The elf rode to the location chosen in noted challenge, dismounting steed. Behind him stood a spire of black- of death claiming. It stabbed into the land that the elf found the alchemist so longingly gazing upon. Eyes were laid onto a grave, uprooted thus, the sanctity of the measure forever gone through occult or means otherwise. The man breathed heavily through mask, heaving as conversation ensued. The purpose of the meeting was simple: to prove ideal through mettle and courage. Wroth and bitterness had grown inside Gamu, ready to be exacted. 

“You did your research, I see.” - “Clearly. You bear the power of gods, how could I not?” - A bemused huff: “Out of fear?” - “Preparation. Perhaps I will bury you next to your comrade here, so that you both might find peace in Michael’s realm.” 

Steel was drawn and emboldened through worldly and deific means. 

“I will go when my time has come - and that is not today.”

These were brought to clash, alongside ideals and hearts..

Foot was pressed atop chestplate, the pupil victorious.

“You fight me, but you fight the light as well! Do you not know that Malchediael is in an endless war?! He is protecting us!” - “Then let him fight, Xavier! Beget them to their devices! They do not need the souls of man to do their bidding! What is courageous of this?!..” 

Perhaps the might of his words and beliefs had been proven that day, in some effort. He who was once teacher was made to heel by his pupil- monologue ensuing. He had attempted to curry favor and have his once-comrade wrest his soul from Michael’s clutches to no avail. Now, here they were, conflicted. The challenge was met, and truth had come through perhaps, as the elf was bound and set atop horseback.

And so, the elf identifiable as Xavier Adiler was left before the gates of Celia’nor to be bore witness upon. He was knelt atop the ground, propped up and bound to a splintering wooden cross via rope. A victim he was made into by many mediums marred into skin, mind, and soul- he was left abused.

A sign was left hammered into ground next to him amongst the strife, having been etched with the words:

The world is plagued by many evil forces that corrupt and take root with ease. It falls upon the devoted to ensure that such darkness never prevails.

So to safeguard Celia’nor from such a fate, the Radiant Flamekeepers stand as the unyielding fire against the encroaching darkness. They shall be the Flame That Protects the Star, ensuring that no darkspawn or darkmage taints the Principality. By the Grace of Malchedieal’s White Flame, no shadow shall snuff out our starlight.

Let it be known that any who lurk within the borders of Celia’nor and bear such corruption shall be struck down by the Star’s protecting Flame. Those who flee will find no sanctuary, for the noble warriors of Malchedieal will hunt them relentlessly.

All encounters will be documented and shared with the Celia’diraar, the Royal Phoenix Order, and the Knights of Helia.

Furthermore, any citizen with knowledge of darkspawn or darkmages within our lands must report it immediately. Let it also be declared that those who aid such filth will face punishment.

The Radiant Flamekeepers shall raise their blades, wreathed in Malchedieal’s White Flame, without mercy. Those afflicted by the vampyric curse will be granted a chance at being cured and freed of their affliction. But to those who have willingly embraced darkness, who have invited evil into their hearts and souls, you should have thought well about the consequences of your choice.

And to those who may dwell within our lands, believing you are hidden, your time has run out. No one escapes the gaze of the righteous.

As the Chapter Master of The Radiant Flamekeepers, I extend an invitation to those who believe they have what it takes to join the Order and follow Malchedial’s Flame.

I will be accepting one-on-one meetings with any who desire to walk this path. However, there are conditions: you must be a member of the Celia’Diraar, I will consult the Lord Commanders regarding your service to the Diraar, and you must not be a mage or shaman of any kind.

During the meeting, you will be asked a series of questions. If you show potential, I shall welcome you into The Radiant Flamekeepers and grant you the rank of Initiate, marking the beginning of your journey.

Take time for self-reflection. Be certain this is the path meant for you, only then should you send me a letter.

My focus strayed, if only for a moment, from the Diraar and its sacred charge, to matters of diplomacy and broader concerns beyond our immediate walls. I sought to correct injustices, to mend what had been wrongfully broken, and to offer my attention where I thought it most needed. But in my brief absence, I turned back to behold a sight most troubling.

What do I see?

The officer corps, those entrusted with the discipline, order, and integrity of our ranks, now reduced to bickering and backbiting behind the walls of the barracks. Words exchanged not in strategy or resolve, but in petty squabble and personal grievance. Stagnation has taken root where momentum once stood. Progress halted. Purpose diluted.

And what are these disputes over? Tilu and the like. Shadows of old arguments, endlessly rehashed while the duties of the Diraar lie neglected.

No more.

As Lord Commander, entrusted with the internal workings of the Diraar, I shall tolerate this no further. Discipline shall be restored. Function shall return. The idle chattering shall give way to purpose and action.

Effective immediately upon the release of this missive, the following directives shall take force:

The Tilu System is hereby abolished.

This mechanism, once perhaps conceived with noble intent, has long since devolved into a source of pointless debate, internal friction, and disunity among the ranks. No more shall time, energy, or cohesion be squandered on a system that breeds confusion rather than clarity, division rather than unity.

For far too long, the Tilu system has been a root of disorder, fueling ego over efficiency, politics over purpose, and chaos over command. It has undermined discipline, distracted leadership, and eroded the very foundation upon which the Diraar stands.

Let there be no misunderstanding: this is not a suspension. This is not a reform. This is a final dissolution. Effective immediately, the Tilu system is to be struck from procedures and practices. 

The ranks shall refocus. The purpose shall be restored. The Diraar shall no longer be hostage to the indecision and disorder that the Tilu system fostered.

The Diraar Shall Be Paid.

Effective immediately, all active members of the Diraar shall receive fair compensation for their service. Duty shall no longer be a thankless endeavor. Effort shall no longer go unrecognized. From this moment forward, those who give their time, strength, and discipline to the Diraar shall be rewarded accordingly.

An Activity Logging Sheet has been placed upon the central board. All members are to record their duties, contributions, and hours therein. Payment will be issued personally by me, based on the entries submitted and verified.

This shall serve two purposes: to ensure transparency in service, and to establish a clear and honorable incentive structure for those who uphold the standards of the Diraar.

Furthermore, additional rewards may be granted based on performance, excellence, or distinguished conduct. These may include but are not limited to:

• Commissioned weapons, forged free of charge
• Tax payments covered by the office of the Lord Commander
• Temporary or permanent tax exemptions
• Medals, commendations, and formal recognition for exceptional service
• Other honors and privileges at the discretion of command

Let this stand as a testament to a new era, one where merit is rewarded, where commitment is valued, and where the Diraar is restored not only in purpose, but in pride.

