ON this day, the young Lady Motalina Motanetta Salazar after the sudden news of her mothers departure from the Viscounty of Florencia, has taken the mantle of her lineage. 

After a quick Royal Court Motalina Salazar has been sworn in as the new Viscountess of Florencia and continues to establish herself and her family. With the aid of one Rema Salazar and Orion, the young Viscountess shall be guided through these trivial days. DIOS willing all ranching obligations should be regularly made and attended to. 

ON HEIR-SHIP

WITH the sudden and new changes seen in the House of Salazar, appointing a direct Heir-Apparent should the young Viscountess be unaccounted for or fail to choose a proper heir is of necessary action. The Viscounty only sees it fit to offer the Heir-Apparent to the one SANTIAGO SALAZAR. A younger of the Viscountess’ brothers. May he and his sister continue to properly see to and uphold the Salazar traditions.

RECRUITMENT OF HOUSE GUARDS

DUE to the quickly aggressive and rather prevalent threat that lies within the badlands. The House Salazar is now looking for any contenders whom might wish to serve the Salazars House. INTRODUCTION

THE SALAZAR HATS

DOME-Shaped, these hats with a specially pressed rim are given to each Salazar at the age of five. The hat is made to be grown into and serves as a shield from the sun while the rancher family works on cattle roaming and horse training. The Salazar family is infamous for their fashionable and decorated hats. Started by Sovereign Julian I of Florencia, the Cow-Hat is made by an elder of the family to give to a younger child when they are officially introduced into society.

THE CLOTH BANDS

WRAPPED with a dyed band of cloth at the base of the hat just above the wide rim. Each hat is uniquely designed with the wearer in mind. A band can only be given by a Salazar and must be hand stitched. It is the greatest honor a Salazar can give to another.

SHADE and hue do matter to an extent. A darker color band might show that someone is very intensely aligned to a certain color, while a lighter shade may trickle that there are some truths however more to be found. An example would be that someone with a very dark red is clearly someone who is a good fighter and would be likely the best candidate to protect the keeps. Whereas, someone with a light red band might be considered a strong figure in character but not as strong of a fighter, perhaps an alchemist or a wit. 

COLORS OF BANDS

RED - The rouge coloration donned primarily upon a hat would signify someone with a true martial intent. Typically this color would be notable for someone who is more invested in fighting and brawls. This comes from its signature place held in the Rodeo Bull Rings where bulls are trained to respond with anger to the color red

ORANGE - A Traditional color within the Salazar family, Orange is known to be a color of nobility, someone who is more noble and head-strong might usually be seen with the colorations primarily of Orange

YELLOW - A sickly shade of yellow might reflect someone who is more isolated and keeping to themselves, while a brighter shade of yellow might reflect a calm and self assured aspect that is represented in shapes and designs not usually a predominant color upon stitching due to the limited source of yellow dye.

GREEN - A fine color one that is used for more even tempered people. Green would be seen clearly for someone with a level head and known to be direct. One who dons the color is likely very highly thought of.

BLUE - Indigo shades are used for those more nurturing, calm, collected and professional. Someone wearing Blue is more thoughtful and has an independence that aims to aspire the realm and its culture.

PINK – One donning pink is quite optimistic and perhaps morbid. Pink is used as a shade that is colorfully representing the joy and bustle of a life, however the violent shade may also loom a certain dread in its hue. Formidable for any Salzar hat the contemporary translation is loosely within the hands of the wearer.

PURPLE - The associated coloration of purple is complemented with someone more deceitful, sneaky, or generally more cut throat. Someone who has purple might mean they are respected for their intelligence and their loyalty.

BLACK - Seen most amicably with people who are reserved, black is also to represent someone who is more shut off. They are usually hesitant or withdrawn. Likely quiet and only with a select few are they close. They are however notably trustable and loyal to a fault.

