On the last night of the summer season, the Rex Rue’Lur who had been bed ridden and ill from an unknown substance, slipped into a coma. The substance identified by the court alchemist was some form of poison originating in the Heartlands. The substance, intended for Daahd’Lur was instead ingested by the Rex causing her great pain and inducing a coma. The period of mourning over the Rexkhan is decreed to be no less than two months before the crown of iron is transferred to Daahd’Lur.

The demands were set for the “Queendom of Vikela,” demands that many saw as too light a sentence for the desolation. "Remove your castles surrounding the capital and attempt to reforest the ancient land which lay scarred and barren; desolated." These demands were denied in council where it was brought to them upon the dissolution of the Confederation.

With these demands denied there lay no pathway open to saving the jungle but through war and the replacement of old stewards with new. So it is that with confirmation of the REX and the AUTARCH, LURAK DECLARES AN OPEN STATE OF WAR UPON THE FALSE QUEENDOM OF VIKELA, VIKELA IS TO BE REMOVED FROM THE JUNGLES BY FORCE AND EXILED HENCEFORTH FOREVER.

With this announcement, the REXDOM and its allies place themselves in opposition to Vikela and its allies and marches upon them. If Vikela’s allies abandon them to their desolation in their daemon worship, no harm will come to those who lay down arms.

A MESSAGE TO VORTICE

The demands laid before you are of the coalition of Honest States, Cannonist Leaders, and the Vicar of God. Refusal to agree to these demands will result in death and destruction. Heed them well citizens of the Monkey Mountains, lest your disgraceful lives be given to forfeit.

DENY the demands and the Holy March will continue.

ARTICLE I: THE  SURRENDER OF ARMS

All soldiers of Vortice will lay down their weapons, any soldiers caught disobeying orders will be in violation of the article and therefore slain.

ARTICLE II: SUBJUGATION TO GOD

Vortice will be abolished as a sovereign nation, their people’s individual determination being left in the hands of the Holy Church of Canon to administer as regents; a governorship will be placed upon the land from which the Vorticians will subscribe.

ARTICLE III: PAYMENT OF JIZYAH

Vorticians will be relocated into their main sector province, their vast lands which lay mostly uninhabited will no longer be ruled by petty Lordlings as they will be forced to centralize. Under this management they will pay a yearly tax to the Holy See, a tithe “Jizyah” to continue mostly uninterred with customs deemed agreeable.

ARTICLE IV: CONSTRUCTION OF THE HOLY MOUNT

The Vorticians will deliver regular supplies to the Holy See and the army of Lurak to construct shrines upon the most Holy Mount.

The Orc Rhak’Dom made his way up to a podium in Lurakahn. Orcs from across the former lands of the Horde had gathered to bare witness to his speech as the blue Orc sought to make history. For many years, Lurak had been at war, and for many years still would this conflict drag on. 

“I am Rhak’Dom,” said the Blue Orc to his audience. “Targoth to the Khan of Khans.” Sweat surrounded his brow. The fury of blood rage was building within his chest. “Ours is a noble mission as Orcs. At the forefront of our cause is the honor of striking down those who seek to defile the Beleth Jungle. We have achieved this end in no small thanks to Daahd’Lur, the Khan of Khans, and his daughter the Rex Rue’Lur.”

“... But our mission is not over yet. Our mission shall not be over until The Khanate brandishes statehood loudly like a thundering club. When we invaded Dunwen, they said that the Khan loves men. In The Khanate, such triffling things mean nothing to us, but they wield race, gender and orientation as a calamity to accuse others. I know many homosexual Orcs, and they are not any less murderous than the rest of us. We all have honor. We all love Lurak. To those who seek to brand one another homosexuals to discredit their conquests, I say this to you – this country is noble, honorable, and unkind. Your insults are naught but slings and arrows that shall be met with the atomizing pressure of total war and invasion.” 

Rhak’Dom felt the pressure in his chest alleviate, his hands spreading wide into the air as his biceps flexed, his blue skin rippling with undercurrents of muscle.

“When Gronk destroyed Salvus, we all applauded. When Mogroka killed his foes, we jeered. And when Grommash nobly took the fight at the Westmark, we found great dignity and honor in serving. Words are air. To the Twiggierex who has sought to annihilate us, to back our enemies against us, I say this much… Your cause is noble. However, it is at an end. The dominant power among non-human races shall be the Orcs from this day forward.

