On the 5th of the Harrens Holly, 1705. Abdullah Kharadeen has seen it fit, after his reign. To Abdicate to his true and rightful heir, Abbas Kharadeen. Thus, All lands and Titles held by Abdullah Kharadeen shall be inherited by Abbas Kharadeen immediately and be crowned as Caliph of The Kadarsi. May Allah Bless his reign. Shall he be fruitful and Just for the eyes of the descendants. In Five Saint days (Saturday) The Coronation of Abbas Kharadeen will take place at the kadarsi Camp infront of the Imperial Capital of Helena.

Coronation is saturday at 6PM EST.

It was great leading the kadarsi, for even how short it was. We had fun and this has become my minemans Family. But every good thing has to come to an end and I hope to see all of you again. I watched this group from the start. As it went independant from Santegia and built itself up. @ibraheemc2000 @adamc2000 @DiamondHeadare some of the guys that been with me day one. and all of the new people that I met and joined me as we lead the Farfolks through Greatness. Menev would rest his Janissary uniform on the meeting table in front of Ibraheem and Caliph Abdullah. “I’m leaving,” he would state.

Both Ibraheem and Abdullah would stare at the uniform, then look back to Menev. “I expected this day,” Ibraheem would say. “What makes you want to leave, rafiqi?”

Menev would stare at his uniform as well. “As time passes, I look upon the terracotta that I used to build our houses, our walls, even the palace we reside in, and I feel both pride and unbalance. As time passes, I see young men become elite soldiers within our ranks, watch them follow commands that they would never understand, and feel uneasy. As time passes, I realize that what I am doing… it just is not me.” He takes a deep breath before speaking again. “As time passes… I look to the world beyond our walls and I wonder what it would be like to live out there again. I’m no Farfolk, Ibraheem. I’m Adunian. And I believe it is time for me to find my own path.”

Abdullah would rise from his seat and walk slowly towards Menev. He would stop in front of the Adunian, and look up at him. “If that is what you want, rafiqi… then we will not stop you.”

Menev would let out a deep sigh of relief. “Thank you, Abdullah.”

Two days later, Menev would put his final bag onto a horse-led cart. Abdullah, Ibraheem, and others of the Kadarsi Caliphate would look at him climb onto it and take the reins. He would depart, but not before weeping one last thank you to the citizens of the nation he helped build.

The Caliphate for many years has thrived more than it ever has. Under the new leadership since Auda Kharadeen’s abdication. Now, a strong and safe home for the Farfolk people, and all people stand tall inside and out of her walls. A Message from a Family, To the Heads of the Community

Dear staff of Lord of The Craft, Administration Team, and World Development Team

   We are the family, the community of the Kadarsi Caliphate. As you may well know the next map is soon upon us, but we have been informed that land will not be granted to us, due to “inactivity.” Though we respectfully understand your concerns, we would like to present a flaw in your way of gathering information on “activity.” As many of the LOTC Community can confirm, the Kadarsi Caliphate is an active nation. Not only this, but we have played and still play major roles within the history of LOTC.

You may say that the border region says we are inactive, but we would like to argue against this. Though we may not be within our city at all times, we are always on and we participate within the world of Atlas. We do not wait for ET events to occur within our city, nor wait for random visitors. Instead, WE create RP for the server we love. As many nations of LOTC can confirm, we are always out and about. Here is a list of what we have done for LOTC.

We the Kadarsi Caliphate write this information, that the citizens of our nation can confirm, as well as the people of other nations, and their leaders.

We have participated largely on world events

• It was the Kadarsi that started the movement to free the Wonks from their evil spirits.

• We have supported Haense in the beginning of the map in their explorations of the wastelands and the Vaeyl Order. As a matter of fact, The Kadarsi, which NOW release this information for your OOC information, almost around the beginning of this map, was entrusted to hold onto a item that both Vaeyl’s are searching for, keeping it hidden and protected.

• It was the Kadarsi Caliphate that called the nations of Atlas together to fight the September Prince, starting the talks to unite under a banner to defeat him, always attending a battle (as Aesopian can confirm).

• We also united the Farfolk race this map, as it was divided in many tribes. We even went to war to defend and unite ourselves, which made a large increase in RP for the server!

• Before on Axios, all can confirm the large inactivity of the Farfolk nation, being sad and pathetic. This was changed due to the Caliphate.

• The nation of Santegia was affected by the Kadarsi. They both had many talks about freeing the Harian people, and to return them to their own government!

• Several Imam Rashidun (the religion of the Kadarsi Caliphate) prophecies have came to be, including the Farfolk Oppression, the Al-Mahdi, The Return of the Caliphate, and many wars!

• NOT ONLY THIS, but the Kadarsi Caliphate played major roles in the world of Atlas’s wars! (taking upon raids and rescue missions, capturing MOST of the enemy nation leaders during the Nordengrad rebellion, forcing Holm out of the war, capturing Sutica, Arborrang, and many enemy leaders and commanders, pushing the war to an end.)

