For the past century I have been wallowing in my own pity and depression upon the fall of  Rozania. But now that I have returned, I don my Rozanian armor once more and now walk the lands in search of those that remember my home, aswell as artifacts that can help me in preserving the memory of Rozania.

So I send you this letter, in hopes of your assistance at achieving this. If you hold any Rozanian artifacts, I ask you kindly, return them to their rightful owner so I may share the memory of my father's creation."

A true Rozanian Knight

A boat creaked as it docked in a unspecified Harbor in Almaris. This ship has come all the way from Aeldin. A man suddenly steps off of the ship onto the dock, and immediately scrambles to find a quill, parchment, and a courier. And with this, the man named Esto Buckfort, would write a message to be sent all the way to the South to a land called Myrine.

To The Heathen 'Duke'

My name is Esto Buckfort, member of the Buckfort Dynasty of the Duchy of Rozania. When I arrived from Aeldin I was hoping to restore Rozania again, despite the failure of my disowned brother's descendents attempts after they tried to rebel against my father's Duchy in 40 SA. And even after the failed attempt of the Rouge Self-Proclaimed Jackalope Knight who seized the Jackalope Order after the Duchy's Collapse.

I will give you two options, although I prefer you take the first, just to make it easier for all of us and so no families will be ruined by senseless violence.

The first option is that the title of 'Duke of Rozania' is split into two titles, Rozania-Superioria to signify the Rozanians on the Northern isle. And Rozania-Inferiora, to signify the Rozanians on the Southern Isle, which would be the Duchy of Redclyf-Rozania. By picking the first option you can peacefully remain in calling yourselves the Duchy of Redclyf-Rozania, and a home for Rozanians, and an agreement to Friendship is recommended to be signed. By picking the first option we will renounce any claim we have on the Southern Isle, just as you have renounced your claim on anything in the Northern Isle.

The second option is the worst option to pick, which will put pain on both of our people's, will ruin lives and families, all over a name. That option is war between us, to decide who shall hold the full title of the Rozanians, the Mösu or the Buckfort?

Oisinite Rozanians arriving at Eastfleet Harbor

The ship groaned and creaked as it sailed forth. In the distance sat the Harbor of Eastfleet, bustling with life as it often did. This ship, bearing the colors of Gold and Green, was full of activity as its occupants prepared to dock at the harbor.

In the Captain’s quarters, a man knocked upon the door and entered quietly. His head bowed as he approached, and he spoke with respect in his tone.

"Your Highness, Eastfleet Harbor is ahead. The men will disembark and we will be on our way to Róża soon enough."

"Dziękuję Ci, Edmund.” The occupant replied as he rose out of his seat, his arms stretching upwards “Sea travel…never was fond of it.”

Edmund exited the chambers, followed by the occupant. As he looked out at the land before him, Prince Armitage rubbed his eyes to allow them to adjust from the lighting he was familiar with in his chambers. The Prince was met with the respectful bow of the sailors and settlers present, and soon returned to work.

“Disembark without me, I wish to head to Róża alone before the rest of you come. Meet me there in a Saint’s Day after everyone has disembarked their belongings.” said Armitage as he turned to Edmund. The man opened his mouth to object, yet simply nodded his head. “Be safe.”

Prince Armitage was the first to disembark as the Ship reached the harbor, and almost immediately had his horse brought to him. With little time wasted, the Prince mounted his horse and rode off down the old roads that led to the once flourishing Capital of Rozania.

It was a long journey. Yet, as the towers of Róża’s walls peaked above the hills of the Heartlands, Armitage’s heart warmed. He had made it to the home of his people, and was now determined to right the wrongs his predecessors had done. Armitage took a deep breath, then spurred his horse onwards towards the Gates of Róża.

“There is much work to be done. GOD willing, I will return this land to its days of Glory.”

And thus, the Son of the Rogue Prince had come to Almaris once more, his Father’s followers behind him.

Your loyalty and relentless hard work for your peoples and your land is truly inspiring. Your patriotism is beautiful to behold, as is your heart. The people of Rozania know you as a Halfling of your word, and these days that is rare. You have defended those unable to do so in battle, asking for nothing in return. Your bravery is remarkable, and none can deny your love of your people.

