With the grace and acceptance in the times of change, House Serendipity will continue to exemplify our core traits of goodwill through cultural philanthropy and integrity in light of the war of Men and subsequent Celia'nor surrender to Caurost.

When we founders came as refugees to Celia'nor, we were greeted not with animosity and prejudice, but with kindness and encouragement of the Malin, who we had never encountered prior. As we rose in recognition, we took each bestowment from the Palace to heart, living in service of our community that had elevated us past the fields and on to marble. With their support, we were able to provide Adventures and premium goods, giving back to not only the folk that helped us, but also to those lliren we had yet to meet scattered across the map, and we intend to continue doing so.

Just as the dark velvet tapestry of stars fade naturally in to the bright burning clarity of the teal morning sky, House Serendipity embraces the mystery and wisdom of the will of the Malin through both war and peacetime.

  With this cornerstone of understanding, we yield our best land asset, Tile midlands_25  to the occupation of Caurost and the authority of the kind Lord Governor Galar.

LIkewise, we acknowledge this revelation includes the surrender of our Noble Talonii title of Nor'onn.

An ancient title revived to honor non-Elven creatures of Celia'nor that have served her nation greatly,

 bestowed upon us Four by the former Royarch, Illyria Ibarellan. 

Though our titles have dissolved, it is to stand that our collective group, House Serendipity, shall remain as a collective name of non-nobility thusly, to preserve our faction's legacy and lifetime of accomplishments for the Glory of Musinkind.

Helious shall be granted housing within the northern lands of Caurost, formerly Celia’nor, on the condition that all ongoing war efforts are forfeit.

Denizens of Helious are forbidden from holding public office within the Princedom of Caurost, including the now ceded exclave lands of Celia’nor.

Article III. 

Helios shall be subject to a yearly tax of 150 minas as financial compensation to efforts undertaken by the Ivory Crown to combat the war efforts.

Article IV. 

In order to prove their worth in standing under the authority and will of Caurost, those of Helious shall face trial by combat by the decree of the Law of Myumier.

This should come as no surprise.

Even a donkey on the roadside could have seen this coming.

For years, House Akaln’riv has endured mistreatment under the Celia’nor system. Despite the constant harassment, rumors, and slander- often perpetuated by the Ibarelleans- we remained standing. We remained silent.

Time and time again, our efforts were buried, our voices dismissed. Branded as a Talonnii of “bumbling fools,” yet it has been these very “fools” who have stood by your side, and by the side of your people, longer than many care to admit. Even the youngest Oem’ii recall the days when Lady Akaln’riv was harassed in the streets. Even Lady Soltée herself voiced concern over the blatant mistreatment by those in power.

You have turned me into a fool. 

To say that this dissolution does not bring relief would be a lie.

And if this nation dares to rise again- I, Lady Akaln’riv, will be the first to stand against it. I swear it. Para’dine shall never again bow beneath the rule of the Ibarelleans.

You spit on our name and expect us to bless your boots for it.

You call us fools, yet feast off the labor of our hands, the loyalty we gave freely.

A YIELDING TO A LLIR.
 

Following the Dissolution of Celia’nor, the Akaln’riv Talonnii yields to the occupation of Caurost and the authority of Lord Governor Galar. Para’dine shall find relief through other means. through those of my bloodline.

The scars I carry from Celia’nor are many. I was their youngest Diraar at the age of five, and I have borne the weight of that title ever since. Let those memories fade. Let the mark of the Diraar be burned away. All members of House Akaln’riv who still bear that mark are to destroy it. Should they refuse, they shall face punishment. Let it be burned. Let it be overwritten. Let it be destroyed. This chapter in our history is one of disappointment.

Para’dine shall not be the banner-men, of those who are fools themselves. I refuse for my land to be under you.

To the Royarch,

The once-supreme status of the Principality of Celia’nor has long faded. People depart your lands en mass in search of better life. Those responsible for your citizens well-being are unable to protect anyone, and now you signed your end by standing with the excommunicated Haenseni.

The great men and women of Aevos are pressed under the boot of new generations of Haenseni, who refuse to rally in aid to even the smallest skirmishes. While it's not much different from the days of Veletz, these Haenseni can no longer guarantee safety and grant you protection under their wings. Upon the release of this missive, I already imagine how the skies will darken with flocks of birds towards the Starlit capital, begging you to ignore this, to remain as you were and to not listen to ‘heathens’ offering you a fair solution.