WHITE - An angelic shade, used for outgoing people. More piety and strongly pushed towards religion they are also usually bright, someone who has many friends and companions might hold white to their hat, or someone who has a deeply focused eye to DIOS might be known to don the pristine color.

CYAN - Another Salazar color represented by the brash and aggressive side of each Salazar at passing traits that follow with an explosive anger. Cyan holds ties to those with volatile tendencies, reminded by the constant flowing river and its thrashing waves, the color Cyan is symbolic of a underlying boil that is not easily uncovered

GOLD -  Royal in color, used to describe someone more materially driven. The color can be seen as someone who is just and rightful. Usually for someone with a firm hand and tending to be very fair. It also represents the flaunting of material items and wealth or gluttony.

MEANT FOR ALL

THE uniqueness of a Salazar hat is not one that stays within the family, Wards, Squires, and specially chosen friends of the family are allowed to be presented a hat. One who marries out of the noble family may allow their spouse to have a hat, however due to their name being changed must relinquish all ability to give out these sacred hats and bands.

THE STALLIONS OF THE BADLANDS

INTRODUCTION

THE SALAZAR STABLES

HISTORY begins with the early days when the Baron and Baroness Joaquin and Gabriela brought the Salazar family to life. During the reign of Ramona I known for her love of horses the family developed a stable to please the Sovereign. Within this time the ranch began to grow a couple cows, turned into a few, and then flooded the fields with cattle and horses. Most notably the Salazars have begun to host a very few specific breeds of horses. These notably are called the Salazar Stallions. 

THE HORSE HANDS

TWO specific breeds of mundane horses are known to the badlands quite well. These breeds are crossed with the Haenseni and the Númenedain native steeds over time have become accustomed to the badlands. The capital of Hyspia hosts these stallions from across the expanded grasslands. 

The Bay Stallions

 Typically ranging 12-13 hands, the Bay stallions range in colorations of black, chestnut, brown, red, palomino, roan, cremello, and dun. These horses are specifically stockier and shorter, with large muscles that are made for pushing through the waters and navigating the harsh climates. Found in the wild these horses are the best for carriages, and for ranching due to their better than average musculature compared to their cousins made for more high speed and fast paces.

The Azterian 

 With a much taller frame, these horses are 14-15.2 hands, the Azertian stallions are steeds native to the badlands with hearty yet much thinner legs. These horses are known to be quick runners and can traverse much further distances than their stockier counterparts. They usually live around 25-30 years and have personalities that shine brighter than their dappled coats. Most notably these horses have black hair and bright pelts, typically either contrasting or dappled depending on their husbandry.

CARE AND SPECIALISATION 

THE Salazar Stallions are well treated for and taken care of. So much so they are considered one of the most pampered animals to live. These stallions are each given 14-15 hours of attention, care, and treatment every week. Consistent training, fields to graze and land to roam are attended to by the Salazar family and the Rodeo Clowns who are all dedicated to ensuring these creatures are given a care that is better than anywhere else. Stallions from this farm are often given as gifts to other noble families as payments, dowry, and loans. The Hyspian Crown also receives these majestic creatures to their personal stables as an ode to the sovereignty’s dedication and continued grace with the Viscounty.

THE CATTLE CROWDS

INTRODUCTION

THE CROWN CATTLE

LARGELY the cattle and cows of the Salazar ranch range in only a few different breeds. Known for their bull fights and pig herding, the Salazar family has spent years masterfully crafting and caring for the ranch animals. The de Pelear family made a notable donation to the Salazars bulls and dairy cow collections and since have been the leading providers of the nation's food sources. “Bobo” The royal bull has since passed away and with his passing the Salazar family felt it best to dedicate this missive to his former royal standings.