Taking a walk about the all too-quiet town, Eliza smelled smoke. As she came around a corner, the church and tavern came into view, the former with a dark plume of smoke coming from a large hole in its roof. The lady bit her lip to keep from swearing aloud as she rushed towards the burning chapel, her face white. Standing before the doors of the place, Eliza cupped her hands around her mouth. “Hello?! Is anyone in there?!” The crackle and snaps of burning wood echoed back at her shouts, and the Duchess stepped inside, urging her karin to remain outside the door. The large feline creature stalked back and forth at the entrance, clearly frightened but also watching her Adunian owner closely. 

Eliza stepped carefully within. “Hello?!” She called out again, coughing in the smoke. The air was heavy with clouds of dark smoke and her eyes stung as she forced them to stay open, searching. The front of the church was engulfed in flame, the main support beam of the ceiling lain upon the floor and seats, splintered and glowing and crackling as it burned. Her eyes swept the room as she made her way through the burning remnants of the church. Eliza tripped on a broken piece of the stone floor, catching herself with her hands and jumping back as the skin on her arm screamed in pain. Ignoring it, the Adunian hurried about, ensuring that the room was indeed empty. 

Leaning against a wall on the street, Eliza sighed. “Well, at least it was empty.” She said to her karin with a shrug as she rubbed the creature’s head between its salt-horns. When the rain started, the Duchess closed her eyes at the sound of the hissing flames being slowly extinguished. 

Peralien still remembers that day, when she got on that damned boat for no reason towards Yong Ping. She remembers living in tw- wait, maybe three tent towns? Eh- who cares. She remembers it all, the Oisin Rebellion, the Slaughter of Innocents, the Sacking of Rozania. All in just a decade. And for what? Why would she even try to fix this anymore? She's given up being a Marshall, a Soldier, and a Follower of this wilting flower of a group.

"Yes dear.. I'm sure.. We won't have to deal with the Mareno's anymore if we leave.. Just take the map.."

"Yes Delphi.. just don't get lost.."

Peralien then went and gathered all she wanted to take.. A sword, some kindling, and a few other items. And put them on the side of her horse. But before she left for perhaps the last time. She went and did one thing, she went up to her old Marshall's Office. When she opened the door, she stared at the desk, both her Petty Nobility and Squire Documents were sitting on the desk. And she did the only reasonable thing she could think of. Light them on fire with flint and steel, but to prevent causing the entire building from burning, she quickly stamped out the embers after the papers were nothing but some ashes. Then, she grabbed some ink and a paper out of her desk and wrote a note for whichever person finds this.

Then? She immediately carved a drawing into her desk. Very deep too, so if you want it gone, get a new desk.

Finally, she got on her horse, and ran off to Pinemaw to eventually begin work a-new. "So long Rozania.."

The sun was slowly raising as the first lights of the morning bathed Rozania in light gold and the dew on the leaves sparkled lightly under this gentle light, the duchy was calm and only wind and leaves rustling could be heard.

A dark elven man in golden plated armour would be seen pack his last baggages onto his trusted mare, fastening the belts placed onto the saddle with decisive movements with a thoughtful expression on his face as he sighed heavily to himself in a stressed manner.

“Are we really leaving?” A young and delicate voice said behind Zirath’s back, he slowly turned his head as his golden eyes met the figure of his beloved daughter, Delra that was looking at him with furrowed brows and light sorrow in her eyes.

Zirath’s serious expression softened as he approached his daughter and moved her bangs from her forehead to give her a light loving peck between her eyebrows “Aye we are goin’ back to da Hollow” he said with his horrible distorted dwarven accent as he fixed her hair.

“But why? Didn’t you hate that place?” Delra sadly chanted with a worried expression on her face, her father gave her a smile as he turned to his mare and lightly caressed her soft and silky snout with his only left hand “Ah hav’ to... for ye and da’ clan” he paused as he turned his head to Delra, her expression unchanged “Donnae worreh, ah got thes” he said to reassure her, it didn’t seem like it worked.

The dark elven man sighed as he approached Delra once more as he said softly “Rhaella’s goin’ ta be ther’, so realleh... donnae worreh” he smiled to his daughter, her expression softened slowly as she nodded and quietly approached the mare “I would kiss your cheek but I hate how your beard feels!” She said to tease him.

Zirath chuckled as he touched his bushy beard “fockin’ scoundrel” he then turned to look at his house one last time, he looked slightly pained as he ran through the memories.

He came to Rozania in his darkest time, he was a soul full of sorrow, desperation and wrath, he succumbed to his madness and damaged his elven home with wrathful fire, harmed many people and fleed to this shelter out of shameful cowardice.

He felt sick at that thought, he felt disgusted he became what he hated the most, he became the ones he wanted to destroy and instead destroyed himself, just to avenge someone that did not deserve to be avenged, but he was blind.