A New Code of Conduct and Discipline

With the dissolution of the old systems and the forging of a new standard, it is imperative that discipline once again becomes the backbone of the Diraar. Order must be maintained not merely through structure, but through consequences, swift, fair, and resolute.

Regular Punishments
Standard disciplinary measures for minor infractions may include, but are not limited to:

• Mandatory pushups or physical exertion
• Gate duty and prolonged watch shifts
• Forced patrol rotations
• Laps around the city perimeter
• Assigned civil service tasks
• Any other punishment deemed appropriate by the commanding officer

These are not to humiliate, they are to reinforce discipline and sharpen resolve.

Court Martial Authority
From this day forward, any officer holding the rank of Parir or higher is granted the authority to call a Court Martial against subordinates in response to offenses deemed outrageous or severe. The nature of the punishment in such trials shall rest with the presiding court and may include, at its most extreme, demotion or death.

Let this serve as a clear warning: the Diraar will no longer be a haven for insubordination or laxity.

Codified Internal Crimes
The following offenses shall now be formally recognized and prosecuted within the Diraar:

• Insubordination — Failure to follow the lawful orders of a superior officer shall result in immediate punishment at the officer’s discretion. Should the offense be deemed outrageous or recurring, a court martial shall be convened without delay.
   
• Failure to Defend the Citizenry — The primary charge of the Diraar is the defense of Celia’nor and her people. Any failure to fulfill this sacred duty shall result in immediate court martial proceedings.
   
• Failure to Show Respect — Discipline begins with respect. Any Diraar who fails to show appropriate deference to superior officers — including, but not limited to, failure to salute — may be punished on the spot by said officer. Respect is not optional; it is foundational.

Promotions and Advancement

Let it be known: All promotions within the Diraar shall henceforth be merit-based. No longer shall rank be gifted through favoritism, nepotism, or idle tradition. Rank must be earned through service, discipline, and distinction in duty.

Recommendations and Authority

• Officers holding the rank of Parir or Sarir are hereby authorized to recommend individuals for promotion, based on observed excellence, leadership potential, and dedication to the Diraar’s cause.
• Final approval and conferment of rank will depend on review by command leadership, ensuring no recommendation goes without scrutiny.

Promotion Authority

• Only those holding the rank of Lord Commander shall possess the authority to directly promote individuals up to the rank of Sirar.
• Any promotion beyond that point, to the highest echelons of command, shall require exceptional merit and will be considered under the utmost scrutiny and deliberation by the Mordular and his Commanders.

Promotions are not entitlements - they are honors earned through sweat, loyalty, and unwavering service. Let this standard remain unshaken, so that all who rise in rank carry with them the respect and trust of those who serve beside them.

I have learned, over the many years of my life and service, that no single man, no single elf, can carry the weight of duty alone. Leadership is not sustained by one, but by many. A single sword may cut, but it is a shield wall that holds the line. There must be a team, a council of strength, wisdom, and resolve.

Their mission is to uphold valour, embodying the virtues of courage, honour, and righteousness in every action.

The Flamekeepers' core principles are rooted in five tenets:

I. To maintain virtuous oaths and bonds. II. To accept any challenge laid before you. III. To settle disputes before they fester. IV. To vanquish those who transgress upon others. V. To raise one’s weapon in the pursuit of glory—not wealth.

Tasked with safeguarding the lands from darkness, the Flamekeepers are beacons of courage, inspiring others to stand resolute in the face of adversity. Their responsibilities encompass defending the innocent from dark entities, promoting acts of bravery and valour, and preserving knowledge related to Malchediael and his blessing.

Central to the Flamekeepers' philosophy is the belief that courage is the highest virtue. They hold that true bravery involves facing one's fears and standing firm against evil, regardless of the odds. Malchediael is revered as the embodiment of valour, and the Flamekeepers strive to emulate his unwavering resolve in all their endeavours.

The Radiant Oath

“By the light of Malchediael's flame, I pledge my heart, my blade, and my soul to the cause of courage. I shall uphold virtuous oaths and bonds, accepting every challenge laid before me. I vow to settle disputes before they fester, to vanquish those who transgress upon the innocent, and to raise my weapon in pursuit of glory never for wealth. In the face of darkness, I will stand resolute, a beacon of valour and righteousness, unwavering until my final breath.”

Structure Of The Flame

𝔗he order is organised into a hierarchical structure designed to maintain discipline, foster growth, and ensure effective leadership. Each rank carries distinct responsibilities that contribute to the order’s mission of upholding valour and combating darkness.

Chapter Master:
The Chapter Master is the leader of the Radiant Flamekeepers, responsible for guiding the order's overall direction and making pivotal decisions. This role demands embodying the very core aspects of Malchediael’s virtues The Chapter Master has the sole authority to grant promotions within the order and is the final arbiter in deciding who shall receive Malchediael's blessing. Their wisdom and unwavering resolve are the foundation upon which the order stands.

Castellan:
The Castellan serves as the chief military officer, overseeing strategic operations, battlefield tactics, and the rigorous training of all members. Castellans are entrusted with selecting new Initiates and ensuring that the Flamekeepers are always battle-ready. Alongside the Chapter Master, the Castellans are the only individuals permitted to bestow Malchediael’s blessing upon worthy members, a sacred responsibility reflecting their high standing in the order.

Knight Templar:
Knights are the ones who have proven their valour through acts of bravery and unwavering dedication to the order’s tenets. Bestowed with Malchediael’s blessing, Knights carry significant responsibilities both on and off the battlefield. They are role models for Neophytes, exemplifying the virtues of courage and honour. Knights often lead missions, mentor lower-ranked members, and uphold the integrity of the Flamekeepers in all their endeavours.

Neophyte:
Neophytes are members who have completed their initial trials and initiation, stepping into advanced training to further prove themselves worthy of becoming full Templars of Malchediael. Under the guidance of Knights and Castellan, Neophytes refine their skills, deepen their understanding of the order’s principles, and prepare for the possibility of receiving Malchediael’s blessing.

Initiate:
Initiates are members who have shown potential and who have been hand-selected by a Castellan or the Chapter Master but they must still undergo rigorous trials to prove their worthiness in the Order. These trials test not only their physical capabilities but also their moral integrity and commitment to the order’s values. Initiates are closely monitored and mentored to ensure they align with the Flamekeepers' ideals before advancing within the ranks.

The Keepers Discipline

𝔗he Radiant Flamekeepers uphold a strict code of conduct to preserve the honour and integrity of the order. Members are expected to embody the virtues of courage, loyalty, and righteousness at all times. Transgressions against these principles are met with appropriate disciplinary actions to ensure the order remains steadfast in its mission.

