Origin/Background/Culture   The world is a strange place full of mystery, where a simple exploration could solve a few questions yet open many more although we seemingly never tackle the question of greater consciousness and our existence in the world beyond philosophy which appears to only try and level this great knowledge down to our understanding. Here we find the Arbitrium, a strange mix of fortunate and misfavour as they are the recipient of being “chosen” by a somewhat sentient