We have spoken not many times, Lady Celia’nor, but I trusted you to be a person of your word and you did deliver. Now, I offer you my own promises, should you be wise to accept:

1. You declare the end of Principality of Celia’nor as it is and relieve its boundless lands to me, Hadrian van Aert, to rebuild the country as he sees fit - a strong militaristic power of the region.
   • The titles of royalty, such as the Princess of Celia’nor will remain in the venerable Iryne Ibarellan’s possession, should she accept these demands. 
   • A new country with a new name will emerge in its place with Hadrian van Aert as its head.
   • The current citizens within the county's borders will be allowed to remain. Peers of the realm will be offered new titles.
2. The remaining Ibarellans in honor of this agreement will be offered housing and safety, but will not be made Peers within the new realm. The sympathizers of Veletz will also stop hunting you for your ‘neutrality’ during the Aevos coalition war.
3. Celia’nor shall not have her history erased and her library will remain open for all.
4. Celia’nor shall provide Adalhart von Draco a personal butler by the name Ellisar Ibarellan (DuckstepOP).

I, Hadrian van Aert, now raise my hand and I shall build and elevate the new power of MAN in the Midlands. I offer you all this in hopes you understand that this is the only way for your citizens to remain in their homes, safe with their families. I will return to the Northern Midlands and save it from the decay that grips it now. I will act in accordance with the Lord’s will and return our Midlands to better days, days that many have longed for. Those in support of this noble cause should not shy away from vocalizing the benefits of my propositions to the people of Celia’nor.

To the Refugees of Celia’nor, and to the Realms of Aevos,

In times of strife, when the towers of once-great nations tremble and the cries of the displaced echo through the valleys, it is not titles or thrones that define who we are, it is the actions we take to protect one another.

We have watched as chaos stirs in the lands of Celia’nor. We recognize the uncertainty that now clouds the future of many who once called those star-lit lands their home. Whether born of political division, betrayal, or a failure of leadership, we acknowledge the hardship placed upon the innocent, those caught not in schemes of court or crown, but in the path of ruin.

It is in this spirit of compassion, unity, and responsibility that the Sunlit Council of Helious, guided by House Mah’nel and bound by the Sunlit Laws, opens its gates to the refugees of Celia’nor.

Let this be heard by all:

All those fleeing Celia’nor in search of safety shall find it within the walls of Helious.
They shall not be judged by the failures of their homeland, nor treated as enemies. They shall not be turned away into the wilds, nor forced to bear suffering in silence. Helious offers them not only shelter, but the opportunity to heal, to contribute, and to thrive.

Let it be understood, however, that this hospitality comes with the expectation of peace. Those who arrive in good faith, seeking only protection and a new beginning, will be welcomed with open arms. But those who bring deceit, who carry the burdens of old grudges with violent intent, or who aim to undermine the harmony of our people, shall be turned away or judged accordingly.

We do not extend our hands in naivety, we do so with resolve, believing that goodness still lives in those who have suffered.

To the nations of Aevos, we ask that you do the same. Do not punish those who flee with only what they can carry. Do not close your gates. If we allow ourselves to turn our backs now, then we are not better than savages.

Allow me to reintroduce myself; My name is Nephilly Norbella or better known as Iris Soltée. I came to Celia’nor after meeting the past Royarch Her Excellency Illyria Iberellan in Haense during a wine tasting me and my bodyguard at the time wandered into. After poking her in the back of the head she brought us to Celia’nor and invited us to join and live with them. This was nearly 25 years ago, but it seems this number is coming to a halt; Celia’nor has fallen. While the buildings will most likely remain and some familiar faces will still wander the streets, the Celia’nor we know and love is gone, and it isn’t coming back. I wish to recount my time within its walls and share more about myself I never let go public. Allow me to tell you how Celia’nor saved my life.

I came to this city originally under false pretenses, Iris Belle is net a real person, just the name I assumed while trying to lay low. I, along with my bodyguard Fienae, better known as Aeris Akaln’riv, were on the run after escaping an abusive household and a terrible arranged marriage. I was to be nothing more than a trophy wife to show off and parade around. If I wasn’t perfect I was disciplined, this was my life ever since I was a little girl. Things like this affect people in strange ways, especially when it’s all they know. I became apathetic and uncaring of other people and their feelings, as well as becoming mentally unstable. I created an imaginary friend as a coping mechanism, she had bright blue hair and was as happy as could be, nothing could bring her down, her name was Iris. That was who I wanted to be, that is who I thought could bring true happiness to my life, so when given the chance I dyed my hair blue and took up that persona.

My first few days in Celia’nor were quite interesting; I became the Royarch’s ward as she wanted to teach me the ways of Celia’nor and how to integrate into its society. Even though net a single thing came from this position, I’m still extremely grateful for the opportunity as it was my first big step in becoming the woman I am today. Later on I met Lady Ciradyl Akaln’riv, she taught me the horrors of the world and the importance of learning to defend myself. Though her methods were quite extreme pushing me into the flesh room (OOC note: YOU’LL NEVER ESCAPE THE ALLEGATIONS CHEESEY!). She is also the one who introduced me to Mae’ralin Acal’turrii. Him and I at the time didn’t get along at all, he found me extremely annoying and arrogant and he didn’t approve of my treatment of Aeris. And while he is the man that punched me on the back of the head knocking me out cold, he is now the man I proudly call my maln. He made me realize the wrongs of my ways and the direction I was heading. I was power hungry and wanted any form of control I could get my hands on, which leads me to Aeris.

