All so members could do good in the world in the ways only they could. instead of helping create, protect, or build an organization for someone else? He had come To be the founder of his own. The Griffin guild's oaths are ones Leonardo brought over from another guild. Ones he helped write himself and ones he adds to as necessary. His goals are lofty but attainable. The Griffin guild is to have 4 branches. One for each cardinal direction. They will also have a naval ship And in the future most possibly a fleet. The Valourous Griffins will take to the water protecting Aevos seas. Each member will be trained in naval and or non naval combat but that is not the only option to help. The guild has different crafts available, and divisions all its own. Such as woodwork and crafts, trade in weapons, alcohol and jewelry, a smithy shop, as well as the pursuit of magical, alchemical, or medical knowledge. finally don’t forget the care for the cities where guild branches base themselves. There is truly no task too small for every action and skill counts. People of all backgrounds are welcome to join. Everyone does their part to support the guild. Members will have access to knowledge, opportunities, and training they could not receive alone. They will be provided shelter in the guild halls, materials for their crafts, herbs if needed, and a forge for the smiths. Succeeding the purchase of Sigismund Street I in the bustling streets of the Capital, Karosgrad, culturally significant goods have been put on display for purchase. Addendum to the Hefrumm Economic Revisionary Act With the Hefrumm Economic Revionary Act signed by the former Grand Steward Dhaen Grandaxe and the former High Chief Celeste’tol, Hefrummos’ taxes are allowed to be supplemented by produce. Unfortunately, their act did not specify directions for many other economic activities in Hefrumm and was not legally certified by any council of Hefrumm. This proposal was approved by the Folk's Council, to address these issues and give legal legitimacy to the act. Article I - Stalls and Shops Stalls and Shops shall pay no tax in Hefrumm. Forest dwarves of the Hefrumm community will receive priority for shops over foreigners. Article II - Shop Activity In order to avoid the claiming of shops and then their subsequent abandoning, an Activity Slip will be implemented. If one wishes to open a shop they must acquire an Activity Slip from the High Chief or the Steward of Hefrumm. Every year, or stone week, the activity slip must be placed into the shop’s respective Activity Box, and then a new one shall be issued. No more than 3 activity slips can be given out, and placed in a single box at a time. Article III - New Stalls and Shops The Construction of new shops and stalls must be approved by the Chief’s Council or the Folk’s Council. Shops and Stalls constructed by the Golden Magpie Ring only need approval from the High Chief.

THE GOLDHAND TRADING COMPANY PRECEPT A name lost to the ages, once the principal business venture of the Goldhands under Clan Lord Finian Goldhand, the famed name of the Goldhand Trading Company has been lost to time; but now under the leadership of Conan Goldhand of a renewed clan itself the company of old shall be restored once more. HIERACHY OF THE COMPANY Coinmaster: The Head of the Company, this position is usually held by a senior member of the Goldhand Clan; typically the Clan Lord himself. It is the coinmaster who handles all executive decisions, such as promotions or deciding the direction or management of the company. Gilded Merchants: The most senior merchants within the Company, these are Dwedmar of exceptional mercantile ability entrusted with handling the Company’s more expensive stock to sell. Merchants: The rank and file of the Company, given an array of items to sell on a stone-weekly basis. Merchants of exceptional ability may end up promoted to the rank of Gilded Merchants. Supplier: Suppliers of the Company’s goods, these may include internal or external labourers, or even entities such as guilds or other companies. Company Suppliers can expect a share of total profits for whatever goods the Company sells on their behalf. ETHICS OF THE COMPANY The Goldhand Trading Company believes ‘autoshops’ and ‘auctionhouses’ to be unethical, all business with clients shall be done face to face, if found guilty of using ‘autoshops’ and ‘auctionhouses’ employees may find themselves terminated. Using displays in shops is permitted, however. Merchants must keep a detailed log of profits and expenses in the Book of Trades. Merchants must not steal company stock to hoard for themselves. PAY IN THE COMPANY Gilded Merchant: Gilded Merchant’s receive 50% of all profits they make for the company and are trusted to trade high value items. Merchants: Merchants receive 50% of all profits they make for the company. HOW TO JOIN THE COMPANY Suppliers Any tradesman or woman, entity or nation seeking a fair price for their goods without the need of the auction house - speak to Coinmaster Conan Goldhand, contactable at the Company’s Base of Operations (located next to the Goldhand Clan Hall). Merchants Hopeful employees may attach their resume or seek an audience with either the Coinmaster or a Gilded Merchant, and at the Coinmasters discretion shall be offered employment in the company.

Over the course of a few weeks Rinehart Stamirsk and Pyrin Nira-Crane negotiated about funding a company in Elysium they would fight back and forth until they agreed to the following terms of the agreement.   12. Kazimir Company Introduction This business is located in Varhelm, Norland. At the far end of the commercial area turning left off of the Varhelm ferry. Founded by Rebeka la Waevra, on the 9th of the Sun’s Smile in 30 S.A. Formerly La Waevra Imports & Exports, this business was renamed in 43 S.A, by Leyna Kazimir, daughter of Rebeka. The business carries a variety of different items, and can fill a wide variety of special orders, so long as they are associated with the wholesale of materials and resources. Products In the store, stocked consistently, Coral, sea pickles, and scutes from the Ocean side near Haelun’or. Quartz pieces from all over Almaris. Feathers, from all over Almaris. An array of different dyes, sourced from all over Almaris. Handmade leads, and golden carrots, saddles, and horse grain. Handmade notebooks, with thick leather bindings, thread with cotton string and smooth papers made in Norland. Handmade torches, with cotton top for easy lighting, built in with a coal top to keep it burning and flint for continuous uses. Homemade notepaper from Norland. Glowstone dust, coming from areas near Elvenessee. Bones that were sourced from Sutica. Cigars crafted in Norland, and Rozania. Meat, raised and slain in Haense and Rozania and cooked in Norland. Buckets, handcrafted from iron in Norland. Often carried in the store, a variety of wood, like spruce or oak. There are also homemade clocks, and compasses from a local crafter in Norland. A variety of armor is available. Arrows, and bows crafted in Norland. There is also a variety of alcoholic beverages available for purchase there. Swords made from a traveling blacksmith. Library Above the shop is a small library, open to the public, and those who are willing to learn. There is knowledge there for anyone and it is ever-growing as the days go by. Rebeka’s love of books made her start this endeavor, and she used the business to help collect more books to add to the collection. Leyna carries this legacy on by providing books for all that she can. Many use the space for academia and group or guild meetings. They most commonly do not setup shop in one area, but rather go in Caravans so they can move quite easily. The guild it's self is brand new to Athera, and wishes to prosper in the new lands. In order to do this job the merchant must know prices of the area he is selling from so he can provide everyone with prices which fit the area's budget. They do not setup shop in one place, but will often travel with Caravans. A traveling merchant must keep inventory and give 10% of his earnings to Grand Merchant Giovanni Dandolo Caravan Merchant. These merchants often have much more goods than a simple Traveling merchant, they often stay outside of towns or areas for a few days before moving on to a new area. Due to the current small size of the guild they often travel together. They must also give 10% of their earnings and keep inventory of their items. Caravan and Transport Guard. These men are trained to protect the Grand Merchant and the Caravans. They know their way around a sword and should any threat come to the caravan they will fight.
