soul of the nation, flourishing in grand architecture and historical areas. Many of those historical sites are remnants of the historical evolution of Ravenmire, dating back to the founding ages of the nation. While such is the case, many pompous buildings have been established next to the historical sites, often creating a feeling of peacefulness and cleanliness. Said buildings are commonly designed as spacious houses, sometimes even manors, for the bigger, well-known, families and guilds of the city. Some pipes and gears can be found in portions of the city, acting as a reminder of the usage of alchemy within the city, especially of Animatii-alchemy, often interconnecting the buildings. Many of those pipes are known to transport warm water from building to building, heating the houses of many individuals. Many merchants use the harbor to trade their exotic wares, often interchanging it for new wares, which can only be found in Ravenmire and the northern regions, such as Shadegrain, Demonsteel, and more. Besides such the harbor is also known for its fish market, which has been one of the major food sources of the nation, besides some simple farms on the outskirts of the capital city. Politics The political system of Ravenmire is a rather strange one, the lands are ruled by one person. The whole city is governed by a council of three individuals, each of them specialists in their fields. As stated before, Ravenmire is mainly ruled by a Duchess with a council, each of them holding the title of Chancellor, Grand General, and Mayor. Besides such multiple nobles can be found in the Palace, often being involved in Court sessions and being ranked by their owned land and total power within the nation. Those with the ranks of ‘Lord’ or ‘Lady’ are seen as the most powerful nobles, being ranked just below the Council, and are often given rather complex tasks or even whole charters to control within the nation. ‘Marquis’ and ‘Marquess’ are next in line, often owning pieces of their land outside of the city walls. ‘Counts’ and ‘Countess’ are next in line, often owning a small district of some kind within the actual city. The last rank of nobility, known as ‘Barons’ or ‘Baronesses’, are often of lower nobility and own a mansion within the city. Those without any ranks within nobility are usually citizens, servants, or merchants, who reside within the city. Culture The city of Ravenmire was built in the pursuit of knowledge and safety. It is the foundation of the city-state and its culture as a whole. It is generally the focus of those inside the city to learn new skills, pursue higher education at all costs, and ensure their safety and health. Such has been the mindset that has been around since the councilors founded the city, and is continued to be upheld by the current council. Those seeking to learn flock from all across Aevos in pursuit of knowledge, and it is seen as prestigious to have studied within the city or under one of the councilors. While knowledge is coveted above all else in the nation, religion is side by side with knowledge. Religion is a big part of the nation, and the pressuring of others to follow outlined doctrines of religious states is encouraged. If one were to resist not following any religious acts, they do not have to but are heavily encouraged. Religion is often considered a public affair and thus could be seen being practiced within one's own house, in the church, and even on the very streets of the nation. Religious ceremonies are also replaced by stately events in a similar light. An example of this would be Marriages and Baptisms. The city focuses on the establishment and pursuit of knowledge, religion, and expansion especially that of Animatii-crafting and the research of new alchemical knowledge while upholding their prestigious and, most often, noble lifestyle. Fashion is often an important aspect of the city, displaying the ranks of those living within those lifestyles. The dresses and outfits of the city are clean and often well-made, including the finest silk and embroideries, while holding some highlights with metallic chains, stopwatches, and more. Festivals and events are often held inside and outside the city as well, often displaying said culture just as much. Magics Due to the circumstances of the Voidal Magics and the use of these magics, within the city of Ravenmire, there is to be absolutely no voidal magics to be used. If one is caught using any voidal magic, they will be asked to leave or forcibly taken out of the city depending on the situation and how cooperative the individual in question is. We understand the rulings of Voidal Magics by the High Pontiff, but we are taking the initiative in the use of these voidal magics and banning all voidal magics as a whole. We will adhere to the rest of the magic listing by the High Pontiff and cooperate well with any of their requests. The allowed magics to be used are: Housemagery, Bardmancy, Shindo-No-Hamon/Respvrinda, Sorvian Sculpting, and Archangel Michael’s Templars. The forbidden magics here are: Druid Magic, Shamanism, Paladinism, Azdrazi and Other Dragon Cultists, Necromancy, Infernal Sorcery, Mystics, Blood Magics, and All Voidal Magics. Conclusion We will adhere to all laws of Canon as well as maintain our laws within our city. If anything stated here goes against the laws of Canon, we will be willing to revise them and cooperate as best as we can. The Duchess of Ravenmire

THEIR ZEAL, THEIR UNWAVERING FAITH SHAN’T CRUMBLE AGAINST THE HERETICAL, UNSTEADY, FALSE VALUES THAT YOU SO PRECARIOUSLY STAND UPON. RISE UP AND STRIKE THEM DOWN. EPISTLE TO THE MAGI ‘Grace to you and peace from our Lord GOD, the Most Merciful, Singular, and Omnipotent. I am Owyn, servant of the Lord, called to prophetic vocation in His service. Verily, the Lord GOD put many powers into the hearts of men, and we are all commanded into His service and the service of others, whether as physicians, craftsmen, or kings. But you, reserving your gift for your own power and gain, unknowingly serve the gain of Iblees. GOD’s power is eternal and mysterious, without part or form, incomparable to any. Who can truly imitate the Most Unknowable? The Lord GOD has no peer, but you seek power like His, even equal power. This is a selfish sin, for none can compare to GOD, none can truly understand Him. You seek not wisdom for the good of others, but desire power for yourself. This is the deepest blasphemy—envying GOD, a desire that cannot be attained. The Lord is the Most Incomparable, and no one can surpass Him. You must find satisfaction in serving your realm and the realm of men. To you wicked magi, I say: GOD is unknowable, His mysteries are holy, and no art can rival His boundless ability.’ IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!!!!!! FROM MY OWN RECOLLECTIONS OF THE LAYMAN-DISPENSED JAMES II VERSION OF THE HOLY SCROLLS. AS A HUMBLE ACOLYTE I HAVE NOT LAID MY EYES UPON THE MOST HOLY, PRISTINE, ORIGINAL TEXTS. THIS IS NOT A FUNDAMENTALIST QUOTATION. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LUCIEN