“We answer to our Creator and to his son Krug. We answer to our Spirits and hope to find ourselves in Stargush’Stroh. To those who defy the great Daahd’Lur, you shall see that those of us from Lur Country are strong. That our allies are likewise strong. The Crusade has been called, it is an assembly of many faiths, but we do not revile God as you do.

“I pledge my blade to Krug the All-Father, to the Magnificient Daahd and Rue’Lur, and  to High Priest Fleeperus, and to those who have sacrificed their lives to revitalize the jungle, and free the South from the throes of piastdom politics. So says Rhak’Dom, Targoth to the Khan of Khans. Gug’ye.”

Many cheered, perhaps even some people booed, but the cause was announced regardless – the enemy fought nobly at Driftwood Hollow, but the End of Times was coming. The world would be different now.

Declaration of War

There is a sacred compact between a king and their subjects. In the event that this social contract deteriorates due to abuses on part of the monarch, it is the right of the king’s lords to repudiate these excesses in earnest and curb the wrongful acts of the Crown. Under the rule of Charles II, the Heartland Confederacy forged by John of Aaun and Catherine I of Petra collapsed due to the inability of this king to check the murderous ambitions of his own soldiers.

Before our very eyes we are witnessing the deterioration of the Lowland Realm under the leadership of Charles the Kinslayer. Few crimes are as evil as kinslaying, the ignoble murder of his brother James Marcel Whitespire remains an act of wanton cruelty perpetrated by the hands of himself and his very own siblings. Once the rotting corpse was found within their own castle their blasphemy was made known for all to see. Not only did they deny Marcel life; but they denied him a proper burial. 

When Tiberias confronted the Aaunish king on the matter of these crimes perpetrated by him and his kinsmen, the soldiers of Aaun launched an attack on Blackworth to attempt and kill Tiberias. In this attack, the fourteen-year-old boy heir of Blackworth Constantine Leopold Haverlock was wounded and a knight of Ravenmire named Sir Yao was unjustly murdered. Likewise, the life of Sovereign Bo Rostova was threatened by the King of Aaun’s very own soldiers.

The cruel advances of the Aaunishmen are no mere singular act of cruelty. It is emblematic of their policies and way of life. None of these misdeeds exist on their own and all clearly demonstrate an appetite for violence that begets endless human suffering. The Heartlands are left vulnerable in the wake of their senseless killing, while the rule of law has been subverted by the Crown. 

THUSLY, THE VOICES OF THE UNHEARD CLAMOR FOR JUSTICE, AND WE ARE TO ENACT THIS JUSTICE.

1. Charles the Kinslayer and Queen Hedwig of Warsovia shall be handed over to the Church of Canon for imprisonment and trial. Even in the midst of war, the forces of Ravenmire shall not interfere with the investigation and due process. 
2. The councilors and political allies of the King of Aaun shall be removed in order to promote peaceful rule of law. All persons found to be accomplices in Charles II’s plots and crimes shall be tried.
3. Tiberias shall assume control of the Heartlands and reimpose the rule of law. As the Regent of Whitespire, Tiberias shall ensure that the dictatorial measures advanced by the Aaunic Crown cease and that the suffering of the smallfolk shall be brought to an end. Political assassinations, kinslaying, and pervasive acts of violence shall not be tolerated in the Lowland Realm. 
4. The Heartlands shall be liberated from the rule of Charles II “The Kinslayer” of House Alstion. All formal titles belonging to the House of Alstion shall be dissolved or dispensed to the possession of the Ravenmire War Council. The successors of his line shall all be spared, in a display of mercy shown once to Tiberias by His Apostolic Majesty John.

BLOOD remembers… In the War of Southern Dominion, The Feast of the Wolves the Uruk and Albhai slain the evil scions of VIKEL worshippers of the daemon Bal’lance; spirit masquerading as a Bear. Beast it was which was slain through the blood of thousands of Elves, Humans, Uruk, and even Dwarves. The Great War on VIKEL was one of annihilation, and execution of a daemonic force that plagued Zag’hal; the force withstanding was decreed expelled by the KHAN OF KHANS in the proclamation of THE HAPPENING which closed the war with the transfer of the Caurost. Now lay VIKEL bloodline of the Daemon which lay in the clutch of the Halfman who protect them as they insist in creating the GREATEST UBUNTU KNOWN TO AEVOS.

