The Sea Rhinoceros (A crude sketch of the creature) The Sea Rhinoceros (Also known as the Sea Rhino) is a genetic mutation rarely found in the squid. It can be described as a sort of mixture between a fish and a rhinoceros. These are always found as a head of a rhino on the body of a large, heavily plated fish. They are born as any other squid would be, from small egg sacs. After birth, they are usually left to fend and hunt for themselves, and as such commonly develop a bitter and aggressive personality. Calling The sea bear is rarely seen by descendants. This has lead many researchers to believe it is on the verge of extinction for its precious hide, while others believe that the descendants simply do not know how to summon such a magnificent, dangerous beast. The only thing that can attract a sea rhino is a sea bear attack, and once one has been attracted, it is very hard for it to lose interest. Sea bears are very elusive creatures, and the process of summoning these is described elsewhere. Summoning such a creature includes perilous tasks, such as eating cheese cut into cubes. The sea rhinoceros should not be summoned unless the person(s) summoning it is/are wearing adequate sea rhinoceros protective garments. An anti-sea bear circle cannot be used as protection. Safety If one has summoned a sea bear, and was, by chance, attacked by it before drawing the sea bear circle, the properties of which are elaborated upon in the same book as the sea-bear summoning ritual, they are most likely doomed. One way, however, of stopping a sea rhinoceros attack, as stated previously, are anti-sea rhino undergarments. These can be made of the relatively common green that the orcish race smoke, which aside from its deadly nature and murderous intent, is one of the reasons the orcs of the War Uzg have not domesticated these beasts. They detest the stench that is emitted by the stronger variants of this narcotic, and will avoid it unless starving or in an otherwise perilous situation.
