It is known to all, including His Imperial Majesty, that the peoples of Curonia have been deceived and trampled on by the infamous pretender, Joey. It is with this knowledge that a deal could be procured between the Dragon and the Bear to fight alongside each other as they have done for many generations.

The foreboding alliance of Curon and Renatus has dated back as far as the Czena conflict, nearly one hundred years ago. While the two foreign entities have fought alongside one another there has been no loss, no quarter and there has only been victory. But, let us not forget that it was the line of Pertinax that saw fit to ascend Curon to Curonia— A Duchy to a Kingdom— despite the outcries of the hillmen of the North.

Let this pact be a reminder that the Dragon & the Bear have always worked in cohesion to one another, let the Realm of Men crush Joey the Pretender.

Section I: Independance.

1. His Imperial Majesty does hereby recognise the independence of the Kingdom of Curonia.
2. His Imperial Majesty does agree to offer his full military support to the Kingdom of Curonia to help them achieve their independence.
3. His Imperial Majesty shall withdraw House of Merentel out of the Kingdom of Curonia’s land, the keep situated near to the Kingdom being transferred over immediately. The surrounding lands are recognized as within the domain of the Kingdom of Curonia ((the tile containing House Merentel’s charter shall belong to Curon)).
4. His Imperial Majesty recognizes the domain of House Suffolk and House Devereux over the lands granted to House Suffolk and House Devereux in the Iron Axe Initiative.

Section II: War of the Two Emperors

1. The Imperium Renatum and the Kingdom of Curonia do agree to ascend their alliance in to a full military alliance during the War of the Two Emperors, fighting beside one another with no less than their full military support to defeat Joey and his foreign allies.
2. His Imperial Majesty shall no longer see it fit to recognise Anabel of Curonia as the Queen of Curonia due to the stabilisation of Curonia.
3. The Imperium Renatum shall absolve any Curonian man or woman of any crimes or wrong-doings that have been committed towards the Imperium Renatum during the first phase of the ongoing war.
4. The Kingdom of Curonia shall absolve any Renatian man or woman of any crimes or wrong-doings that have been committed towards the Kingdom of Curonia during the first phase of the ongoing war.

Section III: Post-War

1. The Imperium Renatum and the Kingdom of Curonia do agree to descend their full alliance to a non-aggression pact after the War of the Two Emperors.
2. The Imperium Renatum and the Kingdom of Curonia do agree to descend their full alliance to a trade pact after the War of the Two Emperors.

Many have toiled in the great conflict that has plagued the continent for years; soldiers of all races have been butchered and left to rot within the bounds of bloodied battlefields. Such inadequate ends to lives, grisly in their execution, needn’t occur any longer; war can end. The instigators of bloodshed have been the Haeseni, who fabricated lies and propaganda that spurred so many into war.

Let good relations arise between the Men of the Imperium and the Elves of the east.

Section I: Non-Aggression

1.  The two signatories do hereby agree to adhere to the strict terms of a non-aggression pact. Leadership, soldiers, or civilians of any signatory nation shall not purposefully harm the other.
2. If any crimes are committed, then a trial shall commence with both signatories present at such an occasion. By doing so, the occurrence will be deliberated in order for a fair judgement to be passed.

Section II: Embassy

1.  There shall be an embassy established in the Fennic & Imperial capitals.
2. The Emperor, Empress and named Renatian representative will have full access and diplomatic immunity within the confines of the relevant embassy.
3. The Grand Prince, Grand Princess, and named Fennic representative will have full access and diplomatic immunity within the confines of the relevant embassy.
4. The Embassy shall not be used as an agent for martial practices nor shall it resemble a fortification.

The Trade Nation of Sutica have forevermore been a neutral entity basing its principles on trade and providing a safe-haven for all. Though, the men of the Haeseni Empire who boldly title us, their opponents, as tyrants have brought it upon themselves to upheave the neutral balance of the sovereign state by sending forth incursions to their walls, only to be repelled back by the daring Dragon Knights of the Imperium.

The Imperium shall not sit idly by while a neutral state is oppressed by the forces of Joey the Pretender. Thus, let this be known as a Benevolent Union of the roots of Renatus & Sutica which have existed since the periods of strife and harmony have coexisted since the dawn of time. Yet, harmony has always prevailed betwixt the two and the Imperium has always strived to protect the citizens of Sutica.

Section I: The War.

1. The Trade Nation of Sutica & the Imperium Renatian shall ascend their political standing with one another to a full alliance for the duration of the war to strike down the oppressive Marnans.

2. The Trade Nation of Sutica shall receive constant support throughout the war in defensive means. The Dragon Knights of the Imperium will pledge to protect Sutican lands from destructive forces of banditry and raiders.

3. The Trade Nation of Sutica & the Imperium Renatum shall ease the process of the trade of resources to further war efforts.

4. The Imperium Renatum shall provide The Trade Nation of Sutica with the required equipment to involve themselves comfortably in the war.

5. The Trade Nation of Sutica will not be expected or required to rally for any smaller engagements, help repel any raids, or other small-scale war activities.

Section II: Post War.

1. The Trade Nation of Sutica & The Imperium Renatum shall persist after the war with a one-sided defensive pact for an indefinite amount of time. The Imperium of Renatus shall be bound to protect Sutica defensively for raid or war.

2. The Trade Nation of Sutica & the Imperium Renatus shall maintain a non-aggression pact.

3. The Trade Nation of Sutica & the Imperium Renatus shall maintain a trade agreement during periods of peace.

The Imperium Renatum and the Principality of Cresonia, would agree on a defensive pact between both nations. Upon the meeting the empire agreed to help the princedom against any foe as long as both parties wished and had a mutual agreement to uphold this pact.

The Terms, agreed upon by both signatories, are as followed:

[ I ] :    Both parties shall enforce a strict non-aggression pact, under all circumstances.

[ II ] :  Both parties shall agree to defend one another if the other is aggressed upon, with nothing left than the full extent of their military and political authority.

[ III ] :  Both parties recognize the irrevocable sovereignty and independence of the others nation. If this sovereignty and independence is contested or threatened, they shall protect one another, with nothing less than the full extent of their military and political authority.

[ IV ] :  The citizens of both the empire and the princedom shall be permitted to freely and safely travel within the borders of both of their lands.

[ V ] :    Both parties shall assist one another in intercepting and obtaining fugitives and criminals in their nations, unless they would violate another treaty, pact, or alliance in doing so.  

[ VI ] :  If either party is found to be in violation of this pact, the two leaders will meet and discuss in a diplomatic way until an agreement on what to do has been met. Until then the defense pact and all its agreements will still fully stand.  

[ VII ] :  This pact will stand for four saint’s months. Once this time has ended the two leaders will meet and discuss the pact. And if agreed upon will continue for another four saint’s months. If the current ruler of one of the two should die the pact will still stand until the agreed upon time has run out. The new ruler and the other one will then meet and discuss if they shall continue the pact or not.

The Mali’aheral of the Silver State of Haelun’or and the Mali’ame of Arcas have had a long and intricate relationship. The fast deterioration of our alliance led to hostility and countless denouncements. It has however always been the intention of the Mali’aheral to restore the bonds of blood between Malin’s troubled children. The Silver State of Haelun’or therefore lends a hand to the Mali’ame which sought their help. Empyreal Princess Aelin Vel’seda Caerme'onn and her adherents are to offered land in the Haelunorian Woodlands; eleame’thilln. For unlike so many of the other Mali’ame, she has proven to share the Mali’thill vision for a peaceful and harmonious relationship between our two people.

The Terms, agreed upon by both signatories, are as followed:

[ I ]:  The Empyrean Enclave is hereby regarded as a self-governing Enclave beneath the Silver State of Haelun’or. Its sovereignty in regards to external affairs, such as conference and diplomacy, are to be handled by the Silver State of Haelun’or unless otherwise specified.

[ II ]:  The Maheral of Haelun’or is now the representative Head of State for both The Empyrean Enclave and the Silver State of Haelun’or. However both nations are expected to maintain an independant council from their own citizenry to ensure the continued administration of internal affairs.

[ III ]:  The Internal Sovereignty of both nations is to be protected and preserved. This is in regards to any laws and/or regulations, change of leadership and/or council and also state related missives. Should a conflict of decision occur between the two states, moderated discussion would occur with neither side bound to conclusion.

[ IV ]:  The cultural practices of either state should not be restricted or threatened within this agreement. Those who sign acknowledge the importance of historical customs and heritage, promising to do everything within their influence to preserve such concepts when considered under threat by internal or external sources.

[ V ]:  The Silver State of Haelun’or will permit The Empyrean Enclave to settle the eleame’thilln, The Silver Forest, and pledges to protect their sanctuary as if it was their own.

[ VI ]:  Both nations recognise the Empyreal Princess as the one and only true representative of the Wood Elven people, and the Maheral of Haelun’or as the one and only true representative of the High Elven people. This agreement reaches across every realm, known or unknown.

[ VII ]:  No restriction of movement shall be enforced between the two nations, providing the person in question has not been explicitly banished by the governing body. In any circumstance neither nation is obliged to extradite figures deemed unlawful by the other, unless the person in question directly threatens the mutual head of state.

Those signed beneath pledge their names and respective nations to the terms in unanimity,  bound by blood to the oath in which they commit.

Shattered. A treaty honored and a debt repaid as the Armies of Mankind and Elvenesse flooded the inner sanctum of San’kala, the Mali’ker of Vira’ker making their way to safeguard the libraries and shrines of the great Motshams that rest before their own elongated days. The Div’cruan, the Order of Mali’ker dedicated to the defense of their own kind, in their vows to take no pleasure in war or suffering as they performed their sacred duty, the protection of their people and the deeds required by their ancestors.

Bloodshed. It is written that in the days of our greatest Ancestors’ youth, where the visage of Malin himself was fresh in the mind of the elder blood of the elves, that the Wardens of Malinor stood in strength and pride beside the armies of the Orcish Warnation. In those days, the bloodlust of the Orcish curse was met evenly by the stoic wisdom of elvenkind until the days in which Malinor began to rot.

Honor. The elves knew nothing of it as their Princes abandoned the Wardens, spitting upon their blood which had been shed; The sacrifices they had made with their Orcish allies all for nothing as the Sons of Krug were left alone. Yet by might and force, they had found enough victory to seek peace.

Temperance. As Khel began his travels, set outwards from the bonds of slavery and the idle tunes of Malinor he cast forth the Mali’ker into his struggles and his strengths. The Zealous, we call him, his commitments breaking the old ways of Malinor, and casting aside the bonds of the Mori. And as Ker’nor formed itself into the world, the people of ker’nor set themselves into their own cycle of ambivalence.

Strength. The Mali’ker, people of the Shadows and dwellers of the great caverns. Yet in the Shadows they lived, their culture and ways falling soon to the rot of old Malinor as the ways of Khel were forgotten. Mali’ker and Mali’ame falling alongside one another as ancient cousins once more, yet to the downfall of the Mali’ker as they stood idle, their kin being drawn into the ranks of the ‘ame clans and druidic orders. But Khel was a Prince of War, not of Peace; The Mali’ker falling weak with each idle moment, losing themselves as they sat along cheerfully with the ‘Ame, losing their Ancestors and their Spirits as the ancient betrayal of Malinor in the Great War found it’s horrible consequences repeated.

Peace. As it was known to the orcs in the Great War, it is known to their descendants. For it was the Orcs and Dwarves who were blessed with their Honor and Valor in the days of old, not the Humans and Elves. And while the taint of Malinor had bred distrust between the Mali’ker and Orcish peoples, the Spirits had began to rekindle such. The so-called shame of the elder shamans stood without proof as the Mali’ker stood stalwart in the same beliefs the Orcs themselves held, the esteemed Shamans of the Mali’ker being low in number, despite fears of their people abusing such gifts. And with such, common ground was found, in hopes that one day the Mali’ker could redeem such honor lost by the Princes of Old Malinor.

The Terms, agreed upon by both groups, are as followed:

• The Sable Enclave of Vira’ker and War-nation of Krugmar will enter a Non-Aggression pact for mutual benefit of the Mali’ker people and the Orcish clans.
• The War-nation of Krugmar will henceforth recognize Dak’ir Des’nox, Primarch of Vira’ker, otherwise known as the Motsham of the Mali’ker people, and with such will grant him and his disciples with equal respect as they would a Shaman of the War-nation.
• The Sable Enclave of Vira’ker will permit free trade and visitation to its lands, shrines, and temples to all Orcs who wish to come in peace and kinship.
• The War-nation of Krugmar will permit free trade and visitation to its lands, shrines, and temples to all Mali’ker who wish to come in peace and kinship.
• Neither party shall behave in military manners that will be seen as breaking of currently standing treaties; Any and all battles and skirmishes between the two parties as party to standing treaties will be treated with honor and not malicious actions between each other.

The Tributization of Dunshire

Clause 1: Dunshire pays Krugmar a flat monthly tribute of no less than 1,000 minas and becomes a tributary to Krugmar. They are to be defended should Dunshire get into any warclaims and aided against bandits and brigands that threaten their peace.

Clause 2: Dunshire will not interfere with Krugmarian affairs and will not give tribute to nations other than Krugmar. If any citizen of Dunshire is found to be interfering in things like the slave trade, the tributization of other states or the receiving of the monthly fee, they will receive whatever punishment is deemed necessary by the one aggrieved by this action.

On this date, 14th of the First Seed 1682, do we mark a strive forward in the name of peace and prosperity. As the Dominion of Malin, ruled fairly and justly by our esteemed Queen Renn Calithil, and the Trade Federation of Sutica, ruled by the Trade Princess Cyrene have signed an accord to further maintain and ensure a pact of non-aggression by the two nations.

The following terms go into effect henceforth;

I. Non-Aggression:

• The Dominion of Malin and the Trade Federation of Sutica shall not aggress the other signatory in any form of transgression of the other signatory’s state law.

• Both signatories officially recognize the sovereign borders of each realm and their sovereign rule, as well as relinquish any concurrent military footholds within these borders. Military personnel of each signatory will not occupy territories within the other signatory’s realm, and will refrain from aggressing their immediate borders.

• Both signatories will refrain from initiating conflict or warfare against the other signatory in any form; this is inclusive but not limited to: declaration of war, campaigning within their borders, espionage, denouncement, skulduggery, etcetera.

II. Trade:

• The borders of either signatories shall be open to trade and secure routes by both naval and land access.

• Trade between both signatories shall be unrestricted non inclusive of economic law, allowing the mercantile classes of either to sell their wares freely without discrimination.

The above pact is to undergo a reviewal process every 8 years, and if the approval process does not succeed within a year of starting the approval process, the pact shall be considered invalid.

On the 12^th of the Sun’s Smile, 1689, putting all past conflicts and battles aside, a meeting took place between Sutican and Krugmar officials at the lands of the Cloud Temple: Trade Princess Cyrene & Rex Gurukk 'The Zealot' Lak, who have each signed a treaty to ensure a pact of trade and non-aggression between the two nations in an effort to move forth.

1. The Kingdom of Elvenesse withdraws from the Elder Alliance immediately and abandons the pursuit of destroying the Kingdom of Kaz’Ulrah.

2. The Kingdom of Kaz’Ulrah and the Kingdom of Elvenesse shall enter a pact of non-aggression, abiding its general terms and ceasing confrontations.

This pact shall last as long as both nations agree it should, but a minimum of four years. In case one side wishes to breach the pact, they should declare their intentions of doing so and then abolish the pact a year later.

Rumours and whispers from afar reached the ears of the prisoned mercenary and his band. The rumours detailed how the knife-ears would join up with Haense for their defence, as expected. So an alliance was penned with the fierce Rex of the east.

The Rex, knowing his people’s blades dulled and rusted, their arms itched to swing blades once more, and their blade sought to pierce the flesh of an enemy, began the long march to war. Haense had been antithetical to Krugmar, denouncing them as a group of lawless raiders and nothing more, and the Rex knew his hammer would have to come upon Haenseti men to prove otherwise, to prove the strength of Krugmar.

The Terms, agreed upon by both nations, are as followed:

1. Krugmar shall assist the Camel Bandits for the full duration of the war, after which the treaty will be transformed into a nonaggression pact.

2. Krugmar will be rewarded with a small village outside of the walls of Markev.
