I as boating down the river, exploring the Atlas map when saw a Rapunzel-esc tower sticking out of the trees. Its quite a tall building and at the top is a room filled with bookshelves and one brown bed. I tried my best to get some good pictures of the signs that were put on the bookshelves, there were no books inside the bookshelves though :/