Aeris has been with me from day one, she was assigned to me by my biological maln to act as my protector. For the longest time that is all I could see her as, my servant. And while I didn’t want to admit it at the time, I was cruel to her. After the realization of my mistreatment I released her from her duty, that day I gained the sister I never realized I had.

After releasing her I had to think of some way to protect myself if something were to happen. After a few days of thinking I had just the plan; assemble a small army of men to fight for my safety. And from that the Special Iris Mobile Protectors were born, my S.I.M.Ps! While it never grew to the size I originally wanted it served its purpose.

With that part settled I needed to find something to do to keep me occupied and productive. That’s when I approached a llir of mine, Mika Glanaeri, and asked her if she could teach me how to be a medic. She graciously accepted and that’s how I started studying medicine. I never imagined I would be any good at it but I became one of the main medics within Celia’nor. Even with that I still grew bored, that’s when I came across a suspicious group and suspected cult. My curiosity got the better of me and I began to investigate them, even tried making friends with them to gain more information. All was well until Jarad Mah’nel caught wind of what I was doing, he pulled me into his office and confronted me on what I was trying to do. When I explained he gave me a choice; join the Diraar as an informant, or potentially get arrested for being an accused darkspawn sympathiser. From that point on I was an enlisted member of the Celia’Diraar. . .against my will. Though it was probably for the best with the direction my life headed after.

While I was a bit peeved at the time it turned out quite well. I quickly climbed through the ranks and always was able to get the information they wanted. Eventually I was approached and asked to become the Chief of Intelligence within the Diraar. I accepted this offer as I thought it to be a good opportunity to do something useful for the community. I continued with the Diraar, navigating its ups and downs as best I could. Little did I know this would lead me to find the love of my life, Elgras Soltée. We were already acquainted but being in the Diraar allowed me to get to know him better, and though he will never admit it, he never noticed me in such a way until he saw me in armor. A few years of dating later and we got married. I never thought I would ever love again after my terrible experiences in the past, but Elgras proved me wrong.

As life continued I grew along with it, though one thing always remained the same, my crazy impulsiveness. I was known to just do and say the first thing that came to my mind ne matter how insane it was. This led to me getting into trouble quite a lot. Eventually it all came to a boiling point where I was sat down for an intervention. I knew that I had to change, but I misunderstood how they wanted me to do so. I figured I went too far as the persona of Iris, so I had to relearn who I used to be as Nephilly, so I redyed my hair back to brown and Nephilly had returned. I don’t exactly know what all happened during this time as something happened in my head that made me completely forget who Iris was. I was just back to prim and proper Nephilly, never speaking out of turn and never dared to argue with someone. Reasonably everyone was quite upset at this ordeal as well, after a heated argument followed by a heartfelt discussion with Aeris, I woke up the next day differently. I wasn’t Nephilly anymore, nor was I Iris, I found the in between I was missing. To this day I still keep my natural brown, but I still keep and maintain a blue strip so that I never forget who I really am.

Though keeping the brown did turn a few heads. Up till this point everyone thought I was just a normal Mali'aheral, but seeing my brown hair it was apparent I wasn’t. Wellllll apparently to everyone besides me. I never knew brown was net natural for Mali'aherals, so that’s when I found out I was half mali. Turned out Aeris knew all along and was keeping it from me, though I can’t blame her with how half mali are usually perceived. It allowed people to get to know me first before knowing what I actually was.

This brings me to the most recent major event in my life, the birth of my malii’lari, Aeri. When I found out I was pregnant, nervous didn't even begin to express how I was feeling. I didn’t know the first thing of being a haelun. I never had one myself so it was hard to prepare without being given any examples. Everyone supported me and told me I would be a great Haelun but I couldn’t help but worry I would fail her. However once she arrived and I held her in my arms for the first time, all of that fear went away. All I could feel was love and an obsessive need to care and protect her, that was all that mattered to me in that moment. Aeri is now 7 years old and a bundle of joy. She is the light in my life.

Celia’nor and its people have done a great deal for me, that is a debt I will never be able to repay. It shatters my heart into a million pieces to see it crumble in the way it has these past few years. And now it’s come to a head, Celia’nor is ne longer with us. I will never forget the thousands of memories I have made within this great city, I will never forget the lliran and family I made here. This chapter of my life is complete, but I wouldn’t say it’s time to move on, rather move forward. Move forward and shape the grim future into something great. It’s time to move forward and meet new people, go to new places. It’s time to move forward from my home of Celia’nor.

Along with this I shall also be leaving the nation. Fret not my fellow Celian citizens,

My leaving is not one of malice. I depart this nation with peace and no ill will. I thank Her Highness Illyria Ibarellan and Her Excellency Iryne Ibarellan for giving me this position and for putting their  trust in me to help lead this nation along with my fellow council members. However I have failed this task and in turn have failed the nation so it only seems fitting that I remove myself from the equation. I gave this nation my all for nearly 40 of my 60  years but  It seems it was all for naught, perhaps this nation will one day bloom again ... .but it will no longer be with my assistance. 