Rules:

• Honour Above All: Members must act with integrity and uphold their oaths at all times.
• Unwavering Loyalty: Absolute loyalty to the order, its leadership, and Malchediael is required.
• Courage in the Face of Adversity: Cowardice or failure to defend the innocent is unacceptable.
• Respect the Hierarchy: Orders from superiors must be followed unless they directly conflict with the core tenets of the Flamekeepers.
• Preserve the Sacred: The teachings and blessings of Malchediael must be treated with the utmost reverence.

Punishments:

• Reprimand: Minor infractions, such as insubordination or negligence, result in a formal warning. Continued minor offences may escalate to harsher penalties.
• Penitence: Offenders may be assigned arduous tasks or quests to atone for their misdeeds.
• Demotion: Members who fail to uphold their duties or exhibit repeated misconduct may be demoted in rank, losing privileges and responsibilities.
• Exile: Severe breaches of conduct, such as betrayal, cowardice in battle, or desecration of Malchediael, can result in permanent expulsion from the order. Exiled members are stripped of their titles, blessings, and are publicly denounced.
• Trial by Combat: In cases of grave dishonour, a member may request or be challenged to a trial by combat to prove their worthiness and seek redemption through battle.

The Knights of Hileia are a Sister order to the Knights of Igne, representing an unwavering face of unity, discipline, and honour. Each of these Esteemed knightly orders operates under the authority of the Order of the Royal Phoenix, a distinguished and revered organisation led by the grandmaster, Ilvarion Iberellan, in unison with the High Castellan, Aganar Kalagn.

This title is uniquely held by the Lord Marshal of the Diraar, a member of the royal family, or a council member, The Grandmaster is an individual of extraordinary power and influence, entrusted with the responsibility of guiding the entire knights of the Hileia, ensuring that it remains steadfast in its mission to protect the peace, uphold honour, and defend the realm.

Knight Paramount: 

The knight commander is a highly respected pivotal figure within the Hileia Order, responsible for overseeing the knights and ensuring their continued growth, discipline, and progression. This role is one of great responsibility, as the knight commander serves as a mentor, instructor and guiding force for the knights under their charge. 

Knight Commander: 

The Knight Paramount is the highest-ranking knight, a close confidant of The Lord Mordu’lar and in command of the whole order, They are responsible for strategic planning and are entrusted with the overall control of the Order's operations. The Knight Paramount works closely with the Lord Modular to ensure the effectiveness and success of the Order’s missions. They are deeply involved in both tactical decision-making and the long-term direction of the Order’s objectives.

Their promotion signifies their readiness to take on greater responsibilities, though they are still in the process of honing their leadership skills and further solidifying their place within the Order.

Squire:

The Squire is an elite and promising individual who has been carefully selected from the Divadri and proven their potential to join the Hileia Order. Though still in training, they have demonstrated exceptional skills, discipline, and moral character, earning them a place among the future knights of the Order. The Squire is on a path of intense preparation, facing a series of challenges and trials that will test their ability, strength, and resolve. The Specialist paths

The Apothecary Institute 

This path is followed by those who have demonstrated exceptional medical experience and a deep understanding of the healing arts. These knights are trained not only to mend the bodies of their comrades but also to protect their minds and spirits. Within this path, those who have an affinity for alchemy may also specialise, delving into the study of potions, remedies, and the creation of magical tinctures that can heal or protect.

The Recon Institute 

The Recon Institute is designed for those who excel in scouting, tracking, stealth, and ranged combat. The Knights of the Silven Order are a revered formation renowned as a formidable vanguard force, Knights of the Order dedicate themselves to the protection and service of the nation. Only those who demonstrate unparalleled skill, unwavering loyalty, and the highest moral character are chosen to become squires of the Order. That is to say that amongst the people of Celia'nor, members of the Silven Order are close to living weapons, physically bettered through training, and often brought to the very peak of what is possible for Mali' kind through the Arcane. It is this training and distinct power that requires a strict process for identifying new recruits. Those of stalwart mind and character. The Knights of the Silven Order are expected to have a base understanding of the Talyiinist Faith, as stalwart defenders of their people, culture and faith - knowing right from wrong in even strenuous complicated scenarios.

Upon their nomination, aspiring squires are introduced to the sacred oath often for the first time and undergo the initiation rite. This marks the beginning of their journey, culminating in a formidable trial. During this trial, the squire must choose and hunt a mighty creature or undertake a significant challenge. A token from their conquest, or the essence of the trial itself, becomes integral to the crafting of their Tal’dagre: a weapon designed to reflect their identity and fulfill their needs in battle.

The life of a squire is one of relentless preparation. They hone their combat skills, study the arcane arts, and reflect deeply on their personal values, committing them to writing as a safeguard against losing themselves in the trials ahead. When a squire feels ready, they choose one of three distinct paths leading to knighthood, each path shaping their destiny within the Order.

Upon selecting their path, the squire is elevated to the rank of Knight Errant - a transitional phase marked by further trials that test their resolve and readiness to ascend to full knighthood.

Achieving the title of Knight of the Silven Order signifies elite status within the Celia’Diraar. While Knights do not possess formal authority over officers or company leaders, their experience and leadership qualities often position them as natural guides in critical moments. Their role is one of inspiration, diplomacy, adaptability, and courage, embodying the very ideals of the Silven Order.

  • Clerics of the order are members of the Talyiinist Faith who assist with charity or medical work and other such non combat roles. They need not being employed full time but can indeed be considered full members where desired. Their work can range from taking notes at meetings to purchasing things on behalf of the order, to giving out gifts and managing the treatment of a village stricken with plague.

Culture

Within the Silven order, there is no true hierarchy, though some are responsible for the order. Everyone within cares for each other. Maintaining who they are and each is responsible for one another. That is to say that it is very much a brother and sisterhood, and added titles of grandmaster or protector are merely there to signify individuals who are beset with additional responsibilities typically for paperwork or speaking with politicians.

The power a knight wields is great, therefore a squire will be taught to understand the responsibilities. These responsibilities are what drives the Silven Order. A knight is also expected to be responsible as to not create political problems for the Celia’norian nation. 

“Ne’estel vull’talii ah'haelun, Tillun'ae ay'allim”

Talyiinism is a spiritual and cultural set of notions widely accepted within the Silven Order and Celia'nor at large. The central belief is based on the cosmological difference between a hidden creator god and malevolent outer gods consisting of Aenguelaemonic existences. Believing that the status of the creator is disturbed, the Talyiinists shun salvation offered by Aspects, Spirits, and Aengudaemons in favor of a deeper understanding of their inner divinity and the shattered state of the cosmos. Talyiinists do not deal in sin nor virtue, but rather self enlightenment, and battling ignorance. Often, the greatest representation of Talyiinist doctrine is reflected by the moon and the stars, which represent the fractured creator and the veiled madness of absolution.