• We also STILL enforce peace throughout Atlas, patrolling and scouting all across the Empire searching for bandits, enforcing the Empire’s laws, and escorting merchants!

• Instead of a tax system, we implemented the Zakat System, which makes much better rp for the server! Instead of taxes, if a man has a stack and thirty-two pieces of bread, he would give the thirty-two, to the Zakat officials, which is collected and then eventually in about a day IRL, three inventories worth of bread, would be gathered and marched around ATLAS giving the food off in Zakat/Charity! This creates RP not only for ourselves but for Atlas!

• When the Halflings had a terrorist attack upon their farms, it was the Kadarsi who sent aid, giving them food and supplies to rebuild and protection while doing so!

As you can see, we may seem inactive to you, due to your system of activity on a region of our city, but we are active as we are consistently going out of our city to provide RP! We are an active community that provides good rallies, not just wars, but for RP! If you do not believe me, look within the comments below and I ask those who read this, to give you confirmation to these statements and support that the CALIPHATE should get a spot next map. An open letter to those who insult and attack the faith of Imam Rashidun and the Holy Caliphate.

“As-salamu alaykum to the citizens of Atlas; peace be to you. The enemies of Allah have made a public announcement against the faith of Imam Rashidun, and the Holy Caliphate. I encourage you to Learn and Understand that these claims are false, and Understand these people who made the claims against us are terrorists themselves.

I, Ibraheem Aladeen, shall provide proof that each sentence you spoke were lies and falsehoods.

“Kadarsi ideals which seek the sodomization of our women, murder of our children, and the obliteration of our very ways of life.”

This within itself can be destroyed with but a few chapters, as provided here. In chapter thirty-two of the Kitab Alsalam, it says of children:

“We have given you children, to bring you joy and happiness of this life. Children are a blessing from Allah, boys, and girls. Do not bury your daughters like you have done in the past; your daughters are a greater blessing than a boy. Allah says, ‘If you raise Four girls right in manners and in the Faith, you are granted Seven Skies as long as you don't leave the path of righteousness.’ We have commanded you, for every newborn you recite the Shahada (Testimony of Faith) in the newborn's ear three times, and take a date fruit and chew a small piece and feed it to your newborn. Be caring and do not discard your children! We also encourage you to adopt orphans and do not force them to convert, but have them live the lifestyle of a follower of righteousness; have them grow with the morals and mind of a follower of right. Those who adopt are beloved of Allah and a close friend of Allah. Raise them to be young, active members of their community, and raise them to be the most respectful and most kind; raise them to be kind and honorable. Allah is indeed the most merciful and most kind.’”

If Imam Rashidun truly seeks the destruction of your children, why say this?

And in chapter thirty-seven of the Kitab Alsalam, it says related to women:

“Allah has placed upon this earth your mother, who bore you and took care of you when you were but a child, and Allah has blessed those mothers with Holy Love for their children, for Allah loves those who love their mothers. Allah says “Lo! I have placed the Seven Skies under your mother's feet! So don't disrespect her and don't abuse your mother’s love, for surely if your mother’s angry with you, I am angry at you!” And Allah places another blessing upon you, for the easiest way to the Seven Skies is your mother, so don't disrespect her. Allah Is indeed the all-knowing and all kind and wise.”

And in chapter fourteen of the Kitab Alsalam, it says in rules of war:

“We have set to you rules for Jihad, so that you may not go and do wrong. Do not cut a tree unless you need to, do not kill a child, do not kill old people, do not destroy places of worship, do not destroy a building, do not kill those who have surrendered, do not kill those who run away (from battle and in general), do not kill a woman, do not kill a sick person, do not kill those dedicated to worship (Ie. monks and priests), do not disfigure the dead, do not kill an animal except for eating, be good to prisoners and feed them, do not enforce the faith.”

And if we are truly wanting to destroy your ways of life, why does it say in chapter twenty-eight:

“We warn you of forcing those into your faith; Allah hates this, and has promised those who force others into the faith an unthinkable punishment in the nether! BEWARE of coercion, for it will lead you to the nether and it will bring the wrong view of the faith. We have made it haram (forbidden) to coerce anyone into your faith. The heart of one who finds the faith by themself will be shining as bright as the sun a thousand times. Do not coerce anyone into the faith, for those that do will have the punishment of the Nether. Allah is indeed the most just and the most wise in all affairs.”

Our faith promotes charity—chapter twenty-six:

“Allah has bestowed on you wealth and food for you to eat. However, there will be those who will have neither. As a test of Faith towards his rabbi, so Allah says, ‘Prove to me, that you will take care of your brothers or sisters, for an act of kindness can lead you to the Seven Skies.’ Allah loves those who take care of others and surely he will reward you; Allah is the best of rewarders. Lo! Remember, for Allah has a punishment for those who do such just for fame or his own desire and those who do not give charity in act of kindness and pure intent, Allah will send them to the Nether—so beware! Indeed, Allah is the best of helpers, and the most merciful.”

