Since I rejoined the server, I've been somewhat downed, and felt like nobody really wanted me back, I've been an arse in some cases, and in others i've been targeted for humiliation, I've not really had a great time since my Return, not one bit..

I mean i've made threads about this and that, and some players have just taken the pee-pee a bit.. I've had Skype messages which have made me wish to leave the server, I've had none stop torment, I took some time away from the server after 3 days of being unbanned, 

To be fair, I'm genuinely scared of the truth that not everybody will like me here, Infact i've told some i've just plain out quit.. Only one person over skype made it clear I should infact stay.. 

I've done some stupid [Feces] since my return, and even made enemies, 

I'm sometimes aggressive if I feel I've been wronged, sure, and we've all done stupid [Feces] that has made enemies in turn for this,  And I do full-heartedly apologies for this.

But I genuinely wish to say thanks to two beings!

Spent some few hours with you guys today, started off being captured as a 'Slave' but that was short-lived as I convinced an elder to let me roam around, and furthermore attempt to become a fully fledged clan member! Your Role play is astounding, and for any one player to manage to pull of playing an Orc, and do it well, makes them a great roleplayer in my eyes. 

It's just a shame that most players do not become an Orc, due to that 'language' barrier.

I've roleplayed on World Of Warcraft for around Eight years now, and I can truly say that the roleplaying styles are much different, in what I am deemed an 'Excellent' roleplayer in one instance, i've been described as otherwise ( by some.. Not everybody ) as the opposite in the other.. I will adjust yo'.

Although the east did have combat formations, the English had a better heirachy in performing these, for example, sergeants every 12 men, that relayed orders of firing, The english shield wall was also a more potent offensive tool, The Fuedal charge would of been ousted by them, But it's 50/50 really.

Dude no, you've been saying that these trojan viruses can somehow be used to DDoS you. Not that they will make a botnet.

Trojans are used to infect a computer.

I exited LoTC my SECOND day of being unbanned because of behavior where I have been targetted for attacks, Admins, and players alike screaching at me how I should not of been unbanned, how scummy I was, Players in this thread. 

I came back TODAY with a heart set on staying on the server, yet I have already -Today- given my items and Minas away to randomers because of skype comments, threats, threads, Comments in the side bar, to a community that has prided itself on being friendly, you know how to make others leave..

Explanation of Trojan DDOS, just because you've heard of how hackers hack your IP, and DDOS'd someone, it does not mean a denial of service is simply based on this that and the other, no.. in order to commit a DDOS, you must first have a host of computers ready to flood this 'IP-.. Ya'know what, you're all more then willing to read one thing, ignore the other and call me a twit, feel free to comment the same, but read the aforementioned blog.

The base of a DDOS is having an amount of computers infected with a Trojan, it is a way of PREVENTING DDOS attempts, none specifically upon you, but prevention of DDOS on total.

Peacekeeper - Welsh Communications:

Wales has presented the peacekeepers with 2500 Heavy cavalry units ( H.O.A.Vs ) with another 7500 regular trained infantry, however they are reluctant to send any Elite I.E.T.s just yet, 

it takes several more days to mobilize these troops, even after that it would take another few months to send then -All- entirely ( one page. )

adding to the Tripoli numbers for the present:

With the funding from the British the resources needed to feed and keep them in ammunition are easily obtained, cargo planes are occasionally shot down over Greece however by Heras AA units.

as they arrive a small attack is made onto the airport, a cargoplane carrying welsh units is blown up.

The heavy cavalry units are put to use in tackling the larger of heras machines, acting as a 'swarm' of missiles.

With the Welsh now in the Cooalition, the Imperium would receive one H.O.A.V, for deconstruction and with this the longer process of obtaining blueprints for a 'star-ship' from the imperium goes underway.

Peace Keepers

Things including the Imperium are with the permission of themselves!

After spending some days with the Empress and Prime minister of the Imperium, the black suited 'stranger' would exit the residence, returning to his guards to whom would now be armed with M16 rifles holstered against their shoulder, followed shortly by a crowd of 'reporters' 

''Marcus! What where you doing in the residence?!'' 