I bid you farewell Celia’nor may the stars guide all of your paths.

From the beginning, I stood by my kin through every hardship, every triumph, and every uncertain moment in between. My loyalty has not wavered. My dedication has never faltered. Through times of peace and times of unrest, I remained because I believed in something greater than myself. I believed in my family. I believed in my people. I believed in Celia’nor.

It is with great sorrow, then, that I must now place these truths in conflict.

I am disappointed that it has come to this. Truly, deeply disappointed. I would have rather continued to serve, to guide, to build something lasting and meaningful within the walls of this nation. I carried the weight of my titles not for pride, but for duty. I took each role upon my shoulders because I believed I could help shape a better future, not only for my family but for every citizen who looked to the banner of Celia’nor for protection and purpose.

But what do we do when the nation we have served no longer honors those principles? What are we to become when loyalty is not met with respect, but with schemes and betrayal?

I have learned, with a heavy heart, that the Council of Celia’nor has sought to bring about its salvation through treachery rather than truth. That instead of confronting its failings, it has turned to cowardice and manipulation. I speak now of the most damning act of all, the attempt to coerce my daughter into orchestrating a coup and take the throne of Celia’nor In order to escape the war. A plot whispered in the shadows, not by outsiders, but by the very leadership sworn to guide this nation forward.

What deeper betrayal could there be than asking a daughter to rise against her own?

The moment that offer was extended, no matter how veiled or softly spoken, the last shred of trust I held for this council was severed.

And so, with a clear mind and resolute heart, I do the following;

I hereby resign, with immediate effect, from all positions I hold within the governance of Celia’nor. I renounce the title of Lord Emissary. I set down the mantle of Lord Commander of the Diraar. I release the responsibilities of Steward and relinquish my post as Tavern Keeper. These duties were never sought for personal glory, but were accepted out of a sense of purpose. That purpose has now been corrupted. And so I return all titles granted to me by the Crown, to the Crown.

Let them weigh heavy on your conscience.

Let this be understood clearly. I do not walk away in silence. I do not abandon these posts with apathy. I cast them aside because I must. Because I will not allow my name or the legacy of my bloodline to be bound to a state that would betray its own. My oath to the Crown of Celia’nor is hereby declared void. Not in anger. Not in haste. But on the basis of betrayal. You have broken the pact that binds ruler to servant, and so I am no longer bound.

I choose my family.

I choose to stand beside those who have stood beside me through fire and storm. I choose to follow them through uncertainty, through hardship, and into whatever comes next. The Mah’nel are not perfect. But we are united, We are loyal, And above all else, we are bound by truth. If Celia’nor has forgotten what it means to protect its own, then we will remind them. If the Crown no longer values the strength of blood and honor, then we will reclaim it ourselves.

I do not step into exile. I step into purpose. A purpose I no longer believe the council of Celia’nor can provide.

Let history write what it must. Let the songs say what they will. But let this truth be known. I, Jarad Mah’nel, choose family. Choose principle. Chose to walk away with dignity intact.

May the stars guide you where honor no longer does.

A common cause, bound by one heart, driven by shared emotions, and guided by a singular mind devoted to sacred ideals. This was the dream. This was the vision upon which The Radiant Flamekeepers were founded within your walls. From the moment our Order was formed, I believed, perhaps naively, that Celia’nor could become a beacon. That the Nation of Stars, through faith and guidance, might shift its course away from the cold machinations of power and politics, and toward something greater. Toward something divine.

I believed in that future. I believed in you.

In those early days, I offered you not only my faith but my hand. I stepped into the realm of your politics with the hope that my influence might steer your nation away from pride, from division, from the darkness that festers in silence. I stood before your people as a devout follower of Malchediael, the Patron of Holy Flame and Sacred Purpose, and I sought to extend His will into every chamber, every law, and every promise made beneath your stars.

But now, I see clearly. The light I believed could be kindled in your halls has flickered and died. And in its place, only shadow remains.

I have waited. I have hoped. I have prayed.

But no change has come.

And as a servant of Malchediael, I cannot and will not stand beside a nation whose actions stray so far from His sacred tenets. My loyalty, first and foremost, has always been to Him, to the values He embodies, to the purpose He breathes into each of us who have been Chosen.

His will is not vague. His commands are not hollow. They are clear, unwavering, and eternal.

• To uphold virtuous oaths and bonds.
• To resolve disputes before they fester into deeper wounds.
• To vanquish those who bring harm and transgression upon others.

In these sacred tenets, I find clarity. I find strength. And I find no place for a Crown or council that disregards them so freely.