All those wrongdoings came back as a poisoned arrow to stab his now fleeble heart, letting him fall more and more... and more.

Until he guided his old steel companion through his guts, with a hope to end this spiralling fall to misery.

That guilt rose in his chest, he felt like he could not breathe anymore, that force building up was released as his only fist impacted against the wooden sign hung on his house’s door, as he did that he snapped back to reality, he panted and looked at the now broken sign “Clan R’Ikarth” written on it.

His expression softened as he brushed splinters off his bruised knuckles “Roight” the man whispered to himself as he ran his hand through his long and rebellious silver hair, he nodded and turned around to look as his daughter that was far away she was near the gates waiting for him, an angelic sight to his eyes “for ye and Aesar, for da clan” he continued to whisper to himself like a crazy man.

Thanks to this place he was able to recover, heal himself with the help of old friends and family.

In fact he decided to go on, to leave his past behind, to be strong, not only for him but for his family, for the people that supported him and that still do, he now smiled as he took off the signs from the now empty home and approached his daughter.

“Ye ready?” He asked to Delra, she nodded “aye” she tried to imitate his accent. 

Zirath pouted and bluntly said “get on da horse” she then mounted on the mare as he took the reins and guided the animal through the gate onto the path, starting a long walk to the Urguan vassal Stygian Hollow, his true home

The crow opened his wings of soot and soared into the endless sky leaving an ashen trail,

Article I | Ranks & Official Duties

Regular Corps

• Piechur (Footman) | Entry Level for all common Soldiery of the KAR, the backbone of the KAR, serving mainly as city guards and watchmen, or reserves.

• Zbrojny (Man-at-arms) | Zbrojny is the rank of a member of the Common KAR who has proved their standard by serving for at-least for a year, they shall be issued a Green and Yellow Medal which shall be pinned to the left side of their chest as a symbol of service and rank.

• Mistrz Zbrojny (Master-at-arms) | These KAR Members are distinguished fully in their merit to help aid Rozania in times of conflict, they are senior grunts and guards of the KAR, being what the Piechur and Zbrojny should look up to.

• Sierżant (Sergeant)  | These Soldiers will often time more than not if no superior’s are present, be leading the Piechur and Zbrojny in small scale operations or in guarding the city and roads of the Duchy of Rozania, They are expected to follow this rank if no superior’s are present or nearby.

Noble Corps

• Rycerz Królestwa (Knights of the Realm) | The Knights of Rozania are members of the KAR who have excelled in almost every if not all aspects required to be a Fighter. They hold superiority over common soldiers in the chain of command; if a Knight is present, every rank below it, including Sergeant, must follow their orders, within reason.

• Kaptain (Captain) | The Captain serves at the Second in command, directly below the Marshall. They shall aid the Marshall in battle and war, and help organize regular training, promotions, payments, and events. They shall be able to wear any armor they choose, even armor not relating to the KAR, as long as it is showing in majority Green and Yellow coloring.

• Marszałek (Marshall) | The Marshall is the head and leader of the KAR, the highest in the chain of command, they shall manage, maintain, and improve the KAR to it’s best aspect.

Article II | Compensation

Wages | For every soldier who attends training or rallies, they shall receive 5 minae as a base as Piechur, going up 5 every rank.

Civil Servant Status | Due to the KAR’s Status as the Military of the Duchy of Rozania, the soldiers of the KAR shall receive Civil Servant Status, any crimes committed against them will be punished harshly, roughly twice as much or more depending on severity.

Injury | Should a member of the KAR be wounded while performing duties relating to the KAR, such as injury from combat or mis-haps, they will be evaluated and can be compensated for up to 100 Minae, however, if they are healed in a reasonable amount of time such as from a Paladin, they will not be compensated, as they would already be healed, and would not receive a Medical Discharge if healed by a Paladin or any being with the magic to heal wounds. If eligible, the soldier may receive a Rozanian Purple Heart or similar medal.

Retirement | A member of the KAR can formally retire from service and receive a farmstead under the following conditions: 

• 10+ years of service to the KAR

• Holding the rank of Sergeant or above

• Honorably or Medically discharged.
   