To care for the less fortunate, chapter twenty-seven:

“We give you the story of the Man and the dog.

There was a man who committed many sins and opposed the faith of righteousness. It was a hot day and he was lost in the desert, only having a small amount of water left. He then stumbled upon a thirsty and dying dog. He looked at the dog and felt pity for it, but he could not give the dog the water with bag of water which he had, which was low, or it would spill in the hot sand. He took his shoe off and poured it into his shoe and gave it to the dog. He then died of thirst. We granted him Seven Skies for his pity and mercy on the dog, though he fought against us. This small and simple deed gave him the garden within rivers. Allah is indeed the most merciful and most generous.”

The young helping their communities, in chapter forty-one:

“We command you to be active In your communities! Work and help the old, and be the first to volunteer for the hardest or shameful jobs. Work at a young age! When young men become of age (puberty), begin working; help your elders, help build a new home for the orphans; WORK! Be active in your community. Do not sit around doing nothing all day. When you be active in your community, do it with a smile; do it with pride. There WILL be those who come to you and make fun of you, but take it as a badge of honour from Allah. Young men must work hard and become strong, and smart. Do not run away from doing work, RUN TO IT! Do not scoff or treat your peers or those under you with disrespect. Have a smile even when they make fun of you. Keep your head high and help your community, for Allah grants those the highest spot in Seven Skies! Women! Be active in your community as well! Do not work how the men do but work with your fellow woman, keep modest and do not shame yourself! Work on helping your elders with tasks they need help with, but do not do heavy lifting—that is for men, for we created them to be heavy labors and you to be smart and work on important work, help design, and do work of what you please—but do not commit adultery, for those who commit that sin are indeed in the wrong, and have erased all their good deeds. Be kind and smile, work on things with your hands and make it pure, for we made woman to help make things pure. Allah is the all-knowing and all kind.”

The importance of smiling, in chapter thirty-nine:

“Remember, Allah loves those who do charity and good deeds in the path of Allah; Allah says that even the smallest deed can change your standing, whether you enter the Seven Skies or the Nether. Allah place mention of the deed of a smile: on the day of resurrection, where all races will be in fear and at the mercy of Allah, Allah will bring up a women to be judged by the book and Allah's mercy. Allah will ask the women after placing most of her good deeds of charity, ‘Did you pray at my Appointed time I have commanded you to do?’

‘No my Rabb,’ the women would reply.

‘What did you do at my appointed time of prayer and worship toward me, and did you know that it was time?’ Allah would ask.

‘I was enjoying my time on this earth and I decided I could always make up my prayer for a later date,’ the women replied.

Allah would then place that deed on the scale as it shot down in weight with her good deeds nothing but like a feather. One by one Allah place many of Deeds she has done and it looks as if she never done anything in the sake of Allah. Lo! Allah would then pull out a small deed and say, ‘I have place on this earth a deed that's so blessed that you have continue doing this deed with a sincere and pure intent.’ Allah would place it down on the scale and the Scale shot down, fling all the other deeds off the scale. Allah would say, ‘This deed is my mercy to all races and it has allowed you to go to Seven skies.’ Lo! Remember Allah is all forgiving all merciful. Allah is indeed the most kind and compassionate.”

The importance of peace in chapter thirty-eight:

“Remember That you are all Brothers and Sisters and how Allah has created you so you may Worship him and praise him for his mercy upon you, Allah created you so you may show others the Mercy of Allah. Lo! He did not create you so you may Cause Corruption and evil throughout land and that you Shed your brothers and sisters Blood For Allah Surely has to Punish those with nethers for Eternity, Allah Loves those who stop Violence and the ones who stand for peace in times of Evil But remember Allah does not condemn those who fight in self-defence or fight against Corruption and Haraam For Allah loves those who fight in Jihad for Peace and the destruction of Evil. Allah is indeed the most compassionate and the best at placing peace.”

To obey your parents, in chapter twenty-five:

“We have sent to you your Parents who Cared for you and taken care of you when you were but a child, Obey your parents for they sacrifice their Daily lives For you and take care of you Allah says ‘If your parents are angry with you Allah is angry with you.’ The only time you may disobey your Parents is when they ask you to Abandon your faith and to lead you Astray, Lo! Allah has set upon you a Path so that you may be reunited with him in the Seven Skies, Allah says ‘the Easiest way to the Seven Skies is your parents.’ Do Not roll your eyes or scoff at your Parents for that Indeed a Sin and Allah will Place you into the Nether. Do not back talk your Parents for they have taken you into this world with Allah Mercy and Blessing, Allah loves those who Respect their Parents and Obey. Allah is indeed the most Just and Kind.”