  3. WRITINGS TO THE GAOLER’S WOE May my birds flutter, and my words fly with them. Now, and only now, do I speak to the world as I please, and never hear a response. All I hear is the pitter of the dew off the lichen, and all I can yearn for is the freedom, and to bask in the sun once more. Truly, I have become a man devoted purely, and entirely, to my own thoughts, and yet never have I felt closer to the Lord GOD. For all my sins, for all my heresy, there is but one thought coursing through my atrophied frame: crusade, penance. I proposed once, to take my eyes in response to the countless I had insulted in my youth. The merciful Sister Clover found it unnecessary, found it only apt that I write my penance in words. But words are words. Devotion, and by extension, heresy, is not seen through words - it is seen through action. As brutal as my chains are on my ankle, as rusty as the iron grows with the blood it scratches off my heel, there is no greater cruelty than to deny a man his faith. The criminal, the naysayer, the nonbeliever, the heathen: all faithful may repent and ascend to the Skies through service to GOD. Devoid of my texts, I scribble of my own memory of the Holy Scrolls bestowed upon us by the Lord GOD, his sons, and his son’s sons after Him. I trust they have not been perverted by my Sin. I pray that they have not been. POENITENTIA Left to only your memories, the life you had before you, and the walls of your cells, there is little more to do than dwell. And dwell I do. Only through moderation, led by faith, does the Lord GOD keep me from falling into madness and insanity. I am reminded of the mercy shown to me, the tongue, the fingers, and the head I keep on me. I am reminded, aptly, too, of the injustice placed upon me. No crimes have I committed against GOD or man. It was the charge of two women, neither servants of the Lord GOD or His Mother Church, who imprisoned me for a most heinous, Unholy crime. And yet, it is not to them that I grow hateful toward. Hermitage is a most virtuous self-seclusion, and in this sense, it has only been bestowed upon me by the unfaithful. The Saulican, who cries heresy, and does not think on their words, who does not allow them to be challenged. But, through the Saulican, there is challenge. Challenge to see them to reason. This journey is arduous, but it is a journey terminable all the same. You must approach all heretics, all Saulicans, all naysayers, first with modesty. You know no better than them. GOD, knows no better than them. GOD is humble, for there is no man, no thing, no conceivable concept that is greater than Him. He is everything greater, and thus he has nothing to boast of, for there is nothing to boast to. You must drive the Saulican to see their own flaws in logic. To see the flaw in Sin. To show an idiot he is an idiot, and call him one, you only condemn yourself to be hit over the head by his rock. You will explore their Sin alongside your own, for in all Man is there Sin. And together, you will find the only truth, the absolute truth. You will find GOD in your very words, and you will live ever closer in imitation to the Exalted, as all virtuous should. But, to the pickpocket, to the murderer, to the heathen - they may prove uncooperative. They may prove beyond redemption in life, they may prove arrogant, stubborn, and not wish to change their ways. This, by itself, is of course permissible, merely not in Canondom. Cast out these dissenters from your kingdoms, Princes, and let them not muddy the Holy Light of the Lord GOD. Since Horen’s descent with his tribe, though, how many dissenters have there been? Too many, I answer. Too many, for they have been allowed to accumulate, and gather their wicked strength into holds, into forts. They have fashioned themselves princes, kings, emperors, gods, all without the blessing of the Lord GOD and his Vicar on our earth. They are the false princes, they are heresiarchs. ITER It is through the striking down of these heresiarchs that man redeems themself. Absolution in death and service to their holy passage. The waters, the churches, the places of baptism, the rites of passage our saints walked. In a holy passage, an armed pilgrimage, to oust the heresiarchs from their false, heathenous thrones, and claim more land for the virtuous flock of the Vicar of GOD, claim more land that is rightfully Horenite, that is rightfully Canonist, that is rightfully good. For all land was created by the Lord GOD, and so all land should be lived in by his people. The rugged tundra of the north, the sparse, isolated islands that, if no man can, even GOD can reach. I think, in my imprisonment, to my namesake. That name I took under oath, under baptism in flame to my Owynist rite of the Mother Church. The Saint Lucien, Velwyn de Ashford, a man who ascended so high as High Pontiff. I call upon the prayer book of the father Paco: “Saint Lucien, bestow on me Your righteous fury and Your furious strength. Let me become the storm that strikes the enemy from Your sight. We crusaders call upon thee! Amen!” Though saintly worship is a treacherous road toward idolatry, here we must pray with Saint Lucien. We must pray with him, we must pray for him, and he must pray with us for us. And so I pray, and I invite all that read, that the Lord GOD bestows upon us His righteous fury, and His righteous strength, and that we, from His blessings, may become the storm that strikes the enemy from the sight of GOD, Man, and any being that can see. We strike them from this life, and through their heresy, they strike themselves from eternal virtuousness in the Skies. They forsook the word of GOD, them apostates, them liars, them heathens, them heretics. Them who we so rightfully condemn to death. I pray for any man fitter than me to preach . Any man who can raise a sword, who can blabber his lips, who can grovel, modestly, at the feet of Holy men, holier men than myself, holier men than himself. Holier men