Briefly explain the lore behind this construct or creature:

Ologs are the race of muscles and height that descended from Krug Olog's stand at 8 to 10ft tall and weighing from the lowest to the highest  400ibs to 920ibs,
while the Ologs might be the strongest of Krug's descendants they are by far the dumbest of their kin,  The best way to put it Ologs are extremely slow to learn they can taught how to do something and forget it the next day which prevents them from being craftsmen or magic users but Ologs can have every range of emotions like other races but they have trouble expressing themselves with words, here are so more downsides to playing a Olog they are strong yes but also slow in the physically department as well they can only run up to 8 mph and while they pack a heavy punch they are slow at swinging and attacking. Here what a Olog can look like, it ranges quite a lot they can be basic skin tones to even purple, blue and red. Olog's hairs tend to be natural colors while some Ologs color their to express themselves

My Olog would have red skin be 10 feet tall and from not eating much is only 650ibs.