Through the cross reference of philosophers and historians of yore, it was concluded that the one creator above all was fractured, a cosmic titan asleep and from their broken mind gave birth to reality. It is viewed that all life bears a piece of this great creator, capable of influencing their creations and blessings of magic and power, and explaining Aenguldaemonica’s need for the continued existence of life, despite their obvious power. Given the root power to resist the influence of others is considered to be insight or knowledge, it is viewed that Elvendom is more capable of this endeavor as a grand mission to bring knowledge down from the heavens, and bring it to the mortal world.

One of the most intrinsic symbolic features of Talyiinism is the night sky, which reflects the infinite yawning maw of chaos, the madness of illusion reflected by the moon, and the hopeful enlightenment viewed as the many stars in the night sky. It is viewed that the stars in the sky reflect the broken and fractured mind of the dreaming Creator and that upon closer viewing gathers insight into the depth and scale of the soul. However, the dark spaces between the stars are often viewed with taboo apprehension, as it is often viewed that the darkness not only reflects ignorant chaos but is said to be the silhouettes of infinite voidal horrors beyond the stars. The moon however is viewed much more timidly, as it is viewed as the source of madness and disillusionment, a malevolent eye that watches the souls of the land.

Traditionally, gestures using ash or soot often relate to blessings of disguise, in which the foreheads of a devout will be marked with an ashen mark to signify protection against the moon, by emulating its own surface color. This practice is often reserved for holy services and events, but is sometimes practiced on a daily occurrence by Knights and significant religious figures of the Talyiinist Faith. The Canonist faith's god is that of the Talyiinists, the creator, and its members are to be treated with respect where respect is due. Knowledge should not be sought at the behest of breaking one's oaths or discarding morality.

The Paths

The first is to continue as they are and train further, adopting new mundane techniques, alchemical solutions and enchantments into their combat prowess. Those that follow this path must be keen of mind and ever developing new ideas and awareness.

The second is the path of the Arcane Knight, whereupon one undergoes great sacrifice to ensure that their body remains physically strong and yet capable of wielding the arcane arts bestowed. To maintain their physical strength. Those who follow the Arcane will be named an Arcane Knight. To aid with casting the Silven Order uses casting chants in more difficult situations and teaching.

The third path is to choose to sacrifice their strength and fully develop their comprehension and utilisation of the arcane. Those who follow the Arcane will be named an Arcane Knight. To aid with casting the Silven Order uses casting chants in more difficult situations and teaching.

Forbidden are the paths that stalk the void. To fully draw it into ones self and open ones self to the horrors within compromises the integrity of the mine and is known to impede an Arcane Knights duty whilst also being morally reprehensible.

Incantations of the Arcane Arts

Designed as both a method of teaching magic in a structured fashion, and as a more controlled and standardised method of casting arcane magics utilising the essence of the void, Arcane Ecriture is a technique that looks and feels a lot like runic magic in a very loose manner. Unlike where a mage might uncontrollably summon their will to project and fling forwards a fireball, a practitioner of Arcane Ecriture casting instead uses verbal and physical components to increase its efficiency, versatility and safety.

Because of the verbal and physical components of this training type, a mage cannot benefit from it should they be missing their limbs and tongue. At least one free hand (or an arcane focus) and the ability to speak is required in order to cast the spell arrays utilised by the mage to bring about their magic upon the mundane plane. This is a purely optional casting technique that grants rigidity and structure to magic whilst providing minor variations to how spells are cast as a result.

The process of Imbuing a Glyphic Foundation is done through the act of meditating by a Voidal Obelisk after fully acquainting ones self with tomes on the magic type that is to form the basis of the foundation. For example, a student seeking to learn fire magic and create a Glyphic Foundation for Fire Evocation would meditate via an Obelisk after reading and studying tomes on Fire Evocation.

During the meditation process the student must consume crushed Focus Crystal powder/liquid. Maintaining a connection throughout. The teacher is then required to assist the student in forming the intricate Glyphic Foundation, by helping to guide the mana of the student with their own. Holding hands or otherwise making physical contact, the teacher pushes their mana into the student and wills it to take the shape of the Glyphic pattern, usually on either the chest or forearms. The purpose of this foundation is to provide a protective bedrock for Spell Arrays to be conjured from, minimising corruption and improving efficiency. Upon the completion of this imbuement ritual, the student when connecting to the void will have this Glyphic pattern glow in the colour of their aura upon their skin or hovering slightly away from them as though drawn into the air. Now that the student has reached this point, it is possible for them to begin learning the first circle incantations. These are verbal components that will be recited in almost all spells cast by the mage from this point onwards, with the mage utilising first circle incantations as the foundation of their spells just as the accompanying glyphs suggest.

What is important is the casters understanding or intent of the language, or at least what is meant to come about as a result of chanting the incantation.

Single/Self Void-Anchor; “Kae seth’lin ito ker’onn asimulum”

This incantation is utilised in order to reduce the risk of backlash to the caster should their spell be interrupted. If the caster targets another living entity with an anchor and are interrupted then they will face backlash.

Single Void-Anchor; “Oem seth’lin ito ker’onn asimulum”

This incantation is utilised in order to reduce the risk of backlash to the caster if they have a single target that doesn't include themselves. If the caster targets themselves or multiple other targets with an anchor and are interrupted then they will face backlash.

Multiple Void-Anchors; “Iylanh’onn sethlin ito ker’onn asimulum”

This incantation is utilised in order to reduce the risk of backlash to the caster if they have multiple targets and/or including themselves. If the caster has only one anchor then they will still face backlash if interrupted.

Environmental Void-Anchor; “Lye seth’lin ito ker’onn asimulum”

This incantation is utilised in order to reduce the risk of backlash to the caster and the environment should their spell be interrupted. By utilising this variation, the void essence corrupting the mundane plane is vastly decreased/nullified and doesn't corrupt nearby Fauna & Flora. Should this incantation be used and the Spellcaster is interrupted mid spell, then the caster is likely to receive considerable backlash.

Second Circle - Verbal Components

Second Circle verbal components are spoken on the first emote of casting a specific spell after connecting, after the first circle verbal components. (In the case of a Cast/Connect they're included in the cast emote).

Low Range; “ana kulin’ito”

All anchors created are within five metres. Of the mage. If the spell is interrupted and their anchors are outside of this range then the mage will face backlash.

