This notice is issued in accordance to the nature of aberrant and antisocial conduct, under which the Crown hereby enacts the Order Clause as outlined within the Preamble of the Ivory Codex.

Has a history of utilizing disguise and false-identities, though is not outwardly hostile unless provoked. To be killed on sight upon trespass.

A Mali’fenn woman of pale skin, golden or icy blue eyes, and platinum blonde hair, last seen wearing blue garb. Has a history of defying local authority, as well as raising arms against civilians unprovoked. Caution is advised when encountered. To be escorted from city walls upon trespass, though repeated violations may escalate response measures.

Individuals who aid, abet, or otherwise collaborate with the banished within local territories shall be detained for questioning by the Evaran.

Thus, may it be known that within the resplendent walls of Caras Siol dwelt one Sylvara af Ingeson, stands guilty of the following offenses, as outlined under Criminal Law within the Ivory Codex:

The deliberate and unlawful taking of one’s life through malice. 

1st Degree: Murder with premeditated malice aforethought. A capital offense.

On this day, 13th of the Deep Cold, 275 S.A., the peace of Caras Siol witnessed upset at the hand of a slathering, Infernal wretch whose identity eludes. 

This creature, blood-red in color and brutish in size, sought to rend a most grievous attack upon Prince Turin Ilumrin (@Tav). Although most of the city’s warriors tarried on endeavors beyond city walls at the time of the attack, it was one Maeth Galdissiel (@Maeth) who sallied first to his defense, and stood most readily in direct challenge of the demon. Between it and Prince Turin did she brandish her steel and labor with such self-sacrifice, even at risk of losing limbs, if not her very life. 

One such woman, young in her years, newcomer of elcihi, and fledgling warrior, stood for the tenets of elMyumier’tir and harnessed most virtuously the esteemed Gryphon’s Erudite, alongside reinforcements that would later arrive such as lauriran Leithril, Vir, Lorinthia, and Deulara. 

It is for this that the Ivory Crown wishes to recognize the noble deeds of Maeth Galdissiel through honorable ceremony, to be hosted in the throneroom of Caras Siol. Denizens are invited to observe and put forth their gratitude, for without her, it is uncertain the fate Prince Turin would have met.

The exhausted chimes of elven shipwrights and mariners puncture the drum of boots and wood, rickety wagons hauling voyage rations aboard and the crack of sails unfurling high upon the masts. A small assembly of elves crank the ship’s capstan, whose chain-links shudder one by one until its anchor bursts from the waters, seaweed and slimy muck clinging to its surface. Their skin burns a crude shade of red and glistens with a warm veneer of sweat, thin strands of hair sticking to their heat-beaten faces, yet they smile the sun’s smile.

The ocean's waters shimmer like little shards of diamond beneath the light of the high sun, radiant and burning and bright. It gently warms Dawn Treader's main deck, whose wooden floor thrums with the joyous rapport of dance and song, bare heels and twirling gowns sent into rhythm by elven maritime shanties. Two elves were wed over the waters this day, laughter trilling through the drum of their union’s song. They await the new world ahead, and they too smile the sun’s smile.

The eastern sun shafts through nestles of pine needles and spindly branches. The eastern woods thrum with latent energy, their canopies watching dutifully— and with such curiously— over the slow trek of wayward elves. They would lay claim to a craggy peak overlooking the woodland, and work with haste. With time, the woods had been tenderly cleared, supplemented with kindred tents and drapes to house the weary and weak whilst the fervid set to work. Yearning sets their hands into motion, while hope tempers their tired hearts, and they smile the sun’s smile.

Plainly written is the birthright of Cauróst, our righteous domain. 

The Ivory Mission decrees it the duty of her people to guard the nobility of elvish blood and dignify the mighty banners that came before them. Though only the most ignoble of elves would deign to challenge this edict, often in favor of today's comfort or tomorrow's pleasures, it is the deeds of the ambitious that shall protect the comforts of the complacent.

History would witness haughty elvenkings and vicious warmongers weaponizing the prospect of elven unity as a tool of vanity and self-fulfillment. Indeed, incendiary propaganda and reckless tongues would suggest it is the will of the Princedom to invoke the mantle of Malinor. While the legacy of elven unity has been, and perhaps shall always be well within its grasp, what stays its hand is the fundamental recognition that Malinor was not a conquest, but a home. 

Yet, however gentle this truth may seem, it is the duty of the Princedom to act with such unerring resolve that it would steer away treachery to the legacy of our people and the banners that came before ours. It is the recognition that stewardship cannot be realized without conviction, nor conviction without honesty. It was the folly of those who came before us, and shall be the folly of those who come after us to neglect these principles. While the mantle of Malinor has earned its due reverence, it is the will of the Princedom to forge a legacy of its own.

Thus, she bids elvendom this: reject the weakness, the indignity, and the apathy that has encumbered the late hearts of our kin, for legacy scarcely honors the hermit, but rather the bold. Cast aside callings of indolence and idle pleasures, and turn your gaze towards those whose hearts burn— turn your gaze towards the laborers, the dreamers, and the visionaries of elvendom alike.

The expulsion of dark forces, bogeymen, and shadow-lurking monsters is vital to the Caurósian mission in preserving the dignity of Elvendom. On this day, 17th of The Grand Harvest, 242 S.A., the vigilance of our stalwart hunters has uncovered a more grievous revelation. Within the walls of our Princedom, there dwelled an accomplice of the dark who not only shared company with the demonic, but collaborated a covert assassination plot against an Imperial politician. 