Article III | Conduct

Code of Conduct

| Soldiers in uniform are expected to maintain a certain standard of professionalism while in public, use common sense.

| Soldiers are forbidden from vacating their post without explicit permission from their superiors, for such would be considered desertion, with the exception of emergency reasons.

| Soldiers are expected to don the correct uniform while on duty, whether it be patrolling, gate-keeping or investigating suspects. Exceptions are made in the event a crime is being committed or a comrade requires aid in making a sudden arrest.

| Soldiers are expected to keep their goods and gear in perfect order. It is to be carried on their person at all times while on duty.

| Soldiers are expected to respect the chain of command and refer to their superiors by their appropriate rank.

| Soldiers are expected to follow orders without question, within reason and morality.

| Soldiers are forbidden from abusing their status to abuse, harass or bully citizens, visitors or otherwise, this will result in Corporal Punishment.

| Soldiers will not deface the Rozanian colours, be it through flag or uniform.

| Soldiers of Rozania are not allowed to be a part of any other armed guild, company, army, group etcetera without explicit permission from the Marshall and/or the Duke/Duchess of Rozania.

Article IV | Uniform

Rozanian fighters are expected to wear their uniforms while on duty, for they are meant to inspire pride and a sense of nationalism. It is a sign of brotherhood as well as nationality and a reminder of what you are fighting for. Personalization of the uniform is allowed, though it must be approved by either the Marshal or the Duke/Duchess of Rozania. It may not cover up or misrepresent any indicators or rank. The uniform should be worn as often as possible, at least within the bounds of Rozania. When in uniform, you are considered in duty, and thus spending time in such a way while showing your merit is the fastest way of getting recognized for a potential promotion. The uniform consists of a striped green/yellow gambeson, a pair of sturdy britches, marching boots and greaves, a ferrum cuirass, a helmet, and a pair of leather gloves.

Unlawfully and knowingly defacing the uniform will be dealt with harshly.

Article V | Foundation of the Cavalry

It has become common-fact now that the KAR lacks any form of Cavalry, this is unacceptable and is only making us weaker by the day to any possible conflict, A small Cavalry Company shall be formed, with the intention to get to places quicker, or the possibility of small-scale skirmishes.

Article VI | Civilian Auxiliary

It is encouraged that any able-bodied Citizens of Rozania register for the Civilian Auxiliary, this will be used as a reserve body in dire need. Registered Civilian Auxiliarys who are not serving will not be given Civil Servant Status, but if they are serving under order, they will. In the event that the enlistment of the Civilian Auxiliary is enacted, which can be called forth by the Marshall and/or Duke/Duchess. The Civilian Auxiliary reserves will be enlisted as Piechur en-masse. They will only have to serve 1.5 Years as a bare minimum per each major conflict which warrants. When the enactment of the Civilian Auxiliary draft occurs, the following are excluded:

• The Disabled, whether physically or mentally, if they are deaf but have no other disabilities, they may serve during the draft if they desire.

• Pregnant and caring, Any female who is either pregnant or caring for a child that is younger than 1.5 years is excluded. 

• Elderly, Anyone above the age of 60 is excluded from the draft, however in the scenario that they desire to join, they can.

• Young, anyone under the age of 20 is excluded from the draft.

• Additional exclusions can be made by the Marshall and/or Duke/Duchess of Rozania.

Eliza Raven read through the letter Nadia had handed her, brows furrowed deeply over her green eyes. She leaned her hip against the desk next to her, the paper in both hands as Nadia Buckfort stood before her, waiting.

“To my dearest children,

Gwyn and Nadia,

I hope this letter finds you in good health. Alas, most of my offspring have grown and pursued out other paths in life, leaving me with very few to pick from. By right, the throne should go to Lord Aldigar, your eldest brother, but as you know, life has taken him elsewhere, for he is a noble knight and a loving father. However, if one thing you have in common with Aldigar, it's your kindred heart.

I wish for you two to take the throne together, make it a dual duchy. As sisters, you shall make a good team, bound by strong Buckfort blood. You will let no husbands, lustful for power, to take on the other's role. The first legitimate son of either of you shall be the heir, if suitable.

Let Rozanian values live on. Let our culture bloom. Let our people thrive. It is for them that we do what we do.

My love for you is boundless like the sea. Please, my beloved aenguls, make your father proud. As the motto of our House goes, Many Hearts, Beating As One. I will be there, when you need my council.

Nadia Buckfort looked at Eliza with worry, as Nadia watched her finish the letter,  “What do ya wanna do about this? Gwyn is too young… She ain’t fit to lead yet, and I don’t want to do this by myself. These are your people, this is your family Eliza. Please… Help me.” 