To care for the earth and animals, twenty-two:

“We have Given you the Earth, For you to walk Upon and grow families and worship. We give you a task to protect and care for your environment, Do not pollute and Destroy it, We have made it for both(you and the earth) to rely upon each other for your survival. We Have place Small Pieces Of seven skies upon the Earth for you to enjoy, and protect. We have made the earth with everything in it, All Perfect, All in harmony. One The Last Hour will be a man, Who committed many sins his entire life that they would be able to be made into the largest mountain, and his good deeds of a palm of his hand...We will save him from the nether for he took care of the earth and he will be granted seven skies. We have also set upon the earth Animals for you to tame, eat and use. Take care of them, and do not abuse them. Care for them and protect them as if were your very jugular vein.
Allah is indeed the most Powerful and the lord of the whole universe and all that is in it.”

To learn about medicine, chapter sixteen:

“We Have set upon the earth a cure for every illness and disease, Do not forbid the use of Medicine unless it is made of Alcohol and Pig. The Best of Cures Is recitation of the Holy book. Seek to learn How to help Cure all illness and disease, and to help Allah’s creations, Those who go to learn and help treat these will be granted a Special reward in seven skies that is too great to be even spoken of. Allah gives all illnesses and gives all cures and remedies, for we placed them on the earth to test you and to remind you of duty to Allah and increase your faith to Allah. Allah is indeed the all-Knowing and the best of cures.”

To go and gain knowledge, chapter ten:

“We Have Given you a mind and a will, We Have made those who are smarter than you, and those who a less of knowledge. Go out and learn, Seek New things, Learn of the things we have created and things to help you in your life, and be blessed from what Allah gives. Allah dislikes those who Do not learn and seek the truth. Learn, and when you have learned, Teach! Allah loves those who Learns and seeks the truth, those who go to learn to help others and community for the Sake of Allah! Allah has promised those who seek for knowledge and the Truth and teaches it to others a Spot in the seventh skie. Allah says ‘Go to the farthest ends of the earth to gain knowledge.’ Allah is indeed the most Knowledgeable in all affairs and things.”

To fight arrogance and ignorance, chapter nine:

“Woe to those is of the arrogance of Allah. Allah has covered their eyes and ears and made them deaf, dumb and blind to him for their arrogance. Beware of turning to arrogance, For Allah hates such. Allah Has given you a brain and signs of him, And given you blessings and proof of his mercy. There will be one of the last hours who was of Arrogance. We will ask him “How did you answer to the lord of the worlds? Did you submit to your heart and your soul? How did you answer the ones who were a mercy to you (prophets)?” The one of arrogance will say “I did not believe in them, though they never lied. I did not believe in the Almighty Allah even with the clear signs of your glory.” for his arrogance Allah will punish him on the Day of Judgment for he is the judge of all things and the sentence giver. Be calm when you see those of Arrogance and ignorance, Walk within your life's softly and quietly and when they approach you and give you bad and evil,  Give them good. For there will be those in between you(and the one who is arrogant and ignorant) and they will see kindness in return of evil, Thus bringing more friends of your faith and yourself. Allah is indeed the all knowing and all Kind.”

To those who read this: are these things that destroy communities and ways of life? To help the poor and needy? To care for your parents? Even in our faith, a woman has more rights than A MAN!

Our Holy Caliph, have already declared war upon these people—these people who made this claim have been killing innocent women and children, burning holy places, banditing the roads, and killing canonists. If anyone brings terror, it is them!

So as a proud Mumineen, a follower of Allah, I remind all of you of this, in chapter fourteen: Our faith DEMANDS us to fight against these people.

“Jihad is declared upon these things. If you have been driven from your home unjustly, If you have been invaded, If one tries to destroy Your faith, To fight the Tyrants, to fight injustice, and to fight those who worship false gods, If they are of those who harm mankind, to fight those who oppress, and to help the oppressed. In the Jihad The followers of the righteous shall fight against the infidel and tyrants, fighting for Allah and Martyrdom or Victory. We have set to you rules for Jihad, So that you may not go and do wrong. Dont Cut a Tree unless you need to, Do not Kill a Child, Do not Kill Old People, Do not Destroy Places of Worship, Do not destroy a Building, Do not Kill those who have surrendered, Do not Kill those who run away(from battle and in general), Do not Kill a Woman, Do not Kill a Sick Person, Do not Kill those dedicated to worship(Ie. Monks and priests), Do not disfigure the dead, Do not Kill a animal except for eating, Be good to Prisoners and feed them, Do not Enforce The faith.

A young dervish sat next to him, a look of worry, His eyes wet with tears as he pat the old man’s sweating forehead as he watched his Sheik lay their helpless, wrapped up in his bed as the old man coughed and weezed, he weakly spoke “Sz-sz-Sa’a-a-ad.” the old man struggled as he spoke to the dervish “R-r-re-cit--” he would Begin coughing harshly, the dervish could not help but let a tear roll down his own cheek to see the old man struggle “C-ccha-chapter- th-thirteen..” upon hearing this the dervish could not help but cry...Chapter thirteen...Seven Skies… He called for another dervish to gather the caliph and saeeds loved ones and began reciting.

