How did you learn this magic(s)?:
As Leok was traveling from Sutica, a man asked him to halt. He did as he asked, as Leok tried to make out the features of this man he was tied up and kidnapped. He was thrown on a boat and was about to be executed, if it wasn’t for the help of a passerby in the area. He escaped barely with his life, he stumbled blindly back to Sutica where he stayed for awhile. Filled with the resentment and humiliation that he couldn’t protect himself and had to be saved by a random person, he fell into a slump of resentment and hatred towards his blindness. If he had his full sight, he might’ve been able to get away without help. Maybe even not get kidnapped in the first place. He sat in the Library for hours, attempting to read. He couldn’t. He was livid about his inability to see, all caused by a glass bottle shattering in his face. He was left with only partial vision in one eye and none in the other, though he may as well be blind. He can only make out rough shapes and figures. Seeing his resentment towards the blindness, Vaasek would visit him and grant him the ability to see 20 blocks in any direction. Though only if he was wearing a blindfold.

Offer an explanation of the magic(s) you are learning:
Seer Magic is only granted through Vaasek. They were blind men/women who grew to resent their blindness so much, that Vaasek granted them the ability to see....in a sense. They can see 20 blocks in any direction, though even in that small radius their vision still isn’t the greatest, it’s better than none. This all comes at a cost, however, you’re required to wear a blindfold. Lest you forfeit the ability to see at all. Provide evidence you’ve a proper means of learning this magic(s):
Leok would sit in the library, looking at the rough shape of a book, even then he couldn’t see what color the binding was. He slammed it down on the floor after hours of straining his eyes to read it...he would’ve looked like a fool. He sat down, full of a burning hatred and resentment towards this blindness. He slowly drifted off to sleep, but he was awoken by a blinding light. Though, as quickly as this “thing” came, it was gone. He looked over to his side and there was a blindfold, he put it on. The moment he put it over his eyes, a searing pain fell over his eyes. When it was over, while wearing the blindfold, he could see. He had become a Seer.