Eliza looked up at her young friend, taking a breath to consider her options. “I’d be honored to help you, of course. How can I be useful to you?” She held her breath for an instant, waiting the lady’s answer. 

“I would like you to lead, alongside me. In Gwyn’s place. A dual duchy as dad wishes.” She nods, slowly, hoping Eliza would say yes. “You and him led Sarissa here. You have gone this far, without me here. Lead with me, us, duchess’s of Rozania.”

“You would share your title with me?” The Adunian stared at Nadia for a moment, a smile forming on her lips. “I absolutely accept your proposal, Nadia. Yes, I will share the Duchy with you.” 

Nadia’s eyes filled with tears, and she wiped them swiftly away, “Thank you Eliza. Thank you so much.” She took a Rozanian quill, and began to write some words on the page, 

“I, Nadia Buckfort, named Duchess of Rozania by the Duke of Rozania William Buckfort, do hereby decree Eliza Raven to join me in title and duty, Duchess of Rozania. Shall we lead Rozania together, to greatness, in a dual duchy. May Rozania be safe in our hands, and shall one of us fall, the other continue to lead. May we lead our people, together, and abide by GOD in all of our actions, and words. May we both be Duchesses.”

The words filled the paper, and Nadia signed, handing Eliza a quill with a beaming smile. “Sign, and we shall lead as one.”

Eliza beamed back, taking the pen and carefully writing out her flowy signature next to Nadia’s. “There, it’s official. Duchess Nadia.” The Adunian lady smiled to her friend. “Long live Rozania and it’s Duchesses.”

Thank you all for the home you opened to me, for the good times and the bad. For the smiles and tears.

We stood shoulder to shoulder in the face of adversity, we cried as we mourned our losses and smiled when it was all over and we had fun for the first time in years. 

And with all this I must say goodbye as master of laws. For the sake of ourselves and for the sake of the city as a whole. 

My only parting request in all this is to remember to treat each other justly, to love your fellow citizens as if they were your own kin, to smile when dark skies close in. Your are the people of Rozania, stronger than most, remember that

Three long years since the end of Oisin's Rebellion and the claimant's flight from Almaris. Three years since the battles that scarred a people and tore a family apart. He was unable to get his mind off it the entire time he was in exile. How could he? Though he had already made his peace with GOD many years ago, there was still a tinge of guilt that plagued him. Ate at his insides. As Oisin sat pacing on the deck of the ship, he contemplated on what he had been doing with his life following the rebellion.

By all means, he should be grateful. He finally married the love of his life despite all odds, he had fathered a beautiful baby boy whom he named Armitage Roza, and he lived out of harms way in a far away land. Despite all of this and more, Oisin was longing. He was longing for home, for his siblings he had torn himself from. For the people he used to call friends. Thus, he came to a decision. Not one of malice or hatred, but one of sadness and the need for closure. To right the wrongs in the eyes of GOD.

Oisin Roza was coming home.

This will take place in and around the Redfist gardens at ap Padraig II and is hosted by Coral Redfist.

What can you expect?

A nice atmosphere where you can meet with friends or meet new people, good and cheap food and drinks, games and most of all LOTS AND LOTS of maids to help you through the night! 

Everyone is welcome. There is no real dress code, but no one will stop you if you want to dress in the theme.

In a secluded kingdom, forced into duchal status by brigands and false piety, Rebeka la Waevra lays in her bed, staring blankly at the ceiling. “What have I done?... Was it well?” she shrugs, thinking back over her short, but impactful life “Yes. Of course.” she said, as if obvious “I’ve started a family. I’ve sat with emperors, kings and queens,” she waves a hand to her door, standing up as she did so, “Money, fame, title… never an issue.. Family however,” her heart drops to a level below the floor she was standing on. “Family.” repeated the Clan Chieftess, The Master of Whispers, the Principal purveyor of pen and paper. “Family” exhales Rebeka a final time, patting her stomach as she exits the room. The family she had brought together from all corners of the world was the 2nd most important thing on her mind as she silently floated out the door.

She arrived at the gates of the tall entrance, paying no mind to the soul-departed corpse of Lomiei Vinelli. As she continued down the stairs and onto the western coast, she would see a pile of blue aura standing next to a boat atop of the sands, the coming and going waters washed around it gently….

“Hello old friend” they would both say to one another simultaneously.
A loud sigh would leave both of their voices, “is it really ti--?” They would both laugh at the repeated synchronicity of their words, quickly growing used to it… this was not the weirdest thing that had happened between the 2.
“I think it is.. We have done what we could for this world.” 