You have broken your oaths. You have ignored festering wounds. You have allowed harm to spread, sometimes even enabling it through silence or scheming. You were given the opportunity to prove otherwise, to rise above the legacy of your past. Instead, you have only deepened the rot that threatens to consume you from within.

And so, I have made my choice.

I choose Malchediael.

I choose the Flame.

As Chapter Master of The Radiant Flamekeepers, I hereby withdraw our Order from the knightly branches of Celia’nor. I relinquish all political and martial duties once tied to your name. I cast aside any rank or station bestowed upon me by your throne. The oaths I once swore to your nation are now void, not in anger, but in sorrow. I sever them, not with violence, but with the unshakable conviction that no bond should persist when it is built on betrayal.

From this day forward, the Radiant Flamekeepers owe no allegiance to any sovereign, council, or crown. We answer only to Malchediael.

Let none claim this as an act of rebellion, for we rebel against no law of man, but we do stand in defiance of injustice. Let none call this treason, for our loyalty was never truly yours, but His. Let none attempt to twist our mission into ambition, for we do not seek dominion. We seek purpose. We seek to uphold the light.

To my fellow Templars, within and beyond Celia’nor, know this. I do not write these words to divide us. I do not claim your devotion is less pure than mine. We are bound by the same Flame, and we carry the same Blessing. If your path remains within Celia’nor, I will not curse it. Their statement is nothing more than a grasp for power, a thinly veiled attempt to play the victim. I will not be part of such deception.

The clock is ticking, and you do not have time to waste entertaining the foolish summits of your allies whilst your thrones are being stolen and your people grow weary beneath the relentless thunder of our assaults. My proposal—and the convenience it offers you—will remain on the table for only one more month. If you fail to provide an official response within that time, I will rescind my offer, leaving you doomed to fall into ashen ruin alongside your Haeseni friends—unless you recognize that their endeavor is futile and will bring both your nation and its people to nothing but extinction. While you sat behind silken curtains and polished floors, we stood in the dirt, in the trenches of diplomacy, answering the call when others remained silent.

When our family rose to rally for our people, to reclaim the trust and diplomacy that you so readily abandoned, where were you? I did not see you in the pits, where words were forged into unity. I did not see you in the meetings, where tensions were soothed and futures shaped. You were absent when alliances were built, not with titles, but with sweat, sacrifice, and honest effort.

You speak of worth, but we have lived it. We have earned it, not through inherited privilege, but through action, presence, and unwavering loyalty. Let the truth be known: nobility is not worn, it is proven.

Where were you when Ember lay injured, broken and bloodied, her body failing her? You turned your faces away. You denied her aid, abandoned her in her time of need. She was forced to mend her wounds alone, and when she could no longer stand, it was her own daughter who cared for her, who sat vigil beside her bed as her life slipped between each breath.

You, who claim to uphold justice and loyalty, you dared to stay silent then, but find your voice now to condemn her?

It is not our matriarch who has betrayed the realm. It is you who have betrayed your duty to protect your own. Remember this: titles mean nothing without honor, and power is hollow without compassion.

The Council of Celia’nor has denied the Mah’nel family the titles and honors we have rightfully earned, through sacrifice, through loyalty, through unwavering service to our people. Instead, they cast our efforts aside and throw our hardships back in our faces.

Rather than recognize the blood we’ve spilled and the bonds we’ve forged, they choose to wield our past against us, as a weapon, not of justice, but of suppression. They seek to silence our legacy, threatening us into submission, demanding we hide the truth of our heritage, of our standing, as if the title of Prince were something to be ashamed of, rather than worn with pride.

But let them hear this clearly: We will not be silenced. We will not cower beneath the weight of their fear driven decrees. Our worth is not defined by the land we lost, but by the strength with which we endure. Nobility is not stripped by decree, it is upheld by action, honor, and memory.

The memory of the Mah’nel name will not be buried.

When calls for justice are raised before the Council, they do not answer with clarity or conviction. No, what we are met with is not the swift hand of justice, but the careless wave of indifference, a feeble banner of “whatever” in place of righteous action.

For too long, We have stood before this system, pleading for fairness, for due process, for accountability, for truth to triumph over pride. For just as long, we have grown weary. Weary of watching justice be reduced to convenience, weary of watching the council turn their heads, bury their hands, and dress apathy in the robes of governance.

Is this the justice we are meant to believe in? A system where silence is louder than truth, where duty is ignored and grievances left unanswered?

We tire not because we have lost hope, but because I have carried this fight alone for too long. Yet, still, we speak. Still, we will press forward, because justice is not something to be begged for. It is something to be demanded.

Once again, the Council of Celia’nor has cast false accusations upon our bloodline, this time targeting the heir, Jari'el, with charges of adultery. But I must ask, are you all blind?

It is not Jari'el who has wronged her betrothed, but the other way around! It is not she who has betrayed the vows of loyalty and trust, but those who would dare speak such falsities against her and the house she represents.