who can unite the banners of Horen, and direct it rightfully, virtuously, furiously, unto the heresiarch. And here I name one: Heresiarch Illyria Ibarellan. So mercifully, did Caius Primus bestow upon you warriors of the faith to drive out the Ibleesian from your land. And yet, so easily, so slothfully, do you allow them back in. The accursed children of Metzli, the horrid tainted scions of the Void, the servants of the demons beneath, the Azdrazi - the Unholy. I am sure any response you have will be quick to deny all these claims, yet men of the faith are always embroiled in combat against the Shade you so gratefully invite. I cannot declare any wars. I cannot rally any banners. I am but a gaoled man, imprisoned by wills with far more men behind them than mine, or any who would defend me. What little I can do to further the defence of the innocent, of the flepir flock, of Canondom, in the state I am, I do. Daelishmen, repent. Bandits, repent. Robbers, repent. I will pray for you all to repent. I see the descent of Jorenites, of Harrenites, of Godwinites. Men of all ilks, flocking to the banner of heresiarchs. I pray for you, those who know what they are, to leave your lives of Sin, and repent. In Holy combat for the Mother Church, for the flepir flock, is your place in the Seven Skies secured. I urge you all to recall the Third Crusade, in which the heretic, heathenous ilk of the false Allfather were struck down and made to whimper at the feet of great Canonist men. Again, too, shall the Tribe of Malin join us, beyond the virtuous few I have proselytised, beyond the virtuous few that have embraced the light. As Saint Lucien did so fervently, all man is redeemable. There is no quicker, no harder, no more diligent path to redemption than to die in defence of the faith. I shall pray that such an order is called, that such an opportunity presents itself to all you Sinners. There is no greater proof of their Sin, than the only Canonist clan, the Nullivari, fleeing so far south to form their own realm. The good Canonist Gallahad, who, despite his self-brandishing as a prince (heretical), is a devout Canonist, which I may attest to in my conversations with him, has seen the flaws and cracks of Celian’or run so deep, that his only solution was to flee with his family and forge a new home from war. And so is it that we must forge a home for our flock. I will pray for the death of the Ibleesian, for the death of the Saulican, and for the toppling of the heresiarch. Death to all who oppose, deny, and cower in the Light of the Lord GOD. LUCIEN LUKAS VON BERKHOVEN
  4. A missive is mysteriously dispensed all across Canondom, stuffed into the receptacles of churches, monasteries, cathedrals, and nailed onto the Pontifical Villa! Scandalous. ON ESCHATOLOGY: WHY MUST IT ALL END? PREFACE Eschatology is not so much the study, but rather the ontological reasoning and rationale behind the ultimate Judgement that will befall us all when the Corruptor comes to challenge the Descendants of the four brothers once more. Eschatology is an epistemic investigation into what we, those who live, and those who do not yet see the end times, may expect; the field explores the semiotic, pragmatic, but most of all, the teleological aspect of the end days. Its rather depressive nature as a field has led to an unfortunate ignorance surrounding it. Metacognition is not a trait often attributed to men of our cloak, but it is one we must frequently partake in to strengthen our will. It is through metacognition, that I, a man sworn so holily to our Mother Church, have tried and tested my faith, again, and again. I am no heretic. I am no heathen. I am no non-believer. I have seen the truths of Saint Raguel, messenger of the Lord GOD with mine own eyes, and now I have seen truths again. I have no jurisdiction to do so, but through the erasure of the Corruptor’s taint upon the former drakaar Azdromoth, I would declare him, through proofs I will present within this thesis, devoid of Evil. The teachings of Azdromoth to his children and his coordination, protection, with the Tribe of Horen have led me to the belief, and I hope can lead, in due time, an ecclesiastical council to the belief that he is a pure, devout servant of the Creator, and, our final protector to deliver paradise unto the Righteous. For the rest of this text, as to avoid subconscious prejudicial dismissal, and cognitive biases, I shall refer to Azdromoth as Azariah. Azdromoth is a name many of us may attribute to great flames, great evils, great destruction. Azariah, unshackled from Iblees, is nothing but a servant of our Lord GOD, a true and tested angel, I hope you will come to agree, of His kingdom. I ask you to evaluate Azariah, not Azdromoth - even if they are one and the same. HIS SINS The servants of the Lord GOD are many, but few are those who have stayed true to the hand that nurtured them from nothingness. Our most Holy Mother Church only refers to a limited number of these servants of the heavens, truthfully, as angels. The distinction here, though minor in spelling, is exactly what I wish to debate towards. The Archaengul Malchediel is the Saint Michael the Archangel. The fallen Aengul Xan, was the Demon Janus. Janus, a being who strayed so frequently from the tenets our Father gave onto him, is no angel. To the heathen layman, perhaps he is an aengul, but to the virtuous, he is a demon. The Saint Michael the Archangel, the foremost of GOD’s loyal, worthy servants, had fallen from His grace, subdued by the whispers of the Corruptor. This is the exact fate that befell Azariah. Azariah, like his brother Saint Michael, did not fall to the Corruptor by choice. Is it Sin, for the strongest of all draconic, to defend his kin? In the same error the Saint Michael made, when he was fractured then corrupted, millions of Descendants dead by his blade, so too was Azariah corrupted, twisted into ruin. Do we call the Templars of Malchediel heretics for heeding him? Azariah demands the recognition of that which he knows is true; as servants of the Lord GOD, we must recognise, at the end of all truths, of every truth, is GOD’s. The truths that Azariah preaches are naught but GOD’s. For if every aspect of the Creator is superior to every aspect of everything He created, then every truth He knows, He holds, must be equally superior. It is the way of his former kin, the draconic, to seek out this knowledge. And it is the way of their kin to gather it, to reflect on it, to know. Is it Sin to become