The Tree-singers are naturally located at the tree-singers workshop. The Thorned Compasses will be located by the old farmfields that were recently restored by the aid of those that participated in the Nevaehli restoration project, with their own watermill house. The Verdant Whispers are located at the new clinic right next to the Iron-antlers bakery, who also have their tavern right next to the gates at the main square. Lastly, there is the Cedar Archives, conveniently located at the library.

The Glade's hallowed grounds become a place of solace, where the living and the departed converge in a delicate dance of memory and remembrance.

Under the towering trees, they gather as a fellowship of kindred spirits, bound by their shared devotion to the natural world. In this harmonious assembly, the glade thrives as a living repository of knowledge, where druids, rangers, and herbalists come together to share their insights and wonders.

While not a druidic circle, the Glade is home to the wandering servants of Nature - A place for them to convene, learn, and perform their duties. There, information is shared and the dead are remembered, as well as frequent rituals and memorials held. Amongst the countless graves and monuments to Nature’s Gods, utilities have also been created for the circleless and other druii or followers of the Wild Faith to take advantage of.

These are the Ikurnamon Trees, steadfast sentinels of the Glade, their gray bark standing in stark yet tranquil contrast to the vibrant life surrounding them. Scattered thoughtfully throughout the glade, these trees offer more than their striking appearance. Their wood, known for its exceptional strength and durability, has been sought by artisans and craftsmen for generations. The ironwood yielded by the Ikurnamon Trees goes on to become the foundation of both functional and artistic creations, a testament to the Glade’s teachings of balance and sustainability. All are welcome to take from the Ikurnamon Trees, as long as they give something in return.

	History:
Founded in the struggles of living in a world meant solely for hearing people and heavily inspired by the familial values of the Vale of Nevaehlen, the culture of past Mali’Ame seeds, as well as the passion and pursuit of adventure, did such an idea come to fruition. To take the best of what has been priorly learnt, experienced, and observed and meld it into something new that would grow and develop its own traditions and values as its members do, in order to share knowledge and information about any and all subjects with the world. Created by the deaf elfess known as Axilya and after much turmoil in finding a place to properly settle within, the Taelu’Avernan now resides within the welcoming arms of the home of the Father Circle and ‘Ame culture.

Values:

At its core, the Taelu’Avernan are a gathering of peoples bound to or respectful of Aspectism that focus upon the adventure of experience, knowledge, and growth; firstly of the self, before following with family, community, and lastly, the world. The Taelu’Avernan are a close knit group, more akin to family than anything else. None shall be left behind or forgotten and everything they do, they do together. The safety and livelihood of each member is just as important as the next and it’s more than expected that guild members look out for each other both on and off the expedition-field.

Beyond that, however, the Taelu’Avernan are a group of adventurers that wish to assist in bringing knowledge to those that are unable to learn about or experience a specific subject - no matter how grand and dangerous the task or how small and trivial the research may seem - due to a disability, position in life, way of living, and/or etcetera. The Taelu’Avernan aim to leave as little impact upon the unexplored, choosing instead to learn and leave rather than mindlessly kill and take whenever possible. There is never an action performed by the members of the guild that bears no reason. In addition, so long as it is possible to research, the Taelu’Avernan are willing to give it a shot.

Though the guild prides itself upon its ‘Ame ways, one need not be a Mali’Ame to join. They must simply respect the culture, be within the good graces of the Vale of Nevaehlen, and hold a care for nature’s balance.

	Religion:

The Taelu’Avernan, while walking in the footsteps of Aspectism, has no set religion its members are required to primarily follow. Members are free to practice their own religions within the guildhall and around guild members so long as it doesn’t directly contradict the belief values of the Wild Faith. That being said, there are some minor traditions directly implemented into the practice of the guild itself in order to retain respect for the balance and origins of the guild’s foundation.

In addition, while no descendant is perfect, if one is found deliberately upsetting the balance, found to be a necromancer, mystic, dragonkin, voidal mage, or bear any other dark magicks, they will be harshly dealt with and kicked from the guild.

In an attempt to keep every member safe upon expeditions, the Taelu’Avernan bears an inherent structure of command and titles:

Scholars of the guild are often sought out for their guidance, for they are the ones who strive to be wise in life. Their thirst for knowledge is what feeds the guild and spurs it forth as the world evolves. In addition, scholars are often the craftspeople of the Taelu’Avernan. While anyone can make a spear or trinket or armor, it is those who learn, practice, and absorb that become masters of creation. Their crafts supply the guild with the necessary equipment for expeditions and their knowledge learned helps prevent unnecessary loss during a mission. Upon a guild sanctioned expedition, it is the scholars’ role to keep logs of all that happens and all that is discovered, no matter how mundane. Scholars are the foremost leaders of an expedition when a branch or guild head is not present. Fighters of the seed sacrifice much of their time training to become strong in both mind and body, quick on their feet and trained to be aware of every aspect of their surroundings. It is not unusual to find two or more members sparring on land or training their specific senses, and they often seek out the knowledge of the scholars and the partnership of the healers during an adventure. On an expedition, it is their job to bring all members of the guild back home, alive and relatively unharmed. They are the first to enter a situation and the last. History:
Founded in the struggles of living in a world meant solely for hearing people and heavily inspired by the familial values of the Vale of Nevaelhaen, the culture of past Mali’Ame seeds, as well as the passion and pursuit of adventure, did such an idea come to fruition. To take the best of what has been priorly learnt, experienced, and observed and meld it into something new that would grow and develop its own traditions and values as its members do, in order to share knowledge and information about any and all subjects with the world. Created by the deaf elfess known as Axilya and after much turmoil in finding a place to properly settle within, the Taelu’Avernan, translated to 'Wandering Learners', now resides beside the welcoming arms of the home of the Father Circle and ‘Ame culture.