THE DECLARATION OF WAR ON THE BLOODLINE OF VIKEL AND THEIR HALFMAN PROTECTORS. SHOULD THE CONDITIONS LISTED NOT BE MET BY SUNRISE ON THE FOURTH WOLVEN DAY OF THE YEAR (WEDNESDAY 9/11 2024) HELL HATH NO FURY LIKE A URUK SCORNED.

Redeclaration of War

In the short time since the signing of the treaty of Minas Aranath, the folk of Ravenmire had hoped to return to peaceful lives. Yet it was with no uncertainty that we decided to keep a close eye on the Aaunic lands, to ensure that terms of peace were enacted properly. Today it has been uncovered that despite the proposition being made clear, the Aaunic government has refuted and broken the agreed upon terms. This is not the peace the families of the victims were promised.

They have, in no uncertain terms, objected to the agreed ceding of Lemon Hill, rejected the regency of Canondom and disobeyed the word of High Priest Fleeper I. As clearly outlined within the treaty, violation of terms in any capacity allows for the enactment of just warfare.

Furthermore the agreement with which the treaty as a whole is built upon - that the councilors of Aaun would cede primary land-ownership to the pontiff has also been neglected, refuted, or delayed beyond measure for over five months. As such the treaty which was to tread into effect IMMEDIATELY is now considered fundamentally broken and must be re-negotiated. There is no point trying to patch up a bucket that is more hole than wood, entirely new terms of peace will be negotiated, ones that will be kept. The peace was meant to start five months ago, and not a single term was kept.

Should the HOLY MOTHER CHURCH’s demands be heeded, we will without hesitation move on to renegotiation with the HOLY MOTHER CHURCH, as we no longer have to make deals with Godwin Alstion and his idolatrous councilors. 

SHOULD THERE BE NO PEACE TALKS FROM THE SNAKE’S DEN, WE REASSERT OUR EFFORT TO BRING JUSTICE TO THE LOWLANDS.

DECLARATION OF THE REPUBLIC

Within the course of nature, the motion of the tide and the change of the seasons are an inescapable promise; in the grand sweep of history, it is necessary that a people pursue that to which the laws of nature entitle them.

The rights of the Descendants are dispensed by God and the law. None can be upheld without the divine providence of the Almighty. None can be dispensed without first following in the path set by the Scroll of Virtue. These are the promise of life, justice, and the pursuit of happiness. 

We hold these truths to be sacred and undeniable, that Virtue can be shared in all corners and creeds; that the Lord God is the fire in the desert and the soft wind which cools it; that turmoil is a test of our spirit from the Lord; that there shall be no peace but His peace. 

The road to peace and happiness is open to us and we will climb it, not because we believe it is due to us but because it is the indispensable duty of a magistrate to oblige his people to piety and justice. We believe in the ability for all Descendant-kind to gain salvation in the Lord God, as written in the Holy Scrolls, but the will of the Almighty has been made clear.

The right to life is imperilled by a sovereign injuriously entrenching his people further and further into conflict. The means are tyrannical and, invariably, the end is depostic. In such a case where the right to life and liberty is imperilled, it is the duty of citizens to discard such governance. The grievances against the Merchant Lord are as follows:

In every stage we have endeavoured to cause the most peaceful and humble solution: Our letters have not been answered. A sovereign thus acting with wanton disregard for the liberty of his peoples acts as a tyrant, and is unfit to rule. When peace is met with silence, action becomes the last refuge of the just.

And so it was that the enemy still refused the authority of the One True Faith to bring purity, denying redemption by the Baptismal Waters and condemning themselves to redemption by the Flaming Sword. Tribes of Norn, the Sons of Krug, the Sons of Malin, and all the nations of the beating heart of Canondom in the east had rallied in the repulsion of evil and defense of the good. The Crusaders had marched in growing numbers, first marking their path upon the northern expanses of the corrupted shire, clearing a launching point for further attack. As they sailed across the waters to Silasia, the Grand Duke denied all calls for surrender and instead dissolved his realm after countless losing raids. Perhaps he had finally realized that the Dreadlings he had landed wished not for his defense, but the offense of the Holy? Maybe he had realized evil would not prevail, yet he wanted not to engage with the Temple despite this. Who can say, but the Crusaders moved through Silasia swiftly, and entered the southern Dunwen. There, the Halflings recognized the immutable truth of the war and arrived in Mont Lemon, surrendered and penitent so that their lands may be cleansed and their people pardoned. 