learned? To learn more of GOD? In his twisted state, even the pursuit of knowledge that all Dragonkin share was perverted into some divine quest; Asioth, through Azariah’s own telling, through the telling of the Nephilim, even, is no religion - it is philosophy. Through collaboration with our tribe, the Pact of Horen was signed between Azariah, his children, and Men. Though it may have been perceived as broken by Men and the Mother Church, the An-Gho, or the Third Eye of Azariah has assured its continued fulfilment by the Nephilim. This supposed breach of contract was not carried out by a true servant of Azariah, but rather a corrupted Nephilim who swore no fealty to his true flock. And it is so that most crimes of the Azdrazi do occur - corrupted Nephilim led astray. The son should not be punished for the sins of the father, and vice versa. Nor, then, should the son’s brothers be punished for the same sin. One sin I see brought up continuously is deception. Azariah, through his servitude, unwilling or not, imitated the Corruptor in this way. However, it must be said that his actions were still affected by Iblees - sealed, or unsealed. Azariah, though tainted, tempted good men and women with the power and knowledge he could provide. He gave an avenue for Sin to fester. This, no doubt, is Sin, but it is a Sin misnamed. Azariah’s Sin here is not deception, it is tempting, seduction by Sin. Such seduction happens no more. When bound to the Corruptor, Azariah had his fate bound to the most Evil. Now he is free, he has no more Sins to make. HIS VIRTUES Azariah has been branded, literally, a lieutenant of the Corruptor for far too long. Even with this monniker, virtuous Sons of Horen, and the Mother Church, both sought to tolerate, cooperate, and most importantly, allow themselves to be empowered by him. Whereas the Church of our age may reject the Firstborn, the Church of old embraced him. Of course, it was unsteady, the Church always wary of betrayal, but worries foster non dialectical conspiracy. Fear breeds suspicion, and we are all prone to a bias of confirmation, to realise these worries. This was foolish. I merely ask the Mother Church review, and ask itself, upon reading this text, why still? Why still deny Man his greatest ally - dragon? Insofar as a deacon toiling over the Scriptures is virtuous, Azariah’s eternal pursuit of the greatest truths, the Lord GOD’s truths, is virtuous. At heart, as all dragonkin are, Azariah is a scholar. In his halls did I read of various weaknesses of the foes of Man, the Inferi, the Undead, the Wicked who would seek to have us slain. This thesis is driven by a hermeneutic drive given unto me when I read, and thoroughly cross-examined the philosophical teachings of the An-Gho, a frequent converser with Azariah, and one of his longest allies, to our own Holy Scripture. Empirically, they were similar - this warranted further examination. The two are almost perfectly axiologically entwined. I believe the reasoning behind this is that, through eternity of searching for the truth, Azariah has found that the Lord GOD’s word is the only truth. The Scroll of Virtue is the most fundamental building stone for our faith, and where I found the most striking similarities. Firstly, the Canticle of Diligence aligns perfectly with the morals highlighted in the teachings of the An-Gho. The Canticle of Faith, even, the most crucial tenet of our faith as a whole, is a mirror of the words spoken onto the An-Gho. It is as if the source of these two texts is one and the same - the Creator. This is not to suggest, heretically, that they are one and the same, but merely to provide an alternate interpretation to that of the An-Gho’s, and by extension, an alternate interpretation of Azariah’s words. Here, he speaks of the Nephilim and the Azdrazi as part of a greater whole - Azdromoth. Likewise, in the Canticle of Faith, it is said ‘GOD is He who has also breathed life into our hearts, and the hearts of our children. And He has given us life: He is our father, and the father of all things.’ My exegesis of the teachings of the An-Gho is that his Fourth Lesson was our first. GOD made all, and splintering his power through false idols is merely that - false. Azariah recognises that the Creator should be praised for creation, and so urges all those made from pieces of himself to revere those pieces. They are GOD’s gift onto the Nephilim, onto Azariah - life. There are other intersections - diligence, seeing a task to its end; standing steadfast against Evil; imparting and gifting others with knowledge, scholarly philosophy; and agreement on a final day - Asioth, or the end times. Here, we may finally reach our paradisal conclusion. The Fourth Lesson is directed towards the Azdrazi specifically, but is relevant nonetheless as this is the will of the true Nephilim that follow the words of the An-Gho, not the Corrupted. These true, and virtuous Nephilim, are those who we bar, at our own detriment, from the keeps of Canondom. When I came before the An-Gho, in his grand stature, in his grand keep, we shared a dialogue surrounding the histories of Man, the most recent expulsion of the Nephilim from Canondom, and the role of Dragons to Man. Here, his opinion was irrefutably, and virtuously, humble. After all, any twisted being of even comparable power would have impaled me through a stake thus far - I questioned the truths he had eternity to think over, with the lifespan of a Horenite. He stated, in humility, dragons were a tool, per the Pact of Horen, to be used for the protection of Man. He urged Man to reach out, and wield them. And it is now, upon the eve of Az’rekash wreaking havoc, splitting the Void into unholy tears across the world, that we must do so. PROOF OF ABSENCE (OF ECLECTICISM) This section is quite simply drawing ties between two schools of thought. It is an additive to my text on eschatology, though not wholly related - it may provide insight on my thought process. The philosophy of Asioth is one perpetuated, and no doubt, founded by Azariah. However, as discussed previously, as the greatest of all dragons, and thus the greatest pursuer of truth amongst the greatest, this philosophy is one unequivocally linked, if not derived from the Creator. The first proof I put forward is that of the Divine Gift. While narrow minded clergymen, no doubt, will have already dismissed this exposition of the Aurelects from only its name, it is its name, and in its content, that we may pan the truth, the will of the Lord GOD from the morals extracted from it. Divine, though, as many Curia members may suspect it to do so, does not refer to Azariah. It instead refers to the Creator, from my interpretations. ‘All things cometh from One by the will of One, and so all things cometh from this subtle process’ I need not draw parallels between our faith for my peers. The Creator breathed life into all - the fire we must cleave from its source. Again, the skeptics may cry of heresy, ‘We do not sever the Lord GOD to further ourselves!’ Yet, it is not the Creator that we shear from His source, but rather the life He gave unto us to reflect His light, live by His virtue, and to join Him when our reckoning comes. The main premise of this text is to draw the ineffable paralleles, and to bridge the gap sown by those who strayed from the benevolent will of the An-Gho, and who severed the ties between Man and dragon; this text is to propose that our judgement, and our Asioth, are one and the same. If not the same: brothers. To dispel mistakes, I clarify this once, and not again: Asioth is a school philosophy, of thought. It is not a religion. As we have come to accept wise men and thinkers within our Mother Church, I merely wish for us to accept our brothers. I yearn for a unified army of GOD, a sword of Dragon in its hand. Another factor of note is the degree at which light and fire are, if not revered, then used decisively in religious ceremonies. Again, from the Divine Gift, I quote Azariah, and the Exalted Owyn: ‘Fire shineth brightly upon its own vessel, as the heavenly sun’s light filleth up the moon.’ ‘Verily, brother, the Lord GOD is the wisest GOD, and he knows all things, in darkness, in light,’ As a man born of the Owynist rite, one of the few truths of myself I do choose to reveal in this text, holy fires are cleansing. It was with fire that the princes of Numendil were wed, with fire that Owyn rendered his uncle impotent, and with fire that we ward off evil. As we use fire, so is fire integral to the dragon. Dragon’s fire is not only a weapon, that being the most narrow view of their gift. Despite this, it is through its portrayal as a weapon that we may draw yet another parallel: the very flaming sword that GOD bestowed upon the Exalted Owyn within a cave. The Lord GOD’s lessons are many, and intricate. Though the Creator’s will should be transferred easily from prophet to layman, I take this flaming sword as a metaphor for Azariah. This motif, of a sword ablaze, is only truly typical of two of the Creator’s servants: Saint Michael, and Azariah. However, the flames of Owyn, and the heraldry of any Owynist sect as a result, were staunchly fire-like. Not a brilliant, Templaric white, but fire. I take Owyn’s wielding of this sword as a representation of how Man can defend himself, only further reinforced by the foremost of the Nephilim, the An-Gho. Man must reach out and wield the flaming sword of Azariah, as the Exalted Owyn did, to weed out the Impure, the Saulican, and those who heed the word of the Corruptor. Yet another tenet in common, and, in truth, similar to the previous, is the emphasis on wisdom within both philosophies. Obviously, from Azariah’s philosophies, this comes from his instilled drive to know. But, this drive, as all things about Azariah, was given to him by the Creator, and so this drive should be respected. ‘Timeless insight froze the First-Born from red waters; His blood was red flame in an alabaster heart.’ ‘So the Lord made two bodies of earth, and gave them blood and breath, and the light of wisdom’ These two extracts, from the Fire of Vitality and Book of Provenance (S. of Gospel) agree - a simple observation. Yet, it is the preceding section of the Fire of Vitality that relates even stronger to this extract from the Book of Provenance, ‘Asioth was hidden beneath the darkest depths. Rising up, a golden sun clove One into two’ …,wherein the darkest depths refers to the red waters Azariah was born from in wisdom, and the two bodies the First Coupling. Additionally, the entirety of the Aurelects, save the Divine Gift, are arranged in couples. Just as the final kiss of life into the First Coupling was wisdom, and so wisdom should be valued as a virtuous step towards enlightenment, wisdom was Azariah’s first step towards Asioth. If the approach, the process, and the result of Asioth and enlightenment are the same, the burden of proof should shift to the naysayer, the skeptic, on why they are not one and the same. DIFFERING BELIEF The end of days is something that cannot be predicted, nor said to be fulfilled, until the signs seen in prophecy by the Exalted Sigismund ring true. This is the consensus of the Mother Church, the holiest one that I, even as an Owynist, have sworn myself to. Shockingly, though, as I continue to describe myself as an Owynist, I do align with the central dividing factor of my faith - Sigismund was NOT a prophet! Moreover, I merely believe Sigismund to be a king who thought much like I do now: why, and how, will it all end? There is little content surrounding the end times outside of Sigismund’s canonised visions, and, if not the work of some spirit, shaman, seer, or malaise, there is no reason to believe Sigismund. The fulfilment of the prophecy Godfrey had delivered unto him by the Lord GOD is purely subjective; Sigismund was no prince by blood, only crown prince of Savoy by distant relation to his Holiness Owyn I. Furthermore, the title of ‘Prince in Black’ was practically forced onto him - he was prince in black merely by virtue of granting the Rutherns land. The Creator does not speak of a Prince rewarding a mercenary company that happens to wear black. The very first line of his prophecy, per the Exalted Godfrey, is “there will come a prince in black”. The prince comes in black. Additionally, the timeframes of the stages described by the Exalted Godfrey correlate, at best, vaguely to that of the Exalted Sigismund’s lifespan. He first departs on his pilgrimage, yet only sees ruin and destruction upon his return, unlike the Scriptures, which state “…as he departs all seems lost”. I could prate endlessly about these nitpicky errors that make the brandishing of HoE Sigismund as the Fourth Prophet false, but the most pressing, in my eyes, is the constant woe and sin of the Haeseni people. To not ostracise my colleagues of the Jorenic Rites, I merely bring the destruction of Valdev by a comet, the death of three monarchs in less than three decades, and the wanton cruelty the Brotherhood enacts on a daily basis. THE END OF DAYS Abandoning my bias, but also ignoring the Scroll of Auspice as what it is — false — I have compiled references to the final days within the Holy Scripture. The following is the result of my critical analysis, the conclusions which I have drawn. The third Son of Spirit is to arrive, simultaneous to a fourth appearance of the Lord GOD. This appearance must be simultaneous to the phenomena the Creator described in his final recount to the Exalted Godfrey: ‘…when I return, the waters shall thaw and wash over the world, and all shall know My Word, and none will reign as prophet above another.’ I am a staunch futurist, of the belief that these prophecies are merely prophecies until they are fulfilled, and that when they are, it will be clear, as GOD’s glory is. The end of days is only to occur after the third Son of Spirit is revealed as a prophet of GOD, and the prophet only revealed following the phenomena the Creator described. The end is likely only to occur once the rebuking of the sins of the Exalted is realised. While such is much more vague for the Exalted Horen or Owyn, it is clear for Godwin - the nations he conquered will return to conquer Man, the suffering ‘thrice over’. Saulicians will bow to Iblees, as the Corruptor is freed from the Void and allowed onto our plain, as was done in worlds before, before the Aengul of New Beginnings brought the virtuous to a new world. But in the end times, there will be no aengul to save the virtuous, and rather Iblees will ascend from the void and spread his hatred of the Lord GOD. He will whittle at the Mother Church, until it is forgotten, and then he will launch his legions of undead and collaborators: ‘witches, Saulicians, necromancers, and destroyers of the virtuous’. But, as the Lord GOD is benevolent, and rewards the virtuous, it is only the guilty sinner who will fall to the chains of the Corruptor, and join his ranks in eternal thralldom. Instead, the virtuous son of Horen will ascend to eternally wander the skies with their kin, closer to GOD than they ever were in life. He will ‘[gather] the virtuous in the Skies ]’, protecting them from the grip of corruption. Past this point, I can only provide extrapolation. Based on the similarities between asiothism and Canonist philosophies, as well as the renowned truth-collecting abilities of the dragons, I am inclined to believe Azariah in that Asioth will be achieved. The world will be cleansed. I do not believe the Lord GOD would allow the plain he split in between the Void and the Skies to fall to the Void, allow Iblees to encroach further onto the plain He created, in cooperation with the aenguldaemons. Instead, I predict the descent of the Exalted, with the gathered virtuous in the Skies. Here, they will sally out onto the earth, and here, the armies of GOD and His servants will rally to His banner. The Saint Michael the Archangel will, of course, charge his Templars into the Undead, but alongside them, all those Virtuous to ever live. And it is here, at the end of days, that Azariah will attain complete redemption in our Father’s eyes, as the foremost lieutenant of the Corruptor shall become the weapon of Horen, Owyn, and Godwin against the Inferi. This is how his fate is actualised, and how purity, virtuosity, and piety will be shown to always vanquish the Evil. Iblees will be driven permanently from the earth, slain, and the Skies will descend onto earth to eternally reward those faithful sons of Malin, Krug, and Urguan, while the sons of Horen will wander the Skies - eternal peace and fulfillment for the virtuous. CONCLUSION Though an obviously controversial piece no doubt due to my thoughts on Azdrazi syncretism, especially given the relatively recent attack on the departed Caius Primus by Klog’Akaal and a group of Corrupted Nephilim and their heralds, leaving him disoriented for years after, I hope that this piece will prove to at least open the idea up for ecclesiastical debate. For reasons of self-protection, both in life, and in career, I have chosen not to disclose my identity. There are very few hints toward it. Any who think they have recognised me based on some tingly sense in their bones, I would ask you to hold your tongue. I give, for instance, the widespread support of the Marna Brigade in the Heartlands, which, although if we differ in ideals, brings me great joy; even if these texts would get me hung in our current era, I would much rather not be a martyr for the generations of virtuous, Canonist dragoons that are sure to follow me - do not spill my name! To any sympathetic to my cause: worry not. This will surely not be my last piece on the matter. I give my personal thanks to these few: Arpad The An-Gho His Holiness, Deunoro I Callahan Cardinal Artorius Ser Peter von Stroheim Unri Doomforged An additional note is penned to Captain Ser Tiber of the Nauzica, of the Brigade of Marna: An additional note is penned to his Holiness Deunoro I, High Pontiff and Vicar of GOD: ADRIAN OF ASCALON DEVOUT PREACHER OF SAINT RAGUEL, ANGEL OF JUSTICE, MESSENGER OF GOD
  5. An Open Invitation - Life Awaits As written upon on this 12th of Malin’s Welcome, 152 S.A. From The Exilic Kingdom of Númendil and the Lordship of Caladras "Fair shall the end be, though long and hard shall be the road.” To all of those in Aevos who champion of the Right and the Good against Injustice and Evil, In the heart of the Exilic Kingdom of Númendil, next to the ancient Kingswood, where the shadows dance with the sunlight filtering through the leaves, lies Caladras – a stronghold carved from the stone of the realm itself. We, Ser Elerríon of House Seregon, Lord of Caladras, and Ser Ellisar of House Aevaris, Castellan of Caladras and Taras Ilsa, extend a solemn invitation to those in search of refuge, purpose, and belonging. Why Choose Caladras? A Refuge of Solitude: Caladras stands as a bastion of Númenedain security amid a world in turmoil. There exists a somewhat rural attitude whilst being a short distance from the Kingdom’s capital city of Númenost. Here, rolling fields meet the towering and dense woodlands. The gentle rustle of leaves and the song of birds offer a refuge from the chaos and Darkness that rolls through the realm. Shared Endeavors: In the quietude of our mark on this realm, those of Caladras and the Númenedain work together, cultivating the land and fostering a community where the Virtue of labor mingles with the earth. A shared sense of purpose binds us, transcending the mundane and that of racial