Briefly explain the lore behind this construct or creature:

Musins are descended from the Ratiki, which were supposdly altered by The Giant. The musin were born as little Ratiki slaves, soon lead to freedom by the musin runt known as Musin the Brave. They would soon escape, and be traveling to the land of Almaris. Later meeting a supposed man called The Giant. The Giant aided Musion, using the little bit of magic he had left to change them to be different than the Ratiki. They would be developed in to Hygiene, and curiosity.

the musin are small mice-men that are very similar to that of a house-mice. They are very small in stature, only being a few feet tall. Eyes only vary in shades of red and black. They live to arond 70, rarely growing older. They are physically mature at 12, and mentally mature at 15.

Musin have a recycling culture, often being labelled as a thief. Strangely, they don't care fior the valuables far beyond just it's usefulness. Musin may later succumb to a hoarding lifestyle that is a bit difficult to avoid. Musin admire their descendants, often trying to imitate their clothing, looks, and buildings. Though, due to the Musins meek capabilities this is not so easy to do and the structures often don't last long. 

Speaking of capabilities, Musin are generally very physically weak due to their lack of muscle mass. They are known to run away from threats, as many situations can be fatal for them. Being very small and frail, the Musin do not have the strength to carry much weapons larger than small daggers. They are however, very nimble and quick, able to dodge and evade most attacks. 

If this construct or creature has some form of aesthetic choice, can you describe how they look? 

Zing stands at 2' tall and she weighs in about 22lbs. Her Fur is predominantly black with orange flecks all over. Her eyes are also a beady black color, often searching for something interesting. Zing's fur is often time groomed to be soft and smooth, though there are times in which she falls depressed and can leave it unkempt for a week or two.Zing often wears larger patterned shirts with ripped fabric tied around her waist to act as a belt, it gives the illusion of her wearing a small dress. Zing also finds amusement in wearing capes, which mainly consist of ripped blankets/sheets pinned together with random buttons. She has made various capes, all varying in size and pattern. Zing doesn't wear shoes as she finds them uncomfortable. She also made a habit of creating jewelry out of bits and bobbits found around her. She often wears shoe lace necklaces or tied beaded ankle-bracelets.

Arazo would read over the parchments, smiling all the way. Though as she read through, her eyebrows would furrow as she read "Primary Specimen." She'd grow a bit skeptical for a moment, continuing to read along. "I mean, he isn't too wrong..." She mumbled, her smile returning as she read along the ways to incite a friendly reaction to the flopping. Once she finished reading the pages, she'd giggle a bit before she'd go back inside the keep to praise her husband.

Arazo would receive the letter promptly. She held it in her hands carefully as she read it out. She'd frown a bit before fetch her own parchment and ink to write out to Peralien.

"Oh Peralien, I've heard all the tales surrounding you. Yet, you've never harmed me. You helped guide me in this odd world, you were there when I needed it most. For that, I care for you deeply. It would pain me to leave you alone, though many have told me I should. You are a dear friend of mine, I can see past your faults. 

Please, don't be too hard on yourself. I'll be here thinking about you.

She'd then sigh before sending off the letter, wiping an idle tear.