THE TORO

KNOWN for the Salazar bull-fights. The Hyspian Bulls are raised to fight. The large cows are trained and tended to for the sport and performance of bullfighting. Established with Gabriela and Joaquin Salazar the bull fighting rodeos are meant to be crowd entertainers and are also used as a coming of age. Each Salazar child is expected to ride the bull successfully to claim their birthright and inheritance. Specifically the breed of bull is one that weighs over 1000 pounds and is quite aggressive. They are trained to chase a color specifically and are bred on ranches that allow the bulls to have a similarity to wild life. Bulls are used for fighting from the age of 4-6 and then retired from the ring to spend their days on the cattle farms.

THE MOTAGO

GOATS which have been bred to eat the waste and left overs from the fancy gatherings; these goats also provide goat milk and are helpful for their creation in cheese. They are notably white with black underbellies and large horns used to ram each other when fighting over mates. These goats are used as land grazers and help to maintain the Viscounty’s estates. They are small and hearty animals with much experience and ability to live in warm and humid conditions.

THE STALLIONS SADDLES

INTRODUCTION

A TRADITIONAL MARKING

EACH Salazar upon their fifteenth birthday is awarded a gift from the reigning Lord or Lady Salazar. They are expected as the noble rulers to see to each child's first saddle. 

At each stage of life, a Salazar can take on a new marking upon their saddle. It would be notable, an elder Salazar’s saddle might be covered in branding, markings, dyes, and worn out. The saddle is symbolic of each point in time a young man or woman goes through a new stage of life.

A marking might be made or bestowed when a Salazar has a child, or recovers from a grave injury. They might dye their saddle should they become married, or stain it accordingly once they are widowed. The more tattered and overtime the more decorated a saddle, the more experience and life hood one has gone through.

NOTABLE EVENTS

There are many events that might result in a marking, however some notable ones include the following,

• The Age of fifteen when a Salazar officially is able to inherit. 
• An event in which a Salazar may earn a new title
• An event in which a Salazar marries out, or is married in.
• An event where one is married into the Salazar family.
• The age of 30 as it marks that a Salazar has lived past most human life expectancy. 
• The point in which a Salazar is promoted in rank, or given a new position. 
• Any Salazar to be added to the Sovereign’s council or advisory.
• Any Salazar to be given a medal from war, or a battle.
• When the Salazar family has been promoted each Salazar takes ownership in their help of providing for the family, they may receive a marking.
• At any point the head of house may deem a member of the family honorable of a new marking.
• The death of a family member or a dear family friend.
• The loss of a horse, Especially if they have died in battle or while working.
• The birth of a new Salazar child, or a child of a Salzar.
• The death of a spouse.
• The divorce of a spouse should it be a truly good thing a divorce must be had.

THE STALLION’S SADDLE

ALL Salazars are expected to uphold a prestige that most other nobles do not. They are held to a high standard and kept with the highest class of Nobility. Each Salazar to adopt their own stallion should specially mark their saddle with a notable figure, imagery, or symbol of their horse's remembrance. A horse's lifetime is much less than a human, for that reason, the Salazars honor their courageous companions.

AT the end of a horse's life, a strand of ribbon or leather is attached to the side of the saddle, this collection is to remember those who have been lost and be reminded of the future to come. Someone who dons a saddle full of leather stands has been through many heart breaks and known great love and care for the creatures of mankind.

REINS OF LIFE

HORSES, decorated and dressed to show off the wealth of a noble or royal have been done since the beginning of time. The Salazars started in the late 1900’s to attach ribbons and shiny plates to the reins of their horses, symbolic of the future and past, each small shiny piece is carved with a symbol or an icon to represent a person within their life, or a piece of information they hold relevant.

A LETTER TO THE PEERAGE

TO The dear citizen’s of Hyspia. Today marks the day my eldest child, Motalina Motanetta, has taken the reins of her bull. At this, she has officially earned her place within the ranks of inheritance. 

I have found that in my reign as Viscountess I discovered a longing to make up the time as a young woman I had missed on. I plan to travel this realm and see the world with new eyes. My time within the lands of Florencia I have built a mighty fortress. Raised my children and garnered an excellent reputation as Viscountess I leave it in good hands. It will be a continued legacy and one that my dear Motalina should handle well. 

