To the boisterous jester Boris Carrion, titles, titles, etc. who claims to state history as fact, as if it wasn't written by the victor or as if he himself was there to witness the glorious Battle of the Doggerbay. For those who have survived millennia and have seen the wars of past will know the true version of events. The Battle of the Doggerbay on the Avarian Coast was met by sixty thousand troops, or tribals as you refer to them, whereas the Orenian army and its home fleet had amassed over one hundred and forty thousand professional troops. Your statement and essay being that the pagan troops and their tribal societies leave them weak and their troop quality low is nothing more than a fabled lie to comfort the fact that over one hundred thousand Orenian troops lay at the bottom of the sea. To state that they were bigger than men, like beasts before battle but less than women towards the end of battle is no more than a grievous insult to your ancestors who were slain by lesser than woman- men on unfavourable odds.
On the subject of ‘Kaedrini might’ or ‘Kaedrini supremacy’, what is it that you refer? The Kaedreni state never had a state army only an order of rosen zealots who put ***** elves to their death with fire and sword.
On the third point you state that Imperials have always preserved good order during battle and fought with courage yet this could be farther from the truth. The Orenian Imperial state troops have never been strong, it has been a known fact even to this day that the strength of the army lies in logistical support and superiority in numbers not skill. Perhaps you have become sick with your own stupidity that you lump the success of the Renatian state together with the failing Orenian states.
And how is it that you criticize the weakness of the Dwarven army and say it has never been victorious yet only five years lie between the last conflict between Dwarves and Oren, which Oren capitulated to in only a matter of months. Where was this superior Orenian army that you refer to? Where were they when dwarven legionnaires marched upon its soil and raided villages?
To quote a jest by the late Emperor Antonius I, “What type of man does not long to charge headforth into his enemy, sword in his right hand and shield in his left? An Orenian statesman.”
I pray to God and ask for his divine blessing that the feeble minds of the bourgeoisie give up their stupidity before thousands of men are buried beneath the moat of a newly erected krag.
