An Awakening
Lost to the fierce, frosty winds of Norland
the Grimlee House has long remained forgotten.
However, in the wake of Morsgrad’s resurgence many Norlandic men and women from far and wide have made a home for themselves in the new Kingdom.
It was here that Bran Hendrick, raised in a freezing settlement in the far reaches of Norland,
made a name for himself.
Present for the founding of the Ashen Legion, righteous defenders of the Kingdom of Norland, Bran became not only an Ashen Guardian, but the resident Bookkeeper of the Legion.
As he studied the ancient texts in order to strengthen his knowledge on Morsgrad’s history
Bran was surprised to find that he was in fact a member of the Grimlee Clan.
Having discovered his historical lineage
Bran Grimlee has worked diligently to track down his long-lost brethren.
Months have passed since that day
and now the Grimlee Clan is proud to announce its
Reformation.
House Founder
A man who devoted and sacrificed his life for the greater good of Norland. Loyal and Fierce. Balder Grimlee was the first of his name, and father to the three brothers.
He spent his life perfecting the art of fighting, before teaching all he knew to his children with the results clearly showcased at every battle.
Until he lost his life, defending his homeland from dwarven forces.
The story goes that at the time Balder lost his life, the three brothers were relentlessly training and perfecting the very skills their father had taught them.
Clan Chief
After reuniting his cousins, Bran Grimlee was unanimously elected Chieftain of the Grimlee Clan and has since looked towards building up the Clan’s reputation to its former glory.
The Wedding of Old Bloods
On Father’s Day the clans of Grimlee and Eiriksson were joined in holy union when
Vyktor Eiriksson took Freya Grimlee III’s hand in marriage on the island of Sea’s Landing.
This glorious occasion was overseen by not only
the Grimlee Clan Chief but also the King of Norland.
House Relics
In the Clan’s current collection is the blue steel axe Skofnung.
The Hatchet of Hakon Ruric,
gifted to him when he was dubbed “The Shipwright” by John Horen I,
the same axe that was used to knight Sir Uther Grimlee
and subsequently gifted to him.
This relic has been passed down from chieftain to chieftain
And currently resides in the care of Bran Grimlee.

House Grimlee’s heraldic beast is the bull,
a brave and sturdy creature that works the fields for harvest.
A passive animal who reveals it’s true might only when challenged,
those who underestimate its strength never make the same mistake again.
A perfect creature to represent the Grimlee Clan.
The houses colors are those of the earth,
a brown like soil and a green like lush flora.