So I here for renounce my position as Viscountess and relinquish its powers to my eldest child. May DIOS bless the Sovereignty and guide my children well.

A Crowd shall watch over as the young Lady Motalina is expected to take on in the bullring. Should she earn her nobel right, the girl will be a true Salazar and expected to uphold the standard of all prior and passed Salazars.

On this day, the former Isaias Salazar has been stripped of his titles and removed from the Viscounty of Florencia- By the decree of LA HONORABLE, Leya Estrella de Alula Salazar, Vizcondesa of Florencia that her brother, Isaias, is to be hereby known as Isaias Campos; A bastard of house Salazar.

The bastard in question has already been privately disinherited for many years, as a result of a failed rodeo, unable to claim any titles.

As a result of ignoring dozens of warnings by senior members of the family spanning nearly a decade, Isaias is hereby removed from any final claims he has to Salazar names, titles, wealth, lands, or other and all assets.

Both reach the Salazar Manor on Pedro’s horse, he gets down from his horse offering a hand to Juno to help her get down.

“We are free.” They smile at each other, holding each other's soft hand as they walk through the gates, going up the stairs as they walk to the room that was designed for them. 

“That 's it. Just as we promised, we did it.” Pedro says it while still holding Juno’s hand

Both would move closer to the bed sitting on it.

“I was so lucky to meet you in this life” Says Pedro with his hands shaking.

Juno holding his hands, looks at him “You were the best thing that happened to me”

Juno kisses Pedro one last time “Thank you for everything my love.”

Pedro kisses her back one last time “Did you know when your heart stops you still have 8 minutes of thoughts and memories…”

Before he could finish Juno says "You will be my last eight minutes”

Pedro laughs still holding her hands shaking “You stole my phrase.”

“At three?” Juno ask

Both unsheathed the Salazar daggers leaning it to their chests as they nod to agree

Tears falling down Juno's face as she holds the dagger at Pedro's chest shaking “One. “

Pedro holds the dagger at Juno’s chest. “We will always be together.“ his hands shaking “Two. .”

Juno’s hands were shaking like crazy “In this, or any other reality.” She stops for a second doing a big breath “Three” as she says it she stabs her husband in the heart."

Pedro stabs Juno's heart as he hears her saying three. He would cough blood into her dress as he feels the sword stab him. He would give her a warm smile. “I love you Juno.”

Juno grunts as she feels the cold blade stab her gasping for air as the blood fell on her clothes.”I love you so much my dear Pedro.” She says while removing the blade from her chest throwing it to the ground, Juno smiles, laying on the bed as she breathed harshly 

Pedro groans as he removes the blade from his chest, throwing it to the ground too. He would then lay on the bed reaching for Juno’s hand turning his head to her “You will be my last eight minutes.” He laughs while coughing some blood “I had to say it.” All the memories and times they spend together flow through Pedro’s mind.

Juno grasps Pedros hand with the few times she had left, laying her head on his chest as she chuckles coughing up some blood before saying “You are so cheesy.”

Pedro would pat her head with his other hand with the rest of the strength he had. “Together till the end” Those were the last words that came out of Pedro's mouth before he closed his eyes and passed away.

“Until the end of time” Juno says while smiling. She would put her head more comfortable on her husband chest and she closes her eyes passing away

Both bodies laid dead on the bed, Pedro would look like a peaceful battle angel as Juno would look like she was finally free.  

Pedro would wake up in what seemed a white room, looking ahead he notices his two brothers talking. Before he moves he looks to the left noticing Ivy still holding his hand. Both would nod as they wave to Pedro brothers.

Juno Salazar reaches the Salazar Manor with her lover, Pedro Salazar, after his retirement from his military duties, both content and relieved from the ceremony. 

