Briefly explain the lore behind this construct or creature:

The first Kha were created by the Daemon Metztli for unknown reasons, by magically combining ocelots from a tropical island paradise of her own creation, and humans whom she stole from their homes as children. It took years of trial and tribulation, centuries worth, for the Daemon to finally create the first: a perfect male specimen of white. Try as she might, she could not recreate this perfection, though she did come close; spawning more and more of the original Kha, in various types and forms. After their creation and upbringing, Metztli left the island paradise and her children, allowing them to live their lives of their own accord.

After their beginnings secluded in paradise, disaster struck by means of an arrogant ruler, punished by their harsh goddess. Their home was destroyed, up in flames and magma, and the remaining Kha retreated to a nearby island. From there, their lives were filled only with hardship. Constant aggression and harassment from the other races, primarily the Orcs and their own from within, led the Kha to struggle to survive among the other sentient creatures of the land. Usually either seeking shelter in seclusion or with the odd and uncommon ally, they continued on following the flow of the realm, with movement about due to disaster and the like with all the other races. They now find themselves sheltered once again by High Elves, desperately trying to build relations with others: and for the most part, unfortunately failing.

Talamara’Vas is a Kha’Tigrasi of the current generation. She lived her life among the tribes of her people, though in her more recent years she was taken by Orcs, forced into slavery. This slavery, however, was not something she took lightly. For years she made herself a clear problem among the prisoners: disobeying, lashing out, overall refusing to bow out of pride and anger until she inevitably found the opportunity to escape her captors. She returned to her tribe of which was now slaughtered, any survivors long dispersed. Now, she wanders, seeking a new place to call home, new people to call family.