You accuse not one, not two, but multiple esteemed members of our family, casting aspersions without evidence, without honor, and without shame. You choose to perpetuate lies rather than seek the truth. You dishonor not just Jari'el, but the entire Mah’nel bloodline with your reckless words.

Have you forgotten the bonds we’ve built? The history we’ve forged? Or do you simply turn your backs on the truth to mask your own failures? The weight of your accusations does not change the truth, it only reveals your cowardice in facing it.

If accusing Ember and Jari'el were not enough, if the slander upon their names was insufficient to quench your thirst for dishonor, no, you stoop lower still. Now, you dare to slander the name of our esteemed founder, the father of the Mah’nel, and our own flesh and blood. Luciiael, one of your own nobles and those who sit upon your council, has seen fit to tarnish the legacy of the very man who aided in building the foundation upon which your power now rests.

It is you who turned your back on Jarad, denying him justice at the hands of Luciiael’s wickedness. It is you who have refuted the ways of honor, rejected our righteous calls for justice, and instead fed the fires of lies and manipulation.

Where is your sense of duty? Where is your loyalty to the truth? You have abandoned it for the sake of convenience, for the sake of maintaining your false order. But the Mah’nel name will not be silenced, and our founder’s legacy will not be desecrated without consequence.

Linde, Aspin, Siyala, Lenna and Amber, proud members of the Mah'nel family, has been accused of various crimes, of disrespecting your nobles and tarnishing the reputation of this council. But I must ask you this: Did they ever earn the respect they claim? Did they ever truly deserve it?

What honor have they shown to be worthy of such respect? And what justice have they offered to those who have borne the weight of their cruelty? You accuse Linde, Aspin, Siyala, Lenna and Amber,, but I ask you: Who are the real offenders here?

You tarnish our family’s name, our legacy, with these falsehoods, and for what? To maintain power? To silence those who dare to speak the truth?

It is not Linde, Aspin, Siyala, Lenna or Amber who have brought shame upon us, it is your council, in its reckless pursuit of control, that stains the honor of the Mah'nel.

When, I ask, will the mouth of your council finally tire? When will it finally rest?

You have not only slandered myself, Jarad, and Jari'el, but you go beyond that, no, you dare to stain the name of Estinian Mah'nel, a beloved and honored member of our family. You speak wicked words, words as venomous as they are deep. Words that seek to tear apart the very fabric of our legacy, to erase the honor of those who have given their lives to this realm.

Do you believe that your words will go unnoticed? That your slander can simply be cast aside like dust in the wind? You forget, there are those who know the truth, who remember the sacrifices, the dedication, the love of the Mah'nel. We will not stand idly by while you attempt to bury that truth with lies.

You have dragged our family’s name through the mud, and yet you think you will face no consequence? The truth, no matter how deep you bury it, will rise. And when it does, it will expose you for what you truly are: a council lost to its own wickedness.

You would deny him his rightful place in our family, tear him from the very roots of his heritage, and twist his mind with falsehoods and doubt. This is the same council that would rather see division than unity, that would rather sow chaos than allow the truth of our bloodline to remain intact.

Is this the justice you claim to uphold? A justice that fractures families, that disregards loyalty and kinship? We do not seek the path of conflict, but your actions force our hand to defend what is rightfully ours.

In his most vulnerable moments, you did not come to his aid. You, who claim to defend the people, who boast of your courage and your oaths, you did not fetch your men. And who was it that showed true humanity? Who gave him comfort and dignity? Not the Diraar. No, it was Haelun’or, and it was Mirunisse Mah’nel. The very ones you so often treat with contempt offered him mercy and aid, while you, so proud in your self-image of valor, offered nothing but silence and shame. Where is your respect for your fellow man? Where is your honor now?

We demand one thing above all else: an apology, one that is not whispered in secrecy but spoken publicly, before the people of Celia’nor, an apology issued to every Mah'nel that has been wronged.

We demand that a formal apology be issued to Xavier Adiler by the Modular of the Diraar. Let it be known; words are not enough to mend the wound left by your inaction, but acknowledgment is the first step toward redemption.

Furthermore, we call for those involved in the  shameful display with Xavier, to be instructed, no, reminded, of what honor truly means. Let them be taught the meaning of duty, of courage, and of standing for one's fellow man, not in speech alone, but in deed. If the Diraar wishes to speak of righteousness, then let them first live by it.

We demand a apologie to every member of our family that you have tarnished, to every soul you have cast aside with falsehoods, to every name you have sullied in your pursuit of power and division.

Once this is done, once justice is served, then and only then shall we speak again. Until then, know this: we will not stand idle in the face of dishonor. We will not be silent until our family’s name is restored and our rights acknowledged.

We, the Mah'nel, humbly and respectfully ask the nations of the Horenic Covenant and the Holy League to refrain from involving themselves in the current dispute between our family and the Council of Celia’nor. This matter is one of internal governance, and it does not pertain to matters of war or international conflict.