Ushered in by a response 

''The Imperium has agreed to offer the peacekeepers a base upon Imperium soil, with this allowing us to recruit British Civilians for our cause, advertising upon all mediums, a new law has been passed to allow for us to carry weapons upon UK soil, alongside an agreement to fund and supply us.''

the following days the news dominates the television, asking the question ''Who are the peacekeepers and what is their goal?''

The hype of the media is followed by a several advertisements upon TV

a rugged looking soldier with his weapon firing at a cooalition of Aliens, insurgence and soldiers wearing undistinguishable uniform, looks towards the camara and yells above the gunshots ''Join the Peacekeepers today! and together we will defeat the enemies of humanity!''  the statement is followed by a Dalton Gunship entering the scene to fire upon the attacking forces, completely eliminating them, the Soldier further saluting the battlefield coarsely.

The hype of the situation and the lax entering terms for the peacekeepers work wonders for their new base, 

To the east of the United Kingdom a large airfield is quickly made, with several hangers and a large building beside it, aside a naval base which is under construction is cordoned off. the airfield quickly filled with Boing cargoships, and Dalton gunships. The building almost always surrounded by a crowd of black uniformed men, beside the gates of the new Peacekeeper base holds two watchtowers either-side surrounded with 50.cal mounted LMG's. and armed men now holding MP5's and M16's, the gates opening every day to a minimum of three bus-loads of new recruits who are promptly taken into training..

With the Koreans allowing movement [ Took to long to reply. ] the soldiers stranded in Korea are moved to the imperium, as well as the welsh base has now been abandoned on the same goal.

Numbers:

Recruits have been flooding in from many different countries especially within the United Kingdom, their numbers have grown to some few thousand within a weeks. These will not see combat just quite yet, Yet as they are recruited to uphold their end of the bargain their names are placed upon a record and sent to the Imperium Britannia's MoD.

Trained Personel:

300, trained in specialist combat.

140 trained as paratroopers, 

all of 300 have been trained to use a parachute yet only 140 of them are trained to act behind enemy lines.

Sixteen Dalten gunships,

Thirteen boing airships.

Operation Human Intelligence

With their forces still weak, yet with hera's advancements into Germany it is deemed a necessity to strike Hera as soon as possible. Markus once more enters the Residence of the Empress, entering now with the MoD who both now enter the same Limo that would move towards the Base entitled ''CIP Base 1.''  the MoD would further inspect the base, before returning to his own cabinate. 

Within few days the Imperium are mobalising 1000 trained men and women, several airports are taken for military use as there is no records of this on file just as yet, nothing has been placed upon the computers and nothing has been spoken about past face to face orders.

Several meetings are held between the MoD, squad leaders, and generals, all of them including Imperium and peacekeeper men. 

Within days the skies  of eastern Britain thunder with the mobalisation of the Dalten and Boing airships, loaded with men and EMP's, all Sixteen will leave, filled with soldiers, EMP generators and Crates of weapons.. 

The same day:

Explosions are seen around Tripoli, the Dalton gunships have arrived, firing at the defensive machines left in place, the TVs of the residence are suddenly taken over by the peacekeepers leaving a message.

''In Thirty minutes, the bombings will stop, we are targeting Hera's machines only.. we as men are not able to defeat the Machines without your help.. After the bombings have stopped, please head towards the Tripoli airport as fast as possible, we will be putting down EMP generators throughout the city.. Hera is a threat not only to the world, but to you also.. those who side with Her, will be treated the same as her machines. The peacekeepers will help rebuild your country, Hera will simply exterminate you.''

Over the airport the dalton gunships are taking advantage of their position by exterminating the Machines in a two mile radius, Lines of gunshots would fill the floor, the streets of Tripoli are filled with battles as for the moment the surprise attack by the forces which held radio silence would give them air superiority,  

Within moments the skies around the airport are drowned out by soldiers jumping from their airplanes, landing in the radius of the cleaned space, all of them taking advantage to 'retreat' to the airport.

True to their word the bombings would halt, and Emps would be dropped around the city attempting to disable the machines,  many of which are shot down yet a corridor for civilians to retreat to the airport is made, However the battle at the airport is not nearly as finished.