Thus, the Ivory Crown hereby decrees the following:

I. Henceforth, the Maehr known as ɴᴇɪᴀ is sentenced to exile, effective immediately.

II. Henceforth, the Maehr known as ɴᴇɪᴀ is to be ᴋɪʟʟᴇᴅ ᴏɴ sɪɢʜᴛ, effective immediately.

III. Henceforth, all known accomplices and collaborators are to be apprehended and reported to the High Prince, where they shall be tried for their transgressions under the watchful eye of Ivory Law.

ARTICLE I.

The great and many Triumphs of the Holy League remain ceaseless and ever-flowing. Our victory, assured by the surrender of the Horenic Covenant, has been brought to near-completion upon the capitulation of Celia’nor. Having been exhausted and war-torn, after having questioned the legitimacy of our Princedom and the birthright of the High Prince and his progenitors, the Ibarellans of the former lands of Celian’or came to our moon-reaching city of Eldwyn to accede to our authority. In return for peace and mercy -- well-needed after the travesties of the Horenic Covenant, whose corpse they remained shackled to after the rot of death had already taken its skin -- they willfully transferred to Us of Caurost: all land, estates, and titles held by and sworn to the Princess of Celian’or.

THE WAR IN STARLAND WILL BE NO MORE; 

VICTORY IS DECLARED, RESTITUTION IS MADE. 

ARTICLE II.

Acknowledging the interests of and promises made to our allies in the Holy League, who spilled and shed blood by our side in our shared war against Celian’or, we will immediately seek to share the spoils of our victory in the name of giving restitution to all wronged. The Grand Kingdom of Urguan, the Kingdom of Norland, and the Sohaerate State of Haelun’or, will all be invited to Eldwyn to partition the properties and bounties of the Starland, along with any other relevant clauses pertaining to the pursuit of justice should they be inclined. 

JUSTICE WILL BE HAD FOR ALL THOSE WRONGED. 

ARTICLE III.

Effective immediately, The Pravent’ir and militia forces shall be deployed to occupy the Starlands and ensure the terms of the Treaty of Eldwyn, and the forthcoming partition, are put into effect. The Crown of Caurost advises all remaining inhabitants of the Starlands to comply with the directives of the provisional governor, the Lord of Camlannen, as they bring law and stability to a region that has undergone the upheavals of war and rebellion. No harm or injury shall come to those who submit to our forces, but those who maintain a state-of-arms against the legal authority of the Starland will have their lands, properties, and lives declared forfeit.

Due to continuous reports of unrest, accosting, maimings, and even murder within areas both local and abroad, the Crown hereby decrees a travel advisory to those of elven descent. These attacks are believed to be deliberate, targeted, and driven by bloodlust towards our kin with a likeness of the bygone traditionalist values of the White Rose. 

While Cauróst is beholden to remain within its political jurisdiction, these attacks have transpired indiscriminately within both human and elvish territory. Trade routes prove especially hazardous, but victims have reported being attacked within city walls of non-elvish states by means of ear clippings, beatings, and forced conversion.

Whether you are a denizen of the Princedom or dwell beyond its borders, we urge those of elven descent to tread with caution and vigilance. Be mindful of your dignity, for self preservation must not be neglected. Do not keel like a hapless dog, but do not steer into recklessness. 

• Travel in number. The more, the better.
• Remain armed and mounted. Halt for no-one.
• Avoid busy trade routes. Steer from unnecessary travel.
• Cover your ears when on the road. Wear hoods, helmets, and cowls. 
• Report any hostile encounters to local authorities.

In light of revelations and swelling concern regarding the elusive metal “Nyxium” and its malevolent, corruptive properties, it is with caution to our people that the crown issues the following informative and cautionary advisory. Additionally, the crown hereby extends its willingness to to collaborate with other sovereigns or guilds in interest of thwarting the threat of Nyxium, which includes the mutual exchange of knowledge, resources, and the extradition of afflicted individuals.

I. “Nyxium” Defined

Nyxium is described as a crystalline metal, regarded to be of high value due to the apparent properties of strength it wields. However, it harbors a sinister nature, one designed to form a parasitic symbiosis with the user by way of elusive creatures lurking within the fibres of the metal. These parasites are said to form an infestive corruption of both the mind and body, wherein they are occupied to enact the will of these beings as their eyes, ears, and blades. For further information, the crown cites previous order reports issued by the Order of the Remnant Lion below. 

II. Symptoms & Identification

Nyxium is recognized as a violet shade of crystalline metal, said to infect upon contact. Those infected can be recognized commonly by the following:

• Elevated heart beats
• Purple eyes, both the sclera and iris
• Extreme aversion to water

Any individual exhibiting these shared symptoms is to be deemed compromised by Nyxium.

III. Protocol for Containment

Citizens are advised to regard the presence of Nyxium with caution and vigilance.

Those found guilty of the Nyxium infection within the Princedom are to be apprehended with whatever force necessary and delivered to city authority for extradition.

To the citizens of Cauróst, 

Let it be known to all loyal residents that the cryptic guild known as the “Men in Yellow,” or “Yellowmen,” who once dwelled within our walls as citizens and allies, are hereby in exile of our hallowed borders. This decree will go in effect in three months, or three Saint's days.

This decree is issued in authority of the Ivory Crown after witness to repeated and consistent violation of the Codex of Law, specifically under the Order Clause, including but not limited to:

• The unwanted proselytization of citizens. 
• Disturbing the peace through the invasion or loitering of private property through disruptive shouting.
• Treasonous remarks as well as attempting to incur social unrest against the Ivory Crown and Princedom at the hand of a rogue member, resulting in his public execution.
• Invoking widespread discomfort and distaste among the citizenry.
   

In the absence of authority, citizens are beholden to their duty as a resident of Cauróst to act on any sighting or activity of the Yellowmen within our borders. They are to be removed with whatever force deemed necessary, if the peaceful excursion from our walls proves inefficient.