There is only One God and that is Allah, and forever shall I follow His light.” the old man then slowly lowered his arm and rested it onto the bed, and gave one final breath, his chest descended and did not rise. It hurt so much to write this post...I raised Saeed from age three...He became much like me irl , I grown so attached to him...i done so much with saeed...I made so many friends with him...i can't even type...it hurts to much to say anything...but he was a hero to me, a true hero. The Tiger Janissary Corps Is the Elite and personal bodyguards of Auda Kharadeen.

The Tiger Janissary Corp Was Formed for the protection of Auda Kharadeen And his family. This Corps Is made to follow the orders Of Auda Kharadeen and His Hand picked officers, They are tasked not Just as personal bodyguards but to do missions for Auda as well as Protect The Harian people. They Obey only Auda Kharadeen and who ever Auda grants permission to command.

((I was in tears when making this post, Ever since I joined lotc, at the ending of the Caliphate I yearned for this return… I spent around 2- almost 3 years now building this and now it is here.

I cried because the Caliphate was my first real home, it was the first time I was never hated or despised, I grew a family. The people showed me REAL Islam and changed me and saved  me from making big mistakes. When I(Ibraheem) and Adam started this, it was just us two, the old Harians doubted it and abandoned ship. Yet me and Adam promised Faiz we would stand by the gate even if it means a perma ban.We pushed, we made friends and we grew our community, when Matt joined us, and frosty joined us, and when Kav joined us they became rl brothers… we pushed and struggled, and more followed, we became from a small DERVISH LODGE to a TRIBE! And then to our amazement, from a tribe to a sultanate...then from a sultanate to a Caliphate. When me and Adam and Faiz were finding all the old Imam Rashidun scripts that were in google docs, we found the farolk oppression and prophecies and we thought it was funny, we thought it would be like how people irl say “OH THE ANTICHRIST AND THE END OF TIMES!” kind of thing. But things happened...and the prophecies came to pass… never in our wildest dreams would that happen. Me and Adam just wanted to give back to the lotc community what it gave us, a dream and a hope. Faiz taught us that, if you can do it on lotc you can do it irl. He said that they went through the arab spring,(qalasheen spring) but the farfolks managed to fix themselves and reunite into a better community again...me and adam always were worried about rl. Faiz even made the last harian city in Axios in a syrian design just for us because he knew we wanted to rebuild it one day just to give us hope, Faiz built a community, a brotherhood, and family. Faiz stayed up and helped us with school, he made us better people. He changed our lives for the better, and me and Adam wanted to do the same: to honor Faiz, to build a community and family and do as he did for us, to build a caliphate, and bring back what he worked so hard for. Faiz cared about the community, and now, we are gifting the same. I would be lying if i wasn't crying irl, because this is a dream I never thought would pass. I want to say thank you to all of the Kadarsi; we grew this from nothing, we spent so much time and effort, and lost many friends. We stuck through it THICK AND THIN, I remember when we were but 3 guys and we were thinking that we conquered the world! I remember building our camp and playing around as we went of in adventures, I remember how we went to the ice wall and how we made friends in haense and renatus when they both hated each other. I remember the Zikr we use to do, I remember when we were on our build server planning and making designs for the capital. The Establishment of Law

Throughout time have the Farfolks and their kin learned to live civil and respectful even during their darkest hours. In order to preserve the mutual understanding that only through law and order harmony can truly be achieved, the Caliph and his respective subordinates have established the boundaries between civil and savage, good and criminal, divine and dark with spiritual guidance and wisdom.

Article One - Powers of the Caliph

Section One - Relations with the Council

1. The Caliph may appoint those he sees fit to sit on the Council, at his discretion.

2. The Caliph may revoke seats on the Council, at his discretion.

3. The Caliph may create new positions on the Council, at his discretion.

4. The Caliph may abolish positions on the Council.

5. The Caliph may change the powers of each position on the Council as he sees fit.

6. The Caliph may abolish the entire Council.

7. The Caliph may not arrest any member of the Council without cause.

8. The Caliph may not banish any member of the Council without cause.

Section Two- Relations with the Fellaheen (citizens)

1. The Caliph may call any fellah to court.

2. The Caliph may arrest any fellah should they have committed a crime or are a suspect in one.

3. The Caliph may banish any fellah.

4. The Caliph may give any fellah honorary titles.

Article Two - Responsibilities and Powers of the Council

(*)All positions of the Council is subject to change, and in turn, their powers. It should be noted that none of these powers are set in stone and the Caliph of Kadarsi may change it as he pleases.(*)

Section One - Office of the Munavin

1. The Grand Steward and their subordinates are responsible for the development of urban areas within The Kadarsi Caliphate.