Five minutes after the dropping of the Emps, everything would seem quite, the airport is drowned by civilians attempting to flee from the machines, many of those who can fight are given armaments, which have been dropped from the sky by large packages. Civilians are equipt with rifles and ammunition, sent to the centre of the airport where they are to guard the Civilians alongside squad Echo, and  Delta. 

as the civilians would continue to flock to the airport the Machines enter the fray from most sides, firing at both Civilians and soldiers. 

''Alpha is under fire!,'' ''Squad Charlie is under attack!'' ''Bravo is outnumbered!'' the radio communication is suddenly active with the communications of squads suddenly under fire from the threat! 

''We're going do-... Bzzt..'' in an instant an engine of a dalton gunship still within the fray explodes, falling onto the control tower which hosts Squad foxtrot, eliminating the four man team almost instantly.

Grenades are thrown, missiles are shot, the area buzzing with gunfire as the battle would turn from their favour, to a critical failure as they are surrounded, and outnumbered.

The 130 soldiers there would hold their line, armed civilians moving inwards from their Back-seat positions to secure the lines, 

Machines are shot down only to be replaced with two more, swarms of machines enter the fray,

Within the airport building civilians are seen praying with soldiers and armed civilians, the echoes of crying women and children fill the building, 

The soldiers would hold their communication, as another squad drops, equip with upgraded armor as they would fall to the ground, their parachutes open, The squads seem convinced to fight, 

''Marcus speaking to everybody.. Keep fighting we only need a few more minutes.'' 

The rallying cry of the new arrivals, The entrance of their leader, a man who is renowned within the peace keepers as a skilled fighter, and a man not to back down, has arrived, 

''All units, disengage, create a firing line around the terminal..'' 

Men and women are seen Walking backwards as they openly fire upon the mechanized soldiers of Hera, surrounding the terminal with their backs to the walls, the man Troops wearing their upgraded armour and better weaponry are seen aiding civilians wounded or not behind the firing line, The numbers of the troops are -Vastly- Smaller then that of those who arrived 

''Resistance is futile, surrender or  you will all die..'' The speakers around the terminal echo as the machines seem to stop moving for a moment. 

The civilians would cry, knowing their fate is set, the squads inside the terminal move outside, as marcus retreates into the terminal, breaking into the systems to send a message outwards ''F*ck her, Men of the peacekeepers, Look around you.. you are surrounded by cold.. heartless machines, those who kill without question.. being trampled under their feet are your fallen brethren, those who died so you may continue the fight.. now let their sacrifices not go in vain!'' 

Seconds after the squad exit the building their rifles held against their shoulders, open firing upon the horde of machines surrounding the airport 

''Your choice has been made.'' hera would speak over the radios of all squads.. who now appear to glare at the machines, Following suit  and unleashing hell upon the Machines. Marcus and his squad move faward as the entire circle that surrounds the terminal follow suit. ''Unleash.. hell!'' marcus speaks, as the machines would be suprised somewhat by the attacks of the mighty lions to which they face, many of their first lines shot down in the process.  

as the machines fire back many fall victim to their bullets yet the advance continues. The skies now roar with movement, jets now dropping bombs upon the horde of Machines which encircle the airport, a mighty roar of the remaining peacekeepers follow suit as they would further move to attack the machines, 

Imperium soldiers now drop upon the Airport, behind both circles of units, surrounding the now thinning line of machines.

From almost a failure to a decisive victory. The tripoli airport is seized, as the Combined Dalten Airships of both Imperium and Peace keepers clear the horde of Machines that attack.

as the dust settles, it is clear that the peacekeepers have gained victory for what is known as 'The battle of tripoli''.

the Imperium soldiers now directly under command of Marcus are better equip then most of the peacekeepers,  as they would further drop down boeing cargoplanes filled with Ammunition and heavy weapons, a perimeter around the airport is made, with 50.cal heavy machine guns, with heated rounds.  civilians are not drafted yet to replemish the numbers of the peacekeepers many volunteers are trained, and a militia is formed. 

in the following days the airport is attacked by both machines and 'Cultists' who believe Hera a god. 