 Values:
At its core, the Taelu’Avernan are a gathering of peoples bound loosely to Aspectism that focus upon the adventure of experience, knowledge, and growth; firstly of the self, before following with family, community, and lastly, the world. The Av’oeman (fully fledged guild members) are a close knit group, more akin to family than anything else. None shall be left behind or forgotten. The safety and livelihood of each member is just as important as the next and it’s more than encouraged that the Av’oeman look out for each other both on and off the expedition-field.

The Taelu’Avernan aim to leave as little impact upon the unexplored, choosing instead to learn and leave rather than kill and take. There is never an action performed by the members of the guild that bears no reason. In addition, so long as it is possible to research, the Taelu’Avernan are willing to give it a shot.

Though the guild prides itself upon its ‘Ame ways, one need not be a Mali’Ame to join. They must simply respect the culture, as well as care for nature’s balance.

The Taelu’Avernan, while walking in the footsteps of Aspectism, has no set religion its members are required to primarily follow. Members are free to practice their own religions within the guildhall and around guild members so long as it doesn’t directly contradict the belief values of the Wild Faith. That being said, there are some traditions directly implemented into the practice of the guild itself in order to retain respect for the balance and origins of the guild’s foundation.

 Guild Branches:
Those that have passed their trials and taken up the rank of the Av’oeman further their responsibilities within the guild to specialize in certain areas - particularly used during a guild run expedition. These specializations, though able to be switched between expeditions, are encouraged to be stuck with for at least four years at a time. When switching, it is required that the Av’oem inform the branch leaders or the Av’Chirr. Regardless of what branch one takes up, all members are encouraged to further their knowledge within all specializations.

 The Warrior’s Branch:
The warriors of the guild are first and foremost protectors. It is their job to value the lives of the Av’oeman over all else. When the other two branches join in on any fighting, it is this branch that leads them through the battle. Though they may call the final shots during such a situation, a true warrior allows those they protect to advise them. Should an expedition descend into physical violence, and without a branch or guild leader present, it is this branch that then works together to lead the group back to safety.

 The Healer’s Branch:
The healers of the Taelu’Avernan are well respected, as it is they who keep the danger-prone Av’oeman alive before, during, and after expeditions. It is they who work to prepare salves and supplies for the rest of the guild, as well as ensure expeditions are conducted in the safest manner possible while out in the field. Any medics on an expedition are considered field medics, and should conduct themselves as such: ensuring a balance of care between keeping oneself and others alive. During a medical emergency, it is the members of the healer’s branch that default to leaders of the expedition when a branch or guild head is not present, with the exception of the warrior branch’s leadership during an active and physical threat to the Av’oemans wellbeing.

The Scholar’s Branch:
It is they who lead the guild’s goal of research, learning, and understanding forth, utilizing their learnt skills until a clear physical threat or medical emergency arises.

 Trials:
One wishing to join the Taelu’Avernan must undergo a series of 3 trials, overseen by the Av’Chirr or one of the branch leaders:

Firstly, the initiate must reach out to one person from each of the three branches and record their answers to the following questions: What does ‘Taelu’Avernan’ mean to them? Why did they commit to the branch they work under? What has been their greatest adventure yet? When the initiate has finished recording the answers and gotten to know their interviewee, they may return for review and, thereafter, move on to their second task

The second trial involves showing prowess for a branch of the Taelu’Avernan, for while it is not mandatory to classify towards one branch in particular, it is necessary for the initiate to understand the importance of such a structure.

Those interested in medicine shall shadow a medic of the Taelu’Avernan, assist or observe in the curing of three individuals, then record the experience and return it for review

Those bearing a thirst for knowledge shall go out into the field and record their observations of three various encounters that they learned something from. This knowledge can range from recording the behavior of a certain species to scribing down the events that soon turn to history.

Those bearing a physical prowess shall spar thrice, on three separate instances, and with three different weapons or techniques, before having their sparring partner or teacher vouch for their completion. It is not required for the initiate to win the spars, however, but rather experience the fight and learn from their mistakes.

The last trial is a simple one. The initiate must return to their reviewer and tell them why they seek to join the Taelu’Avernan. Should the answer satisfy the reviewer, the initiate’s trials will have been completed!

Upon completion of all trials, the initiate shall lead a Wild Hunt, an honor and rite of passage into the ranks and family of the Taelu’Avernan as well as an acknowledgment of Aspectism and the Balance, followed by a feast from the meat of the animal hunted - typically elk. This hunt will not only introduce the initiate to the way the guild operates as a group upon an expedition, but it will also allow the Av’oeman to get a grasp for what the newest member’s current abilities are. After the hunt, the pelt of the animal shall be turned towards the guild hall, where it shall be used within various crafts, armors, and weapons. Alternatively, one may instead lead an expedition of their choice, provided it is approved by their reviewer.
