Hello folks,

My name is Devor Darescus,or as my friends would call me Dave(well,it is really rare that I actually have friends).The name Daverdare just popped up because people in my little hometown in the south started mixing those names up.I prefer Devor or Dave.

As my parents died because of a strange incident in our town-mine I had to leave my hometown to find a place where I can earn something to eat and start building up a new live.I wasn't really succesfull with that concept.

So I had to choose a live as a mercenary,doing the dirty work for other people just for some food or something as simple as a bed.However,I learned something about life.You can't trust people.If you do that kind of job you will see how much evil hides behind the mask of kindness of most humans.I had much trouble finding my way in this human society.I was great in measuring up persons because otherwise I would have died at work.But I was not very skilled in having conversations.I just was the kind of man who would sit silently in the corner of a pub,pretending to drink a beer and listening to the people.This way I always had information about where I can earn my next meal,or which person could ruin my mission.My destiny was never really obvious for other people.In most cases I lied to them if they ask me any questions about my goals in life.

Since my last client is angry at me because I messed up the job he is now trying to hunt me.I had to move on.Well,long story short: I am on my way to The Great Kingdom of Oren.And I hope finally things will change for me.Maybe for the better.But who knows.

I think it would be better off if they were held in your tavern. Since you are the founder and leader, it should be positioned by your choice. Maybe a special room in the basement (Loaded with free ale!! :D )

How could anyone discuss making allies with the orcs? Their skin is the color of my snot, they have all the ugly of a dwarf, and smell like one too! Why, Orcs are just about as repulsive as the elves. I would rather share a meal with a street beggar then ever have to be in the same room as a filthy brutish Orc!

And it be this exact image that they be repulsive and angry. But I will follow what my race thinks - orcs are ones to be different.

Hoho, I like the sound of Kings Assistant, but that'd be a long-shot :D

What I'm planning on is the Fishery and the Farm both give their goods to the Grocer, who then sells the goods to the public. The profit provided by the grocer would then be divided between the Fisher, the Farmer, and the Grocer. The amount of profit is based upon how much work each recipent did.

Hehe, thank goodness fishing is not difficult :D That is a cool method that really makes it more realistic.

You shouldn't get ahead of yourself until you've obtained a stable source of income in your ore shop. Once you have done so, and if the job remains open, I'll consider it.

Depending on the amount of people coming into this guild, I may have to divide the recipents between two or three cities, expecting trade to occur along the King's road.

Aye, that is what I mean when I say 'I will see how the Ore Shop goes'. If the guild becomes popular, then you should expand it for more income and renown.

I solemnly agree with you, but it is getting others to agree that is difficult and a challenge. It will happen, but we have no idea when.

The Orcs are nothing but savage monsters!!! Their sole purpose is to pillage and destroy all that they can get their hands on! They take to slaughtering any who attempt to stop them not even sparing children! I have witnessed their brutality firsthand and I am FURIOUS to hear such heresy even being discussed! Because of their evil ways my entire family is dead! How could you even suggest an alliance with those filthy monsters!? Even the tree rat who took my eye from me has more honor than the entirety of those wretched beasts put together! As for the madman who claims he was raised by Orcs get him a healer and pay no heed to his insane mutterings he has clearly suffered one too many head injuries.