“We are free.” They smile at each other, holding each other's soft hand as they walk through the gates, going up the stairs as they walk to the room that was designed for them. 

The door with their names signed gets open and the two lovers walk to the bed, sitting near one another. 

“I was so lucky I have met you in this life” Pedro spews a few words. 

“You were the best thing that has happened to me, my love” Juno says, grasping her sword while her lover did the same to his dagger. 

“Did you know that once your heart stops, in the last 8 minutes your brain repeats your best memories?” Pedro asks.

“You will be my last 8 minutes” Juno says.

“I was just about to say that!” Pedro exclaims.

They look at each others eyes for a couple of minutes, placing their weapons to each others chest. 

Tears and smiles form in their faces, in relief. 

And they count.

The lovers hands shake as they stab each other in the heart with their respective weapons. Juno groans in pain, feeling the cold metal pierce her most sensitive muscle, the muscle she wholeheartedly used for Pedro. The woman gasps for air as if her lungs were blocked, yet she smiles. Her blue ceremonial tunic gets stained with her crimson blood, staining it with her life essence. 

“I love you so much, my dear Pedro” She smiles, using her last minutes to lay down with her lover, getting as comfortable as they could. 

They grasps each others hands, her head laying on his chest as her lover patted her head with the little strength they had left.

“Together until the end” Pedro says with his last breath, closing his eyes. 

“Until the end of time” Juno smiles, muttering under her breath as she closes her eyes. 

The 8 minutes were passing and in every second her lover was there. His touches could be felt on her skin, as his words passed through her ears. His smile was ingrained into her retinas as all the memories passed through her eyes. 

She opens her eyes. White covers her field of vision. There was a sudden inner peace inside of her. 

In front of her, Pedro stands with a smile, as he had awaited for his lover to arrive in his arms. She holds his hand with a smile, seeing her long forgotten parents also awaiting for her, holding each other in their arms.

They had awaited for so many years, just observing from affar.

Juno smiles, finally reaching inner peace. 

She was free. 

THE WOLF-MAN

Issued on the 11th day of Veronica’s Strength of the year of 120 D.R.

FOREWORD

El Chupacabras, el Hombre Lobo, the Wolf-Man - known by many names in the few hours since the first reported sighting.  This creature of strength and intelligence, of immense hunger haunts our Badlands - fur rustling and clawed feet digging into the sands.

It speaks, words a rasp of its hunger and want for blood - an Unholy abomination seeking to satiate its need for flesh upon those unsuspecting. This creature stalks its prey, glowing eyes peering into the night in search of its next catch, its next victim.

Until now, this monster was merely a matter of myth and speculation, but one of our citizens has returned to us mangled and bearing witness to its existence. Below is the account of the survivor, an account of a torrid and gruesome affair, one which cannot be recommended be read for those weak of heart.

Señor Dante Fontesar’s Account

“Today, on the 11th of Veronica’s Strength, in the year 120 D.R, I was attacked by a creature of a nature I cannot hope to ever fully explain. Near the Campos Salvajes, the ranch of the Salazar family, I patrolled; newly titled as their house guard. 

All was quiet until I heard a snarling upon the ridge, and I feared in my heart; worried that I had been stalked by a mountain lion, which are known to hunt nearby. I tried to run back for the gates of the ranch, and that is when the creature descended upon me. The size of two grown men, gray and black fur matted to its bulging flank; I tremble to remember it. 

This monster had the head of a wolf, but stood upon two feet like a man, with claws the size of a shield. It chased me, taking two strides to reach what I traversed after a minute of running. It attacked then, slashing with its claws, but this is not what shocks me the most. The creature spoke, gnashing its teeth, and growling the words “Hungry” and “Meat” in the common tongue. 

I fought back as I could, trained by Hyspia’s greatest, stabbing it in the side, yet the creature took my arm. In its pain, it fled into the desert, and I, close to death, managed to crawl back to Hyspia where I am currently recovering. Despite my injury, I know that I have a duty to the people of this world to spread the word that a new creature has appeared from the darkest pits of hell. 

