The First Elven Conclave of Ephesius 6th of Horen's Calling, 1844 The First Ephesian Conclave  The High-Seneschal of Ephesius hereby gathers the first Elven conclave of the Vale of Arentine. The purpose of this conclave is both to celebrate the official Phase I construction of Ephesius, acknowledge the contributions of all those who have helped the Elven borough in its development, provide a brief introduction and overview of the Borough, its officials, and its visions fo