The march continues northward upon the spreading rumor that something was terribly wrong.

THE REBUKE OF LURIN

Steady has the Rowdy Realm of Lurin been in its subversions of the Virtue of Horen. Its leader has sought to manipulate the narrative, portraying himself as a meek yet virtuous pagan who tries his best to protect the allegedly innocent and weak. However, Lurin has not raised its sword for the defence of the innocent but in defence of the perverse and in stubborn opposition to the righteous despite all offers and calls for penance. 

Lurin has raised a temple to worship angels, believing the Ibleesian lie that the Creator is weak, scattered, and uncaring. They have made a false idol of balance to justify their actions, which are intrinsically ordered and justified against the Natural Good. Now, by the gathered tribes of Horen, Krug, and Malin, the priesthood of Owyn sets the Flaming Sword against a wicked Edel as it did in former times.

You are rebuked this day Lurin, not for your pagan worship of angels but for the obvious evil it has wrought upon your lands under your watch.

THE FIRST REBUKE OF EDEL

So it was that the crusaders from the heart of Horen’s scattered tribes sallied into the east with sword and flame to rebuke the unrepentant tribes of Edel. With the great banner of mercy billowing over the siege camp, the crusader force gathered in force outnumbering the perverse pagans more than two to one. With veteran siege engine commanders the Edel Coalition had their weapons of war swiftly splintered, and the walls were torn down quickly after. With a single charge, the castle was taken.

Why was there a castle in the Shire in the first place? Why are hobbit-holes paved over by great turrets and settled by insidious pagans where one may pasture cattle, or plow fields? It is because the place once set for comfort and innocence has dedicated itself to war for the sake of pride, that they never be forced to admit any iota of wrongdoing. All of the faithful tribes of Horen are called to hold the shire in their prayers, as his Holiness commands a great search for righteous hobbits who may be an example for the redemption of their race.

THE SECOND REBUKE

The Edel Coalition refuses still to SURRENDER and REPENT as each has been called to do, for a multiplicity of reasons. Every month that passes in the stubborn defiance of church and the subversions be it implicit or explicit of the righteous cause burdens the hearts of the unrepentant with more sin. One cannot pretend they are unaware of the wrongs committed or unaware of the call for redemption only to then cry; O’, not me! I never knew this, I had no part of it! But alas, your swords were collected by the crusade, and your blood has been spilt on the lands of the righteous as your soldiers endeavor to plunder it.

The whole of Edel must be brought to purity by the FLAMING SWORD once granted to Owyn, founder of the priesthood. By the Mercyflame, you are called to SURRENDER and REPENT, though you have already broken much trust in your delay.

The Grand Duchy of Silasia stands in the middle of the marching order, and having observed this once again declares their withdrawal and unilateral exit from the war. Who has told you that it is enough to pretend to fire your bandits, and apologize for schism after the fact?

That you landed the excommunicants of the House of Mogg was not the sole issue, though notable and obvious as it is. You took in these brigands explicitly to defy the Church, knowing well who they are. One does not hear the name ‘Dreadlands’ and suppose “Oh, what gleeful farmers!” You knew they were a bandit caste who idolized the oldlands of the Flays, and you well knew you did this in opposition to the Church’s verdicts on the east.

But there is a new leader of Silasia, it is said, and it cannot be said that you have not tried to start the path of penance (though never once have you ceased in hostility, so these efforts we assert fall flat). Nonetheless you are ordered, if you are true to your word; ACTUALLY and TRULY expel the Dreadlings who you brought under your banners for the sake of war against the Church. Any of them who are righteous may make their appeals to the Church, though one who we had captured admitted plainly to his apathy to this consideration. ACTUALLY and TRULY stop all hostile actions against the Crusade, for it has been witnessed personally the persistent works of war your nation has attempted in the midst of its so-called withdrawal attempts. ACTUALLY and TRULY surrender yourself to the Holy Regency so it may see as it has for other wrongful dynasties a path of redemption.

If you do these things, setting the slate clean, a foundation of trust may be restored where there is a hope for Silasia. But this requires a true submission, true humility, and True Faith in the Plan of the Most Merciful, Singular, and Almighty Lord GOD. You are not assured of your pride; for this we shall take from you however willingly, for it is not for you to have. You are not promised the current state of your lands, for they are plagued by both pestilence and sin and need ritual cleansing. You are not promised the honorifics and grandeur you have set for yourself, for these have led you to the near occasion of sin. You are promised redemption and salvation if you accept the offer extended to you, who once was an innocent state, to be restored by the hand of the temple to former dignity.