2. The Grand Steward and their subordinates are responsible for the development of rural areas within The Kadarsi Caliphate.

3. The Grand Steward and their subordinates are responsible for tax-collecting within the borders of The Kadarsi Caliphate.

4. The Grand Steward and their subordinates are responsible for administrating information to the populace of The Kadarsi Caliphate.

5. The Lord Steward has the power to appoint Deputy-Stewards in The Kadarsi Caliphate.

Section Two - The Council of Amirs

1. The Amir is responsible for the management of all armed forces within The Kadarsi Caliphate.

2. The Amir is responsible for all armed encounters involving The Kadarsi Caliphate.

3. The Amir is the sole head of the military  serving The Kadarsi Caliphate.

4. The Amir is responsible for policing the realm of The Kadarsi Caliphate in diplomatic or martial means.

5. The Amir has the power to create Mamluks (knights) within Kadarsi Caliphate.

6. The Amir has the power to create Deputy Amirs within the Kadarsi Caliphate.

7. The Amir May Suggest A promotion to the sultan of a subordinates for The Janissary Rank, but only the sultan may promote those to Janissary.

Section Three - Court of The Safeer (Lord Chancellor)

1. The Safeer is responsible for international relations between The Kadarsi Caliphate and foreign nations.

2. The Safeer has the power to create embassies for The Kadarsi Caliphate.

3. The Safeer is responsible for pursuing the interests of the Caliph and The Kadarsi Caliphate.

4. The Safeer has the power to create Deputy Safeers within the Kadarsi Caliphate.

Section Four- Court Mesakha

1. The Court Mesakha is responsible for the management and upkeep of all official documents within The Kadarsi Caliphate.

2. The Court Mesakha is responsible for sealing all letters sent by the Caliph of The Kadarsi Caliphate.

3. The Court Mesakha has the power to appoint a scribes within The Kadarsi Caliphate.

Article Three - Religious Doctrines

Section One - Religious Devotions

1. Article 3 of the Constitution of Kadarsi ensures religious tolerance within the Caliphate.

2. The faith of Iman Al-Rashid is recognized as the faith of the Caliph and the Farfolk people of Kadarsi.

Section Two - Heretical Acts

1. Any improper uses of any holy book in The Kadarsi Caliphate is illegal and will permit arrest, banishment, or execution.

2. Destruction of any holy book in The Kadarsi Caliphate is illegal and will permit arrest, banishment, or execution.

3. Desecration of a holy monument in The Kadarsi Caliphate is illegal and will permit arrest, banishment, or execution.

Clause of Exception

1. Mercenaries forces hired by the Caliph, if they do not take the One True Creator, must not worship their pagan beliefs in public unless granted permission by the Caliph.

2. Mercenaries forces hired by the Caliph cannot make outdoor shrines unless granted permission by the Caliph.

3. Mercenaries forces hired by the Caliph cannot spread their pagan beliefs outside their already pre existing group.

Article Five - Property

Section One - Selling and Buying of Property

1. All land, be it residential, agricultural, industrial, is the property of Allah under the tenancy of the Caliph of The Kadarsi Caliphate. Therefore, all land that is permitted for use is at the will of the Caliph, by the grace of God.

2. Land itself cannot be sold, only rights to the land to be used for residential, agriculture, or industry.

3. Rights to the land can only be dispensed by the Caliph himself,.

4. All buyers of rights must affirm their oaths to the The Kadarsi Caliphate or else the transfer will not be complete.

Section Two - Use of Land

1. Land can only be used for three purposes: residential, agriculture, or industry, unless granted specific permission by the Caliph.

2. Residential requires a charter from the Caliph himself or the village will be considered invalid to The Kadarsi Caliphate.

3. Residential must be kept to a proper condition. Poorly kept housing and other buildings will be torn down and may result in a fine or arrest.

4. All farms and livestock pens must be orderly and kept. Farms must be harvested accordingly to prevent overgrowth. Livestock pens must be kept clean and the animals checked for any diseases.

5. Destruction of natural beauty, if not allowed by the Caliph, is illegal and will result in a fine or arrest.

6. Unfinished buildings that lay dormant for more than one annum will result in a fine or arrest.

Article Six - Crimes against the State and fellow Man

Section One - Treason

1. Treason is to be considered one of the highest degrees of crime within The Kadarsi Caliphate.

2. Refusing the Caliph’s demand to court is considered treason and will result in arrest, banishment, or execution.

3. Refusing the Council’s demand to court is considered treason and will result in arrest, banishment, or execution.

4. Refusing to follow the direct orders of the Caliph is considered treason and will result in arrest, banishment, or execution.

5. Refusing  to follow the direct orders of the Council is considered treason and will result in arrest, banishment, or execution by the Caliph’s Choice.

6. Refusing the call to arms by the Caliph or Council is considered treason and will result in arrest, banishment, or execution.

