Briefly explain the lore behind this construct or creature:

Musins started as runts before escaping the island Ratiki, and becoming their own race. Musin are quite small only ranging from just over a foot and half to two and a half feet tall, and weighing not all that much in comparison to a Human's average weight, only 20 to 30 pounds, and their fur is either White, Brown, Tan, Orange, Black, Gray, or a mix of any two of these colors, their eye’s are either Black, Pink, or Red, with Black is the most common, and Musin live for about 70 years under most circumstances.

Musins aren't very strong, most attacks being close to lethal, and since they have lesser souls, they cannot learn most magic, but they can learn some magic such as Bardmancy, seer, housemagic, and more, but they are agile and dexterous allowing them to be able to dodge much more easily.

Musins have the urge to scavenge and recycle what isn’t being used, the worst end being they take what isn’t being used at that moment and use it themselves, and on the best end will try their best to not let something go to waste.

Musins culture, in short, is the opposite to what the Ratiki are like, they are pacifists, they don’t know the stories that the Ratiki were told, they try to base their culture off of fantasy. Their clothing is usually made of patches, or just children's clothing, and rarely wear nice clothing, they also avoid fighting when possible.

Treble is a brown Musin with white accents, standing at 1'10'', weighing about 23 pounds, and usually wearing green.

After receiving a copy of the post, after she read this, Sarrah says "MAY PETRA FALL, AND MAY WE PROSPER!"

When Sarrah read this agreement she raised an imaginary glass and said "To new friends!"

Heard the news, enraged to find out that the boy that was killed was Louis "Blood for Blood, may Haense fall and may The king die a slow, and painful death! AVE STASSION! MAY RICHARD STAND FOR MANY YEARS TO COME!"

Sarrah Crowe, that just heard the news said in an outrage "This is an act of war, may Haense Fall soon, and may Stassion prevail! AVE STASSION!"

Sarrah Crowe would curse when she heard the news, then says "This will not go unpunished, I'm sure of it. Ave Aaun, Ave Stassion, and may they both reign forever."

"May Stassion reign forever, AVE STASSION!"