Medium Range; “ana telu’ito”

All anchors created are within ten metres of the mage. If the spell is interrupted and their anchors are outside of this range then the mage will face backlash.

Long Range; “ana telu’itone”

All anchors created are outside ten metres of the mage. If the spell is interrupted and their anchors are outside of this range then the mage will face backlash.

Defensive Spell; “maehr lom’ailer’evaral”

For spells behind which the intent is to be defensive. Spells that are not explicitly defensive, cast using this verbal component will cause backlash if interrupted. This is largely intent based, meaning that it depends if the intent behind the spell is to act defensively or not.

Utility Spell; “maehr fer’ailer”

For spells behind which the intent is to be utility based, neither explicitly offensive nor defensive. Spells cast using this verbal component will cause backlash if interrupted, if the spell is offensive or defensive in nature. This is largely intent based, meaning that it depends if the intent behind the spell is to act for a miscellaneous non offensive or defensive Spell.

Casting

In order to cast a spell using this casting technique, the mage must utilise verbal components (incantation), and physical components (spell arrays), in order to compose it. One or the other can be sacrificed and still made to work, but at decreased efficiency. The mage first must connect to their well of mana and intermingle it with Arcane essence, letting their glyphic foundation imbuement be projected either upon their body or slightly away from it. Drawing upon their mana with their will, they must force it to flow through their glyphic foundation before drawing out lines of mana into the shape of the spell array’s circles, depending on their spell of choice. Once the array is complete, void essence is flooded through the glyphic foundation and spell array whilst their incantation guides their intent. The effect of their spell taking place upon reality.

Tali’kae-eyha dagre

The Tali'Kae-ehya Dagre, or simply the Tali'dagre, is more than just a weapon to the Elves of Celia'nor, but rather a symbol of their enduring spirit, a testament to their resilience, and a reflection of their unique bond with the natural world, their minds and souls, and signifies their willingness to put their lives on the line to fight for what they believe in.

When one is walking their path to become a knight they will get their own special weapon, tailored to fit their fighting style. These weapons tend to be unique to have multiple purposes, some will be made of Arcanium and enchanted to provide additional fighting prowess. For mages without physical strength the weapon will be more limited but will still help them in their duty. When a knight has obtained a great feat i.e. saving the princess from imminent danger, the weapon will be inscribed to mark this. The process is arduous, requiring not only skill and craftsmanship but also a deep connection to the land. The elf must journey to sacred sites, gather materials imbued with ancient energy or artefacts, and perform intricate rituals to awaken the weapon's latent power. Carving scenes of their victories, achievements and even losses unto their weapon, detailing everything that makes them unique.

The Tali’dagre can be anything from a blade, to a pike, to a wand or a staff. It can even be a shield or piece of equipment. However, what remains true is that it is beside that elf for the majority of their life, a lifelong partner in strife and combat. Despite technically being possible for it to have any shape, it typically follows the standards set by the Order to maximise effectiveness.

Once forged, the Tali'dagre becomes an extension of the elf, growing and evolving alongside them. As the elf's skills improve, so too does the weapon. The Tali'dagre can be reforged, its blade sharpened, its hilt adorned with intricate carvings, and its enchantments strengthened. Over time, it becomes an almost living, breathing entity, a testament to the elf's journey and their place in the world. 

The Tali'dagre is not merely a tool of combat but also a symbol of identity. It is passed down through generations, carrying the history and legacy of the elf's family. It is a source of pride and a reminder of the elf's commitment to their people and their way of life. Those that have existed by an elves' side for over three centuries are almost mythical objects, often so impressive and embellished that they could pass off as legendary artefacts.

In the heart of every Knight of the Silven Order; the Tali'dagre is more than just a weapon; it is a part of their soul, a reflection of their spirit, and a testament to their enduring connection to the land and their people. To lose their Tali’dagre is a great tragedy, almost equal to being killed themselves. Unless lost in protection of another, or in service to the Royal Family of Celia'nor, in which case it is a sign of honour. Broken Tali'dagre should have the scraps reclaimed and reforged or used for the new weapon.

Rituals & Meditation

Initiation Ritual:

The Procession:

The Initiate, wearing formal wear or uniform, is led into the chamber by a Knight of the Order. The procession moves slowly, accompanied by a somber dirge played on a single instrument.

The Oration:

The Knight Commander addresses the Initiate, reciting a solemn speech about the history, values, and responsibilities of the Order. The speech emphasizes honor, courage, loyalty, and the protection of the innocent.

The Enlightened Prayer) “Grant us eyes o’ creator, give us insight to which we make gaze unto thee, o’ Lord” - “Iller’ae sulii’an, Acaele; Iller’ae Maehr’sulier’a, Acaele”

The Oath:

The Initiate kneels before the Knight Commander and recites the oath.

End ignorance with knowledge.

With knowledge, have passion.

With passion, have strength.

With strength, show compassion.

With compassion, there is unity.

With unity, there is peace.

Through peace, there is joy.

Through peace, there is love.

Through peace, there is a future.

The Investiture:

The Knight Commander places the insignia of the Order often in the form of a cloth around their shoulders, upon the Initiate. Each Knight of the Order may then touch the Initiate's shoulder, signifying their acceptance and support of a new brother or sister amongst them.

The Vigil:

The Initiate is left alone in the chamber to meditate upon their newfound responsibilities. This period of solitude may last for several hours or even an entire night. Within the chamber they must transcribe all that they are upon a stone tablet. Carving into it the values, dreams, goals and ideals that they are composed of. 

The Awakening:

A Knight of the Order re-enters the chamber and awakens the Initiate. They will show the knight their tablet, and if deemed acceptable the Initiate is welcomed back into the company of the Knights, now a full member of the Order.

Heading to battle:

On heading out to battle, the knights gather together and speak the following prayer, for the protection of the creator and to settle within their hearts any doubts. Gripping the shoulders of one another, or grasping forearms is similarly a method of ensuring that other knights of the Silven Order know that you have their back.

Foundation Training

<OOC>: Very few people actually enjoy training rp when it isn’t a fun exercise. As such, the following information is what your character would be expected to ‘offscreen’, with the occasional scene referring to their gruelling intensive training that they experienced. In return, some more exciting training exercises should occur periodically to keep the agents ‘refreshed’.

First Week; Periods 1 and 2, in addition to ropework with standard climbing kit, and preliminary groundwork.

Second Week; Periods 2, 3 and 4, in addition to ropework with standard climbing kit, and preliminary groundwork.

