✠ The Count’s taxes shall be set to the price of 200 farthings as is currently agreed, and this price cannot be raised or changed forevermore. In return, the forces of Aesterwald shall conduct routine services and patrol the entire northern Imperium, protecting all settlements from danger. This includes that of: rebels, raiders, demon incursions, beastmen, undead, bandits, and or any other applicable foe of the Imperium.

✠ The Count has the right to land those within their outlined territory (below map) that encompasses the northern stretch of the Trostine Region, and that this land shall be granted to any whom the Count of Aesterwald deems fit to hold; they shall either be of his men, his vassal, or otherwise any who aid in his efforts as deemed necessary by the Count. This land cannot be revoked except by the word of the Count himself.

✠ The Count of Aesterwald has the right, as do all vassals, to establish a knightly vassal order for those of the Trostine region, to serve faithfully under the coronet of Aesterwald, and thus, for the benefit of the Imperium as a whole.