We understand the concerns that may arise from such tensions, but we assure you that this is a matter that must be resolved through our own means. We ask that you respect us in this regard, and allow us the space to address our differences without external interference by trying to drag us onto one side or the other.

The Mah'nel family values its relationships with all of our allies, and we believe in maintaining peace and respect for all. This dispute, while important to us, is not one that requires the involvement of outside forces at the moment.

The Mah’nel family will still rally for the defense of Haense, Petra, Balian, Reinmar and Hyspia as is our duty. However we shall not raise a sword for Celia’nor until our demands are met.

The constellation courtier is considered a high honor as it shows you have the best dancing skills regally elegantly and gracefully to receive the corona borealis! This crown is especially crafted by the lady of commerce herself, adorned with several constellations and diamonds embedded to resemble the glorious stars within the night sky! But of course we will have two runner ups which will receive the pendant of the monoceros! The pendant of the monoceros shows that whilst you tried your very best success was just out of arm's reach just like the elusive unicorn the monoceros constellation represents!

Of course however there are always rules to keep everyone safe and to ensure we all have good fun!

It is with a heavy heart and unwavering resolve that I address you this day regarding the assault upon myself and the valiant souls who stood alongside me.

On the eve of yesterday, our land was struck by creatures of unnatural origin, twisted by dark and ancient forces. These foul beings were skeletal in form, their bones pale and brittle, their frames draped in ragged remnants of frozen armor. Their hollow eye sockets bore an unnatural cold, and their movements were swift and relentless, as though they were driven by some dark, malevolent force.

The creatures bore weapons with viciously serrated edges glistening with a cruel frost. Each strike they made brought with it a biting chill, as if the very winds of winter had risen to join their assault. Though we were able to repel the attackers, this assault is but a warning, a sign that darker forces stir beyond our borders.

In response, there is the commencement to organize a scouting party to uncover the source of these creatures. I call upon all those with the courage, skill, and resolve to join this effort, alongside our Celia’Diraar and the stalwart ranks of our military. With our seasoned warriors, who have been honed in the fires of battle, we will face the unknown with fierceness and unyielding courage. Whether you are a warrior with a blade, a scout with keen eyes, or a healer with a steady hand, your courage is needed. Together, we will uncover the dark forces that lurk beyond our borders, and we will face them with all the strength and unity of Celia’nor.

Citizens of Celia’nor, it has been 7 years since my employment as diplomat, 6 years since my appointment as Lord Emissary of Celia’nor from Illyria Ibarellan and 2 years since Iryne Ibarellan appointed me to the council. In this time I have overseen the creation and signing of four alliances on behalf of the crown. Once did the principality stumble with its diplomatic efforts with other nations, however, that is no more. Upon my honor it shall be seen that this does happen again whilst I hold this office. We shall learn from the past, fight for the present and seek the future. With our hands we build our destiny.

The following document examines the words and actions of Marigold, who claims noble status despite her questionable conduct. This document will detail her misdeeds, the true meaning of nobility, and why she is unfit for such a position.

I. Rebuking the Slander

This section will address the following concerns:

• The use of intimidation at the Celia’nor Ball of Valor.
• Refusal to discuss grievances in private.

• Unsubstantiated claims of upholding Diraar standards.

Use of Intimidation at the Celia’nor Ball of Valor & Refusal to Discuss Issues Privately

In the year 222 of the Second Age, Celia’nor hosted the Ball of Valor to celebrate promotions and achievements. During this event, Buttons Montague privately approached Marigold to inquire about her passive-aggressive behavior toward him. Rather than addressing the matter civilly, she accused him of disrespect without explanation and abruptly left the conversation. She then directed her affiliate, Mat, to intervene, who responded with insults and mockery, attempting to remove Buttons from the event. Instead of engaging in meaningful discourse, Marigold resorted to coercion and avoidance—conduct unbecoming of nobility.

Ill-informed confrontation Against Buttons Montague and ‘Tomes’

Two Saint’s years ago, Marigold confronted Buttons, accusing him of tarnishing the Musin reputation and claiming he had insulted Estinien Mah’nel alongside ‘Tomes.’ However, the one who verbally abused Estinien was an individual known as ‘Charms.' Despite lacking evidence, Marigold launched personal attacks against Buttons rather than seeking the truth—another indication of her lack of integrity.

Inappropriate Use of Diraar Authority in a Private Expedition

During a recent expedition to prevent a meteor from striking The Divide, Buttons and Marigold were part of a voidal research group traversing a desert. Buttons discovered a keg containing an unidentified liquid and, after drinking it, was thrown into the air alongside two others. Following the mission’s success, Marigold reprimanded Buttons at the Ball of Valor, claiming he had disobeyed orders as a Diraar officer. However, the directive not to drink unknown substances was only issued after the incident occurred, and the Diraar had no official involvement in the expedition. Her attempt to exert authority in an unrelated matter suggests a misuse of her title.