For long have the Wee-Folk known peace under the watchful eyes of the Knights of Knox, it is now we are called to battle against the forces of evil, following revelations granted to us by the Aengul Zaqiel of the EVIL forces hiding among our friends, the Lurinites- with Sharpened Shovels and the Might of the Pumpkin Lord we shall purge the Serene State of Evil, we call upon the most noble Church of Canon and our Darkspawn hating grumpy neighbours to the South to aid us in this Quest. It is by our unity that darkness shall be purged from these most sacred lands that descendant kind call home.

The chosen of our Lord GOD, carved in the image of our most benevolent, most omnipotent king of the heavens’, His domain indispensable, His power incomprehensible. 

Iblees is akin to poison; the ebon-black muck of the deceiver crawls akin to vermin, his mouth afoul, thriving in filth and the ignorance of faithless souls. And his marquis, daemons, have ventured into the lands of Hohkmat.

It has been corrupted, deep in its roots, like twines of a sprawling branch dripping in a rainfall of evil spat by the corruptor Iblees. The magi are godless, they are unable to conceive the power of our Lord GOD, and in a feeble endeavour to mirror His omnipotence, and they fail, stalk at the endless and horrific piths of the void. Their necks are clutched by the invisible claws of Iblees, and it has left its mark. It has rotten their cognisance, and like feral beasts, they tap into powers ignominious to the light of our mighty King of the Heavens.

Woe you, tempters, the evildoers of Hohkmat who have fallen from grace. Redemption is professed to all who deign in releasing themselves from the influence of Iblees, but your lands have seeped into corrupted waters. Your lands are like swampy filth.

Hohkmat must be cleansed. As was the once-righteous lands of Whitespire reborn in holy-fire, it must be replicated, redone, so that Hohkmat may rise again from its rubble and turn back to our Lords’ light.

Prepare yourself. 

This is justice.

Messenger of our Lord GOD.

Mankind has been delivered a message by the Aengul Raguel; that just as in former times Owyn was called to enter Edel, so too shall he enter it today. As Owyn went to the lands preaching the redemption of the Most Merciful, so too shall he today enter the city of Magi and call to repentance. Just as the covens and cults of Edel were put to flame to cleanse their impurity from the mountains, so too shall he put the Flaming Sword against the unrepentant.

Hohkmat has been on our mind, and it has been previously investigated for its deep-rooted links and cultist-like endeavour. The Void is fundamentally opposed and separate to the order of creation; not just doctrine from Gospel, but any adherent to the most basic natural law can reason for themselves the danger fundamental to practice of the Void. Though one may hold hope for the wise wizard to redeem the magi and teach them a way of wisdom in accord with the teachings of true faith, instead in Aevos are found magi who quip about the concept of holy wisdom, and view limitations to their practice as folly. They are eager to use their terrible power at the call of princes to raze cities into magma, and would thereafter cry why any might think them dangerous. The persons currently charged with authority to restrain the Hohkmat are those who themselves are magi, and inherently motivated to see magic at its height rather than to consider the natural order.

Though they have aided in the dispelling of some voidal works more terrible than their own, and have professed interest in aiding against darkspawn; that their practice remains unclean at its roots is a further jeopardy to any who would rely on them. Would you beseech the aid of the Arch-lich to heal your injuries? And what if he may appear to do so in all measures- would not the sin inherent to the disordered magik then fall upon you? Would it not condemn you to further danger, enacted either in direct consequence or as a matter of providence?

They have fallen from the grace of our Lord GOD, so far that even his messenger would come to deliver this holy reckoning; but with the Flaming Sword of Owyn must come the chance of surrender.

We must cleanse the land. This can only be prostrated in one way: that the ilk of Hohkmat would surrender their kingdom to our Lord willingly. A magister has been informed of the interests of the Church, and demands issued. The magi shall be given a year’s time to decide, to surrender the keys to their hold ‘fore the armies arrive at their gates.

Hohkmat will be cleansed.