Third Week; Periods 4, 5 and 5, in addition to ropework with standard climbing kit, advanced groundwork, landing from heights and horsework.

Physical Training Explained

The program's physical preparation is gradual and leads up to the final tests based on endurance and intelligence. The main purpose is to enhance the overall physical fitness of trainees to enable them to undertake the full curriculum with particular emphasis on the following:

• Physical exercises - P.T. and games to increase all round bodily fitness.
• Tumbling - To break the fall when landing from any reasonable height.
• Ropework - To strengthen the arms and in particular allow students to pull themselves up and lift their own weight.
• Crossing of obstacles - So that men/women shall either not be held up when approaching their objective, nor when withdrawing.
• Hill Work - Incidental to all training but ideal for strengthening ankles.

The schedule for these exercises varies based on the time of year and current season. The training program finishes with an obstacle course that includes specially crafted and natural barriers positioned throughout the course, with trainees periodically performing demonstration firing exercises at dummy targets while adhering to specific scenarios provided by their instructor.  For instance, a scenario could involve infiltrating an adversary's base to gather intelligence for allied organisations or knights.

THE RANK SYSTEM

Mordu’lar: Selecter by the Royarch
Mordu’lar is the rank bestowed upon the commander of the Celia’diraar, charged with keeping the Realm of Celia’nor safe alongside all of its vassals and people who reside within the domain of the Ibarellans. They have the utmost authority of military matters within Celia’nor and commands all the military forces under the banner of Celia’nor. They are to be addressed as Mordu’lar at all times and their word is absolute.

ANEH-WY / ANEH-WHY: Selected by the Mordu’lar, must be a Parir.
The Aneh’wy is the Mordu’lar’s right hand and serves as a director within the Celia’Diraar. They are tasked with coordinating operations, organizing training sessions, patrols, addressing issues unique to the Diraar, and preparing the Parir for tasks that they may be assigned.
They are responsible for being in constant contact with the Mordu’lar, instructing him of the status and reporting to him directly should matters of interest arise.

PARIR: Selected by the Mordul’lar, must be a Dion’sil or above.
Parir is the rank given to the officers within the Celia’diraar responsible for carrying out the tasks and orders from the Aneh’. They are also expected to host training and patrols around the city and have the authority to promote the Fiyem. They may also enact justice on those within the Realm who break the laws and need to suffer the consequences of their acts.

PERN'SEW: 500 Tilru with the assent of the Mordu’lar
The Pern’sew is the highest rank a member of the Celia’diraar can achieve before being promoted to an officer. Being a Pern’sew denotes a member of the diraar as of one the most elite warriors in Celia’norian society. Pern’sews are typically first picks to fill new officer ranks and are often assigned to lead the vanguard of Celia’nor in battle.

OKAR'SOHAE: 300 Tilru with the assent of the Mordu’lar

The Okar’sohae are one of the most senior veterans within the Celia’diraar. Despite not being officers, they’ve spent years within the military and their rank commands the utmost respect from those below them. They’re often tasked with leading patrols or hosting minor training for the greater Celia’diraar. Many consider the Okar’sohae a midterm rank, as they’re the lower pool the Mordu’lar and Aneh-wy pull from when choosing new Parirs.

DION’SIL: 150 Tilru
The Dionsil are veteran warriors within the Celia'diraar who have proven their combat prowess and dedication. They have distinguished themselves through time served within the Celia'diraar and are expected to assist the Okar'sahae in training, enforcing officer orders, and keeping lower-ranking soldiers in good order.

DIRAAR: 50 Tilru
The Diraar are the regular troops within the Celia'diraar who are trusted to police the city and outlying areas, and apprehend criminals within the borders. They have shown their worth as soldiers and are trusted on the battlefield, these troops take orders from the Parir and Aneh’wy as well as the occasional direct order from the Mordu’lar. They can also give basic orders to the Fiyem.

FIYEM: 0 Tilru
The Fiyem are recruits - both magi and non-magi - who have just enlisted within the Celia'diraar and are thus the lowest rank of the Celia’diraar. They are often given the duties of simple guarding within the city and gate duty as well as following the lead of their superiors in more complicated situations. Once they take on Atheleons Mark they will need to continue to serve and prove their worth to eventually be promoted to the rank of Diraar or Seth'eyr.

SPECIAL RANKS & TITLES

SETH’EYR: Magii
The Seth'eyr is a distinguished title within the Celia'Diraar, signifying the knowledge of the art of magic. This title stands alone, identifying those who excel in magery and are prepared for combat. Seth'eyr members advance through the usual ranks. They have shown their worth as soldiers and are trusted on the battlefield.

TIR’ID WALEH: Reservists and combat trained civilians
Within the ranks of the Tir’id Waleh one can find individuals who are willing to join the Celia'diraar on the battlefield to keep those safe, who risk theirs to protect the interests of Royarch and Nation however do not directly want to join the Celia’diraar.

They are not obligated to get Atheleons Mark, nor do they need to speak the same oath as the Celia’diraar. They will however be forced to pledge a different version, swearing loyalty and to preserve the life of the Celia’diraar to the best of their abilities. They also need to finish a training in basic hand to hand and sword combat, so they are able to fend off any foe on the battlefield if forced to do so.

TILRU SYSTEM

The Tilru System seeks to highlight the responsibilities and duties that any member of the Celia’diraar may undertake. Each responsibility or duty has a select amount of ‘Tilru’ allotted to it which can be used as a tool of measurement for the Mordu’lar and Aneh-wy to determine when a Diradi should be promoted. In addition to gaining ‘Tilru’, members of the Celia’diraar may lose it for poor performances, traitorous activities, and other behaviors that are unbecoming of a member of Celia’norian society.

The Royarch of Celianor has issued an unequivocal decree that the Celia’diraar must mobilize immediately in response to any aggression that presents itself against the realm. There can be no compromise when it comes to the peace and sovereignty of our homeland. Therefore, every citizen and armsman of the Realm must prepare themselves for the defense of our Principality. As per the directive, the Celia’diraar must begin making all necessary arrangements for the risk of war without delay.

Every able-bodied elf who bears allegiance to the realm is summoned to take up arms in defense of the realm. Diraar is to be drilled relentlessly in case of the sudden opening of hostilities.

All members of the diraar must carry on them at all times, a suit of armor, a longsword, a short bow, and a quiver of arrows. Diraar’s who do not currently possess these effects should report to an Officer immediately to rectify this issue.

DIRECTIVE KULIN: ON TRAVEL PROCEDURES

During this time, all diraar’s will be forbidden from traveling to foreign lands without being accompanied by another member of the diraar. Only those given expressed permission from a Parir or higher will be exempt from this ruling. This applies even while a diraar is off-duty.