bonds. Faith Amidst Mixed Company: In reverence to the Creator that sculpts these lands and all that is, many of those in Caladras practice the Canonist faith, deeply rooted in the Holy Scrolls. A temple stands as testament to the kinship of all, where Virtue and the Good and Just of His flock reside. The Lordship extends its welcome to the Virtuous, even if faith and the Canon is not in your beliefs. Guardians of the Northern Reaches: With a vigilant levy and steadfast guards, Caladras shields the northern parts of Númendil from the unknown. The security of the Númenedain is ensured by the watchful eyes of the Royal Guard, the Confessors, and the Rangers. Through our mortal hands, and the light of the Creator, we embrace comradery through shared defense. Kinship Beyond Blood: Within our hearths, bonds of kinship are forged. We celebrate the diversity of our community, where shared laughter, solemn prayers, and quiet moments of understanding weave the tapestry of our collective identity. Opportunities Await! No matter your walk of life, be it a skilled artisan, aspiring squire, diligent farmer, studious scholar, or a protector of hearth and home, Caladras shall welcome you. Here, amidst the Heartlands and the Númenedain, you may find not just a place to dwell, but a purpose to uphold. If any of this pulls at your heart to seek, or if you simply seek to learn more, the invite is open for the reasonable, Virtuous, or otherwise good-natured to visit these lands. Send writ to Ser Ellisar or Lord Elerríon. Come, join us in the heart of the Númendil. Let Caladras become the sanctuary you have long sought. 6. [!] The pious and faithful within the city of Sin and Vermin as they cleanse it from the corruption of Iblees & the void __________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Blessings be upon those who read this and we pray GOD guides you through life. The war against Vermin and Sin has been a roaring success and has exceeded the expectations of all of us within the Friedrichian Band. We did not expect such swift action and widespread support within Canondom when we first called to action. It makes us glad to see Canondom has not fallen like Lurin. A few days within us penning and announcing our PIOUS & RIGHTEOUS quest, the HOLY MOTHER CHURCH and Canondom rallied a force before marching into the city of Lurin. Clergy and faithful. There they handed several terms to the lord of the GODLESS city which they promptly accepted. The forces of Canondom were allowed to cleanse the city from Sin & Vermin through whatever means necessary. All that was needed is a permit from the HOLY MOTHER CHURCH to do such. Only a few hours passed before some of the culprits behind the attacks on clergymen within the city were caught and dealt with. A great victory for sure. Yet our work is not done. The corruption of Lurin runs deeper than expected. They have forbidden clergymen from preaching THE HOLY LIGHT OF GOD within their lands except within churches. The WORD OF GOD shall not be restricted to certain areas. They insult and mock our faith and faithful openly. This cannot be tolerated. They intervene in the testing of lurinites and draw blades against clergymen still. I shall remind you that these are the doings of the average citizen and guards within the city of sin and vermin. When we, the merry knights of the Friedrichian band alongside faithful from aaun and veletz, tested spooks with a permit granted to us by the HOLY MOTHER CHURCH, we were met with intervention from Lurinite lackeys and drawn blades. They had no intention of letting us conduct our testing in peace. They tried sowing seeds of distrust among us by questioning our purity. An attempt to lead us into bickering and targeting ourselves. Their sly words fell on deaf ears FOR GOD PROTECTS AND UNITES THE FAITHFUL. When all failed they drew a blade on our most beloved Bishop Callahan, demanding his blood be drawn. Seems like it wasn't just darkspawn and xionists who thirst for clergy blood within those walls. Our conclusion is this: Lurin has fallen beyond redemption. The only way to save the few remaining and dwindling faithful in the city is by crusade. To cleanse the land of the sinful and vermin scourge by fire and blade. Destruction to the current Lurinite regime and establish a PIOUS state from its ashes. Thus, we the faithful of Canondom, plead to you, Pontiff Sixtus V, save them from the GODLESS pit that drains purity from the faithful. Call a crusade. Crush the agents of Iblees and the symbol of sin & vermin that Lurin represents. ✠ AVE HOREN, AVE OWYN, AVE GODFREY ✠

  9. Origins The Errant Knight’s Code is an interpretation of the informal code of conduct associated with the tradition of Knighthood which has long been a staple of human (specifically Canonist) martial culture. Over the centuries, many ‘Knight’s Codes’ have been written, all of which vary greatly on the matter of emphasis, but most, unsurprisingly, uphold loyalty to nation or Emperor before all other things, in some shameful cases, even putting secular loyalty above that to the Canonist Faith. Knights were first and foremost enforcers of their Kings and Emperors, and lesser landholders as a result, such was the standard they were, and in many places, still are held to this day. During the Harvest Revolution and the violent overthrow of the Orenian Kingdom, most landholders sided, unsurprisingly with the Royalists, as such, few knights, and most of whom were destitute and desperate sided with the commonfolk. One of them being the future Tar-Númenatâr Foronathor of Númendil, at the time, a humble hedgeknight by the name of Ser Uther. In the aftermath of the Revolution, Ser Uther was charged with maintaining the peace within the wartorn Heartlands, which had barely recovered from the Brother’s War before being bled anew during the peasant’s revolt. To do this, Ser Uther put out an open call to all who would answer, offering in part wealth and honor, but chiefly a worthy cause to those who sought it. Penitence for one’s previous failings proved a popular notion in the aftermath of two bloody civil wars, and soon, Ser Uther had rallied a cadre of destitute knights, repentant highwaymen, and dispossessed mercenaries seeking redemption. Many of them he knighted himself, under the logic that, in the absence of a King, a Knight can make a Knight, should he deem one worthy. And though the Harvest Confederacy would inevitably fall, the spirit of that Brotherhood endured as Ser Uther and his tribe of