We know not what it is, nor what it is capable of, but we need help. Remain vigilant, and protect your people, I beg of you. And if you are willing, bring your swords and kill this monster, come to Hyspia and help us search the deserts, so that what happened to me might never happen again.”

The newly titled SU SENÓRITA, Leya Estrella de Alula Salazar, Baroness of Campos Salvajes requests that the public pray for her father’s swift recovery from a mishap earlier in the day involving a horse toppling over on top of him.

Disaster at the Fourth Salazar Rodeo

The fourth Salazar Rodeo, the quinceanera of LA SENÓRITA, Leya Salazar, debuted on this day in La Dorada, a coming of age ceremony for the Salazar children.

Unfortunately, the day took a sour turn during the first event, Bull Riding, SU SENÓRA, Gabriela Salazar, Baroness of Campos Salvajes, the Mother of the cumpleañera, was kicked to the ground by the bull, breaking her ribs, before being stomped on- Shattering her leg.
The day ended with EL SEÑOR, Julian Salazar, slaying the beast before it was able to otherwise kill his Madre, much to the dismay of SU SENÓR, Joaquin Salazar, Baron of Campos Salvajes.

We ask that you all please keep the Baroness in your prayers while she recovers.

14TH OF CARLOS STRENGTH OF 104 D.R.

The Salazar household is a Hyspian household of ranchers. Their entire livelihoods are based on the raising and caretaking of cattle. Hardworking men and women putting forth labor as they sought out expanding upon their home and livelihood.

The Salazar household's culture is one steeped heavily in ranching and working the land.  Their name holds the meaning of “manor house” or “corral”, depicting the meaning of the ownership of a grand home or abundant lands. 

The original Salazars, Estrella and Antonio Salazar chose the name for themselves, finding it a bountiful name and a worthy goal. Estrella and Antonio went on to have three sons, Joaquin, Carlos and Pedro - each of which they raised to share their aspirations. It was upon the passing of their parents, that the brothers would pack up and set out to make those dreams a reality.

It is with this, that the Salazars became first known in the Sovereign State of Hyspia during Sovereign Ramona I reign, the current reigning monarch as of the time of the writing of this missive.

 Having spent generations in ranching, their ambitious Patriarch Joaquin Salazar intended to get more. Land to expand their ranching and a title to boot. He brought his brothers, Pedro and Carlos, where the family began to make a name for themselves through their work with cattle and military service.

It wasn’t long before the household made a name for themselves, guarding events closely and making their grand debut at El Puente; Hyspias festival of connection building.

Their crowning moment was the defence provided against a raid on Hyspian lands, during the Clash of Sands of 103 D.R, in which Carlos Salazar bravely fought and lost his leg to the encroaching Darkspawn.

On the 14th of Maria’s Peace, 104 D.R, the family would be granted a title at Hyspias court; the Barony of Campos Salvajes.

CULTURE AND TRADITIONS

As the saying goes, “You mess with the bull, you get the horns,” and this rings ever true in the Salazar household. In a world where it’s understood that you may leave at any time, to that of the Seven Skies, everyday is lived to the fullest. One wrong turn on a Bronc in a rodeo could mean the difference between paralyzation and death, something outlined early on.

This understanding is spread commonplace throughout all aspects of a Salazars life, from day to day, to marriage and otherwise.

Lengthy engagements are not their forte, for they opt to live in the moment and with this in mind, documented are a few traditions in which the Salazars uphold in monument to their ancestry and livelihoods.

The Making of a Saddle

There are two times in a Salazars life, in which they will work closely with or be gifted that of a custom-made saddle. The first is upon their birth, the demeanor of the newborn babe being taken into account as to decide what materials and design may be used. No saddle is the same, and is added onto throughout the child's life as they grow and become situated as their own person.