With the recent attacks on the Celia’norian populace by the children of Iblees, the Celia’diraar Officer Corps feels compelled to issue additional orders to the diraar to prevent further Incursions from Demonspawn.

Recent reports from the Celia’norian Intelligence Agency (C.I.A.) confirm the existence of three Vampires that frequent the Starlands. They are as follows;

Lilith

Born as a valah but since then has mutated her ears to represent that of Mali. She is of pale skin and amber eyes. Intelligence warns that her eyes were originally brown and she has undergone significant alchemical mutation to modify her body. She has short black hair. Additionally, Intelligence reports that burn marks cover much of her body.

Renae

Origin unknown. She is believed to be either Valah or Mali, possibly even an impure half-breed. She was last seen with dyed dark and light green hair while wearing a dark-colored dress. Intelligence reports that she is short, roughly the height of a dwarf. It is believed that she was recently turned by Lilith. Curing her may be possible.

Elanil

Notably a tall woman of mali’ker descent. She is noted to have white hair and red eyes. She was last seen wearing a snow-white dress and heading off towards Ravenwood.

Diraar are advised to approach all of these subjects with caution. While their exact abilities are not known, they are all considered to be mildly dangerous. Use of Aurum and Salt Tests is encouraged to confirm the vampiric origin of these cravens. If any are found to react poorly to these tests, diraar are authorized to issue a summary execution. If subjects resist taking a test, diraar are authorized to use force to subdue the suspect.

Anyone found in cooperation with any of these subjects will be subject to Aurum and Salt tests at the discretion of the Celia’diraar. Anyone found sheltering or protecting these subjects will be subject to punishment by the state, including but not limited to fines, imprisonment, or in extreme cases, execution. 

If members of the Celia’diraar find themselves lacking in the proper materials to issue an aurum and salt test, they may report to their nearest Parir or Company Commander to retrieve a standard-issued aurum knife and a sack of salt. Instructions for how to safely administer an Aurum and Salt test can be found below.

To safely administer an Aurum and Salt Test, diraar will require both an aurum blade and salt. Aurum knives will be provided by Celia’diraar command but diraar will be allowed to use their own weapons if they carry the same effects.

Before beginning a test, diraar’s are required to be accompanied by another diraar. If a test negatively impacts a suspect or a suspect shows signs of resisting a test, force will become necessary. When approaching a suspect, diraar’s are encouraged first to disarm their subject before testing. Once a suspect is disarmed, testing may begin. 

Typically, testers make slits on the arms or palms of a subject with an aurum weapon. The wound needs to be deep enough to draw blood. When done, salt is poured into the wound. Naturally, this is painful to anyone being tested, dark spawn or not, so be sympathetic to your subject. If their blood starts bubbling or boiling or you see any other signs of the unnatural, it is confirmed that the subject is of a dark origin. Diraar’s are recommended to quickly subdue their target and execute them in a secluded area.

Under the Teluan Doctrine of 170 S.A., established by Parir Aquilan Glanaeri, it has been decided that a series of military divisions shall be established under the Celia’diraar. Each division, henceforth referred to by its proper name, Teluan, shall be governed by an incumbent Parir. The goal of these teluan’s is to further integrate Fiyem into the greater Celia’norian society and provide additional training to ensure military excellence across the Principality. 

Parir Ashwýn Sythaèrin has been selected to lead Teluan Niet (Company Two). In collaboration with her newly assigned company men, the Kym’eria Company has been formed. The Kym’era company is composed of mali from all different walks of life but they all share one thing in common; ambition, and their company reflects such. Combined with Diraar Fali’dra Glanaeri, the Kym’eria has been selected as the teluan sigil. Its mythical power and three heads reflect the drive held by each member of the Second Company. To compliment the legendary animal, Diraar Glanaeri has selected the company colors to be red and orange. 

TRIAL OF RIGHTS

The Trial of Rights is the foundation that builds the traditions of the Kym’eria Company. Any diraar can be assigned to the Kym’eria Company but diraar’s must complete the Trial of Rights to become an oathed member of the teluan. The Trial of Igne consists of three principal challenges.

The first challenge is the Challenge of the Smith. Competing diraars must forge their own personal weapon. It must differ from the Celia’diraar standard issues Long or Shortsword. Diraars are encouraged to decorate their weapon in the colors and markings of their Talonnii. Additionally, diraar’s are required to place the sigil of the Kym’eria Company on the pommel, hilt, or shaft of their weapon. Once finished, diraar’s are to present their weapon to the company commander for inspection.

The second challenge is the Challenge of the Land. Company members must shed their diraar armor and venture out beyond the borders of the Principality to visit at least three other nations. There, company members are encouraged to learn the traditions of the nation. While in that nation, company members are required to seek out the favor of a citizen of that respective nation. Commonly favor is accrued by completing a quest or helping a citizen in a task. Three tokens of favor must be collected and presented to the company commander before diraar’s are allowed to progress.

The third and last challenge in the Challenge of Might. After completing the two former challenges, company members must present themselves to the company commander and challenge them to a duel. Company members must successfully defeat the company commander to succeed in this challenge. 

Once all three challenges are completed, company members may take the teluan oath. Members are required to kneel before the Company Captain and recite the following Oath.

WAR PAINT

The Celia’diraar already has several stored traditions but the Kym’eria Company seeks to build onto that. One of the most notable Celia’diraar traditions is their war paint. During wartime, diraar displays the colors of their Talonnii on their helmet. In addition to doing this, diraars that are a part of the Kym’eria Company are invited to decorate the sides of their helmet with horns, reflecting that of the Kym’eria itself. Members who have not yet completed their Trial of Rights may decorate their helmet with elk, deer, cow, and sheep horns while members who have completed their Trial of Rights are allowed to decorate their helmet with horns from more exotic creatures.

BRANDING

After reciting the Kym’eria Oath, oathed members undergo a Branding ceremony. On the right forearm of a diraar, just below their wrists, the silhouette of a Kym’eria is branded with a ‘two’ imprinted into its hide. This represents a member's allegiance to the Kym’eria Company and the Celia’diraar. For every battle (warclaim), a member partakes in, a single line is added under the initial branding. Each line represents the trials and tribulations, diraars have gone under to be standing where they are.

The Nightly Vigil

In a profound display of unity and commitment, each member of the Draga’ar Company willingly opens a symbolic conduit to their essence, contributing a drop of their lifeblood into a communal pot. This act, far more than a mere ritual, is a shared offering that goes beyond words – a tangible expression of their dedication etched in crimson.