Harrenites, the predecessors to the Númenedain, came to conquer the Barrowlands, and later found the Kingdom of Númendil- Where Knighthood is earned through worthy deeds of great valor, and those who wear the honor wear it with piety, rather than serving as thugs for their monarch. THE CHIVALRIC CODE As laid out by Ser Uther ‘the Pendraic’ of Acre Written 88 SA. In memoriam of Ser Rolvald Thassion I Thou shalt maintain His Church and live piously. II Thou shalt constitute thyself the defender of All Canondom, regardless of rite, and shall never take up arms against the Church. III Thou shalt constitute thyself the defender of the innocent, the weak, and defenseless, to act else-wise is to dishonor the very concept of Knighthood. IV Thou shalt refrain from acts of wanton cruelty, to act else-wise is to dishonor the very concept of Knighthood. V Thou shalt give succor to widows, orphans and the dispossessed. VI Thou shalt not recoil before thine enemy, and shall act always with valor, even if it leads to thy death. VII Thou shalt make war upon the apostate and the servants of Iblees without cessation, and thou shalt never leave the call to crusade unanswered. VIII Thou shalt guard the honor of thy fellow knights, and in turn act virtuously as not to bring dishonor to them. IX Thou shalt perform scrupulously thy feudal duties, if they be not contrary to the laws of God. X Thou shalt always remain forthright and honest, and will be true to thy word, even if it leads to thy death. XI Thou shalt refrain from giving wanton offense. XII Thou shalt always respect and defend the honor of women. XIII Thou shalt persevere to end in any enterprise begun. XIV Thou shalt never refuse a challenge from an equal, and shall always respect the rite of single combat. XV Thou shalt be generous, and give largesse to everyone. XVI Thou shalt be everywhere and always the champion of the Right and the Good against Injustice and Evil. Númenedain Knighthood Due to their origins in the knightly warband of Ser Uther, the Númenedain place a strong reverence on the institution, even beyond their usual adherence to absolute feudalism. The phrase A Knight is a Knight wherever he may be describes their attitude towards the profession. Titles and peerages do not carry half as much weight among the Númenedain as martial prowess and piety, in this regard, even the lowliest hedgeknight might be held in higher regard than even the mightiest king, based on how true they remain to the chivalric ideal. ‘False knights’ ie, those granted the honorific title for political reasons alone, and those lacking martial skill or moral fiber, are viewed more akin to bandits than true knights, and the Númenedain disparage those who grant them such false ‘honors’. According to the laws of the Númenedain, any Knight who deems another worthy can name someone a knight through a basic ceremony in which the recipient is asked to swear to adhere to each clause of the code one at a time, after which, the following is recited. [ Grantor] “Do you, [name] of [name], swear to uphold all these tenants, on pain of exile should ye fail?” [Recipient] “I swear it.” [ Grantor] “Do you swear never to falter, to aid the foe willingly or unwillingly, knowingly or unknowingly, on pain of death should ye fail?” [Recipient] “I swear it.” [ Grantor] “Do you swear to be an example and mentor to your children and your taken squires, so they might carry on your legacy once ye fall?” [Recipient] “I swear it.” [ Grantor] "Then by the Cross, the Flame, and the Radiant Star, I charge you all this and more- To uphold all duties required of you by your station, and to act honorably, now and always." [ Grantor] "Arise Ser [Name] of [Name]- Knight of the Realm." [Both] “So mote it be.” Traditionally, if one is also being named a Knight with vested authority, they will be declared ‘Knight of the Realm and of [kingdom name], and the Knighting ceremony will be followed immediately with a pledge of fealty. A knight may also oftentimes be landed, but this is not always the case, for Knighthood in its own right comes with associated honors and privileges, as well as the duties as laid out in the chivalric code. These rights include being permitted to fly their own banners beneath that of their served Lord, them and their household being permitted to wear their own colors into battle, and being awarded favored treatment in the eyes of the king’s law, which they are also permitted to enforce should they be pledged, and not a simple errant Hedgeknight. Knights are expected and trained to fight primarily as heavy shock-cavalry, but are required to be capable to serve in any role (though in the case of landed knights, lowly positions such as manning siege-equipment or performing menial labor is often seen as beneath them, unless commanded by greater authority.) Uniquely among the Númenedain however, is a duty unlike any other, called The Last Rite of Kings. The Last Rite of Kings is a clause which dictates that, should the reigning monarch of Númendil be willingly or unwillingly brought under the sway of the Forces of Darkness, it is not only expected, but commanded of all Knights of the Kingdom to either bring said monarch back into the light, or, failing that, raise their banners in rebellion and overthrow them in favor of the heir, or should succession be muddied, the High Steward. In the case where both the High Steward and the Heir are unavailable, regency is to be assumed by the eldest knight in service to the Kingdom. This is perhaps the only case among the Mannish Kingdoms in which regicide is not only permitted, but outright commanded per the founding principles of the Kingdom. Malchediael and the Númenedain Among the Númenedain, along with the Canonist God and his Saints, reverence will also at times be placed upon the Aengul of Courage, Malchediael, known by most by his Canonist name, Archangel Michael. Even those without the patronage of the Archangel, his Templars, have come to favor the Warrior-Angel, and call to him in battle as one might call upon the intercession of the saints. However, the Archangel is never venerated above or in place of the Creator. As well as the Aengul of Courage, Michael is oftentimes attributed to be the Archangel of War specifically, and depictions of him or his four-pointed radiant star can be found everywhere in Númendil. Notably, the Royal House of Arthalionath adopted the Radiant Star of Malchediael into their sigil after the destruction of Barrowton during the Dagor Almariad.
