(From LotC Wiki https://wiki.lordofthecraft.net/index.php?title=Kha) The Kha began as an experiment, beginning on an island roamed by ocelots, and changed by Metzli. She had brought children and wanted to create a sufficient "Master Race". Thus the Kharajyr were made, starting with "The Father; He of the Purest Blood". The Race thrived and expanded with a new religious idea of their creator, but ultimately, this lead to their downfall. As one rose up and claimed higher power than the goddess. The volcano an the island erupted, and drove the infant race off the island, effectively cursed to island hop for eternity. Yet hope still seems to remain as faith in Metzli is prominent.

Anthropomorphic cats is a simple way to put this race. Each subrace being based on a different feline, such as a tiger or cheetah, brings diverse colorations within Kharajyr society. Their clothing is minimal, given their origins on a hot jungle island, with many colorful dyes, if affordable. The higherups are covered in lavish colors, while the lower end citizens usually stay within the clutches of natural browns and greens.