7. Refusing to follow the direct orders from a military superior is considered treason and will result in arrest, banishment, or execution.

8. Desertion from the military of the Kadarsi Caliphate is considered treason and will result in arrest, banishment, or execution.

9. Assisting an enemy state, be it information, or through supplies is considered treason and will result in arrest, banishment, or execution.

Subsection Two - Destruction or Stealing of Property

1. Larceny, arson, burglary, robbery, poaching, and banditry are all punishable crimes within The Kadarsi Caliphate.

2. All degrees of arson are considered illegal and will result in arrest, banishment, or execution.

3. All degrees of larceny, burglary, and robbery are considered illegal and will result in arrest, banishment, or execution.

4. Any acts of banditry within The Kadarsi Caliphate will be dealt with the highest degree of punishment, which may be arrest, banishment, torture, or execution.

5. Poaching considered illegal and will result in arrest, banishment, execution, or a fine.

6. Poaching is determined by the animal killed -

7. a. Rabbits and squirrels will lead to a 25 minas or higher fine and can result in arrest, banishment, or execution.                                                                      b. Coyotes, foxes, wolves, flamingos, vourukh and sand tortoises will lead to a 100 minas or higher fine and can result in arrest, banishment, or execution.

Subsection Three - Murder

1. Murder is considered one of the highest degree of crime within The Kadarsi Caliphate.

2. Murder without intent will result in arrest or banishment.

3. Murder with intent but the victim is unharmed will result in execution and banishment.

4. Murder with intent but the victim is harmed and not killed will result in arrest, banishment, or execution.

5. Murder with intent and victim has been killed will result in execution.

Subsection Four - Jansi (sexual) Relations

1. Sodomy is considered a high degree of crime within The Kadarsi Caliphate as Allah's design and plan was precise when he created man and woman.

2. Intercourse between two males is illegal and will result in arrest or banishment.

3. Intercourse between two females is illegal and will result in arrest or banishment.

4. Intercourse between three or more participants (an orgy) is illegal and will result in arrest or banishment.

5. Intercourse between a male human and an orc is illegal and will result in arrest or banishment.

6. Intercourse between a female human and an orc is illegal and will result in arrest or banishment.

7. Intercourse between a male human and any race outside of his is illegal and will result in arrest or banishment.

8. Intercourse between a female human and any race outside of hers is illegal and will result in arrest or banishment.

Article Eight - Hunting and Slaying of Non-Sentient Creatures

Section One - Game

1. A permit given out by The Kadarsi Caliphate is required to hunt certain game.

2. Permission to hunt in the land must be given out by the owner or the Caliph himself.

3. Flamingos may not be hunted within The Kadarsi Caliphate unless given permission by the Caliph.

Section Two - Creatures of Unnatural Origins

1. A permit given out by The Kadarsi Caliphate is required to hunt monsters.

2. A member of the military or a recognized monster-hunting organization is required to be part of the party when hunting within Kadarsi Caliphate.

Section Three - Fishing and Whaling

1. Fishing does not require a permit from The Kadarsi Caliphate.

2. Whaling requires a permit from The Kadarsi Caliphate when whaling within the waters of the The Kadarsi Caliphate.

3. Fishes under the weight of 6oz. must be placed back into the waters.

4. Whales must be of adult age to be hunted.

The Yalasar Laws

It is not fitting for an individual, man or woman, believer or non believer, to undermine or disobey the laws set by Allah and his respective servants. For one who does, is indeed on a clearly wrong path.

1. The many riches of this world belong to those that earned them. The ones that walk a path of thievery will walk a path towards exile.

2. Those that not share the mutual enlightenment of Allah’s followers should be tolerated and treated as an equal, for they cannot help being born outside our sacred lands.

3. These three laws will be the bulwark of the civility within the Caliphate, for they are set in stone by the only supreme authority that reigns above all, Allah.

The Bayezid Laws

In a world full of temptations and delusions, the individual must remain on the divine path set before him. In order for that to be possible, a strong understanding of the true meaning of sacrifice and necessity must be present.

1. The enlightened individual of the Caliphate shall not lie, unless the truth would harm the innocent.

2. Malicious planning or intent are to be blocked out of the minds of those that enter the Caliphate, for those undermine the individual’s divine bond with Allah.

3. Power shall have no worth in the eyes of Allah, only through merit and good intent may one truly be elevated or pardoned.

4. Corrupting the name of Allah and his legitimacy will be strictly forbidden within and outside the Caliphate. As we respect you, we demand respect in return.

5. Any individual breaking these laws in the eyes of other kin or relatives shall lose its representation by the Caliphate, for it does not follow the true path it is required to.

The Mercan Laws

For there are many corrupted in these lands that would lurk upon the riches and people of the Caliphate out of jealousy or envy, it is essential that those that follow God and seek shelter in our sacred land must be protected and prepared for all that evil can bring.