Unsubstantiated Claims of Upholding Diraar Standards

At the same Ball of Valor, Buttons believed he was not part of the Diraar Musin Corps. Marigold responded, "Good, because we have standards." However, neither she nor her group has earned any tilru—the measure of a Diraar’s contributions—while Buttons has accumulated over 150 tilru through combat and service. Her lack of contribution contradicts her claim of maintaining high standards.

Repeated Insults Toward Fellow Musin

Over the past four Saint’s years, Marigold has consistently demeaned Buttons Montague, making baseless derogatory remarks and refusing to engage in constructive dialogue. She has labeled him "incompetent," accused him of having "amnesia," and dismissed him as "unfit to be a Musin." Furthermore, her subordinates have referred to him as a ****ing rat." Such conduct is unbecoming of a noble and undermines the values of unity and respect.

II. A True Nor’onn

To be a Nor’onn Musin of House Serendipity is to embody "integrity, hard work, and goodwill through cultural philanthropy, and, of course, the spirit of adventure." True Nor’onn figures such as Snooks, Knave, and Julep exemplify these traits. Furthermore, a Nor’onn must "rise through the ranks of the Diraar," serve the crown diligently, and exhibit "unity and resilience."

III. Marigold’s Falsehood

Marigold fails to uphold these noble ideals:

• She has demonstrated neither integrity nor hard work, choosing instead to belittle others and shirk responsibility.
• Rather than serving the nation, she has focused on personal endeavors, delegating tasks to subordinates like Mat.
• She has not risen through the Diraar ranks but was instead given the title of Dion’sil without earning a single tilru.
• She does not serve as a royal advisor and has provided no substantial contributions beyond constructing a building—an effort matched by Buttons, who built the Ibarellan Pizzeria.
• She claims to embody unity and resilience, yet abandoned Babblebrook in its time of need against the Lurak orcs, prioritizing her own interests over the welfare of her people.

Marigold’s appointment as Nor’onn is undeserved. She does not uphold the virtues expected of a noble and has repeatedly acted in ways that contradict the responsibilities of her title.

Conclusion

I bore no ill will toward Marigold until she insulted and slandered me. I attempted to address these matters privately, yet she refused and publicly broadcasted our conversation. Given her unwillingness to resolve matters civilly, I see no alternative but to expose the truth, so others may recognize the facade she presents.

Moonspire's Calling

To the Academics, the Inventors, and the Peddlers of uncommon goods.

The Moonspire calls for your skill, knowledge and curious minds.

Let it be known that here within the seat of Celia'nor, a guild is slowly building up its identity. Seeking to not fall into disarray or obscurity as with other guilds, and seeking to house the wisest, the innovative and the mercantile; a guild founded on the principles of Lore, Craft and Trade.

The purpose of this flier serves to call all those interested parties, to accrue interest in the guild, as well as to solidify our seat within Celia'nor. The guild so far is not fully founded, though still has some developments in the upper floor of the tavern: An Observatory, Alchemy Lab and Training Arena - All for public use.

At the time of this flier going out, some of the founding members are preoccupied with personal matters, however throughout this unforeseen hiatus, we wish to still gather attention for this guild. If you are an interested party, or have suggestions and opinions feel free to send us your opinions. Here are some of the pivotal characteristics we are working with as of now:

1. Hierarchy

This guild shall not dilute its goal with overly convoluted roles and rights, simply put there shall be three tiers: Keepers, who will serve to manage the guild; Teachers, who will educate and innovate within the guild; Students, who serve as those who simply wish to learn from within the guild.

2. Activities

There are many resources that shall become available within the guild, some already developed as of now but we have bright and far reaching goals. We wish to also serve as a central seat for expeditions, working closely with other adventuring guilds present within the realm.

3. Nexus of Interaction

We wish to act as a seat for all magi, alchemists, academics and those curious to venture to help further their personal goals and objectives. Calling to those who have achieved, or yet to achieve and furthermore allow individuals to meet like-minded parties and grow their connections.

In the turning of recent events and the wake of great sacrifice, unwavering dedication, and extraordinary acts of valour, we come together to honour those who have stood firm in service to the greater good. Itinerary 

The Celian Ball of Valour will occur within the Palace Parlour, a setting befitting an evening of honour and celebration.

• Respect & Courtesy: As this is a formal gathering held in honour of esteemed individuals, all attendees must conduct themselves with dignity and grace. Disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated, and proper etiquette is expected at all times. Those who cause needless drama will be promptly removed.
• Formal Attire Required: This is a prestigious event, and attendees are expected to dress accordingly, donning their finest formalwear as a sign of respect for the occasion.
• Dance Partners Encouraged: As tradition dictates, guests are invited to bring a dance partner to partake fully in the evening’s festivities.

Following the ball, all attendees are welcome to continue the celebrations at the tavern, where they may relax, dine, and enjoy the company of their fellow guests in a more casual setting. Let the night be one of elegance, recognition, and camaraderie.