As a pot fills with the blood of each warrior, it becomes a sacred vessel holding the collective spirit of the Teluan Company. Placed over an open flame, the Emberfire Cauldron dances with flickering shadows, orchestrating a mystical alchemy that transforms the pooled blood into a potent, fiery-hued ink: the Ink of Resilience.

From this crucible, a skilled tattoo artisan extracts the essence of commitment. A needle, dipped in the Ink, becomes the instrument of a profound covenant. New recruits, bearing witness to the selfless act of their brethren, undergo the transformative experience as the needle pierces their skin. The resulting tattoo is not merely an indelible mark but a burning red fire, a living emblem that mirrors the collective resolve of the Celia’norian warriors.

This ceremonial tattooing transcends tradition; it is a visceral and symbolic affirmation, a rite that binds the Draga’ar Company in a covenant sealed by shared blood and marked by the eternal flame of their collective determination.

DIRECTIVES OF IMPROVEMENT

It has been decreed by the Mordu’lar that the Celia’Diraar requires a structural reformation for it to contest in this new age of warfare. In the pursuit of this, Parir Glanaeri, in concert with Parir Sythaerin, has drawn up a Drill schedule and a Drill guide for the Celia’Diraar to base their activities around. Upon the introduction of this into military law, all orders following are effective immediately.
 

DIRECTIVE OEM: SCHEDULE:

Drills within the Celia'Diraar are sacred and are overseen by the Mordu'lar or one of his Aneh (or, failing this, a Parir). Lower-ranking enlisted may hold drills with the permission of the Officer Corps. Drills will be held within the months of the Snow's Maiden(Wednesday), The First Seed(Friday), with the addition of a mandatory address at the end of the year in the month of Sun's Smile (Sunday). It should be noted that one of these events must be attended to receive pay at the general address.

DIRECTIVE NIUT: TILRU & PAYMENT:

I. In compliance with the Tilru System, Diraar, who attends the various drills, will be allocated a set amount of 15 Tilru barring any exceptional action.
 

II. Payment shall be distributed at the general address on Sun's Smile (Sunday) to in-attendance Divardi. Absent Divardi shall not receive their wages unless for good reason.

STANDARD STRUCTURE FOR DIRAAR DRILLS:

BEGIN WITH FORMATION DRILLS: FACES, LINE, (Whatever other formations we have)

Official Drills will then commence, with CRP, Patrols or PVP, and other Acts being decided upon by the highest-ranking officer.

MELEE COMBAT (CRP) GUIDE: 

Diraar Melee Trainings typically take two forms. The first is group melee training, in which groups of even numbers shall be matched up against one another in various combat scenarios. Examples of this include guard escort training or formation combat training. This aims to replicate and prepare Divardi for scenarios they’ll face while guarding the star lands. The second is one-on-one combat. In this scenario, the commanding officer pairs two Divardi together to enact single combat scenarios, replicating battlefield conditions on the battlefield. 

SKIRMISH (PVP) GUIDE:

In addition to offering Melee Combat Drills, officers are required to hold Skirmish Drills. These are typically group drills in which officers seek to replicate real battle or siege scenarios. Attending Divardi are separated into two teams (typically decided by a school-yard pick) and sent to face off on opposing sides of a battlefield. Teams are ordered to engage one another until one side yields or is disarmed. This tests the commanding capability of soldiers and teamwork and communication skills.

MOUNTED (HORSE-PVP) DRILLS:  

In the lure of Melee and Skirmish Drills, drill officers may also opt to train the Celia’Diraar in mounted combat. With the advancements in mobile tactics at fields of Westmark during the Aevos Coalition War, mounted skirmishers have become popularized for their effectiveness against large ground units. Since horses are typically in short-supply, the Celia’Diraar will provide soldiers with a temporary horse for this Drill. During the drill, soldiers will utilize blunt lances and practice knocking each off. Additionally, Divardi will be expected to practice ranged combat while on horseback.

The concept of meritocracy has defined the history of our beloved nation. An idea that finds worth in its diligence and integrity, resulting in the successful establishment of the Celia'norian people as worthy enough to call themselves independent. Just as the belief in meritocracy has formed our nation, so too has the Celia'Diraar, locked hand in hand with the epic that is our history. Yet, as time shifts, the Celia'Diraar's status as a premier military force has wavered, yet the ideals of meritocracy in its ranks have not fallen derelict. Thus, it is necessary to reform the organizational structure of the Celia'Diraar to utilize our identity as a meritocratic institution through the Tilru System.

Promotion Requirement

Mordu’lar: Selected by the Royarch.

Aneh-wy/Aneh-why: Selected by the Mordu’lar, must be a Parir.

PARIR: Selected by the Mordul’lar, must be a Dion’sil or above.

Pern’sew: 500 Tilru with the assent of the Mordu’lar
The Pern’sew is the highest rank a member of the Celia’diraar can achieve before being promoted to an officer. Being a Pern’sew denotes a member of the diraar as of one the most elite warriors in Celia’norian society. Pern’sews are typically first picks to fill new officer ranks and are often assigned to lead the vanguard of Celia’nor in battle. 

Okar’sohae: 300 Tilru with the assent of the Mordu’lar 

The Okar’sohae are one of the most senior veterans within the Celia’diraar. Despite not being officers, they’ve spent years within the military and their rank commands the utmost respect from those below them. They’re often tasked with leading patrols or hosting minor training for the greater Celia’diraar. Many consider the Okar’sohae a midterm rank, as they’re the lower pool the Mordu’lar and Aneh-wy pull from when choosing new Parirs.
 

DION’SIL: 150 Tilru
The Dionsil are veteran warriors within the Celia'diraar who have proven their combat prowess and dedication. They have distinguished themselves through time served within the Celia'diraar and are expected to assist the Okar'sahae in training, enforcing officer orders, and keeping lower-ranking soldiers in good order.
 

DIRAR: 50 Tilru
The Diraar are the regular troops within the Celia'diraar who are trusted to police the city and outlying areas, and apprehend criminals within the borders. They have shown their worth as soldiers and are trusted on the battlefield, these troops take orders from the Parir and Aneh’wy as well as the occasional direct order from the Mordu’lar. They can also give basic orders to the Fiyem

FIYEM: 0 Tilru
The Fiyem are recruits - both magi and non-magi - who have just enlisted within the Celia'diraar and are thus the lowest rank of the Celia’diraar. They are often given the duties of simple guarding within the city and gate duty as well as following the lead of their superiors in more complicated situations. Once they take on Atheleons Mark they will need to continue to serve and prove their worth to eventually be promoted to the rank of Diraar or Seth'eyr.