We would loathe to think this to be perceived as some OOC attack or hatred, and in the principles of good faith and the fostering of Roleplay, it should be said that if the Church succeeds it shall not be plainly mass evicting the land. Though RP is RP, OOCly there is no hatred (as joked about as it is) and even if victorious, if the war proceeds and is had in good faith, people will be allowed to RP as insurgents or hidden circles of Magi within the tile. Rebellion Against The Darkness

Separately from that of the republic to be, the keep of Etvurn on the land of the hidden cove wishes to fight for its independence away from the accursed lands of Lurin. Now that opportunity for such arises with the lands of Vortice leaving the war, we wish for our freedom without threat of corruption from the old lands of Lurin. In other words, our wish is to join Vortice, shall they accept, rather than the old lands associated with the corruption of the Void. Seeking asylum in the lands of Vortice in which we may recover from the tyranny of Lurin.

With the announcement of the republic we are forced into moving our plans along faster than expected, with such we possess little proof of our land's purity. So with such we request that if you, dear reader, have any doubt as to such, come to the keep found next to the bridge towards Vortice. Beforehand informing Alushan (Dracanium) or Lucuprhu Aelrothi (_April0_) so that we may grant you access across our keep, or simply to talk to try and prove such to you.

I have not been with Vikela long. I have not lived very long for an elf, in general. But I have seen horrors beyond most people's comprehension, and I believe, horrors most people shouldn't have to face. War is an unfortunately common phenomenon and a horror that many, if not most denizens will face in their lifetimes. It is cruel. It is unjust. But most wars, at least, have a proper reason for being waged.

This one does not.

From the senseless burning of a wonderful feat of nature whilst claiming to be on the side of the jungle, to declaring an innocent memorial of a panda a "daemonic statue", to the desire to exterminate the Vikelans, who have already suffered for generations, for the simple desire to live in peace. To call this war senseless is an understatement. To call it tragic is to deprive our citizens of justice, and to call it unnecessary is to beat a dead horse. We have done nothing but defend ourselves and our home and yet we receive constant ridicule and belittlement because others do not have the courage to stand up to the orcs. The orcs which call themselves "honorable," but I ask you- where is the honor in this?

However, we've faced worst circumstances and still come out united, this will be no different. We have lost the first battle, this is true. But we stood and faced the enemy as one force and refused to run from danger. We looked death in the eyes and said, "We are not afraid." We will not cower like beaten dogs. We will not run with our tails between our legs. We will not give up the home we have worked so hard for. So come for us orcs. Come for Ubuntu. We have proven that we have spirit in our fight and courage in our hearts, and the world has seen this. And we will not fall.

This I promise you. No matter how many you rally, or what weapons you bring, we will fight with more honor than you could have ever imagined possible. For we fight for the noblest cause- to protect what we hold dear.

AN EXCERPT FROM A REINMAREN TALE OF YORE,

Chieftain Witteric looked out amongst his people - for the moot had only now convened.. Bloodings came foremost - when men were sworn as tribesmen before the Chieftain. Next - were the topics of hot debate, for there came a challenge to the Chieftain’s power. A tribesman, blooded and sworn to his liege - stood before Witteric and accused him of a hefty crime.. It inevitably fell to the vote of the moot - of the unified Reinmaren that belonged to Witteric’s tribe.

 The vote was nearly unanimous against him. Those who rebuked such an answer and supported their Chieftain - were primarily the sworn warriors of Witteric. For his power had fallen with one simple vote - and the tool to reclaim it was laid out before him, hung by the belts of his warriors. But though he may have failed in his duties - a Reinmaren Chieftain does not simply deny the moot, for a denial of the moot - thereby rebukes your own people and falsifies the sanctity of the Landtag. Witteric unsheathed his blade - and the field, populated heavily with those kin of his, fell silent for a few moments. Then - the Chieftain hurled his blade to the grass, answering the words of his people.

For the moot always remains sacred - and the Reinmaren abide by it.

THE CONTEMPLATION OF PRINCE ILLTHRAK

Prior to his decisions and contact with Reinmar, his mind was filled with all the problems and weight of the realm; he knew in his heart something had to be relieved: The Northern Raiders of Alimere, The host of Harrowers, had to be combated and the abundance of Darkspawn within their walls. His mind became clear, and his thoughts became true; he knew that such could not continue uncontested and unhindered, So he wrote his letters and began his preparations to combat the servants of the Harrower and the Harrower himself; he started his plans to redeem Ravenswood for their sake.