The battle of Tripoli, recorded from the head-gear of all peacekeeper soldiers is pieced together. an hour long film is made in a rushed effort, and placed on most social media sites, from there the world news is abuzz with the efforts of the peacekeepers and imperium, a statement is followed ''We will not simply fade into darkness.. We need your help, to defeat hera. if you can house more people, please visit our website to take in these families.''  1,000 GBP are offered to the families of the effected civilians to feed and cloth them, as people volunteer there house to host these families, orphans, and generally civilians.  

Tripoli is not fully secured by the Peacekeepers, a two mile radius around the airport is deemed a 'greenzone' with snipers posted upon buildings to defend against future waves of attacks, The area is also secured by squads made up of imperium soldiers, and EMP generators.

AA turrets are set up throughout the two mile divide, aswell as upon the airport itself.

new recruits travel the world to join the peacekeepers, being trained at the base back in the United Kingdom. 

A small corridor where EMPS are not present, allow for movement into the airport and out as Civilians are moved to housing in other countries, the peacekeepers helping them into the country on a temporary basis. 

Tripoli Airport numbers:

986 Imperium soldiers under Marcus's command.

87 Peacekeepers from the original 200 sent in. 

20 Dalton gunships hover around the city to pick up stranded and surrounded troops

620 Militia men.

Recruiting has worked well since the video was released.

the 2000 untrained men have grown into 3635,  with the 100 that stayed behind to train. 

As many are put through basic training they are moved to Tripoli, the 3635 now lowered to 3420.

Marcus stays upon the front lines, awaiting the next major assault. 

The attacks on germany where a insight to what Heras units are capible off, a insight which the imperium and peacekeepers have fully exploited.

Since heras main forces are on the battlegrounds in germany this suprise attack has succeeded, 

The victory is the first of its kind, and perhaps that of many more, however the battle is not finished and it is fully expected to rage on more, for now the peacekeepers hope to distract the enemy in their own territory to prevent more attacks on other countries. 

The paratrooper squads are sent elsewhere throughout the city, aswell as the countryside around the city to clear Anti-air units.

The most common type of DDoS is a DDoS. You do no need to download anything for them to DDoS you in any way shape or form, only thing they need is your IP which they can get without download anything as well.

Most common type of DDOS for 'new-hackers' would start with a Trojan virus pulled off the internet. I do know how to DDoS and there are many ways to perform it, but most common would be 'The easiest', the most common for households is a Trojan Virus, the most common for businesses that use a host server for their website is a Trojan virus, Simply because IP's are Difficult to obtain if you do not have a direct access to the network via a website or network.

Again, there are many ways to DDOS, and i've just posted 'The easiest way to defend -You- the -Player- against it. so unless it is the Admins / Game masters that are doing the DDOS then its simple. Yes, in buisness there are COMPLETELY different statements, and what is common in a gaming network is completely different / rare on a buisness network.

I highly doubt an IT professional would say that "the most common ddos is a trojan virus on your computer", mostly because it makes no sense and has nothing to do with actual ddos.

I mentioned one of the most common types of a DDOS stems from a Trojan virus uploaded onto your computer, so further I shall announce what a trojan is..

Google states a Trojan virus as followed:

I actually work at a company, to where I safe-guard against DDOS attacks ( which are quite common, believe it or not, for a small company! ) aswell as doing this that and the other, yes I could of gone into depth about what a DDOS actually is, but i've simplified it to terms that are just.. simple. I could of further gone into what different types of DDOS attacks are but with this it would further go out of laymans terms as soon as I mention one, feel free!

Further gone to court on the matter against someone that had attempted to DDOS the network at work, and it is an open and shut case, as soon as you threaten it or actually attempt it, you are guilty.

I posted this thread because i've spoken to admins and game masters and some have said they will be leaving in a bit, it wasn't a matter of ''Admins are ************'' but a matter of ''Change is needed to keep the server running'' 

It is responses that this thread has seen being the reason why these admins are leaving, aswell as the issues with the command staff at present, 

I'm not afraid of having my modem hacked because I do have ways to track the 'hacking' computer, and with this I would infact have the players arrested because of my work, 

I love the server, and wish to see it change for the better, so feel free to comment about how much I should shut up, but when the server is dying because you players are calling admins 'snakes' then yes, be my guest, I'm leaving, yet staying for the nightfall thread -Only-