Lomiei puts his phantom arm out to offer to Rebeka’s hand, as if he forgot that he no longer had a body. 

Rebeka took his arm anyway, a funny sight to see, and a hoot was heard as her owl flew off her shoulder back to Rozania.

As they both stepped onto the boat, it was given a firm push from the shore by both of the saddened souls.
”And what of Leyna? How will she fare without us?”

”She will fare as we have... Persistently.”
A tearful sigh left the both of them at that moment,
“She has our blood. Our passion. And our love. She will be fine.” they would both decide reluctantly.

The boat floated gently upon the open waters. The night heavens shot beams of light down to them from the stars of space and the 7-skies they would soon be occupying. “Ready?” they would both say to themselves and the other, perhaps this was something they were not sure about… “Ready” a combined voice rang out around them, a resolute confidence in their voices.

Rebeka would retrieve a small stick of wood attached to a small tip of white powder, along with a box of odd texture that emitted a rattling sound. She would then slide the stick across the length of the box, causing the stick to become inflamed at the top “Orenian technology” she smiled.

Lomiei would himself retrieve a rolled cigar of the highest excellence, tobacco grown fresh in the hills of a certain southern nation, and leaves from high up in the mountains of the east. ”Hyspian quality.” he smiled.

They looked off into the night sky as they lit the cigar, Rebeka being the first one to breathe in the fanciful flavors and waving tinctures of the smoke. She then passed it over to Lomiei, whose phantom hand held it with varying stability. A vortex of smoke could be seen exiting the mouth side of the cigar, though it would only float upwards, disappearing into the air.

They turned to look at each other, nodding singularly while the cigar continued to burn. As they embraced into each other's arms, the cigar would fall through the remaining blue auras of Lomiei’s phantom hand, tumbling onto the deck of the wooden craft and catching the entire vessel alight.
More beautiful lights, far off of the coast of the southeastern reaches of Almaris; the last shame among many, that no one else was around to see the send off, or the ensuing fireworks.

“My Friends, Family, and Allies,

I have searched for the answers of my family all my life, and alas, instead of looking for those who didn’t want me, I instead tried to create my own. While I tried to bring people together, to family, and happiness and fun, that did not happen the way I had hoped. I shall admit all my faults, and as a true Canonist, I have told all my sins. Make no mistake at my words, for I truly love you all, but I cannot go on. I have worked tirelessly to end wars with Rozania and other areas across Almaris, and lead my clan, with my many more duties I have accomplished. 

I will miss Rozania, and Norland alike as both have given me a home. 

My children are older now, and can take care of themselves, they will prosper and thrive on their own. 

Leyna shall take over duties in Rozania for the upcoming  years as her father and I have taught her well in diplomacy. She shall also take over La Waevra Imports & Exports.

Alas, the time has come and the clan shall no longer be a clan. The disbanding, dissolving of The La Waevra clan, takes place as of now, and all members are thanked for their efforts, time, and are loved forever. 

The house in Rozania was a beautiful one, and I truly enjoyed my time there. It was my favorite one, by far and held so many of my clan members well. 

The reason I write this is so I may embark on a new journey, and give my responsibilities to those who may do better than I. 

By my words, 

May La Waevra Imports and Exports be left to Leyna la Waevra Vinelli.

May the La Waevra clan cease, and so long the members be thanked by me, and cherished the rest of their lives by God. 

May Leyna take over diplomatic duties for Rozania, and bring more light and unity than I have.

Dear citizens of Rozania,

Due to the recent events happening in our beautiful city, the government has decided to create a new position, named chancellor. If any inconvenience pops up that you want to solve on a civil way, everyone is welcome at the office located in the Rozanian keep. As the first chancellor, lady Sionnach was appointed. She will be doing her best to help each and every one of you as well as helping with some more internal stuff.

We hope this new addition to our government will help to keep the quarrels down and make everyone feel more happy and safe in our city.

Dear citizen, 

Due to the recent events that were going on in our city, we can imagine that you might have some concerns or questions regarding the future. This is why the government is organizing an open court where you can bring these questions and concerns up. The Lord Regent and Chancellor will be present at this event and try to answer these to the best of his ability, as well as stating his own vision of the future. All citizens are welcome to attend this court hearing, but if you are not able to make it for whatever reason, feel free to send a letter to the Lord Regent (@Robin01_boy) or Chancellor (@sciencepants2) with your question or concern. They will bring these statements up at the court and try answering them. After doing so, you will also receive another letter back with the response of the court.