1. When an individual or a collective clearly seeks to undermine the first Yalasar law, Allah shall grant permission to defend and potentially harm the underminers. Only when it is a question of life and death, may the enlightened individual exceed its mortal boundary.

2. Every being within the Caliphate, citizen or visitor, has the divine responsibility to defend the sacred land from anyone that aspires for its destruction.

3. Only the Caliph is able to appoint his successor, for he represents the people of Kadarsi.

4. Ones that carry harmful goods within the Caliphate must seal them and carry them out of sight accordingly. Only those tasked with protecting the Caliphate may publicly show their tools of killing as a sign of authority.

The Kismet Laws

In order to preserve the functionality of the social stature in the Farfolk society, laws must be established as an act of mutual understanding of what restrictions and liberties are for the best. Only through civil interaction can those with a good heart not be swayed to corruption and dark temptations

1. All must be treated with equal respect and consideration within the Caliphate with the exception of increased respect given to those blessed by the Caliph’s grace.

2. Those that have no wealth due to misfortune should be treated and aided if possible.

3. Those of male gender shall not seek physical or unnecessary social contact with females after a marriage for adultery is forbidden.

4. Those who aim to speak their words in a public setting shall refrain from insulting or undermining the Caliph or his chosen brothers in administration in said public setting.

5. Those who are found to criticise the government without express permission of said government will be given to the hands of the military in order to a warning, then to banishment and then execute a capital punishment.

6. Those who have chosen to willing take the life of another without just cause shall have their life taken from them in a fashion befitting the crime itself.

7. Any citizen who has for whatever reason evaded the payment of taxes due shall have their taxes doubled at the instant of sentencing. Criminals guilty of such are allowed to pay off in full at that moment. If they continue to refuse actively they shall have all of which they own reclaimed by the state and imprisoned before exile.

8. Bribery is the most sincere form of deviation from the lawful will of the state and by extension Allah and shall be punished by being forced to pay the previously mentioned bribe twice over to the government in addition to the punishment for the crime the bribe was meant to cover.

9. Whoever helps a murderer is by extension holding the blade himself and shall be treated to the same punishment as those who are found red handed and without mercy.

10. Assaulting a citizen with obvious deadly intent or with the possession of a weapon during the assault will find themselves sentenced with capital punishment and then exile with duration set by the presiding officer at the scene. Any citizen assigned exile with duration is still required to pay all according taxes and dues as the state mandates. This may be done by entering at the gate and requesting escort by guard for the duration of their stay, paying dues and then being escorted out.

Laws May be Added At the Discretion of the Caliph Himself.

A great pole was assembled a Qali day ago,

News of the Sultanate Flag and anthem will be officially announced! The city buzz with excitement. Morning rise and the people gathered in the courtyard finally the sultan step out proudly with a folded flag in his hand, the Military march began and the anthem began playing.

Siege of Ghanyah

Battle of Ghanyah, citra 9th of the Grand Harvest, 1674

As the sweat tore down the soldiers face from the heat of the desert. Auda Kharadeen, Sultan of the Kadarsi Sultanate would finish the leading the prayer with his soldiers before the battle. He stood there and standing in front of the Kadarsi Warriors and the Camel Bandits he began. “Today my brothers, Today is the day we finally remove the tyrannical grasp the ghanyans have tried to put of us for years.” Auda would shout before continuing “There capital stands before us, after our continuous wins and no losses, let us take their city IN THE NAME OF ALLAH!” Auda would scream as he and the army charged at the city, the trebuchets firing at there walls.

The Kadarsi and Camel bandits easily climbed over and blasted through the undefended walls of the Ghanyans, Each ladder and blast against the wall of wood and stone as it flung into the air filled with fire and smoke was the shout of “ALLAH IS GREAT!” Upon entering the city they searched together in a tight formation to find that the enemy was hiding on the top of a hill, Upon such a Brave Camel Bandit warned his fellow Farfolks and Brothers in arms about the impending ambush in which they raised their shields preventing the arrows to kill their Comrades! Although the Ghanyans had the high ground the attackers easily wiped them out, In front of the charge was the Brave Camel Bandit leader Next to the courageous Sultan, the Warriors following them with all of their trust that was beating in their heroic hearts.

The fighting, Even though they fought uphill, went well for the warriors of Allah, they had pushed forward Cutting down the Ghanyan Champions swiftly, and charged into the flames of the destroyed city. The clash was Fierce but in only a few moments the Siege of the city was in favor of the Kadarsi Sultanate. “ALLAH IS GREAT!” would be chanted through the city, Shaking the ground from the Lion like Roar of the Camel Bandits and Kadarsi Warriors. The Ghanyan’s Capital had fallen, the Kadarsi had defeated their enemy once again proving Allah was on their side! The soldiers would march home continuing to chant for Allah with a great endeavor.

The army surged and said together in a joyous tone:
