I have heard multiple people complain about it as it just happened to one of my friends JakeFSF. I died and he picked up my items, he did a command such as /me etc. and his inventory was wiped and he could not open doors, use portals, etc and when he tried to do a command the following message appeared : Its frustrating losing your items especially enchanted ones and would appreciate this being fixed.
