  1. Krimpgoth Announcement As the newly appointed Krimpgoth of the Iron Horde. I will ensure that all orcs within the horde follow the standards set by our spirits and by Krug himself. Any who dishonor the orcish grizh will have to answer to me and my fellow krimphai. Honoraries Honoraries have served to be an important part of the horde. As it stands, these honoraries are to be recognized as urukhim until otherwise stated. The only current honoraries in the horde are: -Minto'Lur -Obok'Ugluk -Slith'Ungri -Sally'Yar Whitewashes These specific orcs have shown that they do not honor the urukhim way and shall be hunted until they learn to change their ways. Current official whitewashes include: -’Yrmsik Fiyem’ of Kaethul -'Krognag' of (possibly) Petra Both of these lists will be updated as needed and posted on the notice board within Krugmar. Ang Gijak-Ishi, Gnarla’Vukh, Krimpgoth Of The Iron Horde.
  2. OOC: ON THE HONORARY STATUS Krimpgoth Grimruk’Lur Drums call upon you blessed child. Your soul awaits to join its brothers, to start its journey to the Stargush’Stroh. Will you follow? TRIALS ༄ “Honor” “Culture” “Tradition” The descendant on the path will choose a clan to assign themselves to. The clan will put them to work, so their time in the Horde will not be left to waste. The Lurs will put one on the path to hunting and collecting leather. Yars will put one on the path to take care of the library or write books and keep their secrets. The one on the path will continue this trial until the end of their journey. “Time” “Knowledge” “Acceptance” The next step will be to spend time with the Orcs within the capital for at least 12 years. This step is to ensure the descendant on the path understands the culture and gets to know his or her soon to be brethren. The descendant will not be seen as an honorary but as a guest. They will be respected by the Orcs as guests of their respective clans during their stay. During these 12 weeks, the one on the path is expected to follow the culture of the Orcs, yet still not have the permission to speak blah. “Glory” “Victory” “Proof” The final and last step will be to gain a great feat that will keep their name within Orcish history. The feat is to be of great size. Like that of a massive and difficult beast or a leading victory in battle. This feat will have to be witnessed by other Orcs, and a trophy is to be taken. Upon bringing the trophy, the ritual will begin. The honorary’s clan will be brought together, and the honorary will be forced to eat the heart of their own race to leave their old self behind. The honorary will carry their clan's name at all times and abandon their past culture completely. The sacrifice is not required to be gained by the honorary. CULTURE ༄ The honorary will follow their clan's culture and the Orcs general behavior. They will abandon all connections to their past, including their name, surname, and identity. Throughout their lives they will speak blah or at least attempt to do so out of respect for the greater beings and now their brothers, the Urukim. The honorary is expected to show courage, pride, wisdom, and strength. They are to follow the codes of Krug and never abandon their honor. Failure to follow the codes and teachings of the Orcs will result in severe punishment or whitewashing. ON THOSE OF THE PAST ༄ Continents move swiftly, and so does the goi. Many Orcs and honoraries alike lose their way, abandoned by their kind. If an ancient honorary appears from the desert sands, they will have to show proof of their name, clan, and previous virtues to show that they are truly of honor. It will be up to the Krimpgoth and Rex personally to allow them back within the goi. If the name is unknown and the honorary has not been lost but is living within the concrete walls of the lesser kind, their honorary title is stripped, and they must perform these trials to regain their title.
  3. TO THOSE THAT ARE NOT WORTHY Krimpgoth Grimruk’Lur You strayed off the path, though you gain another chance. Take my hand child, follow the path once more. This year has been a challenging one, both literally and figuratively. Though I, with a fair zult giving to me by my clansman, have slayed the elf that had challenged me. His head will soon meet the failed and whitewashed folk and tell the tale of what happens when you cross an Uruk between him and his destiny. Our goi has been cursed and poisoned by foul elves that claim themselves to be honorary. But they do not reside with us, do not fight with us, do not respect our culture, and do not speak our tongue or share our name. With cowardice and malice, they betrayed us and stabbed our kind in the back, causing some to fall. To prevent this from happening once again. New trials will begin, and titles will be stripped. If your name is not listed, you are to face me, and do the trials again. OBOK’UGLUK “Honor and Loyalty is never-ending to this one.” MINTO’LUR “His size is little, yet his power is great.” SLITH’UNGRI “Loyal, clever and upholding of his tradition.” TOAD’YAR “Wargoth of great ambition. The eldest of them all.”
  4. THE PATH TO HONORARY What does it mean to be an honorary? How does a non-orc enter the society of the orcish people? In the past, honorary meant little more than someone favored by orcish people. However, few have risen above their non-descendant origins and shaped the orcish people through their will and strength. Within the IRON'UZG, honoraries should be expected to do the same. The trials have been reformed, molded to fit the advancements in culture and pride the orcs have taken. ELIGIBILITY: Krugmar must be your main residence. Must be recommended by an orc kin. The Dominus must accept you into the Honorary process FIRST TRIAL: Throm’ka to H’ Bruddahz The first trial of the honorary process requires the individual to introduce themselves to five orc-kin. By the end of this trial, a novitiate should understand and know the following: Each of the Orcs’ full names and clan Be able to give details/background of at least two clans Learn of the Spirits and Ancestors They should understand Krug and his tribulations Knowledge of important Ancestral, Elemental, Immortal Spirits. Understand the Orcish social hierarchy The novitiate cannot move on to the second trial until the Dominus has received a report of their findings and deems it appropriate to continue. SECOND TRIAL: Durbûrzob Kûhom(An example of strength) Hunt a Large Beast or an Undead Alone a novitiate must venture into the wild and slay a beast larger than oneself or an undead. The individual must bring back a trophy of this kill to the Dominus to prove their success. Klomping Time A novitiate must win one out of three klomps against the other orcs. They must prove their worth in skirmishes; whether that be fighting, strategizing or supplying armaments. Gauntlets Complete two gauntlets in the Holy City, San’Khatun. THIRD TRIAL: Frûmob Kûhom(An example of the mind) Find a practitioner of each type of Shamanism Be able to explain each individually Choose two spirits to learn in-depth, and provide evidence of religious works to them. Know of at least one spiritual role outside of Shamanism, and take part in their rituals Honor: Be able to properly explain Orcish honor. Bloodlust: Know the history and folly of the orcish curse. Understand how it works and how to act upon it correctly. FINAL TRIAL The Dominus will assign the potential honorary to an orc who is involved in a role that the potential honorary seeks to fulfill within the Iron’Uzg. Together this brother and the Dominus will formulate a final, unique trial for this individual.