With the men of Reinmar and Mali of Celia’nor, Illthrak marched upon Ravenswood; after some time, he eventually was able to meet with the Mali, who led those of Ravenswood; he expressed the needs of Celia’nor and Reinmar to secure the north against the Alimere in the form of ensuring the wood was no longer a fortification for their sworn enemy the Harrower. Instead, he was met with resistance and darkspawn dwelling in this meeting on the side of Ravenswood as well as their clear ties with darkspawn becoming apparent from recent attacks upon denizens of Celia’nor; at this point, he knew his negotiation and desire for peace would be rejected, for he had to make a choice; he had to act for his people.

 Thus it was decided by The Royarch, the Laurir and citizenry of Celia'nor has sworn an oath to bring safety to the rough and lawlessness of the North enabled by those within the land of Ravenswood. The Celia'diraar and her allies shall cleanse the north from their sins, and the people from both realms of Stars and Reinmaren blood will start the war against all our enemies, The Raiders of Alimere.
 

The war was imminent, and the Celia’diraar were ready. Illthrak spoke one phrase to them.

The Second Yokai War

Declared as of the Year of the Tanuki, Year 169 (1203 Kamijikan)

An urgent Samurai council was held in Ugokoyama Castle at the Hidden Cherry Blossom Village with anticipation lingering in the air for what was to come. It was a late hour, and much of the village was tucked away asleep. Ashigaru remained on alert, taking quick second glances at the shadows of the late night cast by street lights. For months the Ashen State had been plagued by yokai attacks, incursions by Rashidun Jihadists and Spirit Extremists and an economic collapse with the fall of the previous Primarch’s government. And still more continental problems arised to contend with.

“Owari da. . .” Shugo Kato lamented to a familiar urn of ashes he held onto stubbornly. After quiet contemplation upon the urn the military governor’s doomed demeanor shifted into one of collected calmness and he set the urn aside before looking to those present gathered this late last minute - the steadfast lords of Clan Ugokoyama and Honma, the late night village dwellers, oni and the Chieftain Bor of Mugmar’s Circle. And together the men of the warrior class with input from the villagers of the Land of Cherry Blossoms discussed the violence that plagued their shared home. It was agreed upon then that before the goldfish memories of descendant kind set in and before more trouble piled upon the Oyashimans that the initiative must be taken. The eastern front would be exposed and left to the Kharajyr to guard while the rest of the state would make an all or nothing push to the western front to lay siege to the Demon Lich Lord Gashadokuro.

“The time for preparation is over whether we are ready or not - and the task to reclaim and destroy the demon sword falls upon us Oyashi now. The Age of Rancor will come to an end and we will defeat the Laughing Hag’s successor Hirano Shinji once and for all!”

Their decision unanimous, Clans Ugokoyama, Honma, Kato and Watanabe now led the conquest plans against Hexicanum and began to reach out to those across the Ashen State and to friends abroad.

CUSTOM RULES:
Exact rules remain TBD but the ultimate goal is to create a short term roleplay based conflict leading up to a live-server siege with a player cap for both parties to account for the Hexicanum lair being a dark magic group home and not a pvp backed nation. Limited moderation to account for siege damage and build movement is requested but otherwise this is intended to be a player-ran conflict. Construction of minor trenches and small fortifications (or permissions to create these ourselves) for roleplay purposes on unowned tile_cursed_forest_2 of the lair is also requested to create an immersive battlefield. Smogger siege weapons are also requested to be used in the siege concluding this conflict.

This statement has been made by those of all Aevos at some point and yet… Never since the downfall of the Orenian Empire has there been a greater tyrant than the TSAR of Haense. Whatever narrative has been spun to you of the War of the Coalition, you may disregard it. This was always a war of Imperial Ambition for the “Tyrant Twit of Terror, The Lord of Valdev, Aleksandr” (hate be upon his name.) The crimes of the rotten festering pestilence that calls itself the “royal family” of Haense cannot be hidden from the light of GOD, and thus upon this last Saint’s day was it revealed that while attacking the Midden for supposed “treachery and collusion with Darkspawn” the Tsar Aleksandr (of whose children were assuredly birthed beyond Wedlock with a fisherman) did collude with the Archlich of foul name and intent. A spiritual aspect of Iblees and ANATHEMA.

It is said that ANTI-GODAN would claim to be of the CHURCH and utilize it to destroy hope, love, and all good within the world. It has never been clearer who this ANTI-GODAN is than now.