It is when that child is grown, and wishes to marry, that they may create a saddle for their intended. Much like their own, the personality and life of the one they wish to marry is taken into account as it is made - save for one change. A symbol or story is taken from the original saddle to be put onto the new, symbolic of allowing them into your familial tapestry and story that is their life.

This tradition continues onward, in which the newly wed couple create a saddle together for their child.

Child's First Rodeo

Upon reaching between the ages of five and seven, a Salazar child will be expected to take part in their first rodeo. This is often showcased in the child practicing beforehand, riding wildly out on the familial lands before they should make their debut on the rodeos field. A special event takes place, “Porkchop Busting” in which the child wraps their arms over a pig and holds tight. The bell is sounded, and the race begins where they must keep hold and not be thrown off. Upon a successful first rodeo, the Salazar child is gifted a horseshoe, their name inscribed upon it, to remember always.

A Salazar’s Coming of Age

As is in Hyspian culture, a Salazar's coming of age is when they turn fifteen years of age. Whether a Quinceañera or the less common Quinceañero, a Salazars very first Bull ride will take place. Similar to the pig-riding of their childhood, and yet very different as the event poses an imminent danger.

Their goal is to survive the encounter and get out of there all in one piece. While it may seem strange to push a new adult towards such a thing, this is the Salazars everyday life, working closely with cattle and within rodeos. If they cannot survive, then the Salazar was meant for other pastures other than these own.

HEIRLOOMS

With the Salazar household still being relatively new, they have yet accumulated many heirlooms. They hold two in total, in which is held by the head of house in perpetuity:

Toromante Espada (Bullguard Sword) 

The Toromante Espada is a steel sword with a bull-shaped pommel and engravings depicting Vaqueros life. Its blade is razor-sharp with ancient symbols etched along its length. Accents of blue, orange, and gray honor the Salazars' house colors, with vibrant blue on the hilt, subtle orange in the engravings, and a gray steel blade. An emblem of a charging bull near the hilt symbolizes the Salazars' motto: "Mess with the bull, get the horns" ("Si te metes con los toros, obtendrás los cuernos"). The Toromante Espada is a symbol of honor passed down through generations, embodying the courage and resilience of the Salazar Vaqueros in defending their land and way of life. 

Estrellas Silla Vaquera (Estrellas Cowgirl Saddle) 

The Silla Vaquera is a Hyspian dressage saddle, hosting a flat and wide seat and outlined with Antelope fur. The fur hosts a sooty gray, and prevents friction on the piece. 

The saddle itself is adaptable, allowing practice on a horse trail or with cattle work, with a classic stirrup system.

If one were to look close, copper thread was interwoven throughout the saddle until the name ‘E S T R E L L A’ was spelled out in bold letters, denoting who this was for.

In keeping to Salazar marriage tradition, a patch from Antonio Salazar's saddle has been sewn on, baby blue fabric stitched together with three Broncs taking center place.

TO START A LEGACY

6TH OF CARLOS STRENGTH OF 104 D.R.

It was as mid-day hit, and Hyspias sun grew the hottest, that the birth of a child came. One that cements the beginning of the legacy of the newly named Salazar Barony; a baby girl.

The baby girl mirrored her fathers eyes, a cobalt blue and hosted her mothers hair coloring in a full head of hair. Swaddled and kept close while surrounded by her adoring family, her name was announced:

The name was after two female figures in the parents' lives, each of great importance. The first, after the Crown Princess Santana Leya and the second after Joaquins mother, Estrella.

ON INHERITANCE

In the establishment of the Salazar legacy, the inheritance set forth will be of a meritorial nature. The heir to the Salazar Barony will be announced once the youngest born comes of age at fifteen, and given the years before that to prove themselves for the heirship.

THE BAPTISM

As is in Canonist fashion, the newborn Lady will be baptised in the church of Blessed Francisco. The baptism will be open to friends and family to attend as they wish.
